Abstract
本发明涉及一种无卤阻燃压敏胶,含有:80‑100重量份的丙烯酸酯硬单体、40‑80重量份的丙烯酸酯软单体、30‑50重量份的丙烯酸酯功能单体、5‑10重量份的含磷单体和10‑30重量份的阻燃剂。本发明还涉及一种防火胶带,防火胶带包括层叠的基材和粘合剂层,粘合剂层是由涂覆在基材上的上述无卤阻燃压敏胶固化后形成的,基材为非织造材料制备的片材。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶黏剂领域,特别是涉及一种无卤阻燃压敏胶和使用该无卤阻燃压敏胶的防火胶带。
背景技术
防火胶带是一种具有防火阻燃性的胶带,防火胶带广泛应用于手机、笔记本电脑、显示器、汽车线束等各种电子元件的固定及包裹包装。目前,防火胶带中大多添加含卤素的阻燃剂,不环保,存在严重的环境和安全问题。另市场上的无卤防火胶带为达到优异的防火阻燃性能,添加大量阻燃剂导致高分子胶黏剂粘结力差等问题,粘接性能得不到保障。
因此,急需一款防火阻燃效果好、粘接效果好且无卤环保的胶带。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种无卤阻燃压敏胶,该无无卤阻燃压敏胶的阻燃效果好、压敏粘合性能优异。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种无卤阻燃压敏胶,所述无卤阻燃压敏胶含有:
(a)丙烯酸酯硬单体;
(b)丙烯酸酯软单体;
(c)丙烯酸酯功能单体;
(d)含磷单体;
(e)阻燃剂。
组分(a)-(e)均会对无卤阻燃压敏胶的粘度和粘着力产生影响。若无卤阻燃压敏胶的的粘度过大会影响其涂布效果,若无卤阻燃压敏胶的粘度太小会影响其固化效果。
丙烯酸酯硬单体主要用于提高压敏胶的玻璃化转变温度和整体硬度;丙烯酸酯软单体主要用于提高压敏胶的柔软度和粘性;丙烯酸酯功能单体主要用于改善压敏胶的耐溶剂性及提供交联点。含磷单体可视为阻燃剂的阻燃协效剂,含磷单体能在高温下配合阻燃剂更有效地产生磷酸酐、磷酸及不可燃气体从而使可燃物脱水碳化或或使不可燃气体覆盖物体表面达到阻燃效果。阻燃剂是磷系阻燃剂、氮系阻燃剂、氧化物、以及磷氮系阻燃剂组成的复合型阻燃剂,该复合型阻燃剂通过如吸热作用、覆盖作用、抑制自由基链反应、不燃气体的窒息来发挥其阻燃作用的。
出于无卤阻燃压敏胶同时具有优异的阻燃效果和优异的粘接效果的观点,优选的,所述无卤阻燃压敏胶含有:80-100重量份的丙烯酸酯硬单体、40-80重量份的丙烯酸酯软单体、30-50重量份的丙烯酸酯功能单体、5-10重量份的含磷单体和10-30重量份的阻燃剂。
在一实施例中,本发明提供的无卤阻燃压敏胶还含有光引发剂,基于与所述无卤阻燃压敏胶的其他组分的适配性,所述光引发剂优选为光引发剂TPO(CAS号:75980-60-8),该无卤阻燃压敏胶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将丙烯酸酯硬单体、丙烯酸酯软单体、丙烯酸酯功能单体和光引发剂混合均匀,在氮气气氛下通过UV光照引发聚合,当体系粘度达到不低于500mPa.s时,通入氧气终止反应,得丙烯酸酯预聚体;
步骤二、将含磷单体和阻燃剂加入到所述丙烯酸酯预聚体中,搅拌至混合均匀,得所述无卤阻燃压敏胶。
在一实施例中,本发明提供的无卤阻燃压敏胶还含有固化剂,基于与所述无卤阻燃压敏胶的其他组分的适配性,所述固化剂选自氨乙基哌嗪、异佛尔酮二胺、三乙烯四胺、间苯二甲胺、亚甲基双苯二胺中的一种或几种组合,该无卤阻燃压敏胶的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、使用有机溶剂与含磷单体、阻燃剂混合形成浆料,备用,所述有机溶剂可以选自由以下各项组成的组中的一种或多种:乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、甲酸甲酯、甲酸乙酯、乙酸甲酯、乙酸丙酯、异丙醇,丙酮,丁酮,甲苯,二甲苯,石油醚,正己烷,环己烷;
