技术领域
本发明设计汽车尾气处理装置,具体是一种重型柴油车尾气净化装置。
背景技术
燃烧柴油所产生的废气中主要含有氮氧化物(NOx)、硫氧化合物(SOx)、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、醛类和不完全燃烧时的大量黑烟。黑烟中有未经燃烧的油雾、部分烃类热分解而产生的游离碳粒、和一些高沸点的杂环及芳烃物质,并含有些致癌物如3.4-苯并芘等有害成分。HC、CO、SO2和醛类是有毒气体,过多吸入会导致人死亡,而NOx会直接导致光化学烟雾的发生。
柴油车排气后处理技术主要包括:三元催化技术、选择性催化还原NOx技术(SCR)、等离子催化还原技术和使用尿素的SCR法。三元催化剂为蜂窝陶瓷涂层贵金属,最低要在350摄氏度的时候起反应,温度过低时,转换效率急剧下降;而催化剂的活性温度(最佳的工作温度)是400℃到800℃左右,过高也会使催化剂老化加剧。和三元催化技术类似,选择性催化还原NOx技术(SCR)、等离子催化还原技术和使用尿素的SCR法仅对尾气中CO、HC、NOx起作用或只能还原NOx,由于净化方式方法所限,上述污染物在排入大气时,仍含有较高的比例,通常的净化效率约为40%~80%,并不能完全处理掉,但是对于SOx、醛类、3.4-苯并芘等有害成分则无法处理。
柴油车发动机在相对封闭空间内如山洞、隧道等运行工作时,如火箭军导弹车于隧洞内演训或其它类似相对封闭空间的军用和民用场所。尾气中残存的CO、HC、NOx、PM及SOx、醛类、3.4-苯并芘等有害物质排放于有限空间内,因不能及时进行新鲜空气置换,浓度逐渐增加,对人的身体健康会造成严重伤害,同时影响人的工作状态。
发明内容
为了解决现有汽车尾气净化技术中CO、HC、NOx、PM处理精度偏低,以及无法净化SOx、醛、3.4-苯并芘等存在的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种柴油车尾气净化装置,全面净化重型柴油车排放尾气中的固体微粒、烃类、3.4-苯并芘、NOx、SO2、醛类和CO,彻底消除污染。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种重型柴油车尾气净化装置,包括壳体以及分别位于壳体两端的尾气入口和气体出口;
所述壳体内部设有双层净化结构;第一层靠近尾气入口,第二层靠近气体出口,两层净化结构之间留有中间隔层空间;每层净化结构的前端依次设有格栅和筛网,后端均采用多孔筛板固定;
第一层净化结构包括依次设置的油雾烃类吸附层和氮氧化合物催化还原层;第二层净化结构包括依次设置的醛类-SOx净化层和CO氧化层。
具体地,所述油雾烃类吸附层填充有粒径为2.0-5.0mm的颗粒活性炭,对癸烷吸附量大于80wt%,强度大于95%。
具体地,所述氮氧化合物催化还原层填充有复合活性炭还原催化剂;所述复合活性炭还原催化剂为以活性炭为载体,载入活性炭质量10~20%的乙酸锌、15~25%甘氨酸铁和0.5~1.0%的铂化合物,经120~200℃温度下煅烧2h制成。乙酸锌优选14~17%,甘氨酸铁优选18~22%,温度优选140~180℃。
具体地,所述醛类-SOx净化层填充有醛类吸附分解活性炭催化剂和SO2氧化吸附活性炭催化剂;所述醛类吸附分解活性炭催化剂为以活性炭为载体,载入活性炭质量6~20%的高锰酸钾和5~18%的硫酸以及0.4~0.6%的聚合酞青钴,经80~120℃干燥制成,高锰酸钾优选8~12%,硫酸优选7~11%;所述SO2氧化吸附活性炭催化剂为以活性炭为载体,载入活性炭质量6~15%的KOH、2~10%三乙醇胺制成,KOH优选7~10%,三乙醇胺优选4~6%。
具体地,所述CO氧化层填充有类霍加拉特剂;所述类霍加拉特剂为以活性炭为载体,载入活性炭质量4.8~7.2%的二氧化锰、3.2~4.8%的氧化铜以及2~4%的三氧化二钴。
进一步地,所述油雾烃类吸附层前端,位于筛网的后端设有玻纤滤网。
优选地,所述格栅和筛网均为不锈钢材料。
有益效果:
