Abstract
本发明公开的一种高密度耐高温四氟管的制备机器,包括机身,所述机身左方设有转动腔,所述转动腔内设有电机,所述电机为挤出聚四氟乙烯和传送钢管提供动力,所述转动腔右侧设有挤压腔,所述挤压腔上方设有入料腔,所述挤压腔内转动设有挤压杆,所述挤压杆内设有贯穿内部的通孔,所述挤压腔右侧预留出聚四氟乙烯成型的区域,并且在成型区域周边设有冷却装置,本发明有效解决了在聚四氟乙烯中很难放入钢管的难题,使得聚四氟乙烯与钢管紧密结合在一起得到四氟管,并且可以在机器运转时对材料进行切割,通过机械联动,本发明有效的提高了生产效率,为四氟管制造节省了大量的人力物力。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工设备领域,具体为一种高密度耐高温四氟管的制备机器。
背景技术
四氟管具有极强的耐腐蚀性和耐高温性,并且能够承受较强的压力,在化工领域中,常用着高温下腐蚀性液体或气体的输送,也是由于其特殊性质,其加工过程也是非常特殊的,其加工工艺是将聚四氟乙烯和钢管紧密结合在一起,由于聚四氟乙烯具有耐高温性,所以采用传统的镀层方法是很难实现结合的,单一的挤出机也不能将聚四氟乙烯与钢管紧密结合在一起,为了解决上述问题,有意发明一种高密度耐高温四氟管的制备机器。
发明内容
技术问题:
四氟管制造过程中很难将聚四氟乙烯与钢管紧密结合在一起。
为解决上述问题,本例设计了一种高密度耐高温四氟管的制备机器,本发明的一种高密度耐高温四氟管的制备机器,包括机身,所述机身左方设有转动腔,所述转动腔内设有电机,所述电机为挤出聚四氟乙烯和传送钢管提供动力,所述转动腔右侧设有挤压腔,所述挤压腔上方设有入料腔,所述挤压腔内转动设有挤压杆,所述挤压杆内设有贯穿内部的通孔,所述挤压腔右侧预留出聚四氟乙烯成型的区域,并且在成型区域周边设有冷却装置,所述挤压腔右侧设有上滑腔和下滑腔,所述上滑腔和所述下滑腔内滑动设有可以防止聚四氟乙烯被挤出的装置,防止了聚四氟乙烯未成型就被挤出,所述上滑腔和下滑腔右侧连通有出料口,所述出料口上方设有喷淋冷却装置,可以对最终材料进行进一步冷却,所述出料口上壁滑动连接有可以边移动边剪切的装置,在启动前先将钢管插入所述内并且延伸至所述挤压腔右侧,此时所述挤压腔右侧为封闭状态,当所述挤压腔内充满聚四氟乙烯后再打开所述上滑腔和所述下滑腔内的封闭装置,这样聚四氟乙烯和钢管能很好的结合在一起后传送出所述挤压腔。
进一步地,所述电机动力连接有输出轴,所述输出轴固定连接有外锥齿轮和主齿轮,所述主齿轮啮合有与所述挤压杆固定连接的中空齿轮,所述中空齿轮右端与所述所述转动腔右壁转动连接,所述通孔贯穿所述中空齿轮,所述转动腔左侧设有入料口。
进一步地,所述外锥齿轮啮合有内锥齿轮,所述内锥齿轮固定连接有与所述转动腔后壁转动连接的后轴,所述后轴固定连接有上齿轮,所述上齿轮啮合有中齿轮,所述中齿轮固定连接有与所述转动腔内壁转动连接的上横轴,所述上横轴固定连接有上传送轮,所述中齿轮啮合有下齿轮,所述下齿轮固定连接有与所述转动腔内壁转动连接的下横轴,所述下横轴固定连接有下传送轮。
进一步地,所述入料腔下方设有与所述挤压腔连通的入料孔,所述挤压腔左段周边设有加热板,所述挤压腔右段周边设有冷却腔,所述冷却腔内装有冷却液。
进一步地,所述挤压腔右端设有逐渐变小的斜口,当四氟管通过时被进一步挤压,以便于提高其密度。