步骤二、将丙烯酸酯硬单体、丙烯酸酯软单体、丙烯酸酯功能单体和固化剂混合均匀,在搅拌状态下(搅拌速度为1000-2000r/min)加入所述浆料,继续搅拌直至混合均匀;
步骤三、高温环境下(80-110℃)下除去有机溶剂得到所述无卤阻燃压敏胶另一方面,本发明还提供一种防火胶带,该防火胶带包括:层叠的基材和粘合剂层。所述粘合剂层是由涂覆在基材上的所述无卤阻燃压敏胶固化后形成的。所述基材为非织造材料制备的片材。
在一实施例中,所述无卤阻燃压敏胶含有光引发剂,形成本发明提供的防火胶带的一种方法为使用双重衬片涂覆和UV固化处理。该方法包括:将基材和未固化的无卤阻燃压敏胶送入第一衬片和第二衬片之间;UV照射固化无卤阻燃压敏胶以形成粘合剂层;将粘合剂层层压到基材上,然后将第一衬片从粘合剂层移除,将第二衬片从基材层移出,在所述粘合剂层上贴合离型膜层得到所述防火胶带。
在一实施例中,所述无卤阻燃压敏胶含有固化剂,形成本发明提供的防火胶带的一种方法为使用单衬片涂覆和热固化处理。该方法包括:使用有机溶剂将无卤阻燃压敏胶调制成固含量不低于85%的浆料;使用涂布设备将浆料涂覆至基材上;将衬片覆盖在浆料上;移至烘箱中进行干燥并加热固化浆料以形成粘合剂层;将粘合剂层层合到基材上,然后将衬片从粘合剂层移除,在所述粘合剂层上贴合离型膜层得到所述防火胶带。所述有机溶剂可以选自由以下各项组成的组中的一种或多种:乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、甲酸甲酯、甲酸乙酯、乙酸甲酯、乙酸丙酯、异丙醇,丙酮,丁酮,甲苯,二甲苯,石油醚,正己烷,环己烷
在一实施例中,所述无卤阻燃压敏胶含有固化剂,形成本发明提供的防火胶带的一种方法为使用单衬片涂覆、热固化和转移层合处理。该方法包括::使用有机溶剂将无卤阻燃压敏胶调制成固含量不低于85%的浆料;将浆料涂覆至隔离衬片上;干燥并加热固化衬片上所涂覆的浆料得到粘合剂层;并将衬片上的粘合剂层转移到基材的至少一个侧面上,再在所述粘合剂层上贴合离型膜层得到所述防火胶带。所述有机溶剂可以选自由以下各项组成的组中的一种或多种:乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、甲酸甲酯、甲酸乙酯、乙酸甲酯、乙酸丙酯、异丙醇,丙酮,丁酮,甲苯,二甲苯,石油醚,正己烷,环己烷
本发明提供的防火胶带的阻燃等级达到V-0,基材和粘合剂层之间的剥离强度大于8.6N/25mm,所述防火胶带具有良好的阻燃性能和优异的粘合性能。
下面结合具体实施例进行说明。
具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
发明人对现有的使用无卤的阻燃剂的丙烯酸酯基压敏胶进行研究,得到如下知识:
1.无卤阻燃压敏胶中具有阻燃作用的组分为导热填料(碳材料和/或金属氧化物材料)和磷氮系阻燃剂的组合时,无卤阻燃压敏胶既有较好的导热能力又有优异阻燃性能,但导热填料在压敏胶中的分散需要使用高沸点的有机溶剂,若导热填料和/或磷氮系阻燃剂的添加量过多,会导致压敏胶的初粘力、剥离强度以及涂膜性能严重下降;
2.无卤阻燃压敏胶中具有阻燃作用的组分为含磷单体时,含磷单体在压敏胶中的分散性好,含磷单体可以参与丙烯酸酯的聚合反应形成共聚物,因此该压敏胶和基材之间的粘接强度优异,但由于含磷单体的磷含量不高导致阻燃性能一般,若为了提升阻燃性能而提高含磷单体的含量会导致压敏胶的初粘力与持粘力显著降低;
3.无卤阻燃压敏胶中具有阻燃作用的组分为氮系阻燃剂时,但氮系阻燃剂由于其制备路径导致氮系阻燃剂中往往有丙酮残留,为了使得压敏胶具有优异的阻燃性能需要添加一定量的氮系阻燃剂,这会使得混入压敏胶中的丙酮的含量增加使得丙酮不能作为可忽视的微量杂质,并且氮系阻燃剂的刚性基团多会使得压敏胶的初粘力下降;
