The working principle of the single chip microcomputer is as follows:
the single chip microcomputer is a central system of the whole control mechanism, and the button switch is a starting switch of the central system. The singlechip controls the on-off of the electromagnetic valves of all the parts to achieve the aim of working.
For example, the worker approaches the suction mechanism 6 with his hand, the sensor 19 senses the approach of the object, and feeds a signal back to the single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer controls the electromagnetic valve of the vacuum generator of the suction plate to be energized, the vacuum generator starts to suck vacuum, and the suction holes 29 on the protrusions start to generate suction, so that the antenna 30 is sucked on the protrusions of the suction plate 25 in the through groove of the limiting plate 21.
When the button switch 12 is pressed, the single chip microcomputer controls the electromagnetic valve of the top cylinder 1 to be powered on, the electromagnetic valve controls the top cylinder 1 to descend, the top cylinder 1 descends to a specified position, the magnetic induction switch arranged at the specified position senses that the top cylinder 1 is in place, a feedback signal is fed back to the single chip microcomputer to start the next action, the single chip microcomputer controls the electromagnetic valve of the pneumatic finger 16 to be powered on in the next action, the pneumatic finger 16 is opened, the single chip microcomputer delays the delay time (determined by the debugging state of the device) for 3 to 5 seconds, namely, after the pasting and positioning of the antenna are completed, the single chip microcomputer controls the electromagnetic valve of the pneumatic finger 16 to be powered off, the pneumatic finger 16 is closed, the single chip microcomputer controls the electromagnetic valve of the top cylinder 1 to be powered off after the pneumatic finger 16 is closed. Meanwhile, the electromagnetic valve of the vacuum generator is controlled by the single chip microcomputer to be powered off, the air suction hole 29 stops sucking air, and the device is restored to the initial state.
In summary, according to the side antenna pasting and positioning device in the POS machine provided by the invention, the linear bearings are arranged on the two sides of the cylinder plate, so that the linear guide rods penetrate through the linear bearings to be connected with the connecting plate, and thus the top cylinder drives the connecting plate to move up and down more stably without being easily deviated; the copper bush bearing is arranged on the limiting plate, the thread groove is arranged on the suction plate, the guide post is arranged to be connected with the copper bush bearing and the thread groove respectively, so that the bulge of the suction plate can slide stably in the through groove of the limiting plate, and the two ends of the guide post are provided with the thread and the nut respectively, so that the bulge of the suction plate cannot fall off in the through groove of the limiting plate; be connected with the spring between limiting plate and sucking disc, can make the sucking disc resume to initial position through the elasticity of spring after the antenna installation location is accomplished, improved degree of automation, set up the suction disc apron and the trachea connects mutually supporting in addition at the suction disc inboard, improved the security and the air suction performance of suction disc. the pneumatic finger is arranged in the middle of the other side of the bottom surface of the connecting plate, two sides of the hand grip of the pneumatic finger are respectively connected with a pushing block, the two pushing blocks are arranged between the two limiting plates, and when the hand grip of the pneumatic finger is opened, the pushing blocks on the two sides push the protrusions of the suction plate to slide along the depth direction of the through grooves of the limiting plates;
the suction mechanism also comprises a suction plate cover plate;
the suction plate cover plate is covered on one side of the suction plate close to the pneumatic finger, and the suction plate cover plate is matched with the suction plate;
the suction mechanism also comprises an air pipe joint;
the bulge of the suction plate is provided with a suction hole;
one side of the suction plate cover plate, which is close to the pneumatic finger, is provided with an air pipe mounting hole matched with the air pipe connector, the air pipe connector is mounted on the suction plate cover plate through the air pipe mounting hole, and the air pipe mounting hole is communicated with the air suction hole.
