本实用新型涉及肉类切块设备技术领域,具体为一种用于兔肉加工的自动化切块装置。
背景技术
兔肉包括家兔肉和野兔肉两种,家兔肉又称为菜兔肉。兔肉属于高蛋白质、低脂肪、低胆固醇的肉类。以干物质计算,兔肉蛋白质含量高达70%,比一般肉类都高,且脂肪和胆固醇含量却低于所有的肉类,故对它有“荤中之素”的说法,和普通肉类一样,进入超市的成品兔肉,有时需要加工成块状产品,同时要求产品的一致性较好。在食品加工厂的生产过程中这道工序大多是人工手动切割完成,存在的问题是工人易疲劳导致效率减低,以及一致性不好等问题。或者使用一次成型的电动模具切刀,虽然解决了工人的疲劳问题,但是同样有一致性不好的问题,
对此,授权公告号为CN208601610U的中国实用新型专利公开了一种肉类切块装置,包括倾斜放置的第一工作台,与所述第一工作台通过连接转动轴铰接起来的倾斜放置的第二工作台,位于所述第一工作台上的第一切条装置,以及位于所述第二工作台上的第二切条装置;所述第一切条装置与所述第二切条装置均由平行刀片而不是网状刀片组成,一次只往一个方向切割,因此所得切口较网状刀片更为平整光滑,可以更大程度上保证肉块产品的形状一致性。另外,由于第一切条装置与第二切条装置分开放置,使得清洗变得更为简单。
该装置节省人力,安全可靠,但是在实际情况中根据需求需要切割不同大小的肉块,该装置不能改变切块的大小,不够实用,在切肉过程中会产生肉沫,肉沫会吸引细菌,而该装置只能在工作完成后方可清洗,清洗时效性差。
为此我们提出一种用于兔肉加工的自动化切块装置用于解决上述问题。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于兔肉加工的自动化切块装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种用于兔肉加工的自动化切块装置,包括框架,所述框架内设置有输送组件,所述输送组件包括转动连接在框架内两端的两个传动辊,两个所述传动辊上套接输送带,所述框架底面固接四个支腿,四个所述支腿之间固接底板,所述框架顶面固接切块仓,所述切块仓两端均为开口结构,所述切块仓内部两侧分别开设两个第一滑槽及两个第二滑槽,两个所述第一滑槽之间滑动连接纵切组件,两个所述第二滑槽之间滑动连接横切组件,所述纵切组件包括滑动连接在两个第一滑槽内的两个第一滑块,两个所述第一滑块之间固接纵切板,所述纵切板底面开设多个T型滑槽,多个所述T型滑槽内滑动连接多个T型滑条,多个所述T型滑条底面固接纵切刀,所述纵切板与切块仓内部顶面之间固接第一往复气缸。

请参阅图3,T型滑条44端部固接固定板46,固定板46上开设螺纹通孔47,纵切板42端部对应螺纹通孔47位置开设螺纹孔48,螺纹通孔47与螺纹孔48内螺纹连接固定螺栓49,通过拆除固定螺栓49即可取出T型滑条44及纵切刀45,通过这种操作可以改变纵切刀45的数量,进而改变多个纵切刀45的间距,使得在切割兔肉时,改变所成型的兔肉条宽度,并通过调整横切组件5上的第二往复气缸移动频率改变横切刀53切割的频率,进而改变兔肉条切割成块的宽度,进而调整切割完成的兔肉块的大小,适用范围更广。
请参阅图2,输送带22为链板传送带结构,框架1内位于切块仓3位置转动连接多个支撑辊23,多个支撑辊23接触输送带22内侧底面,支撑辊23可以在切割时对兔肉进行支撑,避免切割不彻底的现象。
请参阅图2,底板7上固接清洁组件8,清洁组件8包括固接在底板7上的水箱81及水泵82,框架1内位于输送带22下方位置固接匀流板84,匀流板84顶面固接多个毛刷86,多个毛刷86接触输送带22底面,匀流板84顶面开设多个喷水孔85,匀流板84连通多个喷水孔85,匀流板84底面连通水管83一端,水管83另一端连通水泵82,通过毛刷86及喷水孔85即可对输送带22进行清洁,并且可以在切肉的同时对输送带22进行清洁,避免肉沫等杂质污染输送带22造成细菌污染的现象。
