Abstract

本发明公开了一种辣椒的自动裁切设备,包括输送通道、裁切机构、气体清除机构与液体收集机构,设置的裁剪刀环形阵列,在对辣椒进行裁剪的时候,既能拨动辣椒向裁切机构运动,这这样完成喂料的动作,同时裁切机构能将切断后的辣椒排走,同时还能将且辣椒产生的液体与气体排走,这样保证工作人员的工作环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工设备领域,具体涉及一种辣椒的自动裁切设备。
背景技术
现在的剁辣椒由于口味独特且易于保存的特点,越来越多的家庭常常会购买一些剁辣椒作为菜品的配料,这样可以提高菜的味道,但是现在的剁辣椒主要通过人工将辣椒进行裁切,这样工作效率比较的低,同时辣椒在裁切的时候会产生刺激性的气体与液体,这样导致工作人员的工作环境比较的差;
现在也存在通过控制刀片上下移动来对辣椒进行裁切,但是上述的裁剪的方式对辣椒进行裁剪,在切刀的下方同样需要输送组件对辣椒进行输送,这样会导致辣椒水污染机器(辣椒水通过输送带进入到机器内部),这样无需经常清洗,同时上述裁剪刀的裁剪效率比较的低,同时在裁剪刀只能竖直运动,无法对裁切完毕后的辣椒进行输送,这样容易导致辣椒在出口堆积起来,同时裁切辣椒的气味与液体没有吸收起来,导致工作人员的环境差。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提出了一种辣椒的自动裁切设备,裁切时的辣椒水不会进入到机器内部而污染机器,同时采用喂入的方式对辣椒进行裁切,这样在切刀处不同增加输送装置,同时可以将切辣椒产生的气味与液体吸收掉,保证工作人员的工作环境。
为实现上述的目的,本发明的方案:一种辣椒的自动裁切设备,包括输送通道、裁切机构、气体清除机构与液体收集机构,其中输送通道为倾斜向下的矩形通道,在矩形通道内设置有输送组件与压紧组件,其中输送组件与压紧组件均为输送带;在输送管通道的尾部设置有裁切机构,裁切机构包括辊筒、裁切刀、电机,其中在辊筒的圆周上设置有多把呈环形阵列分布的裁切刀,在辊筒上固定有带动辊筒转动的电机,在裁切刀下方设置有裁切平台,其中裁切平台的顶部与裁切刀的刃面接触,裁切平台固定在输送通道的尾部,在裁切机构的上方设置有气体清除机构,在裁切平台内嵌入有液体收集机构。
优选地,在辊筒与裁切刀为可拆卸连接,在辊筒的圆周面上开有多个安装槽且多个安装槽呈环形阵列分布在辊筒圆周面上,在每把裁剪刀上固定有安装条且安装条与安装槽相配合,在安装条与安装槽上开有同轴的螺栓孔,在螺栓孔内插入有固定螺栓。
优选地,气体清除机构为负压罩与负压风机,负压罩位于裁切机构的上方,负压罩通过管道连接有负压风机,负压风机将辣椒气味到外界中。
优选地,液体收集机构包括管道与负压泵,在裁切平台上开有多个细孔且细孔位于裁切机构的下方,多个细孔与同一根管道连通,管道上连接有负压泵,负压泵连接有收集盒。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:1、设置的裁剪刀环形阵列,在对辣椒进行裁剪的时候,既能拨动辣椒向裁切机构运动,这这样完成喂料的动作,同时裁切机构能将切断后的辣椒排走,同时还能将且辣椒产生的液体与气体排走,这样保证工作人员的工作环境;2、设置的辊筒与裁切刀为可拆卸连接,这样可以调节裁切刀之间的间距来调整被裁切辣椒的长度。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图,对本发明进一步的阐述。
如图1-4所示,一种辣椒的自动裁切设备,包括输送通道1、裁切机构2、气体清除机构3与液体收集机构4,其中输送通道1为倾斜向下的矩形通道1.1,在矩形通道1.1内设置有输送组件1.2与压紧组件1.3,其中输送组件1.2与压紧组件1.3均为输送带1.4(输送组件1.2与雅静组件均包括驱动辊筒2.1与输送带1.4,输送带1.4套在两个输送辊筒2.1上,辊筒2.1的转动来驱动输送带1.4输送辣椒,同时压紧组件1.3上的输送带1.4对辣椒进行压紧,这样辣椒在输送的时候,可以保证辣椒不会发生移动,辣横向放置);在输送管通道的尾部通过焊接的方式固定有裁切机构2,裁切机构2包括辊筒2.1、裁切刀2.3、电机2.7,其中在辊筒2.1的圆周上设置有多把呈环形阵列分布的裁切刀2.3(裁切刀2.3为叶轮状),在辊筒2.1上通过焊焊接的方式固定有带动辊筒2.1转动的电机2.7,在裁切刀2.3下方设置有裁切平台2.8,其中裁切平台2.8的顶部与裁切刀2.3的刃面接触,裁切平台2.8通过焊接的方式固定在输送通道1的尾部,电机2.7也通过螺栓固定在裁切平台2.8上,通过电机2.7的转动带动辊筒2.1的转动,在辊筒2.1转动的时候,裁切刀2.3转动,裁切刀2.3在转动的过程中,裁切刀2.3先切入辣椒一点,然后通过裁切刀2.3的转动来带动辣椒向裁切机构2下方移动,当辣椒切断后(裁切刀2.3的底部与裁切平台2.8接触后,辣椒断开),裁切刀2.3将切断的辣椒向外推动,这样不会产生辣椒堆积在裁切刀2.3处,在裁切机构2的上方设置有气体清除机构3,通过气体清除机构3辣椒裁切时产生的气体吸走,并排放在厂房外,在裁切平台2.8内嵌入有液体收集机构4,通过液体收集机构4将辣椒裁切时的液体进行收集起来,方式辣椒也外溅,上述气体与液体均清除了,这样保证工作人员的工作环境,同时也降低了安全隐患(辣椒液飞溅到眼睛中,气体冲鼻辣、眼睛)。
在辊筒2.1与裁切刀2.3为可拆卸连接,在辊筒2.1的圆周面上开有多个安装槽2.2且多个安装槽2.2呈环形阵列分布在辊筒2.1圆周面上,在每把裁剪刀的刀背上通过焊接的方式固定有安装条2.4且安装条2.4与安装槽2.2相配合,在安装条2.4与安装槽2.2上开有同轴的螺栓孔2.5,在螺栓孔2.5内插入有固定螺栓2.6,通过装卸裁切刀2.3可以调节裁切刀2.3之间的间距,这样通过调节间距来调节辣椒被裁切的长短。
优选地,气体清除机构3为负压罩3.1与负压风机3.2,负压罩3.1位于裁切机构2的上方,负压罩3.1左端通过焊接的方式固定在输送通道1的右侧上,负压罩3.1通过管道4.1连接有负压风机3.2,负压风机3.2连接有排管将辣椒气味到工厂外界中。
优选地,液体收集机构4包括管道4.1与负压泵4.2,在裁切平台2.8上开有多个细孔4.3且细孔4.3位于裁切机构2的下方,多个细孔4.3与同一根管道4.1连通,管道4.1上连接并连通有负压泵4.2,负压泵4.2连接并连通有收集盒4.4,负压泵4.2将辣椒裁切时产生的辣椒液吸附并排放到收集盒4.4内进行收集,这样可以防止才裁切的时候导致辣椒液飞溅开来。

