本发明涉及一种层压管容器,其具有由层压膜形成的管主体。
背景技术
以往,作为收纳发胶或头发护理、牙膏等洗漱品、或膏状的食品调味料等的容器,广泛使用层压管容器。
层压管容器具有由层压膜形成的管主体,通过在管主体的一端一体地设置树脂制的管头,并且压平并封闭管主体的另一端,从而形成为能够收纳内容物的容器状,该层压膜在例如由聚乙烯等树脂材料形成的最内层与最外层之间具备铝层等遮光层,该管头具备肩部、以及从该肩部突出的口筒部。管主体具有挠性,通过用手压溃管主体,从而能够将收纳在该管主体的内部的内容物从口筒部挤出到外部。
构成上述层压管容器的管主体通过如下步骤而被制造:将成形为带状的层压膜以其两侧端对接的方式卷起成形,并利用熔接或粘接等方法将该对接部接合,从而将形成为筒状,将如此形成的筒状件切断成预定的长度。在该情况下,为了加强管主体的两侧端的接合部分,一般有如下方法:在管主体的内表面沿对接部粘贴树脂制的加强带(参照专利文献1)。

发明内容
技术问题
在上述以往的层压管容器中,通过在管主体设置铝层等遮光层来确保遮光性,从而防止收纳在管主体的内容物因接触到光而导致劣化或变质等。
但是,构成管主体的层压膜的两侧端的接合部分的接合面积小,存在该接合被剥离而成为两端侧的对接部仅被加强带相连的状态的情况,在该情况下,由于加强带不具有遮光性,所以存在如下问题点:由于在接合被剥离后的两侧端之间产生有缝隙,所以导致管主体的遮光性降低。
本发明是将解决这样的问题点作为课题的,其目的在于,提供一种能够确保管主体的对接部处的遮光性的层压管容器。
技术方案
本发明的层压管容器,其特征在于,所述层压管容器具有在树脂制的最内层与最外层之间具备遮光层的管主体,所述管主体具有:对接部,其将构成该管主体的层压膜的两侧端对接而成;以及加强带部,其沿着所述对接部设置在所述管主体的内表面,所述加强带部具有:一对树脂层;以及中间层,其包括铝层,并配置在一对所述树脂层之间。
本发明的层压管容器在上述构成中,优选在所述加强带部的两侧部设置有覆盖所述中间层的两侧端的树脂制的覆盖部。
本发明的层压管容器在上述构成中,优选所述覆盖部与至少任一侧的所述树脂层设置为一体。
本发明的层压管容器在上述构成中,优选所述覆盖部的颜色与在所述管主体的内部露出的一侧的所述树脂层和所述中间层的颜色不同。
本发明的层压管容器在上述构成中,优选所述管主体的所述最内层与所述最外层为聚乙烯制,所述加强带部的一对所述树脂层分别是聚乙烯层。
本发明的层压管容器在上述构成中,优选所述中间层包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层。
本发明的层压管容器在上述构成中,优选所述遮光层是铝层。
本发明的层压管容器在上述构成中,优选在所述管主体的一端一体地设置有树脂制的管头,并且所述管主体的另一端被压平封闭,所述管头具备肩部、以及从该肩部突出的口筒部。

图1~图4所示的作为本发明的一个实施方式的层压管容器1是用于收纳发胶或头发护理、牙膏等洗漱品、或膏状的食品调味料等作为内容物的容器。该层压管容器1具有管主体10、以及管头20。
管主体10通过将成形为带状的层压膜11以其两侧端11a、11b对接的方式卷起来,在该对接部12利用熔接或粘接等方法将两侧端11a、11b彼此接合,从而形成为大致筒状。如图2所示,在本实施方式中,虽然管主体10是大致圆筒状,但也可以设为例如椭圆形筒状,只要是大致筒状即可。
如图3所示,管主体10的一端被压平,通过熔接该压平的部分从而将其封闭。由此,管主体10形成为构成该管主体10的层压膜11的两侧端11a、11b的对接部12从轴向的一端朝向另一端延伸设置而成的大致圆筒状,并且将一端压平而封闭,从而形成为在其内部具有内容物的收纳空间S的形状。
如图4所示,管主体10具有在聚乙烯(PE)制的最内层13与同样为聚乙烯制的最外层14之间具备铝层(AL层)15作为遮光层的层积构造,并且具有用手能够使其轻易变形的程度的挠性。另外,管主体10由于具备铝层15作为遮光层,所以具有高遮光性以及屏障性。
