Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of memory enhancing compositions, and particularly relates to a memory enhancing composition suitable for postpartum women and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the consciousness of preventing and treating diseases of people is gradually strengthened, pregnant and lying-in women are a special group, and the postpartum recovery condition of the pregnant and lying-in women is related to the health of the lying-in women and infants. The phenomenon of serious decline of attention and memory after delivery of women is easy to occur due to high mental stress during delivery and pain during delivery. After a woman experiences a 40-week pregnancy period, a new life is born, within 24 hours after delivery, the hormone level in the body of the parturient is rapidly changed, and the mental state of the parturient is influenced by antenatal mental state fluctuation, tension and fear in the production, pain caused by operation, family mental disease genetic history and the like, so that postpartum depression is caused. Mild postpartum depression is manifested by depressed mood, hypomnesis, drowsiness, depression and depression, anxiety to newborn health, decreased appetite, insomnia, etc., and at this time, the people can recover quickly by careing for cares; severe postpartum depression is difficult to cure through self-regulation, patients often show hallucinations, even have the idea of suicide or injury to newborns, and the patients need to gradually recover health by means of physical treatment methods or drug treatment for the severe postpartum depression. Whether a puerpera suffering from postpartum depression or a healthy puerpera suffers from postpartum depression, due to the change of physical conditions and the transfer of attention during nursing of a newborn, memory decline to a certain degree inevitably occurs, certain troubles are brought to the life of the puerpera, and active treatment is needed.
The Chinese patent application CN103445165A (a product and a composition thereof for improving sub-health state) adopts maca and oyster to prepare the composition, can regulate hormone secretion, improve sleep quality and enhance memory, has obvious curative effect on female climacteric syndrome and prenatal or postpartum weakness, and can also be added with tartary buckwheat to achieve a certain anticancer effect; the existence of the oysters can better improve the effect of the maca, so that the maca can better play a role, and the sub-health state of a human body can be rapidly improved. Chinese patent application CN108653684A (a Chinese medicinal composition and a preparation method and application thereof) uses Chinese angelica, szechuan lovage rhizome, platycodon root, turmeric root-tuber, cinnabar, indian buead, malt and the like to grind and decoct to obtain liquid medicine which can be used for nourishing blood and soothing nerves, tonifying brain, calming, inducing resuscitation and restoring consciousness and enhancing memory, and can treat various mental diseases by synergistic coordination and enhancement among the raw materials. The Chinese invention patent CN105963359A (application of general hemp extract in preparing medicament for treating depression) mixes industrial hemp fructus Cannabis extract and industrial hemp fructus Cannabis extract according to a proper proportion to prepare the medicament, the medicament has obvious relieving effect on the secondary decline of learning and memory of depression, and the depression mainly comprises endogenous depression, reactive depression, latent depression, medicament-induced secondary depression, climacteric or postpartum depression and the like.
The products or medicines prepared by the three patent applications have the function of enhancing the memory, but are not products specially developed for memory reduction caused by female postpartum depression. The female is weak after delivery, and because the medicine contains components for inhibiting the production of breast milk, the puerpera can reduce lactation after taking the medicine, and the medicine enters the body of the infant along with the breast milk, thus being harmful to the body health of the infant; in addition, the postpartum body of the female is weak, uterus, bone joints, ligaments and the like are changed to a certain extent, the immunity of the postpartum body of the female is reduced, the female is susceptible to diseases, and the female needs to be maintained better to recover to the pre-pregnancy state. If the medicine is taken for treatment, the memory of the lying-in women is enhanced, and meanwhile, a plurality of side effects are brought.

The testers and groups: 760 parturients, born within one year of age 25-40, were randomized into 19 groups of 40 individuals each.