Claims (4)

1.一种辣椒的自动裁切设备,包括输送通道、裁切机构、气体清除机构与液体收集机构,其中输送通道为倾斜向下的矩形通道,在矩形通道内设置有输送组件与压紧组件,其中输送组件与压紧组件均为输送带;其特征在于,在输送管通道的尾部设置有裁切机构,裁切机构包括辊筒、裁切刀、电机,其中在辊筒的圆周上设置有多把呈环形阵列分布的裁切刀,在辊筒上固定有带动辊筒转动的电机,在裁切刀下方设置有裁切平台,其中裁切平台的顶部与裁切刀的刃面接触,裁切平台固定在输送通道的尾部,在裁切机构的上方设置有气体清除机构,在裁切平台内嵌入有液体收集机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辣椒的自动裁切设备,其特征在于,在辊筒与裁切刀为可拆卸连接,在辊筒的圆周面上开有多个安装槽且多个安装槽呈环形阵列分布在辊筒圆周面上,在每把裁剪刀上固定有安装条且安装条与安装槽相配合,在安装条与安装槽上开有同轴的螺栓孔,在螺栓孔内插入有固定螺栓。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种辣椒的自动裁切设备,其特征在于,气体清除机构为负压罩与负压风机,负压罩位于裁切机构的上方,负压罩通过管道连接有负压风机,负压风机将辣椒气味到外界中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种辣椒的自动裁切设备,其特征在于,液体收集机构包括管道与负压泵,在裁切平台上开有多个细孔且细孔位于裁切机构的下方,多个细孔与同一根管道连通,管道上连接有负压泵,负压泵连接有收集盒。
