Abstract
本发明涉及保健酒技术领域,具体涉及一种牡蛎阳盛酒及其制备方法。该牡蛎阳盛酒以酒精度为42~60%vol的青稞酒为酒基,按照料液比1:2的比列加入辅料,所述辅料为牡蛎:西洋参:黄精:枸杞:龙骨=3:1:2:1:2。制备方法为:原料处理、粉碎、装袋、浸泡、过滤、包装及质检。相比于现有的保健酒,本发明的牡蛎阳盛酒色泽均匀一致、澄清透明;酒香浓郁、酒体饱满、优雅柔和、空杯持久留香;久置后有少量沉淀物,不影响酒体质量。具有滋补调节,补气养阴、改善睡眠质量、保护心血管系统及提高免疫力等功效。其牡蛎阳盛酒的制备方法简单方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健酒技术领域,具体涉及一种牡蛎阳盛酒及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高和生活节奏的改变,人们对身体保健的要求越来越高,因此市场上形形色色的保健品层出不穷,但是大部分价格太贵,或者效果不明显。为此,本申请人在已有研究的基础上,针对大部分人群头痛眩晕、烦躁失眠多梦、胃酸过多、脾胃虚弱、体倦乏力、口干食少、肺虚燥咳、精血不足、内热消渴、虚劳精亏、腰膝酸痛、炫目耳鸣及自汗盗汗等亚健康症状,将牡蛎配伍其他有益原料与青稞酒调配在一起研究出一种具有保健功效的牡蛎阳盛酒。
所述牡蛎(ostrea gigas tnunb)为动物的全体,在亚热带、热带沿海都适宜蚝的养殖,我国分布很广,北起鸭绿江,南至海南岛,沿海皆可产蚝。功能主治为:敛阴,潜阳,止汗,涩精,化痰,软坚。治惊痫,眩晕,自汗,盗汗,遗精,淋浊,崩漏,带下,瘰疬,瘿瘤。用于惊悸失眠,眩晕耳鸣,瘰疠痰核,瘕痞块,自汗盗汗,遗精崩带,胃痛泛酸。煅牡蛎收敛固涩。用于自汗盗汗,遗精崩带,胃痛吞酸。(1)益阴潜阳:生用治阴虚阳亢之潮热盗汗、头痛眩晕、烦躁失眠等症。(2)软坚散结:生用治瘰疬、肿块。(3)固涩:煅用治多汗、遗精、带下、崩漏、泄泻等,常与龙骨配伍。(4)也可用于胃酸过多,常配乌贼骨。①《本经》:主伤寒寒热,温疟洒洒,惊恚怒气,除拘缓鼠瘘,女子带下赤白。久服强骨节。②《别录》:除留热在关节荣卫,虚热去来不定,烦满;止汗,心痛气结,止渴,除老血。涩大小肠,止大小便,疗泄精,喉痹,咳嗽,心胁下痞热。③《药性论》:主治女子崩中。止盗汗,除风热,止痛。治温疟。又和杜仲服止盗汗。病人虚而多热,加用地黄、小草。
西洋参(Panax quinquefolius)是五加科人参属多年生草木植物,别名花旗参、洋参、西洋人参、American ginseng,原产于加拿大的大魁北克与美国的威斯康辛州,中国北京怀柔与长白山等地也有种植。加拿大产的叫西洋参,美国参产的叫花旗参,服用方法分为煮、炖、蒸食、切片含化、研成细粉冲服等。性凉,味甘、微苦。补气养阴,清热生津。用于气虚阴亏,内热,咳喘痰血,虚热烦倦,消渴,口燥喉干。益肺阴,清虚火,生津止渴。治肺虚久嗽,失血,咽干口渴,虚热烦倦。
黄精(Polygonatum sibiricum),又名:鸡头黄精、黄鸡菜、笔管菜、爪子参、老虎姜、鸡爪参。为黄精属植物,根茎横走,圆柱状,结节膨大。叶轮生,无柄。药用植物,具有补脾,润肺生津的作用。
滇黄精(Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl)百合科黄精属草本植物,根状茎近圆柱形或近连珠状,结节有时作不规则菱状,肥厚。茎顶端作攀援状。叶轮生,每轮3~10枚,条形、条状披针形或披针形,先端拳卷。花序具花,总花梗下垂,花梗苞片膜质,微小,通常位于花梗下部;花被粉红色,裂片长3~5毫米;花丝长3~5毫米,丝状或两侧扁,花药长4~6毫米;子房长4~6毫米。浆果红色,直径1~1.5厘米,具7~12颗种子。产中国云南、四川、贵州。生林下、灌丛或阴湿草坡,有时生岩石上,海拔700~3600米。
多花黄精(Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua)是百合科黄精属的多年生草本植物,根状茎肥厚,少有近圆柱形,茎高可达100厘米,叶互生,椭圆形、卵状披针形至矩圆状披针形,伞形花序,花被黄绿色,浆果黑色。分布于中国四川、贵州、湖南、湖北、河南、江西、安徽、江苏、浙江、福建、广东、广西。生林下、灌丛或山坡阴处。黄精医药部位根状茎,味甘,平。补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾。用于脾虚胃弱,体倦乏力,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,精血不足,内热消渴。
枸杞,又称枸杞子、红耳坠,是茄科、枸杞属(Lycium)小灌木植物枸杞的成熟子实。枸杞子药食同源的历史悠久,是驰名中外的名贵中药材,早在《神农本草经》中就被列为上品,称其为“久服轻身不老、耐寒暑”;有延衰抗老的功效,又名“却老子”。枸杞子中含有多种氨基酸,并含有甜菜碱、玉蜀黍黄素、酸浆果红素等特殊营养成分,使其具有非常好的保健功效。
龙骨为为古代哺乳动物如象类、犀牛类、三趾马等的骨骼化石,源自于《中药大辞典》,又名白龙骨(《千金方》),为不规则的块状,大小不一。表面白色、灰白色或黄白色,较光滑,有的具纹理与裂隙,或具棕色条纹和斑点。质硬,断面不平坦,色白,细腻如粉质。吸湿力亦强。无臭,无味。以质硬、色白、吸湿力强者为佳。但一般以五花龙骨为优。主要为碳酸钙、磷酸钙,尚含铁、钾、钠、氯、硫酸根等。味甘,平。微寒,无毒。入心、肝、肾、大肠经。具有镇惊安神,敛汗固精,止血涩肠,生肌敛疮。治惊痫癫狂,怔忡健忘,失眠多梦,自汗盗汗,遗精淋浊,吐衄便血,崩漏带下,泻痢脱肛,溃疡久不收口。
发明内容
基于上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种牡蛎阳盛酒及其制备方法。
一种牡蛎阳盛酒,该牡蛎阳盛酒以酒精度为42~60%vol的青稞酒为酒基,按照料液比1:2的比列加入辅料,所述辅料为牡蛎:西洋参:黄精:枸杞:龙骨=3:1:2:1:2。
进一步的,所述青稞酒为购置的市售青稞酿造的酒。
进一步的,所述牡蛎(ostrea gigas tnunb)为动物的全体,治惊痫,眩晕,自汗,盗汗,遗精,淋浊,崩漏,带下,瘰疬,瘿瘤。用于惊悸失眠,眩晕耳鸣,瘰疠痰核,瘕痞块,自汗盗汗,遗精崩带,胃痛泛酸。
进一步的,所述西洋参(Panax quinquefolius)是五加科人参属多年生草木植物的根部。用于增强中枢神经系统功能、保护心血管系统、提高免疫力、促进血液活力、治疗糖尿病、补肺降火、养胃生津。
进一步的,所述黄精为百合科植物滇黄精(Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl)、黄精(Polygonatum sibiricum Reb)或多花黄精(Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua)的干燥根茎,属于药食两用的物质。源自于《中国药典》2010年版一部。具有补气养阴,健、润肺,益肾的功效。用于脾胃虚弱、体倦乏力、口干食少、肺虚燥咳、精血不足及内热消渴。
进一步的,所述枸杞为茄科、枸杞属(Lycium)植物枸杞的成熟子实,属于药食两用的物质。源自于《神农本草经》。具有滋补肝肾、益精明目的功效。用于虚劳精亏、腰膝酸痛、炫目耳鸣、内热消渴、血虚萎黄及目昏不明。
进一步的,所述龙骨为为古代哺乳动物如象类、犀牛类、三趾马等的骨骼化石,源自于《中药大辞典》,具有镇惊安神,敛汗固精,止血涩肠,生肌敛疮。治惊痫癫狂,怔忡健忘,失眠多梦,自汗盗汗,遗精淋浊,吐衄便血,崩漏带下,泻痢脱肛,溃疡久不收口。
本发明还保护一种藏贡酒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
SO1原料处理:将牡蛎、西洋参、黄精、枸杞、龙骨精选除去杂质淋洗后,备用;青稞酒盛入带刻度的药酒瓶中,备用;
SO2粉碎:将上述原料分别粉碎成粗块,备用,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;
SO3装袋:将粉碎后的按配比混匀后装入药袋,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;
SO4浸泡:将装袋的原料放入盛有特定比例的青稞酒药酒瓶中,浸泡100天,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;
SO5过滤:取出药包,过滤浸泡酒液,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;
SO6包装,质检:将过滤后的酒液按规定包装瓶包装喷码后进行质检,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区。
本发明的有益效果:相比于现有的保健酒,本发明的牡蛎阳盛酒色泽均匀一致、澄清透明;酒香浓郁、酒体饱满、优雅柔和、空杯持久留香;久置后有少量沉淀物,不影响酒体质量。具有滋补调节,补气养阴、改善睡眠质量、保护心血管系统及提高免疫力等功效。其牡蛎阳盛酒的制备方法简单方便。

