Description

Composition with function of nourishing ovaries and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of health foods, and particularly relates to a composition with an ovarian nourishing function and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The ovaries are positioned in the female pelvis, are paired parenchymal organs, and are important manifestations of female intrinsic beauty. The ovary is well maintained, so that the facial skin is fine and smooth, white and transparent, the toughness and elasticity are kept permanently, and the reproduction and the body health are promoted. Ovaries play a very important role in the life of females. The health of the ovaries can greatly affect the health of females.
Premature ovarian failure, decreased reserve function, and the like are common symptoms of ovarian failure. The reserve function of the ovaries refers to the ability of the ovaries to grow, develop and form fertilizable oocytes, including the number and quality of the follicles, in the cortex area of the ovaries, which also reflects the reproductive potential and reproductive endocrine function of females. Premature ovarian failure is a gynecological endocrine disease that results from premature ovarian failure due to multiple factors, and is generally defined as amenorrhea, infertility, hypoestrogenism, elevated gonadotrophin levels, etc. in females before age 40 due to ovarian and follicular depletion.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that kidney yin deficiency, loss of the daily and the decyl, and damage of the two vessels of the thoroughfare and conception vessel are the main pathological mechanisms of premature ovarian failure. There are also many studies on improving premature ovarian failure by using traditional Chinese medicines, for example, researches show that epimedium has remarkable curative effects on premature ovarian failure and the like, and other traditional Chinese medicines for tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen also have good curative effects on premature ovarian failure.
For the complicated cause of the onset of ovarian-related diseases, common factors include the following: emotional disturbances, depression anxiety, and the like can affect the secretion of central neurotransmitters and thus interfere with the central nervous system, and mental stimulation re-creation can cause abnormal gene expression of related substances that mediate the balance function of the neuroendocrine immune network system. Ovarian autoimmune antibodies such as anti-ovarian antibodies, anti-zona pellucida antibodies, anti-cardiolipin antibodies, and the like, result in a reduction in ovarian volume and a reduction in the number of follicles. With age symptoms, the accumulation of free radicals and active oxygen in the egg cytoplasm, mitochondrial mutation increase, meiosis abnormality, reduced number of oocytes, reduced quality, follicular occlusion, reduced proliferation rate of granulosa cells and increased apoptosis rate. Liu Shan et al consider age as the most important factor affecting ovarian function. It has been found that the follicular density over 30 years of age is only common under 30 years of age, and is almost 0 after 45 years of age, with increasing age, the rate of ovarian aging increases. In addition, the life rhythm, the competition and the like in the modern society also influence the reservation function of the ovary.
Up to now, there is no clearly effective therapeutic measure to restore or protect ovarian function. Currently, the main method for treating premature ovarian failure is through hormone therapy, and patients often need a small amount of estrogen, or estrogen-progestin cycle therapy. Although this method can superficially eliminate climacteric syndrome, most people are easy to relapse after stopping the drug, and the side effects of hormone also bring great burden to the body and mind of the patient. Recent clinical studies by the american society of health have found that Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), while reducing the risk of osteoporosis and bone fracture, increases the incidence of breast cancer, endometrial cancer, and cardiovascular and stroke. It follows that hormone replacement therapy cannot be said to be a safe and effective treatment.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the advantages that the traditional Chinese medicine composition is provided for 'early disease prevention, namely disease prevention and change prevention', a large amount of research data show that the traditional Chinese medicine composition with the medicinal and edible functions of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney, enriching blood, tonifying yang, soothing liver, strengthening spleen and harmonizing stomach can effectively protect and improve premature ovarian failure of females, improve hypoovarianism of the ovaries, and the like. For example Cai Lianxiang, the self-retaining ovum An Kunshang can be matched with the external application formula to treat infertility patients caused by low ovarian reserve function, and has better clinical curative effect. Although not hormone, the traditional Chinese medicine has obvious mobilization capability, especially improves the response of ovaries to gonadotropins, restores and improves the ovarian function and has obvious long-acting property.