1、本发明尾气净化装置在不同活性炭催化剂的作用下,氮氧化合物被-NH基催化还原为N2和H2O逸出;SO2首先氧化为SO3并继续转化为硫酸盐被吸附于活性炭孔隙中;CO在催化剂作用下转化为CO2;醛类分解为CO2和H2O。CO2和H2O随净化气体被释放。对于燃烧未尽烟雾中的烃类和一些高沸点的杂环及芳烃物质,以及3.4-苯并芘等有害成分,可完全被特制的高效活性炭所吸附。对于因热分解而产生的游离碳粒,经由玻纤滤网首先进行过滤。柴油车尾气经排出管及连接软管散热,进入净化器/装置时温度已低于100℃,而选用的玻纤网可耐250~350℃高温,并有较好的强度,以确保装置的使用寿命。净化器/装置可使用1~2年,催化剂吸附饱和失效后可与玻纤滤网一起更换。该类玻纤网国内生产厂家较多且可定制。
2、本发明尾气净化装置能快速有效吸附油雾和各种烃类,除PM微粒效率达99.9%,烃类和3.4-苯并芘吸附脱除率近100%;氮氧化合物脱除能力达99.5%以上;醛类脱除效率达99.8%,SO2脱除率达100%;CO转化脱除率达100%。
3、本发明尾气净化装置结构简洁轻便稳定可靠,可在柴油机启动或加力状态尾气流空速超过10000h-1下正常使用,净化过程中无静电产生,不会发生臭氧现象,能全面净化重型柴油车尾气中的固体微粒及各种污染物成分,净化效果好、精度高,可作为各种柴油机的尾气处理净化装置。

如图1所示,该重型柴油车尾气净化装置为直径Φ500mm的圆筒形构造,包括壳体8以及分别位于壳体8两端的尾气入口10和气体出口11,尾气入口10为与柴油车排气管公称尺寸相同的耐热软连接短管。壳体8外形尺寸为Φ500×1000mm,内部设有双层净化结构;第一层靠近尾气入口10,第二层靠近气体出口11,两层净化结构之间留有40mm间距的中间隔层空间12;每层净化结构的前端依次设有格栅1和筛网2;鉴于尾气排出时有较大压力及冲击力,每层净化结构后端均采用多孔筛板9固定。
第一层净化结构包括依次设置的油雾烃类吸附层4和氮氧化合物催化还原层5;第二层净化结构包括依次设置的醛类-SOx净化层6和CO氧化层7。
油雾烃类吸附层4前端,位于滤网2的后端设有玻纤滤网3。格栅1和筛网2均为不锈钢材料。
其中,油雾烃类吸附层4厚度为100mm,内部填充有粒径为2.0-5.0mm的颗粒活性炭,对癸烷吸附量大于80wt%,强度大于95%。
氮氧化合物催化还原层5厚度为250mm,内部填充有复合活性炭还原催化剂。所述复合活性炭还原催化剂为以活性炭为载体,载入活性炭质量15%的乙酸锌、20%甘氨酸铁和1.0%的铂化合物(H2PtCl),经150℃温度下煅烧2h制成。
醛类-SOx净化层6厚度为250mm,内部填充有醛类吸附分解活性炭催化剂和SO2氧化吸附活性炭催化剂;所述醛类吸附分解活性炭催化剂为以活性炭为载体,载入活性炭质量10%的高锰酸钾和10%的硫酸以及0.5%的聚合酞青钴,经100℃干燥制成;所述SO2氧化吸附活性炭催化剂为以活性炭为载体,载入活性炭质量8%的KOH、5%三乙醇胺制成。
CO氧化层7厚度为100mm,内部填充有类霍加拉特剂,所述类霍加拉特剂为以活性炭为载体,载入活性炭质量6%的二氧化锰、4%的氧化铜以及4%的三氧化二钴。
该重型柴油车尾气净化装置的净化原理为:
重型柴油车尾气由尾气入口10进入该净化装置客体内,首先被玻纤滤网3过滤净化,将油雾高温裂解的碳微粒滤掉除去;
依照尾气流动方向气体进入油雾烃类吸附层4,进一步过滤净化更细的碳微粒,同时将油雾和气态烃以及3.4-苯并芘吸附脱除;
尾气进入氮氧化合物催化还原层5,在高效活性炭孔隙表面极性和含有-NH基的复合还原催化剂作用下,可在较低温度下将NOx反应生成N2和H2O;
尾气进入醛类-SOx净化层6,甲醛、乙醛在氧化催化剂作用下分解为CO2和H2O;气体中含有的SO2首先催化氧化为SO3并继续转化为硫酸盐被吸附于活性炭孔隙中;
尾气继续流经CO氧化层7,气体中因柴油不完全燃烧产生的的CO在类霍加拉特剂催化作用下转化为CO2,净化后的气体最后由气体出口11排出。
经本净化装置净化后排出的重型柴油车尾气中,主要含有N2、H2O和CO2无害气体。本净化装置采用了活性炭催化转化技术、重烃、苯并芘高效吸附技术,NOx低温催化还原技术,醛类低温催化分解技术,SO2催化氧化技术以及CO常温或低温催化氧化技术等,对柴油车尾气中所有污染物进行综合处理,合理安排净化顺序,达到高精度净化的目的。
净化效果评价
