Description

cough and asthma treating ointment for treating chronic bronchitis and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
the invention relates to compatibility of traditional Chinese medicines and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a cough and asthma treating chronic bronchitis ointment and a preparation method thereof.
Background
with the increase of industrial and atmospheric pollution, the pressure of life of people is increased, and the incidence and attack rate of asthma are also increased year by year, especially common in the elderly. Bronchial asthma is a common intractable disease, and no specific treatment method exists at present. The morbidity of countries in the world is 1-13%, and the morbidity of China is 1-4%. The western medicine for treating asthma mainly uses glucocorticoid and beta 2 receptor stimulant, has the advantages of strong local anti-inflammatory effect, small dosage and small systemic reactivity, and is generally recognized as the most basic treatment for controlling the long-term stability of asthma. However, the simple inhalation of glucocorticoid has a great side effect on the elderly, and the elderly patients are accompanied by diabetes, osteoporosis, digestive system diseases, etc., and the glucocorticoid can be applied to aggravate the disease condition or be limited in application. In recent years, with the intensive clinical research and the rise and intervention of new modern medical technology, the traditional Chinese medicine has better curative effect on asthma, and is particularly suitable for patients with bronchial asthma, especially old people with basic diseases.
Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the airways involving a variety of inflammatory cells and cell components. Bronchial asthma belongs to the category of 'asthma syndrome' and 'asthma syndrome' in traditional Chinese medicine. The "Nei Jing" suggests that asthma is mainly caused by pathological changes of the lung. For example, the lung diseases and dyspnea and cough (plain questions and the monogram's disease treatise on the disease), "the lung diseases and dyspnea with nose" (Ling Shu and Wu Yuan Wu Shi), and "the pathogenic factors are in the lung, so that the patient has a disease of … … asthma" (Ling Shu and Wu Shi), "the lung diseases and dyspnea and coughing with adverse qi" (plain questions and visceral qi Fa Shi). Wherein "wheezing", "wheezing" and "upbeat" refer to asthma. Therefore, Su Wen & Zhi Zhen Yao Da Lun summarize: all qi stagnation pertains to the lung. The basic pathological changes are phlegm-phlegm induced by touch, phlegm-qi accumulation, lung qi dispersion and descending, and wheezing and dyspnea. The attack stage is mainly caused by pathogenic excess and mainly includes cold asthma and heat asthma; the remission stage is mainly due to deficiency of healthy qi and closely related to the three zang-organs of lung, spleen and kidney.

In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the cough and asthma treating chronic bronchitis paste, which comprises the following steps:
Step1, dipping: adding 10-20L of drinking normal-temperature water into the cough and asthma relieving traditional Chinese medicine composition, soaking overnight at the room temperature of 15-25 ℃, wherein the soaking is based on the principle that the medicinal material core is wet, and the total water absorption rate of the soaked medicinal material is 10-20% (W/W);
Step2, decocting: pouring the soaked cough and asthma relieving traditional Chinese medicine composition and the not completely absorbed soaking liquid into a jacketed kettle simultaneously, and decocting the soaked Chinese medicine composition and the soaking liquid at normal pressure by adopting circulating steam at 100 ℃ for three times, wherein the first decoction time is 2 hours, and the second and third decoction times are 1 hour respectively, the weight ratio of the cough and asthma relieving traditional Chinese medicine composition to the soaking liquid in the first decoction is 4-8 times (W/W) that of the drinking normal-temperature water, the later decoction liquid passes through a 200-mesh screen to obtain a first decoction liquid, and the filtrate is reserved;
Adding 4-6 times (W/W) of drinking water into filter residues for second decoction, wherein the decoction time is 1 hour, and then, passing the decoction through a 200-mesh screen to obtain a second decoction, and keeping the filtrate for later use;
Adding 4-6 times of drinking water into the filter residue again for carrying out third decoction for 1 hour, and sieving the decoction with a 200-mesh sieve to obtain a third decoction, wherein the filtrate is reserved; the filter residue is discarded.
Step3, concentration: mixing the first decoction with the second decoction and the third decoction, placing the mixture in a jacketed kettle, and under the condition of normal pressure circulating steam, enabling the decoction temperature to reach 100 ℃, continuously stirring, and concentrating to 800-1100 mL to obtain a concentrated solution for later use;
Step4, alcohol precipitation: standing the concentrated solution, naturally cooling to room temperature, then placing the concentrated solution into an alcohol precipitation tank, adding 95% ethanol, adjusting the ethanol content to 40% (mL/mL) at room temperature, continuously stirring for 40 minutes to ensure that the ethanol is fully and uniformly mixed, performing secondary alcohol precipitation, standing the concentrated solution at room temperature for 48 hours for the first time of alcohol precipitation, sucking supernatant alcohol precipitation solution for later use, adding ethanol into precipitation residues again, adjusting the ethanol content to 40% (mL/mL) in the same way as the first time of alcohol precipitation, standing the concentrated solution at room temperature for 12 hours for the second time of alcohol precipitation, filtering to obtain supernatant alcohol precipitation solution, and discarding residues;
step5, recovering ethanol: mixing the two ethanol precipitation solutions, and recovering ethanol under reduced pressure. Heating with steam to recover ethanol to obtain concentrated medicinal liquid, recovering ethanol, and standing;
continuously concentrating the concentrated liquid medicine after recovering the ethanol under normal pressure until the specific gravity is 1.15-1.30, immediately adding a prepared ethylparaben solution, and uniformly stirring for later use;
Step6, preparation of refined honey and refined sugar: boiling Mel in a jacketed kettle at 110-120 deg.C, refining to golden yellow and dripping Mel into filaments, filtering, and discarding impurities;
adding purified water and tartaric acid solution into sucrose, boiling at 110-120 ℃, stirring, dissolving, and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain sucrose syrup with a specific gravity of 1.40-1.60 for later use;
Mixing: continuously heating the liquid medicine after ethanol recovery, controlling the temperature to 100 ℃, adding refined honey and sucrose syrup, uniformly stirring, observing that no crystal is generated in the liquid medicine, and filtering by a 100-mesh screen for later use;
step7, sterilization and separation: putting concentrated solution of Chinese medicinal composition for relieving cough and asthma, Mel and refined sugar into cold and hot jar, adding ethylparaben as antiseptic, stirring, mixing, heating with steam, sterilizing at high temperature for 1 hr, naturally cooling to room temperature, slowly adding Mentholum liquid, and stirring;