作为构成最内层13与最外层14的聚乙烯,虽然优选使用直链状低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE),但是也能够使用其他的聚乙烯。另外,作为遮光层,不限于上述铝层15,也能够使用例如利用蒸镀而在一面实施了镀银的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)层等具有遮光性的其他层。
管主体10的层积构造可以采用各种的层构造,只要是在聚乙烯制的最内层13与最外层14之间至少设置有遮光层的层构造即可。例如,也能够构成为在最内层13与最外层14之间,除了遮光层,还设置聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层或低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)等其他的聚乙烯层等。另外,在任何的层构造中,为了提高各层间的粘接性,也还可以设置粘固涂层或干式复合层等粘接层。
如图1所示,管头20为聚乙烯制,具有形成伞状的肩部21。由于肩部21的外周缘遍及整周地熔接在管主体10的一端,所以管头20与管主体10一体地连接而设置。在肩部21的中心部分朝向外侧突出地设置有圆筒状的口筒部22,口筒部22的前端成为注入内容物或排出内容物的排出口22a。由于具备这样的管头20,所以通过用手压溃管主体10,从而能够将收纳在收纳空间S的内容物从口筒部22的排出口22a向外部挤出而能够容易地进行排出。
虽然没有详细图示,但是也能够构成为在口筒部22安装带盖的排出帽。
为了加强管主体10的对接部12的接合部分,从而在管主体10的内表面沿着对接部12而设置有加强带部30。
如图4所示,加强带部30作为树脂层而具有与管主体10的内表面接触的外侧的聚乙烯层(PE层)31、以及在管主体10的收纳空间S露出的内侧的聚乙烯层(PE层)32。另外,加强带部30在成对的聚乙烯层31、32之间具有中间层33。通过将外侧的聚乙烯层31熔接在管主体10的聚乙烯制的最内层13的内表面,从而加强带部30以跨越对接部12的两侧端11a、11b的方式粘贴在管主体10的内表面。作为构成外侧的聚乙烯层31与内侧的聚乙烯层32的聚乙烯,虽然优选使用直链状低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE),但是也能够使用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)等其他的聚乙烯。
应予说明,也能够构成为利用粘接代替熔接来将加强带部30粘贴在管主体10的最内层13的内表面。
如图1所示,加强带部30沿着对接部12从与管主体10的管头20相连接的一端延伸到封闭的另一端,并且在对接部12的长边方向的整个范围内,跨越两侧端11a、11b地粘贴在管主体10的内表面。由此,管主体10的对接部12的接合通过加强带部30而被加强,并且即使在该对接部12剥离了两侧端11a、11b的接合,也能够保持为该部分被加强带部30连接的状态,并能够防止内容物从该部分漏出。
如图4所示,中间层33包括铝层(AL层)33a、以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层(PET层)33b。由于中间层33包括铝层33a,所以加强带部30具有高遮光性。因此,即使在对接部12中两侧端11a、11b的接合被剥离并形成两侧端11a、11b的对接部12仅被加强带部30连接的状态,并且由此在接合被剥离的两侧端11a、11b之间产生间隙,也能够利用具有遮光性的加强带部30来确保两侧端11a、11b的接合被剥离的部分处的管主体10的遮光性。
由此,根据本实施方式的层压管容器1,通过将沿着管主体10的对接部12而设置的加强带部30设为包括铝层33a的构成,从而即使在对接部12处的两侧端11a、11b的接合被剥离的情况下,也能够可靠地确保管主体10的对接部12的遮光性。由此,能够可靠地防止收纳在管主体10的收纳空间S的内容物因接触到光而产生劣化或变质。
