技术领域
本发明涉及胶带领域,尤其涉及一种压敏胶树脂及包含其的透光阻燃双面胶带。
背景技术
电子产品的屏幕粘结、摄像头的粘结等场合均需要使用无基材的阻燃双面胶,通常的无基材阻燃双面胶通过添加阻燃填料氧化铝、氧化镁、氮化铝、氢氧化铝等来实现,或者添加有机的阻燃粉三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺衍生物、二氰二胺、二氰二胺衍生物来实现。但是,无论是阻燃填料还是阻燃粉,其和胶粘剂均不能达到分子级别的相容性,所以其对胶带的透光性有巨大的影响。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种压敏胶树脂及包含其的透光阻燃双面胶带,本发明的双面胶带兼具高透光性和阻燃性。
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种压敏胶树脂,其由含磷元素的丙烯酸酯单体和/或含氮元素的丙烯酸酯单体与常规丙烯酸酯单体共聚合得到。
进一步的,压敏胶树脂的分子量为20-100万,粘度为20,000-100,000cps。
进一步的,压敏胶树脂通过自由基共聚合得到,在反应釜中加入含磷单体和/或含氮单体,再加入常规丙烯酸酯单体、自由基引发剂AIBN和溶剂,氮气保护下升温至65℃,进行聚合反应,反应24小时结束,得到压敏胶树脂。
进一步的,所述含磷元素的丙烯酸酯单体为2-甲基丙烯酸-10-磷酸氧基癸酯、聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸磷酸酯和甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯磷酸酯中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述含氮元素的丙烯酸酯单体为丙烯腈、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基乙酯、丙烯酰吗啉和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮中的一种或几种。

压敏胶树脂通过自由基共聚合得到,在反应釜中加入2-甲基丙烯酸-10-磷酸氧基癸酯,再加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、自由基引发剂AIBN和乙酸乙酯,氮气保护下升温至65℃,进行聚合反应,反应24小时结束,得到压敏胶树脂。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种压敏胶树脂及其制备方法,具体步骤如下:
压敏胶树脂通过自由基共聚合得到,在反应釜中加入聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸磷酸酯,再加入甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、自由基引发剂AIBN和乙酸乙酯,氮气保护下升温至65℃,进行聚合反应,反应24小时结束,得到压敏胶树脂。

压敏胶树脂通过自由基共聚合得到,在反应釜中加入N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺,再加入甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、自由基引发剂AIBN和乙酸乙酯,氮气保护下升温至65℃,进行聚合反应,反应24小时结束,得到压敏胶树脂。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种压敏胶树脂及其制备方法,具体步骤如下:
压敏胶树脂通过自由基共聚合得到,在反应釜中加入丙烯酰吗啉,再加入单甲基丙烯酸聚乙二醇酯、自由基引发剂AIBN和乙酸乙酯,氮气保护下升温至65℃,进行聚合反应,反应24小时结束,得到压敏胶树脂。
实施例5
本实施例提供了一种压敏胶树脂及其制备方法,具体步骤如下:
压敏胶树脂通过自由基共聚合得到,在反应釜中加入甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯磷酸酯和丙烯酰吗啉,再加入甲基丙烯酸、自由基引发剂AIBN和乙酸乙酯,氮气保护下升温至65℃,进行聚合反应,反应24小时结束,得到压敏胶树脂。
实施例6
本实施例提供了一种透光阻燃双面胶带,包括胶黏剂层2以及设置于其上、下表面的离型膜层1,胶黏剂层2的厚度为10微米,离型膜层1的厚度为25微米。
以胶黏剂层的总重为基准,胶黏剂层包括以下质量比的各组分:
本发明的实施例1的压敏胶树脂52份、增粘树脂1份、无卤阻燃剂5份、固化剂0.5份和添加剂0.5份。