进一步地,所述上滑腔内滑动连接有上阀门,所述下滑腔内滑动连接有下阀门,所述下阀门下端固定连接有下弹簧,所述下阀门固定连接有下液压杆,所述所述上阀门上端固定连接有阀杆,所述固定连接有上液压杆,所述下液压杆和所述上液压杆滑动置于所述机身内设置的液压腔内,所述液压腔连通有液压管,所述液压管连通有液压装置。进一步地,所述出料口上方设有液池,所述液池下方设有喷头,所述出料口上方设有滑槽,所述滑槽内滑动连接有滑块,所述滑块下端固定连接有右液压装置,所述右液压装置动力连接有右液压杆,所述右液压杆固定连接有切刀,所述滑块右端固定连接有右弹簧。

下面结合图1-图3对本发明进行详细说明,为叙述方便,现对下文所说的方位规定如下:下文所说的上下左右前后方向与图1本身投影关系的上下左右前后方向一致。
本发明涉及一种高密度耐高温四氟管的制备机器,主要应用于高密度耐高温四氟管制备。
本发明的一种高密度耐高温四氟管的制备机器,包括机身10,所述机身10左方设有转动腔11,所述转动腔11内设有电机12,所述电机12为挤出聚四氟乙烯和传送钢管提供动力,所述转动腔11右侧设有挤压腔31,所述挤压腔31上方设有入料腔24,所述挤压腔31内转动设有挤压杆26,所述挤压杆26内设有贯穿内部的通孔27,所述挤压腔31右侧预留出聚四氟乙烯成型的区域,并且在成型区域周边设有冷却装置,所述挤压腔31右侧设有上滑腔35和下滑腔32,所述上滑腔35和所述下滑腔32内滑动设有可以防止聚四氟乙烯被挤出的装置,防止了聚四氟乙烯未成型就被挤出,所述上滑腔35和下滑腔32右侧连通有出料口39,所述出料口39上方设有喷淋冷却装置,可以对最终材料进行进一步冷却,所述出料口39上壁滑动连接有可以边移动边剪切的装置,在启动前先将钢管插入所述27内并且延伸至所述挤压腔31右侧,此时所述挤压腔31右侧为封闭状态,当所述挤压腔31内充满聚四氟乙烯后再打开所述上滑腔35和所述下滑腔32内的封闭装置,这样聚四氟乙烯和钢管能很好的结合在一起后传送出所述挤压腔31。
优选地,所述电机12动力连接有输出轴13,所述输出轴13固定连接有外锥齿轮22和主齿轮23,所述主齿轮23啮合有与所述挤压杆26固定连接的中空齿轮25,所述中空齿轮25右端与所述所述转动腔11右壁转动连接,所述通孔27贯穿所述中空齿轮25,所述转动腔左侧设有入料口49。
优选地,所述外锥齿轮22啮合有内锥齿轮21,所述内锥齿轮21固定连接有与所述转动腔11后壁转动连接的后轴48,所述后轴48固定连接有上齿轮20,所述上齿轮20啮合有中齿轮14,所述中齿轮14固定连接有与所述转动腔11内壁转动连接的上横轴16,所述上横轴16固定连接有上传送轮15,所述中齿轮14啮合有下齿轮17,所述下齿轮17固定连接有与所述转动腔11内壁转动连接的下横轴19,所述下横轴19固定连接有下传送轮18。
优选地,所述入料腔24下方设有与所述挤压腔31连通的入料孔30,所述挤压腔31左段周边设有加热板28,所述挤压腔31右段周边设有冷却腔29,所述冷却腔29内装有冷却液。
优选地,所述挤压腔31右端设有逐渐变小的斜口55,当四氟管通过时被进一步挤压,以便于提高其密度。
优选地,所述上滑腔35内滑动连接有上阀门38,所述下滑腔32内滑动连接有下阀门34,所述下阀门34下端固定连接有下弹簧33,所述下阀门34固定连接有下液压杆51,所述所述上阀门38上端固定连接有阀杆37,所述37固定连接有上液压杆50,所述下液压杆51和所述上液压杆50滑动置于所述机身10内设置的液压腔52内,所述液压腔52连通有液压管53,所述液压管53连通有液压装置54。优选地,所述出料口39上方设有液池43,所述液池43下方设有喷头40,所述出料口39上方设有滑槽46,所述滑槽46内滑动连接有滑块45,所述滑块45下端固定连接有右液压装置44,所述右液压装置44动力连接有右液压杆42,所述右液压杆42固定连接有切刀41,所述滑块45右端固定连接有右弹簧47。
