技术领域
本发明属于电池标签领域,具体涉及一种具有抗燃烧滴落的PET电池标签材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今手机是人们日常生活不可或少的通讯工具,但由于锂离子聚合物电池会有冲击、磨损老化的风险,有几率导致锂离子聚合物电池位移摩擦等,进而引起锂离子聚合物电池燃烧爆炸,大概率会危及手机使用者的安全,所以锂离子聚合物电池安全性越来越受重视,阻燃性能的提高无疑是增加手机安全的首选。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有抗燃烧滴落的PET电池标签材料及其制备方法,帮助解决锂离子聚合物电池的安全性问题,作为锂离子聚合物电池标签用。本发明的电池标签材料具有高粘性力,可使电池包裹保护更安全,更牢固;VO阻燃级别,抗燃烧滴落可以有效抵制电池燃烧,和飞溅产生的二次伤害;表面打印可代替锂离子聚合物电池标签。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种具有抗燃烧滴落的PET电池标签材料,其特征在于:从上到下包括哑面涂层、氮磷系阻燃涂层、黑色PET聚酯薄膜、高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶层、压纹离型底纸;所述哑面涂层包含丙酸正丙酯:二氧化硅:助剂,其质量比为88:8-10:2.0-2.2,所述高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶层的原料包括高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶水、硬化剂,抗滴落剂,质量比为100:(4-5):(1-3);所述抗滴落剂包括:三聚氰胺,多聚磷酸,天然橡胶乳胶,氟表面活性剂,质量比为10-20:1-2:1-2:0.2-0.4。
进一步地,所述高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶水的粘度为10000-20000cps。
进一步地,所述高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶水中氮磷系阻燃剂的添加量为5-10%。
进一步地,所述硬化剂为双官能团氮丙啶交联剂。
一种具有抗燃烧滴落的PET电池标签材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将黑色PET聚酯薄膜用专业的刮刀式涂布设备均匀的涂布氮磷系阻燃涂层液,保证14-16U厚度;
(2)将丙酸正丙酯,二氧化硅,助剂按比例调配,置于搅拌机中,以1200R/S的速度搅拌20MIN,使其搅拌均匀;
(3)将第2步搅拌均匀的哑面涂层使用刮刀式涂布调协均匀的涂布在第一步完成的涂层面,涂布厚度在2-3μm;
(4)将高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶水、硬化剂,抗滴落剂按比例调配,置于搅拌机中,以1200R/S的速度,搅拌20MIN,使其搅拌均匀;
(5)将第4步搅拌均匀的高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶水使用专业的刮刀式涂布设备均匀的涂布在具有离型功能的压纹底纸的离型面,涂布厚度在24μm,并通过高温85-125℃,3min烘干使其完全固化;
(6)将第5步的制品与第3步的制备品贴附在一起,胶水面附着在第3步制品的非涂层面,将制备品卷取即成为具有抗燃烧滴落的哑黑防火阻燃PET锂离子聚合物电池标签。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的产品具有绝缘性(10MM间电阻>1000MΩ),可以避免短路,保护锂离子聚合物电池;高粘性力(粘力>1.2Kgf/25mm,国标GB/T 2792-2014(20min))更好的服帖性,使其贴合更加牢固;阻燃性,达到UL94VTM-O级的阻燃验证,可以有效抵制电池燃烧,且不会造成滴落。
本发明的产品特征是具有两层阻燃层,一层为常规的氮磷系阻燃涂层,另一层为高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶层,通过将高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶层用于直接和手机贴合,具有更好的贴合性,且在燃烧过程能够抗滴落,且由于高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶层较贵,可以节省成本。
本发明的抗滴落剂为大量实验的基础上得到,具有良好的效果,主要成分包括三聚氰胺,多聚磷酸,天然橡胶乳胶,氟表面活性剂,能够在燃烧过程中阻燃,抗滴落,燃烧过程中,PET材料有收缩的趋势,而不是融化成球滴落,具有良好的保护性。

具有抗燃烧滴落的PET电池标签材料,从上到下包括哑面涂层、氮磷系阻燃涂层、黑色PET聚酯薄膜、高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶层、压纹离型底纸;所述哑面涂层包含丙酸正丙酯:二氧化硅:助剂,其质量比为88:8-10:2.0-2.2;所述高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶层的原料包括高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶水、硬化剂,抗滴落剂,质量比为100:4.5:2;所述抗滴落剂包括:三聚氰胺,多聚磷酸,天然橡胶乳胶,氟表面活性剂,质量比为15:1.5:1.5:0.2。
所述高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶水的粘度为15000cps。所述高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶水中氮磷系阻燃剂的添加量为7.5%。所述硬化剂为双官能团氮丙啶交联剂。
一种具有抗燃烧滴落的PET电池标签材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将黑色PET聚酯薄膜用专业的刮刀式涂布设备均匀的涂布氮磷系阻燃涂层液,保证14-16U厚度;
(2)将丙酸正丙酯,二氧化硅,助剂按比例调配,置于搅拌机中,以1200R/S的速度搅拌20MIN,使其搅拌均匀;
(3)将第2步搅拌均匀的哑面涂层使用刮刀式涂布调协均匀的涂布在第一步完成的涂层面,涂布厚度在2-3μm;
(4)将高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶水、硬化剂,抗滴落剂按比例调配,置于搅拌机中,以1200R/S的速度,搅拌20MIN,使其搅拌均匀;

1.一种具有抗燃烧滴落的PET电池标签材料,其特征在于:从上到下包括哑面涂层、氮磷系阻燃涂层、黑色PET聚酯薄膜、高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶层、压纹离型底纸;所述哑面涂层包含丙酸正丙酯:二氧化硅:助剂,其质量比为88:8-10:2.0-2.2,所述高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶层的原料包括高粘性氮磷系阻燃亚克力胶水、硬化剂,抗滴落剂,质量比为100:(4-5):(1-3);所述抗滴落剂包括:三聚氰胺,多聚磷酸,天然橡胶乳胶,氟表面活性剂,质量比为10-20:1-2:1-2:0.2-0.4。