工作原理:本实用新型在使用时,将兔肉放置在输送带22上进行输送,在兔肉输送至切块仓3内时,纵切组件4处的第一往复气缸410带动多个纵切刀45向下移动切割,即可将兔肉切成条状,之后横切组件5处的往复第二气缸54带动横切刀53向下移动切割,即可将条状的兔肉切割成块状,即可完成切割;此外还设置了清洁组件8,通过毛刷86及喷水孔85即可对输送带22进行清洁。本实用新型纵切组件4处通过拆除固定螺栓49即可取出T型滑条44及纵切刀45,通过这种操作可以改变纵切刀45的数量,进而改变多个纵切刀45的间距,使得在切割兔肉时,改变所成型的兔肉条宽度,并通过调整横切组件5上的第二往复气缸移动频率改变横切刀53切割的频率,进而改变兔肉条切割成块的宽度,进而调整切割完成的兔肉块的大小,适用范围更广,同时设置了清洁组件8对输送带22清洁,并且可以在切肉的同时对输送带22进行清洁,避免肉沫等杂质污染输送带22造成细菌污染的现象。

1.一种用于兔肉加工的自动化切块装置,包括框架(1),所述框架(1)内设置有输送组件(2),所述输送组件(2)包括转动连接在框架(1)内两端的两个传动辊(21),两个所述传动辊(21)上套接输送带(22),所述框架(1)底面固接四个支腿(6),四个所述支腿(6)之间固接底板(7),其特征在于:
所述框架(1)顶面固接切块仓(3),所述切块仓(3)两端均为开口结构,所述切块仓(3)内部两侧分别开设两个第一滑槽(31)及两个第二滑槽(32),两个所述第一滑槽(31)之间滑动连接纵切组件(4),两个所述第二滑槽(32)之间滑动连接横切组件(5);
所述纵切组件(4)包括滑动连接在两个第一滑槽(31)内的两个第一滑块(41),两个所述第一滑块(41)之间固接纵切板(42),所述纵切板(42)底面开设多个T型滑槽(43),多个所述T型滑槽(43)内滑动连接多个T型滑条(44),多个所述T型滑条(44)底面固接纵切刀(45),所述纵切板(42)与切块仓(3)内部顶面之间固接第一往复气缸(410)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于兔肉加工的自动化切块装置,其特征在于:所述T型滑条(44)端部固接固定板(46),所述固定板(46)上开设螺纹通孔(47),所述纵切板(42)端部对应螺纹通孔(47)位置开设螺纹孔(48),所述螺纹通孔(47)与螺纹孔(48)内螺纹连接固定螺栓(49)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于兔肉加工的自动化切块装置,其特征在于:所述横切组件(5)包括滑动连接在两个第二滑槽(32)内的两个第二滑块(51),两个所述第二滑块(51)之间固接横切板(52),所述横切板(52)底面固接横切刀(53),所述横切板(52)顶面与切块仓(3)内部顶面之间固接第二往复气缸(54)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于兔肉加工的自动化切块装置,其特征在于:所述输送带(22)为链板传送带结构,所述框架(1)内位于切块仓(3)位置转动连接多个支撑辊(23),多个所述支撑辊(23)接触输送带(22)内侧底面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于兔肉加工的自动化切块装置,其特征在于:所述底板(7)上固接清洁组件(8),所述清洁组件(8)包括固接在底板(7)上的水箱(81)及水泵(82),所述框架(1)内位于输送带(22)下方位置固接匀流板(84),所述匀流板(84)顶面固接多个毛刷(86),多个所述毛刷(86)接触输送带(22)底面,所述匀流板(84)顶面开设多个喷水孔(85),所述匀流板(84)连通多个喷水孔(85),所述匀流板(84)底面连通水管(83)一端,所述水管(83)另一端连通水泵(82)。