下面将结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种牡蛎阳盛酒,按照制备250ml酒计算,取酒精度为42%Vol的青稞酒300ml为酒基,按料液比1:2的比例加入辅料,所加辅料牡蛎:西洋参:黄精:枸杞:龙骨=3:1:2:1:2。
上述牡蛎阳盛酒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
SO1原料处理:将牡蛎、西洋参、黄精、枸杞、龙骨精选除去杂质淋洗后,备用;青稞酒盛入带刻度的药酒瓶中,备用;
SO2粉碎:将上述原料在粉碎机中分别粉碎成粗块,备用,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;
SO3装袋:将粉碎后的按配比混匀后装入药袋,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;
SO4浸泡:将装袋的原料放入盛有特定比例的青稞酒药酒瓶中,浸泡100天,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;
SO5过滤:取出药包,过滤浸泡酒液,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;
SO6包装,质检:将过滤后的酒液按规定包装瓶包装喷码后进行质检,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区。
实施例2
一种牡蛎阳盛酒,按照制备500ml酒计算,取酒精度为52%Vol的青稞酒550ml为酒基,按料液比1:2的比例加入辅料,所加辅料牡蛎:西洋参:黄精:枸杞:龙骨=3:1:2:1:2。
上述牡蛎阳盛酒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
SO1原料处理:将牡蛎、西洋参、黄精、枸杞、龙骨精选除去杂质淋洗后,备用;青稞酒盛入带刻度的药酒瓶中,备用;
SO2粉碎:将上述原料在粉碎机中分别粉碎成粗块,备用,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;
SO3装袋:将粉碎后的按配比混匀后装入药袋,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;
SO4浸泡:将装袋的原料放入盛有特定比例的青稞酒药酒瓶中,浸泡100天,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;