采用东风康明斯ISZ560-51发动机,燃烧0#柴油,空速10000h-1,以连接管接入净化器,测得尾气入口温度70℃,净化时间60h。净化器/装置进出口的气体组成测定:PM按HJ618-2011方法、SO2按TH-880IV微电脑平行分析法、甲醛按GB/T18204.26分光光度法、3.4-苯并芘按HJ956-2018液相色谱法检测,THC、NOx和CO使用气体红外检测仪检测。净化器/装置净化测试效果如表1所示。

该净化器为可带轮移动式,方便与柴油车排气管的联接;主要应用于相对封闭空间的特殊场所,装有压力计,使用过程中当进出口压力差达120~150Pa状况时,可在停止工作状态下进行吸尘清理或反吹清理,使其恢复良好的工作状态;油雾烃类活性炭吸附层饱和后,由后置的活性炭催化剂层继续吸附,在较长时间内并不影响催化剂的效能或影响甚微。根据净化器/装置大小和车辆排气状况,一般使用3~6个月更换催化吸附材料或更长时间。
本发明提供了一种重型柴油车尾气净化装置的思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

Claims (7)

1.一种重型柴油车尾气净化装置,其特征在于,包括壳体(8)以及分别位于壳体(8)两端的尾气入口(10)和气体出口(11);
所述壳体(8)内部设有双层净化结构;第一层靠近尾气入口(10),第二层靠近气体出口(11),两层净化结构之间留有中间隔层空间(12);每层净化结构的前端依次设有格栅(1)和筛网(2),后端均采用多孔筛板(9)固定;
第一层净化结构包括依次设置的油雾烃类吸附层(4)和氮氧化合物催化还原层(5);
第二层净化结构包括依次设置的醛类-SOx净化层(6)和CO氧化层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重型柴油车尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述油雾烃类吸附层(4)填充有粒径为2.0-5.0mm的颗粒活性炭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的重型柴油车尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述氮氧化合物催化还原层(5)填充有复合活性炭还原催化剂;所述复合活性炭还原催化剂为以活性炭为载体,载入活性炭质量10~20%的乙酸锌、15~25%甘氨酸铁和0.5~1.0%的铂化合物,经120~200℃温度下煅烧2h制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的重型柴油车尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述醛类-SOx净化层(6)填充有醛类吸附分解活性炭催化剂和SO2氧化吸附活性炭催化剂;
所述醛类吸附分解活性炭催化剂为以活性炭为载体,载入活性炭质量6~20%的高锰酸钾和5~18%的硫酸以及0.4~0.6%的聚合酞青钴,经80~120℃干燥制成;
所述SO2氧化吸附活性炭催化剂为以活性炭为载体,载入活性炭质量6~15%的KOH、2~10%三乙醇胺制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的重型柴油车尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述CO氧化层(7)填充有类霍加拉特剂;所述类霍加拉特剂为以活性炭为载体,载入活性炭质量4.8~7.2%的二氧化锰、3.2~4.8%的氧化铜以及2~4%的三氧化二钴。
6.根据权利要求1所述的重型柴油车尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述油雾烃类吸附层(4)前端,位于筛网(2)的后端设有玻纤滤网(3)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的重型柴油车尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述格栅(1)和筛网(2)均为不锈钢材料。
