Abstract
本发明公开了一种经典名方半夏泻心汤颗粒的制备方法,包括炮制工序、提取浓缩工序和制粒工序;所述炮制工序、提取浓缩工序和制粒工序所得成品为6万袋,每袋10克。通过该方法制备的半夏泻心汤颗粒不需要现煎,服用量准确口感较好,携带方便,极大了推广了该方的广泛应用。

技术领域
本发明属于半夏泻心汤制备技术领域,具体涉及一种经典名方半夏泻心汤颗粒的制备方法。
背景技术
半夏泻心汤,中医方剂名。为和解剂,具有调和肝脾,寒热平调,消痞散结之功效。主治寒热错杂之痞证。心下痞,但满而不痛,或呕吐,肠鸣下利,舌苔腻而微黄。临床常用于治疗急慢性胃肠炎,慢性结肠炎,慢性肝炎,早期肝硬化等属中气虚弱,寒热错杂者。
现有的目前临床仍采用汤剂的用药形式,然而汤剂需临用现煎,服用量大、口感差,携带不便极大影响了该方的广泛应用的问题,为此我们提出一种经典名方半夏泻心汤颗粒的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种经典名方半夏泻心汤颗粒的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种经典名方半夏泻心汤颗粒的制备方法,包括炮制工序、提取浓缩工序和制粒工序,所述炮制工序、提取浓缩工序和制粒工序所得成品为6万袋,每袋10克。
进一步的,优选的,所述炮制工序为将药材分别按各自炮制操作规程进行炮制。
进一步的,优选的,所述提取浓缩工序包括如下步骤:
步骤一:提取:将炮制好的药材分别投入提取罐中,加7.4倍量的水蒸汽加热至沸腾后,100℃煮提1.5小时,80目过滤,收集药液于储罐中,将所提取的滤液合并,静置6小时;
步骤二:浓缩收膏:开启浓缩器,滤取上清液打入浓缩器内,双效浓缩器一效真空度控制在-0.04Mpa—-0.06Mpa,温度70-80℃;二效真空度控制在-0.06Mpa—-0.08Mpa,温度60-70℃,浓缩过程中随时检查并记录浓缩温度、真空度,浓缩至适量转由单效浓缩器并液浓缩,待缩至标定液位后再转由球形浓缩器浓缩收膏,温度控制在70-80℃,浓缩过程中随时检查并记录温度。待浓缩至总药材饮片量的2.2倍药液时,转至收膏间,经200目筛网过滤收膏,取适量清膏测定干膏率,将合格的清膏装于密闭的容器中,称量贴好状态标识,入中间品库。
进一步的,优选的,所述制粒工序包括如下步骤:
步骤一:喷雾制粒:将领取的糊精和浸膏分别称量,将糊精放入喷雾制粒机内,调整流速和温度,喷入清膏制成颗粒,收集干燥颗粒粉;
步骤二:干法制粒:将领取的糊精和干燥颗粒粉分别称量,混合均匀后,将所有混合颗粒粉用干压制粒法制备颗粒剂,收集干燥颗粒于旋涡振荡筛中,用10目和40目筛网整粒,存入中转站,待验,内包装,外包装。
进一步的,优选的,所述药材分别为:清半夏552kg、黄芩414kg、干姜414kg、人参414kg、炙甘草414kg、黄连138kg、大枣360kg。
进一步的,优选的,所述标定液位为总药材饮片量的4.4倍,总药材饮片量的2.2倍药液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过该方法制备的半夏泻心汤颗粒不需要现煎,服用量准确口感较好,携带方便,极大了推广了该方的广泛应用。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种经典名方半夏泻心汤颗粒的制备方法,包括炮制工序、提取浓缩工序和制粒工序,所述炮制工序、提取浓缩工序和制粒工序所得成品为6万袋,每袋10克。
本实施例中,优选的,炮制工序为将药材分别按各自炮制操作规程进行炮制。
本实施例中,优选的,提取浓缩工序包括如下步骤:
步骤一:提取:将炮制好的药材分别投入提取罐中,加7.4倍量的水蒸汽加热至沸腾后,100℃煮提1.5小时,80目过滤,收集药液于储罐中,将所提取的滤液合并,静置6小时;
步骤二:浓缩收膏:开启浓缩器,滤取上清液打入浓缩器内,双效浓缩器一效真空度控制在-0.04Mpa—-0.06Mpa,温度70-80℃;二效真空度控制在-0.06Mpa—-0.08Mpa,温度60-70℃,浓缩过程中随时检查并记录浓缩温度、真空度,浓缩至适量转由单效浓缩器并液浓缩,待缩至标定液位后再转由球形浓缩器浓缩收膏,温度控制在70-80℃,浓缩过程中随时检查并记录温度。待浓缩至总药材饮片量的2.2倍药液时,转至收膏间,经200目筛网过滤收膏,取适量清膏测定干膏率,将合格的清膏装于密闭的容器中,称量贴好状态标识,入中间品库。
本实施例中,优选的,制粒工序包括如下步骤:
步骤一:喷雾制粒:将领取的糊精和浸膏分别称量,将糊精放入喷雾制粒机内,调整流速和温度,喷入清膏制成颗粒,收集干燥颗粒粉;
步骤二:干法制粒:将领取的糊精和干燥颗粒粉分别称量,混合均匀后,将所有混合颗粒粉用干压制粒法制备颗粒剂,收集干燥颗粒于旋涡振荡筛中,用10目和40目筛网整粒。存入中转站,待验,内包装,外包装。
本实施例中,优选的,药材分别为:清半夏552kg、黄芩414kg、干姜414kg、人参414kg、炙甘草414kg、黄连138kg、大枣360kg。
本实施例中,优选的,标定液位为总药材饮片量的4.4倍,总药材饮片量的2.2倍药液。

1.一种经典名方半夏泻心汤颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括炮制工序、提取浓缩工序和制粒工序,所述炮制工序、提取浓缩工序和制粒工序所得成品为6万袋,每袋10克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种经典名方半夏泻心汤颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述炮制工序为将药材分别按各自炮制操作规程进行炮制。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种经典名方半夏泻心汤颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述提取浓缩工序包括如下步骤:
步骤一:提取:将炮制好的药材分别投入提取罐中,加7.4倍量的水蒸汽加热至沸腾后,100℃煮提1.5小时,80目过滤,收集药液于储罐中,将所提取的滤液合并,静置6小时;

步骤一:喷雾制粒:将领取的糊精和浸膏分别称量,将糊精放入喷雾制粒机内,调整流速和温度,喷入清膏制成颗粒,收集干燥颗粒粉;
步骤二:干法制粒:将领取的糊精和干燥颗粒粉分别称量,混合均匀后,将所有混合颗粒粉用干压制粒法制备颗粒剂,收集干燥颗粒于旋涡振荡筛中,用10目和40目筛网整粒。存入中转站,待验,内包装,外包装。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种经典名方半夏泻心汤颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述药材分别为:清半夏552kg、黄芩414kg、干姜414kg、人参414kg、炙甘草414kg、黄连138kg、大枣360kg。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种经典名方半夏泻心汤颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于:所述标定液位为总药材饮片量的4.4倍,总药材饮片量的2.2倍药液。
