Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及视频制作的领域。更具体地,本发明涉及基于云的视频制作系统。
背景技术
例如用于新闻或体育广播的实况视频制作需要实际制作切换台以及现场的制作工作人员,且是代价高的过程。能够在基于云的视频制作系统上实行整个制作过程而不需要现场的制作工作人员的实际存在将是有利的。
本发明的方法和设备提供前述和其它优点。
发明内容
本发明涉及基于云的视频制作系统。
在根据本发明的基于云的视频制作系统的实例实施例中,提供基于云的视频制作服务器。还提供在用户装置上运行的远程用户接口。一或多个视频源经由网络与基于云的视频制作服务器和远程用户接口通信。位于所述基于云的视频制作服务器处或与所述基于云的视频制作服务器通信的控制单元经由网络与远程用户接口通信。对应于所述一或多个视频源中的每一者的缓冲器安置于所述一或多个视频源中的每一者与控制单元之间以考虑网络延迟。视频内容的每一帧具备视频时戳。用于选择和操纵来自所述一或多个视频源的视频内容的命令从所述用户接口发送到所述控制单元,所述命令中的每一者含有与当发出所述命令时在所述用户接口上显示的所述视频帧的所述视频时戳对应的命令时戳。所述控制单元在当所述对应缓冲器的输出处的所述视频时戳对应于所述命令时戳时执行每一命令。所述控制单元根据所述命令输出视频节目。

本发明涉及基于云的视频制作系统。为了减少实况视频制作成本,期望具有基于云的视频制作系统。

原始视频内容(由视频源16提供的输入视频)包括供视频制作服务器10用于制作成品视频节目22的未经处理材料。可以记录这些原始材料以另外供缓冲器20或相关联存储装置的后续使用,如下文所论述。原始视频内容的每一帧以及最终视频节目22的每一帧具备时戳或时间代码。原始视频内容的时戳/时间代码可不同于视频节目22的时戳/时间代码。
在一个实例实施例中,用于所述命令的指令可经由应用程序接口(API)发送,且所有指令可以是可编写脚本的。应了解,可由用户接口、脚本或产生命令的AI引擎来驱动视频制作过程。另外,在视频制作过程期间提供到系统的所有指令和/或命令可以在用于制作的原始视频内容中经记录有对应时戳/时间代码,且连同原始视频内容一起存储。随后可使用原始视频内容和所记录/所存储的命令脚本或指令来再生所得视频节目22。

使此基于云的系统高效地工作的一个挑战是网络延迟的存在。当存在网络延迟时,任何命令在基于云的制作系统上的实际执行发生在实际视频帧出现于用户装置15的显示器上的时间之后的某个时间。
为了解决与网络延迟相关联的任何问题,在每一视频源16与控制单元18之间添加缓冲器20。来自所有视频源16的视频内容的每一视频帧具备时戳。当用户将命令输入到用户接口14中时,命令将发送到基于云的视频制作服务器10,其具有与当发出命令时在用户接口14上显示的视频帧的视频时戳对应的命令时戳。基于云的视频制作服务器10中的控制单元18将在当视频缓冲器20的输出处的视频时戳匹配或通过命令时戳时执行命令。
由于来自视频源16的视频内容由对应缓冲器20延迟,因此要考虑从用户接口14实行命令时的任何网络延迟。使用来自视频内容的时戳和来自命令的对应时戳,命令中指定的所需动作可经同步以在适当时间影响所需视频内容。
完成的视频节目22可从基于云的视频制作服务器10输出以用于直播或分布到其它媒体平台,例如一或多个社交媒体渠道、数字媒体分布平台或类似物。完成的视频节目22也可下载到用户装置15且分布到媒体渠道或者在此分布之前进一步经修改或编辑。
系统可用以创建各种类型的视频节目,包含新闻节目、体育、天气、实况事件、娱乐等等。视频源16可提供实况视频内容用于实况视频节目的制作。视频内容也可经存储以供后续使用。举例来说,系统可用以制作实况体育赛事,其中每一视频源包括所述体育赛事的不同相机或相机角度。可通过将命令发送到控制单元18请求添加来自视频源中的一或多个的内容而产生即时重放,所述添加包含将在所述即时重放中展示的场景。每一缓冲器20可足够大以记录来自对应视频源16的针对整个事件的所有输入馈送,从而促进即时重放和快退特征。缓冲器20还可用于存储原始视频内容以用于未来制作需要,例如再生视频节目。可以短期存储器(RAM)、本地存储装置(在视频制作服务器10上或另外与视频源16相关联的硬盘)和长期存储装置(云存储装置,例如AWS S3或类似物)来实施缓冲器。对缓冲器20的长期存储装置的存取可以是无缝的,类似于对短期或本地存储装置的存取。
现在应当了解,本发明提供用于基于云的视频制作系统的有利方法和设备。

