本发明涉及机床加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种多主轴的全自动立式加工中心。
背景技术
立式加工中心一般由床身、滑台、滑鞍、滑枕、摇篮、转台、主轴等部件组成,工件固定在转台上,主轴通过XYZ轴以及AC轴运动,对工件进行复杂的加工。
目前带传送带能够自动上下料的立式加工中心,一般都是只有一个主轴头,每次只能加工一个零件,而且由于无法自动上下料,浪费人工并且效率低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种多主轴的全自动立式加工中心,以克服上述技术问题。
本发明包括:执行机构、床身、送料区、工装区、加工区及刀库区;
执行机构包括:滑枕、滑鞍及滑台;所述送料区横穿所述床身,所述送料区及所述刀库区分别位于所述加工区相对两侧,所述送料区位于所述加工中心的最前端,所述执行机构在送料区、工装区、加工区及刀库区上方运动。
进一步地,所述送料区为传送带,所述传送带上等间距分布多个换料区,每个换料区设置有多个用于放置原料的工位点。
进一步地,所述加工区包括摇篮转台及工作台,所述工作台的数量与所述每个换料区上的工位点数量相同;
所述刀库区包括链式刀架及固定于所述链式刀架上的刀具。
进一步地,所述工装区包括夹持工装及支架,所述支架用于固定所述夹持工装,所述工装区位于所述送料区及所述加工区之间。
进一步地,所述工装区包括夹持工装,所述夹持工装固定于所述链式刀架。
进一步地,所述滑枕固定多个与所述工作台数量相同的主轴头,所述主轴头通过运动可与所述刀具及所述夹持工装连接。
进一步地,所述传送带每次移动的距离为每两个所述换料区的间距。

实施例一:具体而言,如图1所示,滑台3向前移动即向传送带7的方向移动,使滑枕1到达工装区,机床的控制端自动调整滑鞍2的位置,使滑枕1的主轴与下方的夹持工装12保持同心,此时所述滑枕1位置设为A点,本实施例中设置三个主轴头10,此时滑枕1向下运动,带动三个主轴头10抓取下方的夹持工装12,并上升到指定高度。
如图2所示,滑台3继续向前运动,使滑枕1到达传送带7上方,所述传送带7上等距设置多个换料区15,所述传送带7间歇性运转,每次运转的距离为相邻两换料区间距,每个换料区15上设置三个用于固定原料的工位点6,传送带7开始运动,所述三个主轴头10的中心轴分别与三个工位点6上的原料16保持同心,此时所述滑枕1位置设为B点。
滑枕1向下运动,通过夹持工装12将原料16夹紧,滑枕1上升到指定高度,滑台3向后运动使滑枕1到达工作台14的正上方,此时所述滑枕1位置设为C点,并向下运动,夹持工装12松开,并将原料16卸在工作台上,工作台上的夹紧装置将原料定位夹紧,滑枕1再次上升到指定高度;滑枕1移动到A点,并向下运动,将夹持工装12卸下放置于所述支架13上,随后滑枕1再次上升到指定高度。
刀库门5打开,滑台3向后移动,使滑枕1带动三个主轴头10到达刀库区指定的换刀点,此时所述滑枕1位置设为D点,固定有刀具11的链式刀架转动,将需要使用的刀具转到换刀点上;滑枕1向下运动,使得所述主轴头与对应换刀点上的刀具进行抓取,随后所述滑枕1上升到指定高度,并运动到C点,同时刀库门5关闭,加工前的准备工作完成;如图3所示,所述滑枕1向下运动,使得所述刀具对所述原料进行加工,并得到加工好的成品零件17。
在加工结束后,刀库门5打开,滑枕1上升到指定高度,并向后运动到D点,同时工作台的夹紧装置将成品零件松开,主轴头将刀具装入链式刀架上,滑枕1向前移动到A点,滑枕1向下运动,抓取夹持工装,此时,刀库门5关闭,滑枕1上升到指定高度;滑枕1向后运动到C点,同时滑枕1向下运动,使夹持工装夹紧成品零件17,滑枕1再次上升到指定高度;如图4所示,滑枕1运到B点,滑枕1向下运动,夹持工装松开,将成品零件卸在下方的工位点上,通过传送带将成品零件运送到机床外,同时将下一批原料送到机床内部,并重复以上步骤。
实施例二:在实施例一基础上,所述夹持工装亦可同所述刀具均放置于所述链式刀架上,所述主轴头对于所述夹持工装的抓取与对所述刀具的抓取过程相同,此处不再赘述。
本申请中的刀库门5在加工过程中关闭,有效的将刀库区外的加工废料及灰尘隔离在外,保证刀库区的清洁;所述执行机构4一侧设置所述传送带,另一侧设置工作台及刀库区,较小了所述主轴头的工作行程,使得整个加工过程更加简洁方便。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种多主轴的全自动立式加工中心,其特征在于,包括:执行机构(4)、床身(9)、送料区、工装区、加工区及刀库区;
执行机构(4)包括:滑枕(1)、滑鞍(2)及滑台(3);所述送料区横穿所述床身(9),所述送料区及所述刀库区分别位于所述加工区相对两侧,所述送料区位于所述加工中心的最前端,所述执行机构(4)在送料区、工装区、加工区及刀库区上方运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多主轴的全自动立式加工中心,其特征在于,所述送料区为传送带(7),所述传送带上等间距分布多个换料区(15),每个换料区(15)设置有多个用于放置原料(16)的工位点(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多主轴的全自动立式加工中心,其特征在于,所述加工区包括摇篮转台(8)及工作台(14),所述工作台(14)的数量与所述每个换料区(15)上的工位点(6)数量相同;所述刀库区包括链式刀架及固定于所述链式刀架上的刀具(11)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多主轴的全自动立式加工中心,其特征在于,所述工装区包括夹持工装(12)及支架(13),所述支架(13)用于固定所述夹持工装(12),所述工装区位于所述送料区及所述加工区之间。
5.根据权利要求3所述的多主轴的全自动立式加工中心,其特征在于,所述工装区包括夹持工装(12),所述夹持工装(12)固定于所述链式刀架。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的多主轴的全自动立式加工中心,其特征在于,所述滑枕(1)固定多个与所述工作台(14)数量相同的主轴头(10),所述主轴头(10)通过运动可与所述刀具(11)及所述夹持工装(12)连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多主轴的全自动立式加工中心,其特征在于,所述传送带每次移动的距离为每两个所述换料区(15)的间距。
8.根据权利要求7所述所述的多主轴的全自动立式加工中心,其特征在于,所述换刀库区还包括刀库门(5),所述刀库门(5)设置于所述刀库区及所述加工区之间。
