本发明公开了一种六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料及其制备方法,以价格低廉的氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)、氢氧化钛(Ti(OH)4)、氧化镍(NiO)、碳酸钙为原料,制备蓝色陶瓷颜料,以解决钴蓝中钴价格昂贵的问题,制备的蓝色陶瓷颜料蓝度值b*达到‑37.07,与钴蓝b*值相近。

一种六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷颜料及其制备领域,特别涉及一种六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料的制备方法。
背景技术
钴蓝色泽鲜艳纯净,是一种色调非常饱和蓝色颜料,同时它的耐温性较高,可达1200-1400℃,是一般颜料望尘莫及的,可用于高温陶瓷色料、卷材涂料、高温涂料、聚烯烃、工程树脂、高级美术颜料以及彩石、水泥建材等行业;但其原材料需要用到大量的氧化钴或钴化合物,价格昂贵,工业级的氧化钴价格就可达人民币18万元/吨,生产成本较高,所以限制其无法在普通的领域得到广泛应用;因此迫切需要寻求一种色泽度和钴蓝相同的非钴的蓝色色料来解决以上问题;
六铝酸钙(CaAl12O19)具有较高的熔点,转熔点在1830℃以上,其高温稳定性好,并且抗碱性侵蚀能力强;它的晶体结构由含阳离子Ca的镜面和具有尖晶石结构的尖晶石基块两层沿着C轴交替堆积而成,CaAl12O19晶体中含有较多四面体和八面体,根据晶体学理论,四面体中d轨道的分裂能较小,电子跃迁吸收能量较小,可显示可见光的颜色,同时从价格上来说,目前氢氧化铝的价格只有人民币0.25万元/吨,而碳酸钙的价格更是仅仅为0.03万元/吨,远远低于氧化钴。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料的制备方法,应用价格低廉的原料制备蓝色陶瓷颜料,以解决钴蓝中钴价格昂贵的问题,其蓝度值b*达到与钴蓝相近的水平。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料,其特征是,所述颜料的化学式为:
CaAl12-2xNixTixO19
化学式中所标注的均为物质的量比,其中0.6≤x≤1.0。
进一步,上述的六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料中的一种为:x的取值为0.6。
进一步,上述的六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料中的一种为:x的取值为0.8。
进一步,上述的六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料中的一种为:x的取值为1.0。
上述的六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料,其原材料包括:氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)、氢氧化钛(Ti(OH)4)、氧化镍(NiO)、碳酸钙。
上述的六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按CaAl12-2xNixTixO19中Ca、Al、Ni、Ti的化学计量比,分别称取氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)、氢氧化钛(Ti(OH)4)、氧化镍(NiO)、碳酸钙,将上述原料装入球磨罐中,倒入无水乙醇球磨,得到混合均匀细化的浆料;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的浆料放入70℃-90℃环境(具体为80℃左右)的烘干箱中干燥;
(3)将步骤(2)干燥好的CaAl12-2xNixTixO19粉体放入箱式电子炉中进行加盖煅烧,温控制度为:从室温以5℃/分钟的速率升温至1000℃,之后以2℃/分钟的速率升温至1350℃,1350℃下保温3个小时,之后以100℃/h速率降温至室温,得到蓝色陶瓷颜料。
进一步,上述步骤(1)中原料总质量与无水乙醇的比为1:2。
进一步,上述步骤(1)中球磨时间为24小时。
本发明的有益效果在于:以价格低廉的氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)、氢氧化钛(Ti(OH)4)、氧化镍(NiO)、碳酸钙为原料,制备蓝色陶瓷颜料,以解决钴蓝中钴价格昂贵的问题,制备的蓝色陶瓷颜料颜色基本达到钴蓝的颜色,特别是x=0.8的样品,其b值达到-37.07,与钴蓝蓝度值相当,同时明度值L*比现有钴蓝粉体高。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细介绍,以下所述,仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制。
实施例1
CaAl12-2xNixTixO19中x的取值为0.6的六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按CaAl10.8Ni0.6Ti0.6O19中Ca、Al、Ni、Ti的化学计量比,分别称取氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)、氢氧化钛(Ti(OH)4)、氧化镍(NiO)、碳酸钙,将上述原料装入球磨罐中,倒入无水乙醇球磨24小时,得到混合均匀细化的浆料;原料总质量与无水乙醇的比为1:2;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的浆料放入80℃左右环境的烘干箱中干燥;
(3)将步骤(2)干燥好的粉体放入箱式电子炉中进行加盖煅烧,温控制度为:从室温以5℃/分钟的速率升温至1000℃,然后以2℃/分钟的速率升温至1350℃,1350℃下保温3个小时,之后以100℃/h速率降温至室温,得到蓝色陶瓷颜料如图2所示。
实施例2
将实施例1中x的取值为0.8,采用相同制备方法制得的蓝色陶瓷颜料如图3所示。
实施例3
将实施例1中x的取值为1.0,采用相同制备方法制得的蓝色陶瓷颜料如图4所示。
对比分析
使用柯尼卡美能达色度计测量了CIELAB颜色参数,获得三个相关参数L*a*b*,分别表示为亮度,红色/绿色和黄色/蓝色色值;如图5所示为现有钴蓝粉体的实物照,其b*值为-38.19、明度值L*为53.98;上述3种陶瓷颜料的色度值如表1所示,可见x=0.6、0.8、1.0时其颜色基本达到钴蓝的颜色,特别是x=0.8的样品,其b值达到-37.07,与钴蓝蓝度值相当,同时明度值L*都比现有钴蓝粉体高;
利用分光光度计测量样品的紫外-可见漫反射光谱图如图6所示;曲线的反射率峰值所对应的波长色光的颜色即为该颜料的色相,而曲线反射率的高低表明了颜色的明度的不同。如图6所示,由于蓝色光的波长大致在450到480nm的范围内,由图可见所有样品的反射光谱峰的峰值都在这个范围内,同时本发明的颜料比钴蓝的反射率高,则表现出具有较高的明度,色彩更为鲜艳。
因此我们利用市场价格远远低于氧化钴的原料制备了蓝度值和钴蓝相当的蓝色陶瓷色料,有较好的应用前景。

Claims (6)

1.一种六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按CaAl12-2xNixTixO19中Ca、Al、Ni、Ti的化学计量比,分别称取氢氧化铝、氢氧化钛、氧化镍、碳酸钙,将上述原料装入球磨罐中,倒入无水乙醇球磨,得到混合均匀细化的浆料;所述CaAl12-2xNixTixO19化学式中所标注的均为物质的量比,其中0.6≤x≤1.0;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的浆料放入70℃-90℃环境的烘干箱中干燥;
(3)将步骤(2)干燥好的CaAl12-2xNixTixO19粉体放入箱式电子炉中进行加盖煅烧,温控制度为:从室温以5℃/分钟的速率升温至1000℃,之后以2℃/分钟的速率升温至1350℃,1350℃下保温3个小时,之后以100℃/h速率降温至室温,得到蓝色陶瓷颜料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料的制备方法,其特征在于:x的取值为0.6。
3.根据权利要求1所述的六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料的制备方法,其特征在于:x的取值为0.8。
4.根据权利要求1所述的六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料的制备方法,其特征在于:x的取值为1.0。
5.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中原料总质量与无水乙醇的比为1:2。
6.根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的六铝酸钙蓝色陶瓷颜料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中球磨时间为24小时。