Claims (20)
1.一种基于云的视频制作系统,其包括:
基于云的视频制作服务器;
远程用户接口,其在用户装置上运行;
一或多个视频源,其经由网络与所述基于云的视频制作服务器和所述远程用户接口通信;
控制单元,其位于所述基于云的视频制作服务器处或与所述基于云的视频制作服务器通信,经由所述网络与所述远程用户接口通信;以及
缓冲器,其对应于所述一或多个视频源中的每一者,安置于所述一或多个视频源中的每一者与所述控制单元之间以考虑网络延迟;
其中:
视频内容的每一帧具备视频时戳;
用于选择和操纵来自所述一或多个视频源的视频内容的命令从所述用户接口发送到所述控制单元,所述命令中的每一者含有与当发出所述命令时在所述用户接口上显示的视频帧的所述视频时戳对应的命令时戳;
所述控制单元在当所述对应缓冲器的输出处的所述视频时戳对应于所述命令时戳时执行每一命令,其中所述对应缓冲器延迟所述视频内容以考虑在实行所述命令时的网络延迟;且
所述控制单元根据所述命令输出视频节目。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于云的视频制作系统,其中所述用户接口包括在具有因特网功能的装置上运行的应用程序或网络浏览器中的一者。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于云的视频制作系统,其中所述用户装置包括计算机、膝上型计算机、便携式计算机、平板计算机、智能电话、智能手表、个人计算装置和具有因特网功能的装置中的一者。

对视频内容的每一帧提供视频时戳;
从所述用户接口将命令发送到所述控制单元以用于选择和操纵来自所述一或多个视频源的视频内容,所述命令中的每一者含有与当发出所述命令时在所述用户接口上显示的视频帧的所述视频时戳对应的命令时戳;
在当所述对应缓冲器的输出处的所述视频时戳对应于所述命令时戳时在所述控制单元处执行每一命令,其中所述对应缓冲器延迟所述视频内容以考虑在实行所述命令时的网络延迟;以及
根据所述命令输出视频节目。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述用户接口包括在具有因特网功能的装置上运行的应用程序或网络浏览器中的一者。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述用户装置包括计算机、膝上型计算机、便携式计算机、平板计算机、智能电话、智能手表、个人计算装置和具有因特网功能的装置中的一者。
14.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中来自所述一或多个视频源的所述内容是在所述用户接口上可观看的。
15.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述命令包括用于从由所述一或多个视频源提供的所述视频内容或所述视频内容的部分当中进行选择的命令、用于组合所述视频内容或所述视频内容的部分的命令、用于在所述一或多个视频源之间切换的命令、用于操纵所述视频内容或所述视频内容的部分的命令、用于提供图形覆盖的命令、用于接通或断开所述图形覆盖的命令,以及用于调整所述视频内容或所述视频内容的所述部分的音频水平的命令。
16.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述一或多个视频源中的每一者包括摄像机、摄录像机、电视摄像机、电影摄像机、便携式电子装置、平板计算机、智能电话、以及IP或网络摄像机中的一者。
17.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述视频节目经输出用于以下各项中的至少一者:直播,分布到一或多个社交媒体平台,以及分布到数字媒体分布平台。
18.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其进一步包括:
将所述视频节目下载到所述用户装置;以及
进行以下操作中的一者:将所述经下载视频节目以原始下载形式分布到媒体渠道或社交媒体平台,以及在此分布之前在所述用户装置处修改所述经下载视频节目。
19.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中所述视频节目包括新闻节目、体育节目、天气节目、实况事件节目和娱乐节目中的一者。
20.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中:
用于所述命令的指令是经由API发送;且
所述指令是可编写脚本的。