4.无卤阻燃压敏胶中具有阻燃作用的组分为磷氮系阻燃剂时,压敏胶具有良好的热稳定性,但是磷氮系阻燃剂与压敏胶的丙烯酸酯的相容性差,并且磷氮系阻燃剂的刚性基团太大,导致压敏胶的持粘力与初粘力小。并且磷氮系阻燃剂中往往有机溶剂残留。
本发明提供的无卤阻燃压敏胶克服了以下的技术问题:
1.通过丙烯酸酯硬单体、丙烯酸酯软单体、丙烯酸酯功能单体的组合、以及阻燃剂中磷系阻燃剂、氮系阻燃剂、氧化物、以及磷氮系阻燃剂的组合,提高了高聚物与阻燃剂之间的相容性、低迁移性和内聚力,本发明所使用的阻燃剂是无卤、环保并且高效的,并且该阻燃剂在压敏胶中的分散需不要使用有机溶剂依然能使得压敏胶具有优异的稳定性;
2.含磷单体和阻燃剂的协同作用可以在提升压敏胶的阻燃性能的同时降低含磷单体和阻燃剂在压敏胶中的添加量,从而降低对于压敏胶的内聚力、初粘力与持粘力的负面影响。
本发明的无卤阻燃压敏胶含有:80-100重量份的丙烯酸酯硬单体、40-80重量份的丙烯酸酯软单体、30-50重量份的丙烯酸酯功能单体、5-10重量份的含磷单体和10-30重量份的阻燃剂。
对于本发明压敏胶。不特别限定聚合方法,且可为例如溶液聚合、乳液聚合、悬浮聚合和本体聚合中的任一种。其中,优选溶液聚合。特别用作溶液聚合的聚合介质的有羧酸酯(例如乙酸乙酯或乳酸乙酯)或芳族溶剂(例如苯、甲苯或二甲苯)。丙烯酸酯硬单体、丙烯酸酯软单体、丙烯酸酯功能单体以及含磷单体可分批或一次性加入聚合容器中。优选一次性加入所有量的单体。
不特别限定聚合引发的方法,但是,优选采用使用热聚合引发剂作为聚合引发剂的方法。不特别限定热聚合引发剂,且可为过氧化物和偶氮化合物中的任一种。关于过氧化物聚合引发剂的具体实例,可提及的有氢过氧化物,例如叔丁基过氧化氢;过氧化物,例如过氧化苯甲酰和过氧化环己酮;和过硫酸盐,例如过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠和过硫酸铵。这些过氧化物可用作氧化还原催化剂,即,适当地与还原剂组合使用。关于偶氮化合物聚合引发剂的具体实例,可提及的有2,2′-偶氮二异丁腈、2,2′-偶氮二(2,4-二甲基戊腈)和2,2′-偶氮二-(2-甲基丁腈)。
不特别限定聚合引发剂的量,优选的,无卤阻燃压敏胶含有0.01-10重量份的聚合引发剂。不限定单体聚合的其他条件,例如聚合温度、聚合压力和搅拌条件。在聚合完成后,如果需要,将制备的聚合物从聚合介质中分离。不特别限定分离方法。例如在溶液聚合的情况下,可采用其中将聚合溶液置于减压下,以将聚合介质蒸除,得到压敏胶的方法。
[丙烯酸酯硬单体]
所述丙烯酸酯硬单体为能形成玻璃化转变温度不低于25℃的均聚物的丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸酯单体。优选的,所述丙烯酸酯硬单体为丙烯酸甲酯(10℃)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(105℃)、甲基丙烯酸乙酯(63℃)、甲基丙烯酸丙酯(25℃)中的至少一种。
注:本发明中记载的“丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸酯”是指丙烯酸酯和/或甲基丙烯酸酯,下同。
注:括号的温度是指各单体的均聚物的玻璃化转变温度,下同。
[丙烯酸酯软单体]
所述丙烯酸酯软单体为能形成玻璃化转变温度不高于0℃并且不低于-30℃的均聚物的丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸酯单体。优选的,所述丙烯酸酯软单体为丙烯酸乙酯(-24℃)、丙烯酸仲丁酯(-22℃)、甲基丙烯酸辛酯(-25℃)中的至少一种。
[丙烯酸酯功能单体]
