Abstract
本发明属于药物制备技术领域,公开了一种治疗产后出血的药物,其按照如下工艺制备而得:将淀粉、乳糖以及药物清膏按照2:1:5的质量比混匀,进入造粒机中,制成湿粒,烘干,然后加入1%重量份的硬脂酸镁,混匀,压片机压片得到片剂。本发明开发出不同的剂型,以适应市场的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于药物制备技术领域,具体的,涉及一种治疗产后出血的药物。
背景技术
断血流为唇形科植物灯笼草或风轮菜的干燥地上部分。夏季开花前采收,除去泥沙,晒干。最初是从安徽省发掘出来的民间使用的草药。风轮菜始载于明《救荒本草》,荫风轮始载于《植物名实图考》,风轮菜分布于浙江、江西、福建、广东、广西、贵州等地; 荫风轮主要分布于江苏、安徽、广西、贵州、云南、四川等地。中药断血流的药用植物风轮菜和荫风轮中,含有皂苷类、黄酮类、氨基酸类、多糖类、酚性物质和挥发油等化合物, 其中皂苷类和黄酮类化合物为断血流止血、抗炎的主要有效成分。
现有技术已经开发出多种断血流止血药物,比较常规的药物是断血流止血口服液,见申请人之前的发明专利“CN2015106762145”,其中,断血流提取工艺比较简易,不能够完全获得有效成分,申请人加入了其他补血成分,取得了较好的效果,但是该专利技术中并未涉及对断血流提取工艺的改进。申请人之前的专利技术“CN108126006A”对断血流提取工艺进行了改进,制备了口服液,在此基础上,继续改进剂型,制备出片剂。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提出一种治疗产后出血的药物,该药物的制备工艺中对有效中药成分采用超声、微波、醇提以及浓缩等步骤相结合,最大限度获得了总黄酮和皂苷等有效成分,提高了药效,减少了原料浪费。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
一种治疗产后出血的药物,其按照如下工艺制备而得:
将淀粉、乳糖以及药物清膏按照2:1:5的质量比混匀,进入造粒机中,制成湿粒,烘干,然后加入1%重量份的硬脂酸镁,混匀,压片机压片得到片剂。
进一步地,所述药物清膏的制备方法包括如下步骤:
取断血流1000g,切段,然后粉粹成粒径为100目以上的粉末;将所得粉末投入超声提取罐,加入五倍重量的水,控制水温为50℃,以频率50KHz超声提取120min,过滤,收集提取液和滤渣;往滤渣中添加两倍重量的70%(v/v)的乙醇,然后300rpm搅拌提取20min,抽滤收集滤液;将所得提取液和所得滤液合并,真空旋转蒸发回收乙醇,然后将残液减压浓缩至1.1g/ml的药物清膏。
本发明取得的有益效果主要但不限于以下几个方面:
本发明改变了口服制剂的剂型,制备出片剂,开发了多样产品以适应市场的不同需求;本发明制备工艺志勇,改变了传统的简单水提工艺,避免了因为过度加热造成的有效成分破坏;本发明制备工艺简单可行,对有效中药成分采用多种技术,包括超声、微波、醇提以及浓缩等步骤相结合,最大限度获得了有效成分总黄酮和皂苷等,提高了药效,减少了原料浪费;本发明提取工艺中通过辅助后续超声步骤,使得植物细胞壁被破坏,大大提高了细胞内有效成分的溶出度;本发明采用超声辅助水提,避免了煎煮造成的皂苷、酶类等有效成分的丧失,同时采用醇提药渣,避免了有效成分的流失和原料浪费;本发明口服制剂有效成分高,止血效果好,动物实验提示其效果优于现有的口服制剂,可用于进一步的临床研究。

实施例1
一种治疗产后出血的药物,其按照如下工艺制备而得:
步骤1)取断血流1000g,切段,然后粉粹成粒径为100目以上的粉末;
步骤2)将步骤1)所得粉末投入超声提取罐,加入五倍重量的水,控制水温为50℃,以频率50KHz超声提取120min,过滤,收集提取液和滤渣;
步骤3)往滤渣中添加两倍重量的70%(v/v)的乙醇,然后300rpm搅拌提取20min,抽滤收集滤液;
步骤4)将步骤2)所得提取液和步骤3)所得滤液合并,真空旋转蒸发回收乙醇,然后将残液减压浓缩至1.1g/ml的清膏;
步骤5)将淀粉、乳糖以及步骤4)的清膏按照2:1:5的质量比混匀,进入造粒机中,制成湿粒,烘干,然后加入1%重量份的硬脂酸镁,混匀,压片机压片得到片剂。
实施例2
一种治疗产后出血的药物,其按照如下工艺制备而得:
步骤1)取断血流1000g,切段,然后粉粹成粒径为100目以上的粉末,;
步骤2)将步骤1)所得粉末投入超声提取罐,加入五倍重量的水,控制水温为60℃,以频率50KHz超声提取90min,过滤,收集提取液和滤渣;
步骤3)往滤渣中添加两倍重量的70%(v/v)的乙醇,然后300rpm搅拌提取30min,抽滤收集滤液;
步骤4)将步骤2)所得提取液和步骤3)所得滤液合并,真空旋转蒸发回收乙醇,然后将残液减压浓缩至1.1g/ml的清膏;
步骤5)将淀粉、乳糖以及步骤4)的清膏按照2:1:5的质量比混匀,进入造粒机中,制成湿粒,烘干,然后加入1%重量份的硬脂酸镁,混匀,压片机压片得到片剂。
实施例3
一种治疗产后出血的药物,其按照如下工艺制备而得:
步骤1)取断血流1000g,切段,然后粉粹成粒径为100目以上的粉末,;
步骤2)将步骤1)所得粉末投入超声提取罐,加入五倍重量的水,控制水温为65℃,以频率50KHz超声提取100min,过滤,收集提取液和滤渣;
步骤3)往滤渣中添加两倍重量的70%(v/v)的乙醇,然后300rpm搅拌提取30min,抽滤收集滤液;
步骤4)将步骤2)所得提取液和步骤3)所得滤液合并,真空旋转蒸发回收乙醇,然后将残液减压浓缩至1.1g/ml的清膏;
步骤5)将淀粉、乳糖以及步骤4)的清膏按照2:1:5的质量比混匀,进入造粒机中,制成湿粒,烘干,然后加入1%重量份的硬脂酸镁,混匀,压片机压片得到片剂。

1.一种治疗产后出血的药物,其按照如下工艺制备而得:
将淀粉、乳糖以及药物清膏按照2:1:5的质量比混匀,进入造粒机中,制成湿粒,烘干,然后加入1%重量份的硬脂酸镁,混匀,压片机压片得到片剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物,其特征在于,所述药物清膏的制备方法包括如下步骤:
取断血流1000g,切段,然后粉粹成粒径为100目以上的粉末;将所得粉末投入超声提取罐,加入五倍重量的水,控制水温为50℃,以频率50KHz超声提取120min,过滤,收集提取液和滤渣;往滤渣中添加两倍重量的70%(v/v)的乙醇,然后300rpm搅拌提取20min,抽滤收集滤液;将所得提取液和所得滤液合并,真空旋转蒸发回收乙醇,然后将残液减压浓缩至1.1g/ml的药物清膏。
