技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于卷绕幅面材料、优选幅面纤维材料或幅面无纺织物的卷绕机的横分装置或横切装置,所述横分装置或横切装置具有用于在结束卷绕过程后切开或分开幅面材料的横分机构或横切机构。
背景技术

发明内容
因此,本发明的任务在于,这样改进横切装置,使得避免织物幅的积聚和所述装置的损坏。
本发明包括如下技术教导,即卷绕机的横切装置横向于织物幅的输送方向延伸和构造,对于织物幅的切割过程来说,所述横切装置从静止位置至少部分地枢转到织物幅的平面内。在此,横切装置包括至少一个刀具,该刀具设置成能沿着引导部正交于织物幅的输送方向移动。所述刀具在切割过程中与压紧装置持续地共同起作用。根据本发明,如果在刀具和压紧装置之间形成材料积聚,那么压紧装置构造成从运行位置转移到避让位置。由此,避免了压紧装置的断裂,这种断裂可能进一步导致横切装置损坏。
进一步的优点是所述刀具构造为旋转刀具并且压紧装置设置成围绕刀具的转动点能枢转。在材料积聚时,所述压紧装置通过枢转运动而避让由于横向于织物幅的移动运动而出现的力。
优选地,压紧装置设置在法兰上,所述法兰与平行于刀具设置的支撑部共同起作用。因此,压紧装置的枢转运动独立于刀具的旋转,从而所述刀具也可以在没有压紧装置的情况下而割断积聚的材料,或者在刀具不锋利的情况下,将所述织物幅无切断地引导经过刀具。因此,避免了材料进一步积聚。
支撑部具有圆弧状的凹槽,法兰的引导元件进入所述凹槽中。因此,限制法兰的枢转运动进而限制压紧装置的枢转运动。法兰具有弹簧加载的止动装置,所述止动装置使法兰和压紧装置保持在运行位置中,由此可以在材料强度和材料厚度波动时避免压紧装置过早地枢转到避让位置中。
优选地,止动装置的弹簧载荷是可调节的,从而所述枢转运动可以适应于(厚度、材料等等)不同的织物幅。
仅在超过弹簧力时才触发止动装置且将法兰和压紧装置枢转到避让位置中。
优选地,法兰与压紧装置可以构造成能手动地或自动地从避让位置枢转到运行位置。从避让位置自动地以及借助于控制杆手动地枢转到操作位置防止操作者在刀刃处受伤。
另一种自动化可以借助传感器实现,所述传感器确定压紧装置和/或法兰在支撑部的部分周面上的位置。因此,可以警示操作者和/或必要时关闭机器。

具体实施方式
图1示出一种具有根据本发明的横切装置10的示例性的卷绕机1。所述卷绕机1以喂料区域2位于将纤维制造成无纺布或无纺织物产品的设备的尾部。未进一步标明的织物幅通过喂料区域2进入到卷绕机1中并且在卷绕轴4上卷绕成未示出的卷装物。卷绕轴4呈现在储备位置中。在辅助支持卷绕过程的接触辊5的上方显示有横切装置10,该横切装置在接下来的附图中详细描述。完成的卷装物在与剩余的织物幅分割后经由输出区域3被输送到半成品仓库或成品仓库。

在清除旋转刀具13和压紧装置14之间的积聚的材料之后,法兰20和压紧装置14可以借助手柄23和控制杆22手动地枢转到运行位置(图4)。手柄23和控制杆22不是固定地安装,而是在避让位置中插入到法兰的孔中。凹槽19这样构造,使得压紧装置14和法兰20可以从与刀具13的相作用处枢转大约90°,这在该视图中以顺时针沿材料行进方向实现。

Claims (10)
