The invention discloses a full-automatic vertical machining center with a material disc, which comprises: a machining area, a tool magazine area, a stock bin area and a lathe bed; the processing area is fixed on the lathe bed, and the tool magazine area and the stock bin area are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the processing area; the automatic feeding device has the functions of automatic feeding, automatic tool changing and the like, all working procedures are finished in the machine tool and are controlled by the machine tool, a workpiece does not need to be removed from the machine tool, manual operation is not needed, and the working efficiency is improved.

Background
At present, a vertical machining center capable of automatically feeding and discharging generally needs an independent manipulator to carry out feeding and discharging, the requirement on space is high, the influence of the size and the stroke of a held workpiece on the stability and the positioning precision of the manipulator is considered, the speed of the manipulator is generally relatively low, the time for completing one feeding and discharging process is relatively long, and the working efficiency is relatively low; and there is this kind of machining center to do not take the charging tray, and after unloading, all need manual replenishing, work efficiency is lower and extravagant cost of labor at every turn.

The invention provides a full-automatic vertical machining center with a material disc, which aims to overcome the technical problem.

The automatic feeding device has the functions of automatic feeding, automatic tool changing and the like, all working procedures are finished in the machine tool and are controlled by the machine tool, a workpiece does not need to be removed from the machine tool, manual operation is not needed, and the working efficiency is improved.

the cradle rotary table 1-5 is fixed on the bed body 4, the workbench 1-6 is fixed on the cradle rotary table 1-5, and the workbench 1-6 is used for fixing a raw material 5 to be processed; the main shaft head 1-4 is fixed to the ram 1-1, and the main shaft head 1-4 is used for grabbing the cutter 2-1-2 and the clamping tool 2-1-1 on the manipulator 2-2; the clamping tool 2-1-1 is used for clamping the raw material 5, and the cutter 2-1-2 is used for processing the raw material 5.

As shown in fig. 5, after the machining is completed, the tool magazine door 2-3 is opened, the ram 1-1 moves to a point a, the spindle head puts the tool 2-1-1 into the chain tool rest through the manipulator, and simultaneously grabs the clamping tool, the ram 1-1 drives the clamping tool to move above the workbench, at this time, the manipulator resets, the tool magazine door is closed, the positioning and clamping mechanism of the workbench loosens the machined finished part 5, the ram moves downwards, so that the clamping tool grabs the finished part, the magazine door 3-1 is opened, the ram 1-1 moves to a point B and moves downwards, the clamping tool puts the finished part into an original position of an unprocessed raw material in the tray, and the ram 1-1 moves upwards, the conveyor rotates while moving the next station of material below point B and repeats the above steps.
