本发明公布一种液压冷拔机扩径、制头自动定尺装置及方法,属于管技术领域。步骤一,将坯管安装在冷拔机上;步骤二,启动推料油缸,推料油缸经推梁推动坯管沿模具运动;步骤三,位移传感器实时监测推料油缸的位移,压力传感器实时监测推料油缸的压力;步骤四,压力传感器最先检测到的突然急剧增大的压力作为压力信号拾取点;步骤五,位移传感器在压力信号拾取点处检测的位移作为测距起点,推料油缸从测距起点运动到设定值时,推料油缸停止前进,冷拔结束。本发明通过在推料油缸中连接位移传感器、压力传感器,结合坯管完全进入模具后,推料油缸压力趋于稳定的特性,在坯管拉拔起点处作为拾取压力传感信号加以区分,控制推料油缸行程实现定尺。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷拔机拔管技术领域,具体是一种液压冷拔机扩径、制头自动定尺装置及方法。
背景技术
在液压冷拔机动作功能中,扩径(涨管)、自动制头(拔头)是目前液压冷拔机拔管过程中必备功能。涨管是指将钢管管径通过内模进行扩大,因此也称扩径。制头是指将需冷拔的钢管通过外力(推料油缸)将其推入外模,并通过外模给拉拔小车一定尺寸的夹持长度,因此也称拔头。
传统的液压冷拔机在扩径(涨管)、制头(拔头)过程中均用目测或计量工具通过人工测定。在操作和生产效率上存在一定的安全隐患和不足。手动操控扩径(涨管)、制头(拔头)容易使管头超出所需尺寸范围,不易复位,浪費材料。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种液压冷拔机扩径、制头自动定尺装置及方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种液压冷拔机扩径、制头自动定尺装置,包括内模、外模,内模连接有芯杆,芯杆上套装有推梁;所述推梁连接有推料油缸;所述推料油缸的进油口联接有压力传感器,推料油缸上还安装有用于检测推力油缸形成的位移传感器。
优选的:所述推料油缸连接有液压供油系统,液压供油系统连接有控制器,所述压力传感器、位移传感器将信号传输至控制器。
一种液压冷拔机扩径、制头自动定尺装置方法,
步骤一,将坯管安装在冷拔机上;
步骤二,启动推料油缸,推料油缸经推梁推动坯管沿模具运动;
步骤三,位移传感器实时监测推料油缸的位移,压力传感器实时监测推料油缸的压力;
步骤四,压力传感器最先检测到的突然急剧增大的压力作为压力信号拾取点;
步骤五,位移传感器在压力信号拾取点处检测的位移作为测距起点,推料油缸从测距起点运动到设定值时,推料油缸停止前进,冷拔结束。
优选的:所述冷拔机包括内模、外模,内模通过内模并帽连接有芯杆,芯杆上套装有推梁。
优选的:所述推料油缸连接有液压供油系统,控制器控制液压供油系统;所述压力传感器、位移传感器将信号传输至控制器。
优选的:所述控制器以位移传感器检测的位移为x轴,以压力传感器检测的压力为y轴绘制曲线图;将曲线图上突然急剧增加的压力点作为压力信号拾取点,压力信号拾取点对应的位移作为测距起点;从测距起点开始,曲线图沿y轴位移到达设定值时,控制器控制推料油缸停止前进,冷拔结束。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过在推料油缸中连接位移传感器、压力传感器,结合坯管完全进入模具后,推料油缸压力趋于稳定的特性,在坯管拉拔起点处作为拾取压力传感信号加以区分,控制推料油缸行程实现定尺;本发明结构紧凑、合理,不改变原有推料油缸外形与特征,成本低,安装操作方便,且安全高效,控制精度高,不易失控。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例,现结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例一
结合图1和图2所示,一种液压冷拔机扩径、制头自动定尺装置,包括内模1、外模2,内模1通过内模并帽5连接芯杆3,芯杆3上套装推梁4;推梁4连接推料油缸,推料油缸连接有液压供油系统。
本实施例改进之处在于:
推料油缸的进油口联接压力传感器,在工作时,压力传感器实时监测推料油缸的无杆腔压力。推料油缸的活塞杆上安装位移传感器,在工作时,位移传感器用于实时监测推料油缸活塞杆的位移。
液压供油系统连接有控制器,在工作时,压力传感器、位移传感器将信号传输至控制器,控制器根据信号来控制推料油缸的伸缩、启停。
实施例二
在上述实施例一的基础上,再结合图3所示,一种液压冷拔机扩径、制头自动定尺装置方法,
步骤一,将坯管6安装在冷拔机上;
步骤二,启动推料油缸,推料油缸经推梁4推动坯管6沿模具(内模1,或者内模1和外模2)运动;
步骤三,位移传感器实时监测推料油缸的位移,压力传感器实时监测推料油缸的压力;控制器以位移传感器检测的位移为x轴,以压力传感器检测的压力为y轴绘制曲线图,如图3所示;
步骤四,压力传感器最先检测到的突然急剧增加的压力作为压力信号拾取点;对应于曲线图,也就是线上最先开始急剧增大的压力点作为压力信号拾取点,压力信号拾取点对应的位移作为测距起点;
步骤五,位移传感器在压力信号拾取点处检测的位移作为测距起点,推料油缸从测距起点运动到设定值时,控制器控制推料油缸停止前进,冷拔结束。
本发明通过在推料油缸中连接位移传感器、压力传感器,结合坯管完全进入模具后,推料油缸压力趋于稳定的特性,在坯管拉拔起点处作为拾取压力传感信号加以区分,控制推料油缸行程实现定尺。
本发明结构紧凑、合理,不改变原有推料油缸外形与特征,成本低,安装操作方便,且安全高效,控制精度高,不易失控。设定值可根据需要进行设置,减少了人工测定误差,保障安全生产,提高生产效率。

1.一种液压冷拔机扩径、制头自动定尺装置,包括内模、外模,内模连接有芯杆,芯杆上套装有推梁;所述推梁连接有推料油缸;
其特征在于:
所述推料油缸的进油口联接有压力传感器,推料油缸上还安装有用于检测推力油缸形成的位移传感器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压冷拔机扩径、制头自动定尺装置,其特征在于:所述推料油缸连接有液压供油系统,液压供油系统连接有控制器,所述压力传感器、位移传感器将信号传输至控制器。
3.一种液压冷拔机扩径、制头自动定尺装置方法,其特征在于:
步骤一,将坯管安装在冷拔机上;
步骤二,启动推料油缸,推料油缸经推梁推动坯管沿模具运动;
步骤三,位移传感器实时监测推料油缸的位移,压力传感器实时监测推料油缸的压力;
步骤四,压力传感器最先检测到的突然急剧增大的压力作为压力信号拾取点;
步骤五,位移传感器在压力信号拾取点处检测的位移作为测距起点,推料油缸从测距起点运动到设定值时,推料油缸停止前进,冷拔结束。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液压冷拔机扩径、制头自动定尺装置方法,其特征在于:所述冷拔机包括内模、外模,内模通过内模并帽连接有芯杆,芯杆上套装有推梁。

6.根据权利要求5所述的液压冷拔机扩径、制头自动定尺装置方法,其特征在于:所述控制器以位移传感器检测的位移为x轴,以压力传感器检测的压力为y轴绘制曲线图;将曲线图上突然急剧增加的压力点作为压力信号拾取点,压力信号拾取点对应的位移作为测距起点;从测距起点开始,曲线图沿y轴位移到达设定值时,控制器控制推料油缸停止前进,冷拔结束。
