一种用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及铁氧体材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料。
背景技术
铁氧体是一种具有亚铁磁性的金属氧化物,电阻率比单质金属或合金磁性材料大得多,介电性能较高,而且在高频时有较高的磁导率。微波铁氧体又称旋磁铁氧体,在雷达、通信、电视、人造卫星、导弹等民用和军事领域有着广泛的应用,普遍用于制造隔离器、环行器等微波元器件,器件的工作原理主要是利用微波铁氧体材料的磁导率的张量特性和铁磁共振效应。
近年来,随着微波通讯等电子产品向小型、轻量、集成等方向发展,对微波元器件的性能提出了更高的要求。为了适应技术的飞速进步,要求微波铁氧体材料具有铁磁共振线宽小、具有所要求的饱和磁化强度、微波介电损耗小、居里温度高等特性,从而满足器件的要求。钇铁石榴石铁氧体材料具有铁磁共振线宽小、适当的饱和磁化强度和低介电损耗,是一种较为理想的微波铁氧体材料。但是,常规的钇铁石榴石铁氧体材料的电磁性能仍然存在不足,难以适应更高的技术要求,需要对其作出改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料,具有铁磁共振线宽小、微波介电损耗小的优良特性,能符合高性能微波器件的技术要求。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料,包括下述重量份的原料:
Y203 40-43.5份、Fe203 44-48份、Gd2O3 3.5-4.5份、CaCO3 3-4份、MnCO3 2.5-3.5份、Bi2O3 1-1.5份、ZrO2 0.4-0.6份、Al2O3 0.4-0.6份。
优选地,所述用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料包括下述重量份的原料:
Y203 42.5份、Fe203 46份、Gd2O3 4份、CaCO3 3.8份、MnCO3 3.2份、Bi2O3 1.2份、ZrO20.5份、Al2O3 0.5份。
一种用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按如下重量份进行配料:Y203 40-43.5份、Fe203 44-48份、Gd2O3 3.5-4.5份、CaCO3 3-4份、MnCO3 2.5-3.5份、Bi2O3 1-1.5份、ZrO2 0.4-0.6份、Al2O3 0.4-0.6份;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的物料混合均匀,然后在球磨机中进行一次球磨,烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的物料在1000-1050℃条件下预烧3.5-4.5h,冷却后在球磨机中进行二次球磨,烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的物料与粘结剂混合均匀,造粒后进行梯度压力压制成型,在1050-1080℃条件下进行烧结,随炉冷却至室温,然后将得到的坯体进行退火处理,再随炉冷却至室温,即得用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料。
优选地,所述梯度压力压制成型的具体条件为:第一梯度为在50-80MPa下压制5-10s,第二梯度为在120-150MPa下压制10-15s,第三梯度为在180-200MPa下压制5-10s,第四梯度为在140-160MPa下压制20-30s。
优选地,所述退火处理的具体条件为:先将坯体于15-30℃/min的升温速度下升温至260-280℃,然后保温30-40min,即可。
优选地,所述一次球磨的球料比为(2.5-3.5):1,转速为200-240r/min。
优选地,所述二次球磨的球料比为(2.5-3.5):1,转速为280-320r/min。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中,造粒后的粒径为20-60目。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中,粘结剂为质量分数为3-5%的聚乙烯醇水溶液,粘结剂与物料的质量比(2-2.5):100。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的原料中,Ca2+的加入可以起到助熔作用,能掺杂进入铁氧体晶格形成固溶体,Bi2O3可以形成液相烧结,能增加固相反应的接触面积,促进固相反应的进行,两者配合有助于提高材料的致密性,从而降低铁磁共振线宽;Zr4+不具备磁性,加入适量的Zr4+能降低材料的磁晶各向异性,从而降低铁磁共振线宽;Mn2+能部分取代Fe3+,减少Fe3+与Fe2+之间的电子转移,从而大幅度降低介电损耗,通过适量的原料配合,使得到的铁氧体材料具有铁磁共振线宽小、介电损耗低的优良特性。
本发明的制备工艺中,在常规铁氧体制备工艺的基础上,采用梯度压力压制成型+退火处理的方式,其中梯度压力压制成型采用合适的压力梯度以及保压时间,既能提高材料的致密性,降低铁磁共振线宽,又能改善铁氧体材料内部受压的均匀性,减少铁氧体晶粒间的的内应力,降低涡流损耗,避免发生开裂;退火处理采用合适的退火温度和退火保温时间,进一步提高铁氧体材料的均匀性,减少内应力,两者配合,可以从整体上提高铁氧体材料的电磁性能以及稳定性。
综上所述,本发明的铁氧体材料具有铁磁共振线宽小、微波介电损耗小的优良特性,从整体上来说具有优良的电磁性能以及稳定性,能符合高性能微波器件,尤其是小线宽铁氧体微波器件的技术要求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)按如下重量份进行配料:Y203 40份、Fe203 44份、Gd2O3 3.5份、CaCO3 3份、MnCO32.5份、Bi2O3 1份、ZrO2 0.4份、Al2O3 0.4份;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的物料混合均匀,然后在球磨机中进行一次球磨,球料比为2.5:1,转速为200r/min,烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的物料在1000℃条件下预烧3.5h,冷却后在球磨机中进行二次球磨,球料比为2.5:1,转速为280r/min,烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的物料与质量分数为3%的聚乙烯醇水溶液按质量比100:2混合均匀,造粒,得到20目的颗粒,然后进行梯度压力压制成型,第一梯度为在50MPa下压制5s,第二梯度为在120MPa下压制10s,第三梯度为在180MPa下压制5s,第四梯度为在140MPa下压制20s,然后在1050℃条件下进行烧结,随炉冷却至室温,然后将得到的坯体于15℃/min的升温速度下升温至260℃,保温30min,再随炉冷却至室温,即得用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料。
