Abstract

本发明涉及用于点式圆盘制动器体的夹紧弹簧结构,特别涉及一种汽车使用的一体化圆盘制动器,其中圆盘制动器的制动器托架与车辆的转向万向接头连成一体,夹紧弹簧至少包括一弹簧臂,该弹簧臂通常沿圆周方向延伸,并将点式圆盘制动器体与制动器托架相互夹紧在一起。
德国专利申请No.3336302公开了一种用于点式圆盘制动器体的夹紧弹簧,该弹簧包括一支柱,该支柱大体沿相切于制动器圆盘的方向延伸,并平行于制动器垫的后挡板。支柱的自由端弹性地支撑在制动器托架的两个支承之一上。弹簧具有至少一个臂,该臂与制动器垫的后挡板刚性地连接。夹紧弹簧用单股金属丝制成,具有T形外廓。弹簧面向制动器圆盘轴,弹簧的径向延伸臂下端具有一支柱,支撑在支承件上,并沿平行于两臂的方向延伸,该两臂与径向臂的上端连接,并支撑制动器卡钳。臂的长度设计成使该臂突出在弹性臂自由端之外。
德国专利申请No.4024484公开了一种浮动卡钳制动器,用于点式圆盘制动器,更具体地说,这是一种拳头式卡钳制动器,安装在制动器托架上,并用制动器体夹紧弹簧夹在制动器托架上。制动器体夹紧弹簧安装在浮动卡钳制动器的轴向外臂上,并具有弹簧臂,该弹簧臂通常平行于制动器圆盘,沿径向方向压入制动器托架,并在轴向是可以替换的。外臂在其开放端具有至少一个凸起,制动器体夹紧弹簧锁紧在此凸起上,防止相对于浮动卡钳制动器产生轴向位移。此外,制动器体夹紧弹簧具有两紧固臂,该紧固臂相对于其中部弯曲,并利用此弯曲端钩住浮动两脚制动器轴向外臂的开口。
德国专利申请No.19626303.4公开了一种夹紧弹簧,该弹簧是可以旋转地安装在圆盘制动器的一部上,特别是在向外的制动器垫上。此夹紧弹簧无需为安装在制动器体上而加工,并可以一种预装配方式与制动器卡钳相配合。此外,向外的制动器垫是固定在所确定的位置,从而可在该装配组件运输过程中不会丢失零件。
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种上述类型的夹紧弹簧,其中该弹簧可大大避免向外的制动器垫翻转。
根据本发明,此目的是通过提供一夹紧元件来实现的,该夹紧元件将制动器体夹紧弹簧安装在制动器垫上,该夹紧元件是用金属板特别制造而成,并被支承在制动器体的一部上。
本发明提出的技术方案允许以一种简单的方式,提供一种安装支承,该安装支承可避免制动器垫翻转,无论是在其传输过程或操作过程。
根据本发明之推荐实施例,夹紧元件具有至少一臂,用作在制动器体上的支承,特别是,该支承臂主要沿切向和/或轴向延伸。
恰如其分地,该支承臂具有一端部,用于支承在制动器体上。支承臂适当地设置弯曲边,以提供方便装配的倒角。
根据本发明另一实施例所采用的有利形式,夹紧元件至少还包括一臂,该臂构成为弹簧的夹紧部,并与夹紧元件特别设计成一体。

