一种牛仔水洗浮石的制造方法,包括如下步骤,(1)取2g硅胶小球和12g氯丁橡胶胶粘剂,混合后搅拌均匀;(2)取10g环氧胶粘剂或苯丙乳液或纯丙乳液,加入步骤(1)制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;(3)取0.5g塑料发泡剂,加入步骤(2)制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;(4)静置2h,待混合物成为柔软的弹性体后,制作成天然浮石形状;(5)静置0.5h后,牛仔水洗浮石制备完成,本发明提供了一种可制备减少环境污染的浮石的牛仔水洗浮石的制造方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及浮石技术领域,具体为一种牛仔水洗浮石的制造方法。
背景技术
牛仔布是一种色经白纬粗支高密棉织物,由此加工成的服饰因穿着舒适,手感丰富、厚实,褪色均匀,价廉物美等独特的风格而风靡全球。牛仔水洗是牛仔服装后整理的核心,直接关系着服装的外观、品质和价值。牛仔服装水洗的目的主要是获得柔软的手感、鲜明的对比度、个性化的外观效果,通过水洗还可以使牛仔布达到缩水率的要求,保证服装在销售和穿着过程中的尺寸稳定性。
牛仔服装水洗中会加入浮石进行石洗,可以使衣物获得虽新如旧、干净如新的特殊效果。石洗是采用一定大小的浮石,并以衣物完全浸透的低水位进行,使浮石更好地与衣物接触摩擦,产生褪色、起毛、柔软、仿旧等效果。
天然浮石是一种多孔的轻质玻璃质酸性火山喷出岩,耐碱、耐酸、耐腐蚀,能浮在水面上。浮石在水洗过程中由于摩擦造成破碎,使水洗后服装等纺织品中含有大量的碎石泥浆,需经多次漂洗才能去除,而且水洗后的沉淀槽需要频繁地清理。这些状况使得牛仔服装水洗工艺复杂,浮石和水资源的消耗量大,同时排放的泥浆水也对后期的水处理及环境造成很大的压力。
基于上述问题,本案由此而生。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可制备减少环境污染的浮石的牛仔水洗浮石的制造方法,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种牛仔水洗浮石的制造方法,包括如下步骤,
(1)取2g硅胶小球和12g氯丁橡胶胶粘剂,混合后搅拌均匀;
(2)取10g环氧胶粘剂或苯丙乳液或纯丙乳液,加入步骤(1)制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;
(3)取0.5g塑料发泡剂,加入步骤(2)制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;
(4)静置2h,待混合物成为柔软的弹性体后,制作成天然浮石形状;
(5)静置0.5h后,牛仔水洗浮石制备完成。
优选的,所述硅胶小球由无机硅胶材料制成。
优选的,所述氯丁橡胶胶粘剂为无溶剂液体型氯丁橡胶胶粘剂。
优选的,所述的环氧胶粘剂为聚氨酯预聚物改性环氧树脂与固化剂按2:1的重量比例配制成。
优选的,所述的塑料发泡剂AC发泡剂。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种牛仔水洗浮石的制造方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明制备的浮石效果与天然浮石相当,且解决牛仔服装水洗工艺中天然浮石消耗量大,排放的泥浆水也对后期的水处理及环境造成很大的压力的问题。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
一种牛仔水洗浮石的制造方法,包括如下步骤,(1)取2g硅胶小球和12g氯丁橡胶胶粘剂,混合后搅拌均匀;(2)取10g环氧胶粘剂或苯丙乳液或纯丙乳液,加入步骤(1)制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;(3)取0.5g塑料发泡剂,加入步骤(2)制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;(4)静置2h,待混合物成为柔软的弹性体后,制作成天然浮石形状;(5)静置0.5h后,牛仔水洗浮石制备完成。
原理:水洗工序,是将浸透化学药剂的浮石与牛仔衣裤一起置于旋转缸内,浮石直接与牛仔衣裤接触、打磨,利用浮石与牛仔的物理撞击及浮石中的化学药剂与牛仔的化学氧化,使衣物布料达到褪色、起毛、柔软、仿旧的加工目的,而天然浮石质地轻,强度低,耐磨性差,磨损快,在水洗工艺后,服装和漂洗水中会有大量的沙石残留,增加漂洗次数和水资源的浪费,本发明的人造浮石具有一定的弹性可降低物理撞击对浮石的损耗;所采用的材料为无机硅胶耐腐蚀性好,减少水洗化学药剂对浮石的损耗;其密度与天然浮石相当可代替天然浮石;其中苯丙乳液或纯丙乳液在其主要的粘合作用外,还对产物具有一定的改性,可使得产物更柔韧,在漂洗的时候不易碎裂成块,耐用度增加,且在硫酸以及酸泡处理下表面具有一定的孔隙和粗糙度,能吸附化学药剂,打磨衣物,起到和天然浮石相同的物理撞击和化学氧化作用,且化学反应后无沙石残留,减少了漂洗次数和水资源的浪费。
本实施例中所述硅胶小球由无机硅胶材料制成,具体采用硅酸钠和硫酸反应,并经老化、酸泡等一系列后处理过程而制得。
本实施例中所述氯丁橡胶胶粘剂为无溶剂液体型氯丁橡胶胶粘剂。
本实施例中所述环氧胶粘剂为聚氨酯预聚物改性环氧树脂与固化剂按2:1的重量比例配制成。
本实施例中所述的塑料发泡剂AC发泡剂。

1.一种牛仔水洗浮石的制造方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
(1)取2g硅胶小球和12g氯丁橡胶胶粘剂,混合后搅拌均匀;
(2)取10g环氧胶粘剂或苯丙乳液或纯丙乳液,加入步骤(1)制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;
(3)取0.5g塑料发泡剂,加入步骤(2)制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;
(4)静置2h,待混合物成为柔软的弹性体后,制作成天然浮石形状;
(5)静置0.5h后,牛仔水洗浮石制备完成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛仔水洗浮石的制造方法,其特征在于:所述硅胶小球由无机硅胶材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛仔水洗浮石的制造方法,其特征在于:所述氯丁橡胶胶粘剂为无溶剂液体型氯丁橡胶胶粘剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛仔水洗浮石的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的环氧胶粘剂为聚氨酯预聚物改性环氧树脂与固化剂按2:1的重量比例配制成。