The test method comprises the following steps: the first 12 groups were test groups, and the compositions S1 to S12 prepared in examples 1 to 12 were administered; groups 13-15 are control groups, and compositions B1-B3 prepared in comparative examples 1-3 are administered; groups 16-19 were model groups and were administered placebo, with group 16 being administered capsule placebo T1, group 17 being administered tablet placebo T2, group 18 being administered granule placebo T3, and group 19 being administered drop placebo T4. For capsule and tablet, 2 capsules are taken after meal every day, 3 times every day, and 30 days are taken continuously; for the dripping pill, 4 pills are taken after each day, 3 times a day, and the pills are continuously taken for 30 days; the granule is administered 3 times daily at a dose of 0.8g after meal for 30 days.
The test contents are as follows: the test includes pointing memory, associative learning, image free memory, meaningless graph recognition and portrait character contact memory.
Observation indexes are as follows: and (1) safety indexes. Generally, the examination includes mental, sleep, diet, defecation, blood pressure, etc.; in addition, routine examination of blood and urine, liver and kidney function examination, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, B-ultrasonic examination of abdomen, etc. are performed. (2) efficacy index. Clinical memory scales were used. And testing the original sub-scale by using the tested sub-scales, adding the sub-scale to obtain a total scale, and testing the memory quotient by using the total scale.
And (3) test results: comparison of blood routine, urine routine and stool routine results before and after eatingAs shown in Table 4 below, the results of biochemical index, chest X-ray, B-ultrasonic examination of abdomen and electrocardiographic examination of the eaters before and after eating the meal were compared As shown in Table 5 below, the test amount and memory quotient before and after the test group was eatenAs shown in Table 6 below, the test scale and memory quotient before and after the control group and the model group were measuredAs shown in table 7 below.
As can be seen from tables 4 and 5, after the test, control and model subjects ate for 30 days, the urine routine, blood routine and biochemical indexes are all within the normal range, and the chest X-ray, electrocardiogram and B-ultrasonic examination of the abdomen are also within the normal range, which indicates that the safety of the test sample is good.
As can be seen from tables 6 and 7, after the test groups took the compositions prepared in the examples, each was higher than before the test food, and the difference was very significant; there was no significant difference between the control group and the model group after the placebo group. The composition prepared by the technical scheme of the invention can obviously improve the memory of postpartum women.

Compared with S1 and S2, the consumption of folic acid is reduced; S3-S12 change the dosage of folic acid, chinese herbal medicine powder and food material powder, and the specific raw material dosage and proportion in the preparation of the Chinese herbal medicine powder and the food material powder, and the effect is slightly worse than that of S1. Therefore, the optimal synergistic effect is achieved by optimizing the dosage and the proportion of the folic acid, the Chinese herbal medicine powder, the food material powder and the milk mineral salt, and the effect of the composition can be further improved.
As can be seen from the test results of the control group in table 7, the types and the amounts of the raw materials used in the compositions B1 and B2 obtained in the comparative example are not within the technical scope of the present invention, and the folic acid, the Chinese herbal medicine powder, the food material powder, and the milk mineral salt do not achieve a synergistic effect, so that the memory improvement effect for postpartum women is poor. The composition B3 obtained in the comparative example 3 has a poor effect of improving memory of postpartum women, and compared with the composition S1, the composition B3 is different from the composition S1 in that the types and components of the raw materials for preparing the Chinese herbal medicine powder are changed, so that the composition obtained by matching the types and components of the Chinese herbal medicines has a better effect.
Therefore, the composition has good effects on improving the memory of the postpartum female, recovering the physical condition of the postpartum female and the like.
The postpartum women who take the compositions S1-S12 in the test group are revisited after one year, and the body and spirit conditions of all the puerperae are found to be stable, the memory does not decline again, and the composition has a lasting effect and is not easy to rebound.
The test result shows that the composition prepared by the invention can effectively enhance the memory of postpartum women, has good safety in taking and is suitable for long-term taking.
In a word, the food material, the Chinese herbal medicine and the milk mineral salt are matched with the folic acid, so that the physical and psychological states of the lying-in women can be improved comprehensively from the aspects of nutrition supply, qi and blood circulation improvement, trace elements supply and the like, the lying-in women can concentrate more attention, and the symptom of memory decline is improved.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, so any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