所述丙烯酸酯功能单体为具有非有机酸基团的官能团的丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸酯单体,非有机酸基团的官能团例如包括羟基、氨基、酰氨基、环氧基和巯基。出于与丙烯酸酯硬单体和丙烯酸酯软单体协同作用提升内聚力的观点,所述丙烯酸酯功能单体优选具有酰氨基的丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸酯单体,更优选为丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基甲基丙烯酰胺和N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺中的至少一种。
[含磷单体]
基于提高与其它组分的相容性的观点,含磷单体优选的为磷酸二(丙烯酸羟乙基)酯、磷酸二甲基异丙烯酯、磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯中的至少一种。在燃烧过程中,含磷单体会促使压敏胶脱水成炭,形成富集磷元素的炭层,而阻燃剂中的氧化物会作为富磷炭层的保护层,防止高温下氧气的入侵,维持炭层的稳定;通过含磷单体和阻燃剂的协同促进,显著提高压敏胶的阻燃性能。阻燃剂中中的含氮量与含磷量较高,而且阻燃剂可视为含磷单体的阻燃协效剂,含磷单体和阻燃剂的协同作用能更有效地产生磷酸酐、磷酸及不可燃气体,从而使可燃物脱水碳化或或使不可燃气体覆盖物体表面达到阻燃效果。
[磷系阻燃剂]
磷系阻燃剂优选为多聚磷酸钠和/或多聚磷酸,基于100重量份的阻燃剂,磷系阻燃剂的用量优选为20-40重量份。
[氮系阻燃剂]
氮系阻燃剂优选为三聚氰胺及其不含磷的衍生物,更优选为三聚氰胺,基于100重量份的阻燃剂,氮系阻燃剂的用量优选为20-40重量份。
[氧化物]
氧化物优选为氧化硅颗粒,优选的氧化硅颗粒得自包括以下步骤的方法:使用强酸处理氧化硅,然后在500-1000℃的温度下热处理,冷却至室温后再次使用强酸处理经热处理后的氧化硅,然后再在500-1000℃的温度下热处理以除去酸,随后将冷却至室温后的氧化硅研磨处理。经过上述处理后的氧化硅颗粒的平均初级粒径为5-200μm,并且该氧化硅颗粒在压敏胶中的均匀分散不需要使用高沸点的有机溶剂,并且该氧化硅颗粒还可视为增稠剂。当氧化硅颗粒的平均粒径小于5μm时,会对氧化硅颗粒在压敏胶中的分散性能产生负面影响;当氧化硅颗粒的平均粒径大于200μm时,压敏胶的粘合性降低。基于100重量份的阻燃剂,氧化物的用量优选为20-40重量份。
[磷氮系阻燃剂]
磷氮系阻燃剂优选为磷酸三聚氰胺,基于100重量份的阻燃剂,氧化物的用量优选为20-40重量份。
[其他成分]
本发明的压敏胶如果需要,还包含已知的添加剂,例如颜料、其他填料、有机过氧化物热聚合引发剂、外部交联剂、抗氧化剂和增稠剂,条件是可实现本发明。有机过氧化物热聚合引发剂可提及的有氢过氧化物,例如叔丁基过氧化氢;和过氧化物,例如过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化环己酮、1,6-双(叔丁基过氧羰基氧基)己烷和1,1-双(叔丁基过氧)-3,3,5-三甲基环己酮。外部交联剂的具体实例,可提及的有多官能的异氰酸酯交联剂,例如甲苯二异氰酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷二异氰酸酯和二苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯;环氧交联剂,例如二缩水甘油基醚、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油基醚和三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油基醚;三聚氰胺树脂交联剂;氨基树脂交联剂;金属盐交联剂;金属螯合剂交联剂;和过氧化物交联剂。颜料广泛地包括有机和无机颜料。由于许多抗氧化剂影响自由基聚合,因此通常不使用抗氧化剂,但是,如果需要,可使用各种抗氧化剂,例如多酚抗氧化剂、氢醌抗氧化剂和受阻胺抗氧化剂。增稠剂例如包括丙烯酸类聚合物颗粒、细分散的无机化合物颗粒。