adding 4-6 times (W/W) of drinking water into filter residues for second decoction, wherein the decoction time is 1 hour, and then, passing the decoction through a 200-mesh screen to obtain a second decoction, and keeping the filtrate for later use;
Adding 4-6 times of drinking water into the filter residue again for carrying out third decoction for 1 hour, passing the decoction through a 200-mesh screen to obtain a third decoction, and reserving the filtrate and discarding the filter residue;
Step3, concentration: mixing the first decoction with the second decoction and the third decoction, placing the mixture in a jacketed kettle, and under the condition of normal pressure circulating steam, enabling the decoction temperature to reach 100 ℃, continuously stirring, and concentrating to 800-1100 mL to obtain a concentrated solution for later use;
Step4, alcohol precipitation: standing the concentrated solution, naturally cooling to room temperature, then placing the concentrated solution into an alcohol precipitation tank, adding 95% ethanol, adjusting the ethanol content to 40% (mL/mL) at room temperature, continuously stirring for 40 minutes to ensure that the ethanol is fully and uniformly mixed, performing secondary alcohol precipitation, standing the concentrated solution at room temperature for 48 hours for the first time of alcohol precipitation, sucking supernatant alcohol precipitation solution for later use, adding ethanol into precipitation residues again, adjusting the ethanol content to 40% (mL/mL) in the same way as the first time of alcohol precipitation, standing the concentrated solution at room temperature for 12 hours for the second time of alcohol precipitation, filtering to obtain supernatant alcohol precipitation solution, and discarding residues;
step5, recovering ethanol: mixing the two ethanol precipitation solutions, recovering ethanol under reduced pressure, heating with steam to recover ethanol to obtain concentrated solution, and recovering ethanol;
Continuously concentrating the concentrated liquid medicine after recovering the ethanol under normal pressure until the specific gravity is 1.15-1.30, immediately adding a prepared ethylparaben solution, and uniformly stirring for later use;
Step6, preparation of refined honey and refined sugar: boiling Mel in a jacketed kettle at 110-120 deg.C, refining to golden yellow and dripping Mel into filaments, filtering, and discarding impurities;
Adding purified water and tartaric acid solution into sucrose, boiling at 110-120 ℃, stirring, dissolving, and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain sucrose syrup with a specific gravity of 1.40-1.60 for later use;
mixing: continuously heating the liquid medicine after ethanol recovery, controlling the temperature to 100 ℃, adding refined honey and sucrose syrup, uniformly stirring, observing that no crystal is generated in the liquid medicine, and filtering by a 100-mesh screen for later use;
step7, sterilization and separation: putting concentrated solution of Chinese medicinal composition for relieving cough and asthma, Mel and refined sugar into cold and hot jar, adding ethylparaben as antiseptic, stirring, mixing, heating with steam, sterilizing at high temperature for 1 hr, naturally cooling to room temperature, slowly adding Mentholum liquid, and stirring;
Step8, preparation: adding appropriate amount of distilled water into the above medicinal liquid, stirring, adjusting volume to 1000mL, and packaging into a specified container to obtain brown viscous semifluid ointment for treating cough and asthma.
