本发明采用药食同源原料组成,具有补脾益气、渗湿保肺的作用,适宜于脾胃虚弱、运化无力、食少便溏等症的调理,可用于慢性泄泻、慢性结肠炎、放化疗后脾胃的调理。方中人参、甘草甘温补脾益气,山药、莲子、白扁豆甘平,缓补脾胃,益脾气,滋脾阴,又能厚肠止泻,诸甘药相须为用,补脾益气力量更为显著,又以茯苓、薏苡仁、芡实甘淡渗湿健脾,与前药配合共同起到健脾祛湿止泻之功。脾胃喜通畅而恶积滞,脾胃气虚,运化功能薄弱,而补气之品易于妨碍胃气,则佐以芳香之砂仁,理气化湿,和胃止呕。将行气寓于补益之中,则使甘温中守中,补而不滞,使以桔梗引药上行,引脾气上升,输精于肺,补肺以防肺虚,此即“培土生金”之法,桔梗载药上行,开宣肺气,借肺之输布津液而濡养全身。全方用药甘温兼甘淡,健脾益气,和胃渗湿,益肺保肺,适宜于长期服用,与魔芋粉、土豆粉、膨化燕麦片、玉米片等相混合,能够得到更好的口感,作为代餐长期使用,调理脾胃效果显著。
本发明对于慢性腹泻、放化疗肠道副反应,蛋白尿,肺心病,手术后活动减少引起的肢体沉重、麻木、肿胀、下午尤甚等的调理效果尤为明显。
申请人在研制过程中,对相关病例以及服用本发明代餐粥的调理情况做了对照试验统计,对比如下:
对照组A:肠道炎,慢性腹泻,没有经过系统治疗或调理。
试验组A1:肠道炎,慢性腹泻,按照医生所开具药物进行调理;
试验组A2:肠道炎,慢性腹泻,单独服用本发明代餐粥进行调理;
试验组A3:肠道炎,慢性腹泻,中药调理的同时,还坚持服用本发明代餐粥进行调理。
对照组B:原发性肾小球疾病,肾炎,未及时治疗;
试验组B1:原发性肾小球疾病,肾炎,糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂治疗;
试验组B2:原发性肾小球疾病,肾炎,单独服用本发明代餐粥进行调理;
试验组B3:原发性肾小球疾病,肾炎,糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂治疗的同时,服用本发明代餐粥进行调理。
对照组C:手术后活动减少引起的肢体沉重、麻木、肿胀等症,未采取任何调理措施;
试验组C1:手术后活动减少引起的肢体沉重、麻木、肿胀等症,采用传统中药按摩理疗;
试验组C2:手术后活动减少引起的肢体沉重、麻木、肿胀等症,单独服用本发明代餐粥进行调理;
试验组C3:手术后活动减少引起的肢体沉重、麻木、肿胀等症,采用传统中药按摩理疗,同时服用本发明代餐粥进行调理。
对照组D:恶性肿瘤化疗后,回家休息静养,未采用药物治疗;
试验组D1:恶性肿瘤化疗后,服用医院开具的常规药物跟踪治疗;
试验组D2:恶性肿瘤化疗后,未服用任何药物术后治疗,只坚持服用本发明代餐粥进行调理;
试验组D3:恶性肿瘤化疗后,服用医院开具的常规药物跟踪治疗,同时服用本发明代餐粥进行调理。
由以上对比试验结果可知:本发明药食同源,具有补脾益气、调理肠胃功能,适宜于脾胃虚弱、运化无力、食少便溏等症的调理,可用于慢性泄泻、慢性结肠炎、放化疗后脾胃的调理。
本发明用于临床后的典型个例:
个例一:王某,女,有腹泻史,经常腹痛肠鸣。近数月每日稀便2~3次,不想吃饭,形廋神疲,舌淡苔白,使用本代餐粉调理七天后腹泻停止,大便成型,半个月后吃饭正常。
个例二:赵某,男,35岁,曾患有肾炎,尿蛋白+++,住院治疗半月转好后出院,由于未妥善调养,半年后病情复发,食欲不佳,面色苍白,精神倦怠,化验尿蛋白++,住院治疗,长达2个月,经久不愈,后出院自己调理,仍然有食欲不佳,面色苍白,精神倦怠。使用食疗调养,按中医辨证为脾肾虚弱,服用本代餐粉后一个月后食欲正常,面色好转,连续服用2个月后神清气爽,面色红润。一年后跟踪后得知肾炎未再复发,身体一直正常。