本发明还提供一种防火胶带,该防火胶带包括:层叠的基材和粘合剂层。所述粘合剂层是由涂覆在基材上的所述无卤阻燃压敏胶固化后形成的。所述基材为非织造材料制备的片材。防火胶带可以采用任意现有技术实现制备。
关于基材的的具体实例,可提及的有由具有良好热导率的金属或合金制成的箔;具有良好热导率的聚合物制成的片材;塑料薄膜;非织造织物;玻璃布;和蜂窝结构。关于塑料薄膜的具体实例,可提及的有由耐热聚合物(例如聚酰亚胺、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二酯、聚四氟乙烯、聚醚酮、聚醚砜、聚甲基戊烯、聚醚酰亚胺、聚砜、聚苯硫醚、聚酰胺酰亚胺、聚酯酰亚胺和芳族聚酰胺)制成的薄膜。
不特别限定防火胶带的厚度,但通常为50μm-3mm。
[实施例]
实施例1-5提供的无卤阻燃压敏胶的具体组分参数如表1所示。
实施例1-5中采用的阻燃剂,基于100重量份的阻燃剂,均含有:25重量份的多聚磷酸钠、25重量份的三聚氰胺、25重量份的氧化硅和25重量份的磷酸三聚氰胺。
实施例1-5提供的无卤阻燃压敏胶的制备方法均包括如下步骤:
步骤一、在反应容器中装入如表1所示的丙烯酸酯硬单体、丙烯酸酯软单体、丙烯酸酯功能单体和含磷单体,再加入0.05重量份的2,2-偶氮二异丁腈和700重量份的乙酸乙酯。将内容物均匀溶解。用氮气替代容器内的气氛,随后于80℃下聚合6小时。将所得到的聚合物产物减压干燥,以蒸发乙酸乙酯,得到粘稠的聚合物;
步骤二,在研磨机的研钵立即装入步骤一得到的聚合物和如表1所示的阻燃剂,于室温下,通过研磨机将装入的各种成分充分混合在一起。随后将混合物脱气,同时减压搅拌,得到粘稠的液体无卤阻燃压敏胶。

对比例1-5提供的无卤阻燃压敏胶的具体组分参数如表2所示。
对比例1-5提供的无卤阻燃压敏胶的制备方法和实施例1-5提供的无卤阻燃压敏胶的制备方法相同。
发现对比例4提供的无卤阻燃压敏胶中出现阻燃剂分散不均匀的现象。
实施例6-10提供一种防火胶带,所述防火胶带是分别采用实施例1-5提供的无卤阻燃压敏胶制备的,制备方法均包括如下步骤:
步骤一、使用有机溶剂将粘稠的液体无卤阻燃压敏胶调制成固含量为90%的浆料;
步骤二、使用涂布设备将浆料涂覆至对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)制备的薄材的一个表面;
步骤三、移至烘箱中,在保持在155℃的热空气烘箱中处理30分钟,浆料固化形成粘合剂层;
步骤四、从烘箱中移出并冷却至室温,在所述粘合剂层上贴合离型膜层得到所述防火胶带。
对比例6-10提供一种防火胶带,所述防火胶带是分别采用对比例1-5提供的无卤阻燃压敏胶制备的。
对比例6-10提供的防火胶带的制备方法和实施例6-10提供的防火胶带的制备方法相同。并且基材和粘合剂层的厚度均为4mm。

对实施例6-10、对比例6-10提供的防火胶带进行如下测试。
[180°钢板剥离力测试]
根据GB/T 2792-2014,用2KG橡胶滚轮将防火胶带粘贴在钢板上(材质SUS304,表面粗糙度0.05um),来回压滚动三次;静置20min后将防火胶带从钢板上以180°角度、300mm/min速度剥离时所需要的力,该过程使用电脑式拉力试验机得到力的数据。
测试环境为:环境温度21-25℃、湿度50%-65%。
期望防火胶带的180°钢板剥离力≥1500g/25mm。
[阻燃性测试]
根据UL94 VTM,使用水平垂直燃烧测试仪进行检测,检测步骤包括:
步骤一、裁切宽50mm×200mm的防火胶带,将防火胶带一端环绕贴在样品夹具上呈圆桶形状,中间镂空;
步骤二、调节火焰的内焰高度为20mm,并且火焰与防火胶带底端的高度为20mm,防火胶带的下端约300mm放置一小团医用脱脂棉;
步骤三、同一防火胶带施焰3s两次,分别记录余焰和余灼消失时间。
测试环境为:环境温度21-25℃、湿度50%-65%。
按照UL94-2006标准在水平垂直燃烧仪上测试防火胶带的阻燃等级。
