Abstract
Cette invention concerne des précurseurs de matériaux contenant le molybdène par exemple le trioxyde de molybdène mo03. Ces mêmes précurseurs peuvent être utilises pour préparer des matériaux oxydes polymétalliques et ceci dans des proportions variables comme on peut les utiliser pour obtenir des phases composites. D’autre part ces précurseurs sont très solubles dans les solvants polaires comme l’eau et les alcools.Il en suit les possibilités qu’ils offrent pour faire aussi des dépôts en couche mince. Ces précurseurs sont obtenus par réaction à l’état solide d’acides poly-carboxyliques et le molybdate d’ammonium (nh4)6mo7o24.4h2o.