个例三:梁某,40岁,因不慎高空坠落造成下肢骨折,经住院治疗后出院,行走正常,但一直有患肢沉重、麻木,活动后出现胀痛,下午4,5点时觉得热胀难受,服用本代餐粉后7天,下午热胀消失,连续半个月后,沉重、麻木减轻,坚持两个月后症状完全消失。
个例四:杨某,55岁,肺癌,放化疗后出现口淡乏味,恶心呕吐,胃部不适,胀满厌油腻,舌苔白腻,身体日渐消瘦。服用本代餐粉半个月后食欲渐好,恶心呕吐消失,可以少量吃些油腻食物,后连续服用半年,吃饭和身体均正常,并坚持放化疗结束,肺癌消失。
从以上个例可以得出:本发明药食同源,可以补脾益气,渗湿保肺,适宜于脾胃虚弱、运化无力、食少便溏等症的调理,也可用于慢性泄泻、慢性结肠炎、放化疗后脾胃的调理,具有很好的实用价值和市场推广价值。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的解释和说明:
实施例1、一种具有补脾益气、调理肠胃功能的魔芋代餐粥,由基础料和功能料组成,所述基础料和功能料的重量份之比为,基础料:功能料=20:6;
所述基础料含有以重量份为单位的下列各组分:魔芋粉30份、土豆粉20份、藕粉20份、膨化燕麦片10份、膨化紫薯片10份、膨化玉米片10份、膨化小米片10份,枸杞5份、葡萄干5份、黑芝麻5份;
所述功能料含有以重量份为单位的下列各组分:人参5份、茯苓5份、甘草5份、山药5份、芡实5份、葛根5份,白扁豆5份、莲子3份、砂仁3份、薏苡仁3份、桔梗3份。
所述的魔芋代餐粥的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
A、准备所需原料:
①魔芋粉:90%以上纯度的魔芋粉,细度120目;
②土豆粉:纯白土豆粉;
③茯苓:60度熟化后粉碎成120目;
④山药,晒干后粉碎成120目;
⑤膨化燕麦片、膨化紫薯片、膨化玉米片和膨化小米片,均按照现有技术中的膨化方法膨化得到,膨化后的紫薯片粉碎成和膨化玉米片一样的粒径;
⑥枸杞、葡萄干和黑芝麻,整粒加入;
⑦其他原料均粉碎成120目;
B、将所有原料置于混料机内混合均匀;
C、杀菌后经检验合格,定量分装。
实施例2、本实施例的制备方法和实施例1基本相同,相同之处不重述,不同之处在于:一种具有补脾益气、调理肠胃功能的魔芋代餐粥,由基础料和功能料组成,所述基础料和功能料的重量份之比为,基础料:功能料=24:10;
所述基础料含有以重量份为单位的下列各组分:魔芋粉40份、土豆粉30份、藕粉30份、膨化燕麦片20份、膨化紫薯片20份、膨化玉米片20份、膨化小米片20份,枸杞15份、葡萄干15份、黑芝麻15份;
所述功能料含有以重量份为单位的下列各组分:人参15份、茯苓15份、甘草15份、山药15份、芡实15份、葛根15份,白扁豆10份、莲子8份、砂仁8份、薏苡仁8份、桔梗8份。
实施例3、本实施例的制备方法和实施例1基本相同,相同之处不重述,不同之处在于:一种具有补脾益气、调理肠胃功能的魔芋代餐粥,由基础料和功能料组成,所述基础料和功能料的重量份之比为,基础料:功能料=21:9;
所述基础料含有以重量份为单位的下列各组分:魔芋粉32份、土豆粉25份、藕粉24份、膨化燕麦片12份、膨化紫薯片12份、膨化玉米片16份、膨化小米片16份,枸杞8份、葡萄干12份、黑芝麻10份;
