Abstract
本发明提出了一种解酒配方及其产品,其包括以下重量份的组分:野葛10~40份、枳椇子10~30份、松茸10~30份和利尿药材5~15份、葡萄糖10~30份、葛花或山楂0~30份、蛋氨酸0~1份和富硒物质0~1份。本发明的有益效果在于:通过激发人体的多种生理功能,帮助饮酒人群缓解酒后不适、加速酒精代谢、促进机体恢复,起到显著的解酒效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品领域,特别涉及一种解酒配方。
背景技术
目前市场上的解酒产品很多,但大多数只是将多种传统的解酒药材进行组合,例如,葛根和枳椇子组合,葛根、葛花和枳椇子组合,葛根、枳椇子和山楂组合,或葛根、葛花、枳椇子和山楂组合等。这些组合方式,只是简单地解酒,未能全面激发人体机能,解酒效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明提供一种解酒配方,解决了现有技术中单纯地将多种解酒药材进行简单组合的现状。本发明的配方与现有技术相比,本配方全面作用于人体,多种功能相互协同,加速体内酒精代谢,促进机体损伤修复。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种解酒配方,其特征在于,由食品中可用的载体和以下重量份的组分组成:野葛10~40份、枳椇子10~30份、松茸10~30份和利尿药材5~15份、葡萄糖10~30份、葛花或山楂0~30份、蛋氨酸0~1份和富硒物质0~1份。
所述利尿药材选自车前子、白茅根、茯苓或泽泻中的一种。
所述富硒物质选自L-硒代蛋氨酸、富硒酵母或L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸中的至少一种。
各原料占比份额更优的是:野葛20~40份、枳椇子10~30份、松茸10~30份、车前子5~15份、葡萄糖10~30份、蛋氨酸0.2~1份和富硒物质0.0005~0.002份。
各原料占比份额更优的是:野葛30份、枳椇子20份、松茸20份、车前子10份、葡萄糖20份、蛋氨酸0.4份和富硒物质0.001份。
所述的野葛为野葛的水提取物或野葛的超微粉末,所述枳椇子为枳椇子的水提取物或枳椇子超微粉末,所述松茸为松茸的水提取物或松茸的超微粉末,所述利尿药材为利尿药材的水提取物或利尿药材的超微粉末,所述葛花为葛花的水提取物或葛花的超微粉末,所述山楂为山楂的水提取物或山楂的超微粉末。
所述解酒配方为口服制剂,载体包括但不限于填充剂、崩解剂、粘合剂、润湿剂、润滑剂,所述填充剂为淀粉、糊精、乳糖、蔗糖、糖粉、微晶纤维素、葡萄糖、葡甲胺、氨基葡萄糖、甘露醇、硫酸钙或硫酸氢钙;崩解剂为羟丙纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、交联聚维酮、交联羧甲基纤维素钠或交联羟丙甲基纤维素;粘合剂为羟丙甲基纤维素钠或聚维酮;润湿剂为水或乙醇;润滑剂为硬脂酸镁或滑石粉。
按以上配方可以制成下述剂型,但不限于这些剂型:粉剂、口服液、片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂。
野葛,《本草纲目》记载:气味甘、平,无毒。具有清热排毒、解痉镇痛,升阳解肌,透疹止泻的功效。野葛中含有很丰富的黄酮类,能改善女性体内分泌平衡,随着年龄增长,体内下丘脑-- 垂体-- 性腺轴的平衡被打破了,出现失眠、多梦、头晕、目眩、烦躁、不安、猜疑、优郁等症状,经常吃野葛食品能预防更年期综合症。现代医学研究表明:野葛能很好的增加脑和冠状血流,改善脑微循环,对血压、血脂及血糖都有平衡作用。
枳椇子,味甘、酸,性平。有清热、利尿、解酒毒之功效,主治醉酒、烦热、口渴、呕吐、二便不利等症。
松茸,含有18种氨基酸、14种人体必需微量元素、49种活性营养物质、5种不饱和脂肪酸、8种维生素、2种糖蛋白、丰富的膳食纤维和多种活性酶,另含有3种珍贵的活性物质,分别是双链松茸多糖、松茸多肽和全世界独一无二的抗癌物质——松茸醇,是世界上最珍贵的天然药用菌类。松茸不仅营养均衡、充足,而且还有提高免疫力、抗癌抗肿瘤、治疗糖尿病及心血管疾病、抗衰老养颜、促肠胃保肝脏等多种功效。
车前子,味甘、淡,性微寒。具有清热利尿、渗湿止泻、明目、祛痰之功效,主治小便不利、淋浊带下、水肿胀满、暑湿泻痢、目赤障翳、痰热咳喘。
葡萄糖,进入人体胃肠后,快速吸收,提供能量。
蛋氨酸,人体所需的8种必需氨基酸之一。蛋氨酸是松茸的第一限制性氨基酸,另外加入适量的蛋氨酸,使得配方组合中的8种必需氨基酸达到人体需求的最优比例。
硒,适量补硒不但能够预防肿瘤、肝病等的发生,而且可以提高机体免疫能力,维护心、肝、肺、胃等重要器官正常功能,预防老年性心、脑血管疾病的发生。硒能促进肝脏损伤的修复。
配方分析:
野葛、枳椇子缓解酒后身体不适症状,改善心脑血管供血;