另外,在本实施方式的层压管容器1中,由于在沿着管主体10的对接部12设置的加强带部30除了铝层33a以外还设置聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层33b,所以能够提高加强带部30的强度,并能够更可靠地加强对接部12处的两侧端11a、11b的接合。
加强带部30的层积构造不限于上述构成,可以采用各种层构造,只要是至少设置有铝层33a等遮光层的层构造即可。例如,在外侧的聚乙烯层31与铝层33a之间可以设置挤压成形的低密度聚乙烯层(LDPE层)。另外,在任何的层构造中,为了提高层之间的粘接性,还可以设置粘固涂层或干式复合层等粘接层。
在收纳于管主体10的收纳空间S的内容物中,有在接触到铝层33a时产生变色等而使品质下降的内容物、和/或腐蚀铝层33a的内容物。为了也能够用于收纳这样的内容物,在本实施方式的层压管容器1中,如图4所示,在加强带部30的两侧部分别设置覆盖部34。
覆盖部34与构成加强带部30的聚乙烯层32同样为聚乙烯制,所述覆盖部34与内侧的聚乙烯层32一体地形成并且遍及长度方向的整个范围地覆盖中间层33的周向的两侧端。另外,覆盖部34也分别熔接在管主体10的最内层13的内表面。即,构成中间层33的铝层33a的从聚乙烯层31、32之间露出的两侧端被覆盖部34覆盖,并将铝层33a与收纳空间S隔离。由此,能够防止收纳在收纳空间S的内容物接触到铝层33a,并能够防止因该内容的变色等而导致品质下降。
由此,在本实施方式的层压管容器1中,由于采用通过覆盖部34覆盖设置在加强带部30的铝层33a的两侧端的构成,所以作为加强带部30在采用具有铝层33a的材料来提高管主体10的遮光性的同时使内容物不接触到铝层33a,从而能够防止因内容物的变色等而导致的品质下降。
设置有具有上述覆盖部34的加强带部30的管主体10能够根据以下步骤进行制造。
首先,如图5所示,利用成形装置40,将朝向该成形装置40传送过来的带状的层压膜11以其两侧端11a、11b对接的方式卷起来,在该对接部12熔接两侧端11a、11b而形成大致筒状的管主体10。另外,从供给装置朝向形成为大致筒状的管主体10的内侧供给加强带50,并通过熔接将该加强带50沿着两侧端11a、11b的对接部12而粘贴在管主体10的内表面。
在此,如图6的(a)所示,加强带50具有与加强带部30的聚乙烯层31相对应的外侧的聚乙烯层51、与加强带部30的聚乙烯层32相对应的内侧的聚乙烯层52、以及与加强带部30的中间层33相对应的中间层53。中间层53具有与中间层33的铝层33a以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层33b相对应的铝层53a以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层53b。另外,中间层53在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层53b的内侧还具有聚乙烯层53c。该聚乙烯层53c是在加强带50被熔接在管主体10的内表面时,与聚乙烯层52一体化而与聚乙烯层52一起构成加强带部30的聚乙烯层32的层结构。
另外,虽然加强带50的外侧的聚乙烯层51与中间层53的周向宽度是同一宽度,但是内侧的聚乙烯层52具有周向宽度比外侧的聚乙烯层51和中间层53更宽的截面形状。
这样的加强带50能够使用如图7所示的加强带50的供给装置41向管主体10供给。即,供给装置41具有如下两个卷筒42、43:供给带体50a的卷筒42;以及供给聚乙烯制的带体50b的卷筒43,所述带体50a具有预先在外侧的聚乙烯层51层积有中间层53的层积构造,所述带体50b的宽度比与内侧的聚乙烯层52相对应的带体50a宽。由卷筒42供给的带体50a与由卷筒43供给的带体50b被传送到引导辊44而彼此重合,从而成为具有如图6的(a)所示的截面形状的加强带50。如此形成的加强带50通过引导辊45向形成为大致筒状的管主体10的内侧供给,并熔接在管主体10的内表面。然后,通过将加强带50熔接在管主体10的内表面,并且将带体50a与带体50b一体化,从而构成加强带部30。此时,由于在中间层53的最内侧设置了聚乙烯层53c,所以在该聚乙烯层53c能够使带体50a牢固地熔接在带体50b的聚乙烯层52,因此能够使带体50a与带体50b可靠地一体化。