所述功能料含有以重量份为单位的下列各组分:人参8份、茯苓8份、甘草12份、山药12份、芡实10份、葛根10份,白扁豆6份、莲子8份、砂仁4份、薏苡仁5份、桔梗6份。
实施例4、本实施例的制备方法和实施例1基本相同,相同之处不重述,不同之处在于:一种具有补脾益气、调理肠胃功能的魔芋代餐粥,由基础料和功能料组成,所述基础料和功能料的重量份之比为,基础料:功能料=22:8;

所述功能料含有以重量份为单位的下列各组分:人参7份、茯苓9份、甘草11份、山药13份、芡实14份、葛根12份,白扁豆9份、莲子7份、砂仁6份、薏苡仁5份、桔梗4份。
实施例6、本实施例的制备方法和实施例1基本相同,相同之处不重述,不同之处在于:一种具有补脾益气、调理肠胃功能的魔芋代餐粥,由基础料和功能料组成,所述基础料和功能料的重量份之比为,基础料:功能料=20:10;

所述功能料含有以重量份为单位的下列各组分:人参14份、茯苓13份、甘草12份、山药11份、芡实10份、葛根9份,白扁豆8份、莲子7份、砂仁6份、薏苡仁5份、桔梗4份。
Claims (3)
1.一种具有补脾益气、调理肠胃功能的魔芋代餐粥,其特征在于:所述魔芋代餐粥由基础料和功能料组成,所述基础料和功能料的重量份之比为,基础料:功能料=(20~24):(6~10);
所述基础料含有以重量份为单位的下列各组分:魔芋粉30~40份、土豆粉20~30份、藕粉20~30份、膨化燕麦片10~20份、膨化紫薯片10~20份、膨化玉米片10~20份、膨化小米片10~20份,枸杞5~15份、葡萄干5~15份、黑芝麻5~15份;
所述功能料含有以重量份为单位的下列各组分:人参5~15份、茯苓5~15份、甘草5~15份、山药5~15份、芡实5~15份、葛根5~15份,白扁豆5~10份、莲子3~8份、砂仁3~8份、薏苡仁3~8份、桔梗3~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有补脾益气、调理肠胃功能的魔芋代餐粥,其特征在于:所述魔芋代餐粥由基础料和功能料组成,所述基础料和功能料的重量份之比为,基础料:功能料=22 :8;
所述基础料含有以重量份为单位的下列各组分:魔芋粉30~40份、土豆粉20~30份、藕粉20~30份、膨化燕麦片10~20份、膨化紫薯片10~20份、膨化玉米片10~20份、膨化小米片10~20份,枸杞5~15份、葡萄干5~15份、黑芝麻5~15份;
所述功能料含有以重量份为单位的下列各组分:人参10份、茯苓10份、甘草10份、山药10份、芡实10份、葛根10份,白扁豆7.5份、莲子5份、砂仁5份、薏苡仁5份、桔梗5份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的魔芋代餐粥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A、准备所需原料:
①魔芋粉:90%以上纯度的魔芋粉,细度120目;
②土豆粉:纯白土豆粉;
③茯苓:60度熟化后粉碎成120目;
④山药,晒干后粉碎成120目;
⑤膨化燕麦片、膨化紫薯片、膨化玉米片和膨化小米片,均按照现有技术中的膨化方法膨化得到,膨化后的紫薯片粉碎成和膨化玉米片一样的粒径;
⑥枸杞、葡萄干和黑芝麻,整粒加入;
⑦其他原料均粉碎成120目;
B、将所有原料置于混料机内混合均匀;
C、杀菌后经检验合格,定量分装。