以下结合图1至图3对本文中的一种高密度耐高温四氟管的制备机器的使用步骤进行详细说明:
1、工作时,先将钢管通过所述入料口49放入,穿过所述挤压腔31后停止,此时启动所述电机12,经过中间传动带动所述上传送轮15和所述下传送轮18转动,经过中间传动带动所述挤压杆26转动,所述挤压杆26转动推动聚四氟乙烯向右移动在所述挤压腔31右侧被冷却成型后与钢管粘连在一起,此时启动所述液压装置54,所述液压腔52内压强增大,带动所述上液压杆50向上移动,带动所述下液压杆51向下移动,从而带动所述上阀门38向上移动,从而带动所述下阀门34向下移动,此时聚四氟乙烯被挤出,刚管在所述上传送轮15和所述下传送轮18传送下向前移动。
2、经过所述喷头40下时被进一步冷却,根据需要材料的长度,启动所述右液压装置44,带动所述右液压杆42向下移动,从而带动所述切刀41对四氟管进行剪切,由于在机器运动中不宜停止,所以在剪切过程中四氟管可推动所述切刀41向右移动一段距离,剪切完成后,继续启动所述右液压装置44,使得所述右液压杆42上移,此时所述切刀41在所述右弹簧47的作用下恢复原位。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明有效解决了在聚四氟乙烯中很难放入钢管的难题,使得聚四氟乙烯与钢管紧密结合在一起得到四氟管,并且可以在机器运转时对材料进行切割,通过机械联动,本发明有效的提高了生产效率,为四氟管制造节省了大量的人力物力。
通过以上方式,本领域的技术人员可以在本发明的范围内根据工作模式做出各种改变。

1.一种高密度耐高温四氟管的制备机器,包括机身,其特征在于:
所述机身左方设有转动腔,所述转动腔内设有电机,所述电机为挤出聚四氟乙烯和传送钢管提供动力,所述转动腔右侧设有挤压腔,所述挤压腔上方设有入料腔,所述挤压腔内转动设有挤压杆,所述挤压杆内设有贯穿内部的通孔,所述挤压腔右侧预留出聚四氟乙烯成型的区域,并且在成型区域周边设有冷却装置;
所述挤压腔右侧设有上滑腔和下滑腔,所述上滑腔和所述下滑腔内滑动设有可以防止聚四氟乙烯被挤出的装置,防止了聚四氟乙烯未成型就被挤出,所述上滑腔和下滑腔右侧连通有出料口,所述出料口上方设有喷淋冷却装置,可以对最终材料进行进一步冷却,所述出料口上壁滑动连接有可以边移动边剪切的装置;
在启动前先将钢管插入所述内并且延伸至所述挤压腔右侧,此时所述挤压腔右侧为封闭状态,当所述挤压腔内充满聚四氟乙烯后再打开所述上滑腔和所述下滑腔内的封闭装置,这样聚四氟乙烯和钢管能很好的结合在一起后传送出所述挤压腔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高密度耐高温四氟管的制备机器,其特征在于:所述电机动力连接有输出轴,所述输出轴固定连接有外锥齿轮和主齿轮,所述主齿轮啮合有与所述挤压杆固定连接的中空齿轮,所述中空齿轮右端与所述所述转动腔右壁转动连接,所述通孔贯穿所述中空齿轮,所述转动腔左侧设有入料口。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高密度耐高温四氟管的制备机器,其特征在于:所述外锥齿轮啮合有内锥齿轮,所述内锥齿轮固定连接有与所述转动腔后壁转动连接的后轴,所述后轴固定连接有上齿轮,所述上齿轮啮合有中齿轮,所述中齿轮固定连接有与所述转动腔内壁转动连接的上横轴,所述上横轴固定连接有上传送轮,所述中齿轮啮合有下齿轮,所述下齿轮固定连接有与所述转动腔内壁转动连接的下横轴,所述下横轴固定连接有下传送轮。
