一种特别适合于石油行业的带螺纹的接头或套 筒的抗咬住保护,包括由固定在所述接头螺纹处的铜 -锌合金的第一膜层和固定在第一膜层上的第二铅 膜层构成,其中所述固定方法优选是通过离子镀实 现。

Description

本发明涉及一种新的抗咬住保护,该保护不采用含铅粉的油脂便可有效且可靠的拧紧或柠开螺纹接头。
正如人们所知那样在石油行业中由镍-铬-钼(Ni-Cr-Mo)合金构成的高耐蚀性管件都是在待连接一起的管件上相应的螺纹配合下通过同样材料的螺纹接头或套筒在其两端连接成一体。
然而由于由镍-铬-钼组成,上述接头或套筒易于咬住。
在现有技术中,这一问题是通过在所述接头处的螺纹上电沉积铜(Cu)或离子镀银-钯(Ag-Pd)合金来解决的。然而,在任何情况下,在拧紧时必须进一步施用一层油脂,经试验表明此油脂必须含有粉状铅(Pd)才是有效的。
但是,最近欧洲共同体和美国的规章制度都规定,出于生态学、卫生学和安全的原因,禁止使用任何含铅粉末的油脂,使用这种在高操作温度下才能降解的油脂,也不可避免地遗留提高了在拧松拆卸过程中增加咬住危险的颗粒。
本发明的目的就是通过提供一种无需使用含铅粉的润滑油的抗咬住保护克服上述缺点。
本发明的目的实现是通过以金属离子形式沉积金属在接头处螺纹上,而所有这些金属颗粒通常存在于油脂中,因而使得进一步使用目前常用类型的润滑油脂成为多余。
更具体地说,将一种两层抗咬住离子层施用到接头处的螺纹上,也就是固定在接头的基质材料上的第一膜层锌铜(Zn-Cu)合金是作为支撑体,它来固定完全起到抗咬住作用的金属铅的第二膜层。
通过这种方式,由于所述金属铅的第二层提供有低抗剪切性能的有效润滑作用,因而保证在拧紧过程中,无需用油脂而仅需用合成油,而对所述第二层达到有效的固定和沉积极低量的铅以确保防止即使是最低量的铅分散到环境中。
因而,根据本发明对于螺纹接头或管状套筒的抗咬住保护,尤其是对于石油行业,其特征在于包括固定在接头基质金属上的铜-锌合金第一膜层和固定在所述第一层上的金属铅的第二膜层。
根据本发明的一个优选实施方案,所述的第一层和所述的第二层分别通过离子镀方法固定到接头的基质金属上的第一层上。
本发明通过下面示意出一个优选实施方案的附图加以详细说明,由此对此非限定实施例在工艺技术上或结构上的改进都不超出本发明的保护范围。比如,本发明不仅可以应用使用于石油行业中的接头或套筒,也可用于航天领域,事实上可适用于有滑动件的任何场合。
在所述附图中,该图示意出根据本发明所形成的接头或套筒的部分截面透视图。
在图中,序号1表示带有内螺纹2和3的接头或套筒,2和3螺纹是与两管的相对应的外螺纹相配合(图中未示出),两管在两端部被连接一体。
为防止出现可能的咬住,必须保证可重复的、容易的和可靠的将接头1从所述管件上拧紧装上和拧松卸下,以及为达到拧紧过程无需含铅油脂,仅需用简单的合成油,则在所述的接头1的螺纹2和3处施用一种二层的离子镀层,该镀层由离子镀固定到接头1的基质材料上的Cu-Zn(铜-锌)合金的第一膜层4,以及离子镀固定到所述第一膜层上的金属铅的第二膜层5组成。

Claims (2)

1、一种特别适合于石油行业的带螺纹接头或套筒的抗咬住保护,其特征在于包括固定在接头基质材料上的铜-锌合金第一膜层和固定在所述第一层的金属铅的第二膜层。
2、权利要求1所述的带螺纹接头或套筒的抗咬住保护,其特征在于所述的第一层和第二层分别是通过离子镀固定在接头的基质材料上和第一层上。