实施例2
(1)按如下重量份进行配料:Y203 42.5份、Fe203 46份、Gd2O3 4份、CaCO3 3.8份、MnCO3 3.2份、Bi2O3 1.2份、ZrO2 0.5份、Al2O3 0.5份;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的物料混合均匀,然后在球磨机中进行一次球磨,球料比为3:1,转速为220r/min,烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的物料在1020℃条件下预烧4h,冷却后在球磨机中进行二次球磨,球料比为3:1,转速为300r/min,烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的物料与质量分数为4%的聚乙烯醇水溶液按质量比100:2.4混合均匀,造粒,得到40目的颗粒,然后进行梯度压力压制成型,第一梯度为在60MPa下压制8s,第二梯度为在140MPa下压制12s,第三梯度为在190MPa下压制8s,第四梯度为在150MPa下压制25s,然后在1060℃条件下进行烧结,随炉冷却至室温,然后将得到的坯体于20℃/min的升温速度下升温至275℃,保温35min,再随炉冷却至室温,即得用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料。
实施例3
(1)按如下重量份进行配料:Y203 43.5份、Fe203 48份、Gd2O3 4.5份、CaCO3 4份、MnCO3 3.5份、Bi2O3 1.5份、ZrO2 0.6份、Al2O3 0.6份;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的物料混合均匀,然后在球磨机中进行一次球磨,球料比为3.5:1,转速为240r/min,烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的物料在1050℃条件下预烧4.5h,冷却后在球磨机中进行二次球磨,球料比为3.5:1,转速为320r/min,烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的物料与质量分数为5%的聚乙烯醇水溶液按质量比100:2.5混合均匀,造粒,得到60目的颗粒,然后进行梯度压力压制成型,第一梯度为在80MPa下压制10s,第二梯度为在150MPa下压制15s,第三梯度为在200MPa下压制10s,第四梯度为在160MPa下压制30s,然后在1080℃条件下进行烧结,随炉冷却至室温,然后将得到的坯体于30℃/min的升温速度下升温至280℃,保温40min,再随炉冷却至室温,即得用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料。
对比例1
(1)按如下重量份进行配料:Y203 40份、Fe203 44份、Gd2O3 3.5份、Al2O3 0.4份;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的物料混合均匀,然后在球磨机中进行一次球磨,球料比为2.5:1,转速为200r/min,烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的物料在1000℃条件下预烧3.5h,冷却后在球磨机中进行二次球磨,球料比为2.5:1,转速为280r/min,烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的物料与质量分数为3%的聚乙烯醇水溶液按质量比100:2混合均匀,造粒,得到20目的颗粒,在120MPa下压制40s,然后在1050℃条件下进行烧结,冷却后得到铁氧体材料。
将实施例1-3以及对比例1制得的铁氧体材料进行性能测试,测试结果如下表所示:

(1)按如下重量份进行配料:Y203 40-43.5份、Fe203 44-48份、Gd2O3 3.5-4.5份、CaCO3 3-4份、MnCO3 2.5-3.5份、Bi2O3 1-1.5份、ZrO2 0.4-0.6份、Al2O3 0.4-0.6份;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的物料混合均匀,然后在球磨机中进行一次球磨,烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的物料在1000-1050℃条件下预烧3.5-4.5h,冷却后在球磨机中进行二次球磨,烘干;

5.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述退火处理的具体条件为:先将坯体于15-30℃/min的升温速度下升温至260-280℃,然后保温30-40min,即可。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述一次球磨的球料比为(2.5-3.5):1,转速为200-240r/min。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述二次球磨的球料比为(2.5-3.5):1,转速为280-320r/min。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,造粒后的粒径为20-60目。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于通信隔离器和环形器的铁氧体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,粘结剂为质量分数为3-5%的聚乙烯醇水溶液,粘结剂与物料的质量比(2-2.5):100。
