(1)准备原材料:老豆腐切成丁泡在盐水里,去掉豆腐的泔水味,黄瓜和胡萝卜洗净也切成丁,再准备一些葱花和姜末;

水淀粉事先将淀粉放入适量的水中搅拌均匀,然后分别与鸡肉、猪肉混合,并预留一些用于黄瓜豆腐丁中使用;香菇鸡肉、木须肉和黄瓜豆腐丁出锅后,将香菇鸡肉、木须肉和黄瓜豆腐丁按照1:1:1比例放入到盛放器皿中,且玉米牛肉汤单独放入到盛放液体器皿中,最后加入煮好的米饭即可。
需要说明的是,本发明为低脂高蛋白营养套餐配方及制作工艺,准备该套餐时,准备食材:将香菇鸡肉的食材准备好,将鸡肉切片,并将鸡肉放入水淀粉中搅拌均匀并放置5分钟,将香菇切成丁并放入手中浸泡5分钟,胡萝卜切成丁;将木须肉的食材准备好,将猪肉切薄片,加少许盐、料酒、水淀粉将猪肉腌制5分钟,将黑木耳去根并浸泡一段时间,将黑木耳撕成小块备用,鸡蛋打散,蒜苔洗净切小段;将黄瓜豆腐丁的食材准备好,老豆腐切成丁泡在盐水里,去掉豆腐的泔水味,黄瓜和胡萝卜洗净也切成丁,再准备一些葱花和姜末;将玉米牛肉汤的食材准备好,将玉米洗净后切段,将香菜洗净切碎,事先准备好熟牛肉片,准备浓汤宝;烹饪:烹饪香菇鸡肉的过程,将植物油倒入到锅中,待油烧到七分熟时将大料放入到锅中,然后将香菇倒入到油锅中爆炒,然后将鸡肉放入到油锅中爆炒10-12分钟,放入生抽和糖,直至将鸡肉炒至变色,放入切好的胡萝卜混合烹饪,待出锅前放入少许食盐,食物出锅,烹饪时间为12-15分钟;烹饪木须肉的过程,炒锅注油加热,将打散的鸡蛋倒进去炒熟后盛出备用,炒锅重新放油加热,将肉丝放进去炒至变色,加入姜蒜末同炒,倒进少许生抽调味,放入木耳和蒜苔翻炒至熟,加入鸡蛋炒匀,加盐调味,食物出锅,烹饪时间为8-10分钟;烹饪黄瓜豆腐丁的过程,倒入食用油烧热,把豆腐丁放进去,小火慢慢煎至金黄色,放入葱花、姜末炒出香味,再把胡萝卜丁也放进去,翻炒均匀5分钟,将加入黄瓜丁,加入盐调味翻炒5分钟,加入1勺水淀粉,再加入一小勺的鸡精、适量的香油,食物出锅,烹饪时间为10-12分钟;烹饪玉米牛肉汤的过程,锅内倒入清水先把玉米段加入再把浓汤宝加入,盖上盖子大火煮开后再转中火煮15分钟,之后打开盖子加入牛肉片大火煮2分钟后熄火,食物出锅,烹饪时间为15-20分钟,最后合成套餐,将烹饪好套餐将香菇鸡肉、木须肉和黄瓜豆腐丁按照质量1:1:1比例放入到盛放器皿中,且玉米牛肉汤单独放入到盛放液体器皿中,该套餐可以根据个人的喜好或者当地的饮食习惯适当加入或者更改调料或者辅料的份量,最后加入适量的米饭即可。

Claims (4)
1.低脂高蛋白营养套餐配方,其特征在于:套餐由香菇鸡肉、木须肉、黄瓜豆腐丁和玉米牛肉汤组成;
所述香菇鸡肉包括如下组分:鸡肉100-150克,香菇40-50克,胡萝卜10克,生抽3-5克,水淀粉5克,大料2-3克,糖5克;
所述木须肉包括如下组分:猪肉200-250克,鸡蛋2-3个,黑木耳80-100克,蒜苔2根,生姜3克,蒜3克,料酒5克,水淀粉5克,香油5-10克;
所述黄瓜豆腐丁包括如下组分:黄瓜1-2根,老豆腐1块,水淀粉10克,鸡精1勺,葱花3-5克,姜末3-5克;
所述玉米牛肉汤包括如下组分:玉米120-150克,牛肉100-120克,浓汤宝25克-30克,料酒20-22克,香菜2-5克。
2.低脂高蛋白营养套餐的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
香菇鸡肉的制作步骤包括以下步骤:
(1)准备原材料:将鸡肉切片,并将鸡肉放入水淀粉中搅拌均匀并放置5分钟,将香菇切成丁并放入手中浸泡5分钟,胡萝卜切成丁;
(2)烹饪:将植物油倒入到锅中,待油烧到七分熟时将大料放入到锅中,然后将香菇倒入到油锅中爆炒,然后将鸡肉放入到油锅中爆炒10-12分钟,放入生抽和糖,直至将鸡肉炒至变色,放入切好的胡萝卜混合烹饪,待出锅前放入少许食盐;
(3)食物出锅:出锅前放少许蒜苔点缀,然后将炒好的食物放入盘子中;
木须肉的制作步骤包括以下步骤:
(1)准备原材料:将猪肉切薄片,加少许盐、料酒、水淀粉将猪肉腌制5分钟,将黑木耳去根并浸泡一段时间,将黑木耳撕成小块备用,鸡蛋打散,蒜苔洗净切小段;
(2)烹饪:炒锅注油加热,将打散的鸡蛋倒进去炒熟后盛出备用,炒锅重新放油加热,将肉丝放进去炒至变色,加入姜蒜末同炒,倒进少许生抽调味,放入木耳和蒜苔翻炒至熟,加入鸡蛋炒匀,加盐调味;
(3)食物出锅:淋香油出锅;
黄瓜豆腐丁的制作步骤包括以下步骤:

4.根据权利要求2所述的低脂高蛋白营养套餐的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述香菇鸡肉、木须肉和黄瓜豆腐丁出锅后,将香菇鸡肉、木须肉和黄瓜豆腐丁按照1:1:1比例放入到盛放器皿中,且玉米牛肉汤单独放入到盛放液体器皿中,最后加入煮好的米饭即可。