实施例3
一种牡蛎阳盛酒,按照制备1000ml酒计算,取酒精度为60%Vol的青稞酒1050ml为酒基,按料液比1:2的比例加入辅料,所加辅料牡蛎:西洋参:黄精:枸杞:龙骨=3:1:2:1:2。
上述牡蛎阳盛酒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
SO1原料处理:将牡蛎、西洋参、黄精、枸杞、龙骨精选除去杂质淋洗后,备用;青稞酒盛入带刻度的药酒瓶中,备用;
SO2粉碎:将上述原料在粉碎机中分别粉碎成粗块,备用,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;
SO3装袋:将粉碎后的按配比混匀后装入药袋,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;
SO4浸泡:将装袋的原料放入盛有特定比例的青稞酒药酒瓶中,浸泡100天,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;
SO5过滤:取出药包,过滤浸泡酒液,操作环境为30万级洁净生产区;

实施例4
本发明一种牡蛎阳盛酒的指标测试。
1、感官指标测试

以上述实施例制备的藏贡酒为供试样品,按GB/T10345规格的方法检验。

(3)霉菌和酵母按GB/T4789.15规定的方法测定。
(4)沙门氏菌按GB/T4789.4规定的方法测定。
(5)志贺氏菌按GB/T4789.5规定的方法测定。
(6)金黄色葡萄球菌按GB/T4789.10规定的方法测定。

1.一种牡蛎阳盛酒,其特征在于,该牡蛎阳盛酒以酒精度为42~60%vol的青稞酒为酒基,按照料液比1:2的比列加入辅料,所述辅料为牡蛎:西洋参:黄精:枸杞:龙骨=3:1:2:1:2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡蛎阳盛酒,其特征在于,所述青稞酒为购置的市售青稞酿造的酒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡蛎阳盛酒,其特征在于,所述牡蛎(ostrea gigas tnunb)为动物的全体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡蛎阳盛酒,其特征在于,所述西洋参(Panax quinquefolius)是五加科人参属多年生草木植物的根部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡蛎阳盛酒,其特征在于,所述黄精为百合科植物滇黄精(Polygonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl)、黄精(Polygonatum sibiricum Reb)或多花黄精(Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua)的干燥根茎。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡蛎阳盛酒,其特征在于,所述枸杞为茄科、枸杞属(Lycium)植物枸杞的成熟子实,属于药食两用的物质。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡蛎阳盛酒,其特征在于,所述龙骨为为古代哺乳动物如象类、犀牛类、三趾马等的骨骼化石。