期望防火胶带满足:
防火胶带两次施焰后余焰和余灼消失总时间≤10s;
防火胶带不允许燃烧至125mm标记处;
防火胶带不允许有滴落物引燃防火胶带下方医用脱脂棉;
防火胶带阻燃等级达到V-0。
上述的测试结果如表3所示。
由表3可以判断,本发明提供的防火胶带的剥离强度大于1500g/25mm,阻燃等级都达到V-0,能够满足实际用途。

由对比例6-10的测试结果可知,在其他因素固定不变的情况下,含磷单体和阻燃剂任一组分的缺少均会降低阻燃效果。并且缺少阻燃剂而单独提升含磷单体的含量,或者缺少含磷单体而单独提升阻燃剂的含量,均会破坏压敏胶的内聚强度从而降低其剥离性能,压敏胶的粘合性能降低。含磷单体和阻燃剂能够协同提升压敏胶的阻燃等级。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种无卤阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于,含有:
80-100重量份的丙烯酸酯硬单体,所述丙烯酸酯硬单体为能形成玻璃化转变温度不低于25℃的均聚物的丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸酯单;
40-80重量份的丙烯酸酯软单体,所述丙烯酸酯软单体为能形成玻璃化转变温度不高于0℃并且不低于-30℃的均聚物的丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸酯单体;
30-50重量份的丙烯酸酯功能单体,所述丙烯酸酯功能单体为具有非有机酸基团的官能团的丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸酯单体;
5-10重量份的含磷单体;
10-30重量份的阻燃剂,所述阻燃剂是磷系阻燃剂、氮系阻燃剂、氧化物、以及磷氮系阻燃剂组成的复合型阻燃剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酯硬单体为丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酯软单体为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸仲丁酯、甲基丙烯酸辛酯中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酯功能单体为丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基甲基丙烯酰胺和N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于,所述含磷单体为磷酸二(丙烯酸羟乙基)酯、磷酸二甲基异丙烯酯、磷酸氢二(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基)酯中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于,所述磷系阻燃剂为多聚磷酸钠和/或多聚磷酸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于,所述氮系阻燃剂为三聚氰胺。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于,所述氧化物为氧化硅颗粒,所述氧化硅颗粒的平均初级粒径为5-200μm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃压敏胶,其特征在于,所述磷氮系阻燃剂为磷酸三聚氰胺。
10.一种防火胶带,其特征在于,所述防火胶带包括层叠的基材和粘合剂层,所述粘合剂层是由涂覆在所述基材上的权利要求1-9任一权利要求所述的无卤阻燃压敏胶固化后形成的,所述基材为非织造材料制备的片材。