增粘树脂包为或萜烯树脂,萜烯树脂的软化点为90℃。无卤阻燃剂为磷酸三苯酯。固化剂为4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷环氧树脂。添加剂包括消泡剂、流平剂和稳定剂。消泡剂为BYK051。流平剂为BYK358N。稳定剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二甲酮。
上述透光阻燃双面胶带的透光率大于90%,雾度小于5%,阻燃达到V-0级。
实施例7
本实施例提供了一种透光阻燃双面胶带,包括胶黏剂层2以及设置于其上、下表面的离型膜层1,胶黏剂层2的厚度为100微米,离型膜层1的厚度为40微米。
以胶黏剂层的总重为基准,胶黏剂层包括以下质量比的各组分:
本发明的实施例3的压敏胶树脂55份、增粘树脂5份、无卤阻燃剂15份、固化剂3份和添加剂1.5份。
增粘树脂为松香树脂。松香树脂的软化点为100℃。无卤阻燃剂为磷酸三苯酯。固化剂为TDI。添加剂包括消泡剂、流平剂和稳定剂。消泡剂为BYK053。流平剂为BYK361N。稳定剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二甲酮。
上述透光阻燃双面胶带的透光率大于90%,雾度小于5%,阻燃达到V-0级。
实施例8
本实施例提供了一种透光阻燃双面胶带,包括胶黏剂层2以及设置于其上、下表面的离型膜层1,胶黏剂层2的厚度为200微米,离型膜层1的厚度为50微米。
以胶黏剂层的总重为基准,胶黏剂层包括以下质量比的各组分:
本发明的实施例5的压敏胶树脂59份、增粘树脂8份、无卤阻燃剂15份、固化剂3份和添加剂2份。
增粘树脂为松香树脂。松香树脂的软化点为110℃。无卤阻燃剂为磷酸三苯酯。固化剂为4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷环氧树脂。添加剂包括消泡剂、流平剂和稳定剂。消泡剂为BYK052。流平剂为BYK358N。稳定剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二甲酮。
上述透光阻燃双面胶带的透光率大于90%,雾度小于5%,阻燃达到V-0级。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种压敏胶树脂,其特征在于,其由含磷元素的丙烯酸酯单体和/或含氮元素的丙烯酸酯单体与常规丙烯酸酯单体共聚合得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压敏胶树脂,其特征在于,所述含磷元素的丙烯酸酯单体为2-甲基丙烯酸-10-磷酸氧基癸酯、聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸磷酸酯和甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯磷酸酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压敏胶树脂,其特征在于,所述含氮元素的丙烯酸酯单体为丙烯腈、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基乙酯、丙烯酰吗啉和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的压敏胶树脂,其特征在于,所述常规丙烯酸酯单体为甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、单甲基丙烯酸聚乙二醇酯、甲基丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、单丙烯酸聚乙二醇酯和丙烯酸异辛酯中的一种或几种。
5.一种透光阻燃双面胶带,其特征在于,包括胶黏剂层,以所述胶黏剂层的总重为基准,胶黏剂层包括以下质量比的各组分:
权利要求1-4中任一项所述的压敏胶树脂52-62份、增粘树脂1-10份、无卤阻燃剂0-20份、固化剂0.5-5份和添加剂0-3份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的透光阻燃双面胶带,其特征在于,胶黏剂层包括以下质量比的各组分:
权利要求1-4中任一项所述的压敏胶树脂55-59份、增粘树脂5-8份、无卤阻燃剂5-15、固化剂1-3份和添加剂0.5-2份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的透光阻燃双面胶带,其特征在于,所述增粘树脂包括松香树脂和/或萜烯树脂。
8.根据权利要求5所述的透光阻燃双面胶带,其特征在于,所述无卤阻燃剂包括可溶性的磷系阻燃剂和/或可溶性的含氮系列阻燃剂。
9.根据权利要求5所述的透光阻燃双面胶带,其特征在于,所述固化剂包括环氧固化剂和/或异氰酸酯固化剂。
10.根据权利要求5所述的透光阻燃双面胶带,其特征在于,所述添加剂包括消泡剂、流平剂和稳定剂中的一种或几种。
