本发明涉及一种双面大提花段彩段染面料的染整工艺,包括以下具体步骤:1)预定型;2)前处理;3)染色;4)定型。通过上述,本发明提供的双面大提花段彩段染面料的染整工艺,无需多次添加后处理助剂和固色剂,大大简化了工艺步骤,大大节省了人力和工时,节省了成本,多次升温、降温及保温后保证产品的湿摩擦牢度和沾色牢度,经过两次定型后,提高了抗起毛起球等级,且外形美观和手感舒适度好。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料的领域,尤其涉及一种双面大提花段彩段染面料的染整工艺。
背景技术
涤/纤维素纤维交织提花面料作为家纺床品面料而言,色彩艳丽多样,具有较好的装饰效果,赢得人们的青睐。在传统的涤/纤维素面料印染加工中,前处理的退浆、精练都是在碱性条件下进行的,而分散染料的染色却是在酸性条件下进行的;高温高压染色时,织物上残留的浆料、油剂、染色助剂以及涤纶纤维低聚物均易引起织物染色不匀,严重时还会出现焦油状染斑。为了避免这些问题的产生,在生产过程中需要不断的进行水洗、排液、补充新鲜的工作液等,整个生产工序长,生产效率低,水资源和能源的消耗量大,不利于节能环保。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种双面大提花段彩段染面料的染整工艺,无需多次添加后处理助剂和固色剂,大大简化了工艺步骤,大大节省了人力和工时,节省了成本,多次升温、降温及保温后保证产品的湿摩擦牢度和沾色牢度,经过两次定型后,提高了抗起毛起球等级,且外形美观和手感舒适度好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供了一种双面大提花段彩段染面料的染整工艺,包括以下具体步骤:
1)预定型:将面料放入定型机中进行预定型处理,预定型的温度为170-180℃,时间为1-2min;
2)前处理:将预定型后的面料进行前处理,并添加3g/l纯碱和2g/l的除油剂,升温至70-80℃,保温15-30min,纯碱和除油剂的浴比为1:6-1:8;
3)染色:对前处理后的面料进行染色处理,在40℃水溶液中添加匀染剂、醋酸、膨胀剂,升温至80℃后加入分散染料,再以1-1.5℃/min的升温速率升至125-130℃,保温20-30min,之后以0.7-1.5℃/min的降温速率降温至70-80℃,再以1.5-3℃/min的降温速率降温至常温并放水,再还原清洗加入5-7g/l的纯碱和3-5g/l的保险粉,升温至70-80℃,保温15-30min,再以常温水洗一遍,并用2-4g/l的醋酸中和;
4)定型:将染色后的面料放入定型机中定型处理,定型的温度为140-160℃,时间为1-2min,并调节面料PH6-7,获得最终成品。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤1中定型机的车速控制在8-18米/分钟。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤4中定型机的车速控制在15-25米/分钟。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述双面大提花段彩段染面料的总针数为1288针,共48路模数。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述双面大提花段彩段染面料采用的原料包括120D/48F涤有光FDY,26S/1 T/R段彩纱,100D/36F涤半光黑FDY,30S/1 T/R段染纱和70DSP。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例包括:
一种双面大提花段彩段染面料的染整工艺,包括以下具体步骤:
1)预定型:将面料放入定型机中进行预定型处理,预定型的温度为170-180℃,时间为1-2min;
2)前处理:将预定型后的面料进行前处理,并添加3g/l纯碱和2g/l的除油剂,升温至70-80℃,保温15-30min,纯碱和除油剂的浴比为1:6-1:8;
3)染色:对前处理后的面料进行染色处理,在40℃水溶液中添加匀染剂、醋酸、膨胀剂,升温至80℃后加入分散染料,再以1-1.5℃/min的升温速率升至125-130℃,保温20-30min,之后以0.7-1.5℃/min的降温速率降温至70-80℃,再以1.5-3℃/min的降温速率降温至常温并放水,再还原清洗加入5-7g/l的纯碱和3-5g/l的保险粉,升温至70-80℃,保温15-30min,再以常温水洗一遍,并用2-4g/l的醋酸中和;
4)定型:将染色后的面料放入定型机中定型处理,定型的温度为140-160℃,时间为1-2min,并调节面料PH6-7,获得最终成品。
上述中,所述步骤1中定型机的车速控制在8-18米/分钟;所述步骤4中定型机的车速控制在15-25米/分钟。
本实施例中,所述双面大提花段彩段染面料的总针数为1288针,共48路模数。其中,所述双面大提花段彩段染面料采用的原料包括120D/48F涤有光FDY,26 S/1 T/R段彩纱,100D/36F涤半光黑FDY,30 S/1 T/R段染纱和70D SP。
织造:上针采用三角排列;下针采用抽针法,隔50针抽1针,隔7针抽1针X8个循环,下针除抽针外按电脑编程的花型出花。
原料上机排列:第1路:20D/48F涤有光FDY+100D/36F涤半光黑FDY+70D SP;第2路:30S/1 T/R段染纱;第3路:26 S/1 T/R段彩纱。
绕纱方式:上一圈下一圈,半消板式送纱。
通过上述的织造方式,段彩纱线的特殊风格与提花结构的完美结合,后整但染涤成品后规格为140cmX235g/m2,布面风格独特,段彩云斑等多种元素组合,外观新颖与时尚相结合。
综上所述,本发明的双面大提花段彩段染面料的染整工艺,无需多次添加后处理助剂和固色剂,大大简化了工艺步骤,大大节省了人力和工时,节省了成本,多次升温、降温及保温后保证产品的湿摩擦牢度和沾色牢度,经过两次定型后,提高了抗起毛起球等级,且外形美观和手感舒适度好。

Claims (5)

1.一种双面大提花段彩段染面料的染整工艺,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
1)预定型:将面料放入定型机中进行预定型处理,预定型的温度为170-180℃,时间为1-2min;
2)前处理:将预定型后的面料进行前处理,并添加3g/l纯碱和2g/l的除油剂,升温至70-80℃,保温15-30min,纯碱和除油剂的浴比为1:6-1:8;
3)染色:对前处理后的面料进行染色处理,在40℃水溶液中添加匀染剂、醋酸、膨胀剂,升温至80℃后加入分散染料,再以1-1.5℃/min的升温速率升至125-130℃,保温20-30min,之后以0.7-1.5℃/min的降温速率降温至70-80℃,再以1.5-3℃/min的降温速率降温至常温并放水,再还原清洗加入5-7g/l的纯碱和3-5g/l的保险粉,升温至70-80℃,保温15-30min,再以常温水洗一遍,并用2-4g/l的醋酸中和;
4)定型:将染色后的面料放入定型机中定型处理,定型的温度为140-160℃,时间为1-2min,并调节面料PH6-7,获得最终成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面大提花段彩段染面料的染整工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1中定型机的车速控制在8-18米/分钟。