酒后人群,大多胃肠虚弱,常规饮食消化吸收困难,通过补充葡萄糖,快速为人体提供能量;
松茸含有8种必需的氨基酸,蛋氨酸是其第一限制性氨基酸,配方另外加入适量的蛋氨酸,使得8种必需氨基酸达到人体需求的最优比例。另外,松茸还含有氨基酸之外的其他多种营养物质,为人体受损组织修复提供物质保证。
酒后人群,通过摄入更多的水分,稀释体内的酒精浓度,配合使用利尿剂,加大尿液排泄,促进体内酒精代谢。
补充硒,起到抗氧化的作用,减轻酒精对人体的伤害。硒同时能辅助维护心、肝、肺、胃等重要器官正常功能。
通过以上几种生理功能共同作用,帮助饮酒人群缓解酒后不适、加速酒精代谢、促进机体恢复,起到显著的解酒效果。
实施例及实验例
通过下面给出的本发明的具体实施例以及实验例可以进一步清楚地了解本发明,但它们不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1
松茸、野葛洗净切片;松茸、野葛、枳椇子、车前子置于干燥箱中,60℃鼓风干燥至水分低于5%;使用超微粉碎机分别将松茸、野葛、枳椇子、车前子粉碎至300~500目;将粉碎好的原料与葡萄糖、蛋氨酸、L-硒代蛋氨酸按以下比例配料:松茸1.0千克、野葛1.0千克、枳椇子1.0千克、车前子0.5千克、葡萄糖1.0千克,混合均匀,按10.0克/袋进行分装。
实施例2
松茸、野葛洗净切片;松茸、野葛、葛花、枳椇子、白茅根置于干燥箱中,60℃鼓风干燥至水分低于5%;使用超微粉碎机分别将松茸、野葛、葛花、枳椇子、白茅根粉碎至300~500目;将粉碎好的原料与葡萄糖、蛋氨酸、L-硒代蛋氨酸按以下比例配料:松茸2.0千克、野葛2.0千克、葛花1.0千克、枳椇子2.0千克、白茅根1.0千克、葡萄糖2.0千克、蛋氨酸0.04千克、硒代蛋氨酸0.1克,混合均匀,按10.0克/袋进行分装。
实验例1
武大爹:退休干部,血压高,喜欢喝酒。喝酒后头晕、心跳加速,使用实施例1的产品40分钟后,头晕症状大大缓解,心跳恢复正常。
实验例2
刘大姐:今年51岁,血脂高、血糖高、血压高,偶尔一次少量饮酒,出现严重的头晕、血压升高、心跳加速、视物模糊,使用实施例2的产品一个小时后,各种不适症状极大缓解。她便秘了十多年,使用实施例2的产品七天后,排便轻松干净彻底;她手脚冰冷,要穿同龄人两倍的衣服,饮苏氏汤后,她穿的衣服和姑娘一样多也不觉得冷了。继续使用本产品两个月,身体发生了很多预想不到改变,以前有严重的口臭、口干口苦、津液粘稠,每天要多次擦口唇上的津液分泌物,喝水的杯口粘附着一层津液固体。使用本品后,津液变得清爽、甘甜,口干口苦口臭消失了,嘴唇分泌物变少了,眼睛干涩、刺痛消除了。

1.一种解酒配方,其特征在于,由食品中可用的载体和以下重量份的组分组成:野葛10~40份、枳椇子10~30份、松茸10~30份和利尿药材5~15份、葡萄糖10~30份、葛花或山楂0~30份、蛋氨酸0~1份和富硒物质0~1份。
2.如权利要求1中所述的解酒配方,其特征在于:所述利尿药材选自车前子、白茅根、茯苓或泽泻中的一种。
3.如权利要求1中所述的解酒配方,其特征在于:所述富硒物质选自L-硒代蛋氨酸、富硒酵母或L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求2中所述的解酒配方,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:野葛20~40份、枳椇子10~30份、松茸10~30份、车前子5~15份、葡萄糖10~30份、蛋氨酸0.2~1份和富硒物质0.0005~0.002份。
5.如权利要求2中所述的解酒配方,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:野葛30份、枳椇子20份、松茸20份、车前子10份、葡萄糖20份、蛋氨酸0.4份和富硒物质0.001份。
6.如权利要求1或2或4或5中所述的解酒配方,其特征在于:所述的野葛为野葛的水提取物或野葛的超微粉末,所述枳椇子为枳椇子的水提取物或枳椇子超微粉末,所述松茸为松茸的水提取物或松茸的超微粉末,所述利尿药材为利尿药材的水提取物或利尿药材的超微粉末,所述葛花为葛花的水提取物或葛花的超微粉末,所述山楂为山楂的水提取物或山楂的超微粉末。
7.如权利要求1或2或4或5中所述的解酒配方,其特征在于:所述解酒配方为口服制剂。
8.如权利要求7中所述的解酒配方,其特征在于:所述载体包括但不限于填充剂、崩解剂、粘合剂、润湿剂、润滑剂,所述填充剂为淀粉、糊精、乳糖、蔗糖、糖粉、微晶纤维素、葡萄糖、葡甲胺、氨基葡萄糖、甘露醇、硫酸钙或硫酸氢钙;崩解剂为羟丙纤维素、羧甲基淀粉钠、交联聚维酮、交联羧甲基纤维素钠或交联羟丙甲基纤维素;粘合剂为羟丙甲基纤维素钠或聚维酮;润湿剂为水或乙醇;润滑剂为硬脂酸镁或滑石粉。
9.权利要求1~8任一所述的解酒配方在制备解酒保肝产品中的应用。