使用上述供给装置41供给到管主体10的内表面的加强带50通过成形装置40,在被加热到预定温度的同时向管主体10的内表面按压,并熔接在两侧端11a、11b的对接部12。此时,因为加强带50的内侧的聚乙烯层52的周向宽度比外侧的聚乙烯层51和中间层53的周向宽度宽,所以内侧的聚乙烯层52的、相对于中间层53的周向端部向周向外侧突出的部分以覆盖中间层53的周向端部的方式变形,并且熔接在管主体10的内表面。通过这样的成形步骤,如图6的(b)所示,能够在管主体10的内表面沿着对接部12容易且可靠地形成具备覆盖部34的加强带部30,该覆盖部34与聚乙烯层32一体地相连并且覆盖中间层33的两侧端。
应予说明,在内表面粘贴有加强带部30的管主体10之后被切断为预定的长度,并且其一端被压平而封闭。
图8的(a)和图8的(b)是表示加强带部的其他成形步骤的截面图,图9是概要地示出供给图8所示的加强带的装置的说明图。应予说明,在图8、图9中,在与上述部件对应的部件标注相同的符号。
具有覆盖部34的加强带部30也能够通过图8所示的成形步骤而形成。
在图8所示的情况下,如图8的(a)所示,作为加强带60使用有如下带体:其具有与加强带部30的聚乙烯层31相对应的外侧的聚乙烯层61、与加强带部30的聚乙烯层32相对应的内侧的聚乙烯层62、以及与加强带部30的中间层33相对应的中间层63。中间层63具有与中间层33的铝层33a以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层33b相对应的铝层63a以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层63b。
在该加强带60中,虽然外侧的聚乙烯层61、中间层63以及内侧的聚乙烯层62全部具有相同的周向宽度,但是相对于外侧的聚乙烯层61和内侧的聚乙烯层62来说中间层63的厚度薄。
这样的加强带60能够使用如图9所示的加强带60的供给装置46向管主体10供给。供给装置46具有供给加强带60的卷筒47,是将由该卷筒47供给的加强带60通过引导辊44与引导辊45向管主体10的内侧供给的装置,该加强带60具有预先在外侧的聚乙烯层61与内侧的聚乙烯层62之间层积有中间层63的层积构造。
使用上述供给装置46供给到管主体10的内表面的加强带60通过成形装置40,在加热到预定温度的同时向管主体10的内表面按压,并熔接在两侧端11a、11b的对接部12。此时,因为加强带60的外侧的聚乙烯层61与内侧的聚乙烯层52的厚度比中间层63的厚度厚,所以该外侧的聚乙烯层61和内侧的聚乙烯层62的一部分朝向中间层63的侧面挤出,外侧的聚乙烯层61和内侧的聚乙烯层62的所述被挤出的部分彼此熔接而覆盖中间层63的周向端部,并且熔接在管主体10的内表面。通过这样的成形步骤,如图8的(b)所示,能够在管主体10的内表面沿着对接部12容易且可靠地形成具备覆盖部34的加强带部30,该覆盖部34与聚乙烯层31、32两者一体地相连并且覆盖中间层33的两侧端。
作为上述加强带60,能够使用例如具有直链状低密度聚乙烯层(30μm)/干式复合层(3μm)/铝层(7μm)/干式复合层(3μm)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层(12μm)/干式复合层(3μm)/直链状低密度聚乙烯层(50μm)的层构造以及厚度的总计厚度为108μm的带体(实施例1),或者,具有直链状低密度聚乙烯层(60μm)/干式复合层(3μm)/铝层(7μm)/干式复合层(3μm)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层(12μm)/干式复合层(3μm)/直链状低密度聚乙烯层(80μm)的层构造以及厚度的总计厚度为168μm的带体(实施例2)。作为加强带60使用具有上述层构造和厚度的带体,从而能够可靠地构成具备覆盖部34的加强带部30,该覆盖部34与聚乙烯层31、32两者一体地相连并且覆盖中间层33的两侧端。
