Description
このように、本発明の主な目的は、式Sm6MoO12で表されるサマリウムやモリブデン化合物の混合酸化物による新規な黄色系無機顔料を提供することである。
従って、本発明は、サマリウムやモリブデンの酸化物を含む黄色系無機顔料を提供し、この黄色系無機顔料は式Sm6MoO12で表されることを特徴とする。
この混合物を1500°C〜1650°Cの範囲内の温度で、空気雰囲気中約6〜12時間焼成する工程とを含む黄色系無機顔料の調整方法を提供する。
サマリウムモリブデン黄色系顔料は式Sm6MoO12で表され、立方晶からなる。本発明に係る無機顔料は、高濃度の(NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2OとSm2O3とを化学量論比で混合し、混合物をボールミルで粉砕し、空気雰囲気中1500〜1650°Cの範囲内の温度で10〜12時間焼成することによって形成される。十分に細かくした焼成粉末は顔料の特徴付けに使用した。顔料Sm6MoO12の粒度分布に関して、水を媒体とし、カルゴンを分散剤としてレーザー走査粒子粒度分析装置(CILAS 930 Liquid)によって測定することにより調べた。結果として、90%の粒子の粒度が28.63μmより小さく、50%の粒子の粒度が9.55μmより小さく、そして10%の粒子の粒度が1.25μmより小さいことがわかった。更に顔料サンプルの平均粒径は12.72μmであることがわかった。
Claims (5)
- カラースケールCIE 1976により検出された色度座標L* = 86.67、a* = -3.40、b* = 64.67を有する、式Sm6MoO12で表されるサマリウムモリブデートを含む黄色系無機顔料であって、ボールミル粉砕後のSm2O3[サマリウム(III)酸化物]と(NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O [アンモニウムモリブデート(VI) テトラハイドレート]の固溶体を化学量論比で混合し、この混合物を1600°C〜1650°Cの範囲内の温度で、空気雰囲気中約10〜12時間焼成することによって得られることを特徴とする黄色系無機顔料。
- 前記顔料の粒子サイズは9.55μm〜12.72μmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の黄色系無機顔料。
- CIE 1976により検出された色度座標L* = 82.15、a* = -7.10、b* = 47.19を有する、サマリウムモリブデートを含む黄色系無機顔料であって、ボールミル粉砕後のSm2O3 [サマリウム(III)酸化物]と(NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O [アンモニウムモリブデート(VI) テトラハイドレート]の固溶体を化学量論比で混合し、この混合物を1500°Cで、空気雰囲気中約10時間焼成することによって得られることを特徴とする黄色系無機顔料。
- 重量で5%〜10%の範囲内の量の請求項1に記載の黄色系無機顔料を基材に添加する工程を含む基材の着色方法。
- 前記基材はプラスチック、ガラス、セラミクス、塗料等有機ポリマーのグループより選択されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