图中所示点式圆盘制动器是一种一体化的形式,其中制动器托架2(图中虚线所示部分)与车辆的转向万向接头连成一体。制动器托架2包括:分部6,该分部通常平行于制动器圆盘(图中未示出);和两个制动器托架臂8、10,该托架臂平行于制动器圆盘轴延伸,超出所述的边。制动器体12轴向可滑动地安装在制动器托架2上,并跨在制动器圆盘外边和两个制动器垫14和16上,该制动器垫设置在制动器圆盘的两侧。制动器体容纳一致动装置(未示出),该致动装置适宜于压向内制动器垫14,使其贴住制动器圆盘,于是制动器体12沿相反方向移动,并且也使外制动器垫16贴住制动器圆盘。
每一制动器垫14、16包括后挡板和摩擦元件,该摩擦元件装在后挡板上。制动器垫的后挡板具有端部22、24,通过该端部,制动器垫得以支承,并在托架臂8、10上被导向。制动器托架臂8、10提供邻接表面26、28和邻接表面30、32,两对邻接表面相互呈一角度延伸。
夹紧件34安装在外制动器垫16的后挡板18上。夹紧件34用金属板制成,具有基础板36,该金属板36用于将夹紧件安装在后挡板18上。夹紧件34的安装方式,例如可使用专利申请No.19626303.4所公开的方式。两条腿44、46从基础板36远离后挡板延伸。
腿44、46弯曲数次,在其端部具有夹紧部48、50,用于制动器体夹紧弹簧52。此外,还有另外两个臂,也经过数次弯曲,从夹紧件34的基础板36延伸,大体沿轴向/横向方向,该两臂具有端部53、55。
制动器体夹紧弹簧52是用一段金属线材弯曲而成,具有两弹簧臂54、56,该弹簧臂沿横向延伸。制动器体夹紧弹簧52包括中部58,在制动器体外腿区域,该弹簧中部具有通常为直线的轮廓,在其凸起部,相对于制动器托架臂8、10偏转约45度。制动器体夹紧弹簧52的端部60、62设计成在制动器托架臂8、10之下,弹簧延伸一短距离,大体平行于制动器托架臂8、10。然后,弹簧继续延伸直到自由端64、66,该自由端通常是沿切线方向延伸。自由端64、66嵌入固定部48、50,如图1所示。在安装状态下(用虚线表示),自由端64、66压在制动器体12所设置凸起68、70的顶侧,制动器体夹紧弹簧的中部58与凸起68、70所形成的下端72、74相接触。托架夹紧弹簧的端部60、62压在制动器托架臂8、10的支承面76、78上。
由于这种设置,制动器体夹紧弹簧52在预装配状态下保持在卡钳上,也能将外垫16固定在预定位置,因此允许传送制动器体而不致丢失零件。在最后装配时,制动器体夹紧弹簧绕旋转轴线偏转,该偏转轴线是由自由端64、66提供的,于是制动器体夹紧弹簧的端部60、62被支承在制动器托架臂8、10的支承面76、78上。
端部53、55形成两个部分表面,该表面彼此大体成30至40度角度延伸,并可在边缘处折弯,形成滑移倒角以方便拆卸。为获得最大力矩,当安装制动器垫时,端部处于沿径向最远的位置。端部可直接支承在制动器体的未加工或已加工的外表面上,正如图1所示的实施例那样。支承表面可以设置在制动器体轴向精加工区。关于翻倒力矩补偿所获得的最大效果,还要更大,因为在制动器体的外侧设置了大约1至5度的斜度(如图2所示)。

Claims (6)

1.夹紧弹簧结构,用于点式圆盘制动器,其中,圆盘制动器的制动器托架(2)通过制动器体夹紧弹簧(52)与车辆的转向万向接头连在一起,该弹簧将点式圆盘制动器体与制动器托架彼此夹紧,
其特征在于:制运器体夹紧弹簧(52)具有至少一个弹簧臂(54,56),该弹簧臂沿横向延伸,并直接夹紧圆盘制动器的制动器体(12)和制动器托架(2),其中,单独的夹紧元件(34)被设置来用于将制动器体夹紧弹簧(52)安装在制动器垫(16)上,该夹紧元件是用金属板制成,并支承在制动器体的一部分上。
2.如权利要求1所述的夹紧弹簧结构,其特征在于:夹紧元件(34)具有至少一个臂(49,51),该臂用于支承在制动器体上。