在图8所示的成形方法中,优选将加强带60的外侧的聚乙烯层61着色成与内侧的聚乙烯层62或中间层63不同的颜色。在本实施方式中,相对于银色的聚乙烯层62和中间层63,将外侧的聚乙烯层61着色为白色。
由此,通过将加强带60的外侧的聚乙烯层61着色成与内侧的聚乙烯层62和中间层63不同的颜色,从而能够使成形后的加强带部30中的、由覆盖部34的外侧的聚乙烯层61成形的部分的颜色成为与在加强带部30的管主体10的内部露出的一侧的聚乙烯层32和中间层33的颜色不同的颜色。因此,通过从内侧目视观察设置有加强带部30的管主体10,识别出覆盖部34具有与在管主体10的内部露出的一侧的聚乙烯层32和中间层33的颜色不同的部分,从而能够容易地确认外侧的聚乙烯层61的熔接状况以及从中间层33的溢出状况是良好的,并能够容易地确认中间层33的两侧端被覆盖部34可靠地覆盖。特别是在将外侧的聚乙烯层61着色为白色的情况下,能够更准确地确定中间层33的两侧端被覆盖部34可靠地覆盖。
本发明不限于所述实施方式,当然在不脱离其主旨的范围内能够进行各种改变。
例如,在所述实施方式中,虽然设定管主体10的最内层13与最外层14为聚乙烯制的材料,但是也可以利用其他树脂材料而形成。另外,加强带部30的树脂层也同样地不限于聚乙烯层31、32,也能够通过其他树脂材料而形成。在该情况下,覆盖部34也不限于聚乙烯制,可以利用与加强带部30的树脂层同样的其他树脂材料而形成。
另外,在所述实施方式中,虽然构成为在管主体10的一端一体地设置具备肩部21与口筒部22的管头20,并且压平并封闭管主体10的另一端,但是不限于此,例如作为管头20可以使用其他的形状等,管主体10的两端侧的样式可以进行各种改变。
此外,覆盖部34不限于通过所实施方式的成形方法而形成的覆盖部,也可以利用其它成形方法成形,只要是覆盖中间层33的两侧端的聚乙烯制的覆盖部即可。

Claims (8)

1.一种层压管容器,其特征在于,
所述层压管容器具有在树脂制的最内层与最外层之间具备遮光层的管主体,
所述管主体具有:
对接部,其将构成该管主体的层压膜的两侧端对接而成;以及
加强带部,其沿着所述对接部设置在所述管主体的内表面,
所述加强带部具有:
一对树脂层;以及
中间层,其包括铝层,并配置在一对所述树脂层之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层压管容器,其特征在于,
在所述加强带部的两侧部设置有覆盖所述中间层的两侧端的树脂制的覆盖部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的层压管容器,其特征在于,
所述覆盖部与至少任一侧的所述树脂层设置为一体。
4.根据权利要求2所述的层压管容器,其特征在于,
所述覆盖部的颜色与在所述管主体的内部露出的一侧的所述树脂层和所述中间层的颜色不同。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的层压管容器,其特征在于,
所述管主体的所述最内层与所述最外层为聚乙烯制,所述加强带部的一对所述树脂层分别是聚乙烯层。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的层压管容器,其特征在于,
所述中间层包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的层压管容器,其特征在于,
所述遮光层是铝层。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的层压管容器,其特征在于,
在所述管主体的一端一体地设置有树脂制的管头,并且所述管主体的另一端被压平封闭,所述管头具备肩部、以及从该肩部突出的口筒部。
