本发明公开的一种无毛边玩具零件快速注塑机,包括机身,所述机身左侧内设有转动腔,所述转动腔内固定连接有左电机,所述转动腔右方设有挤压腔,所述挤压腔内转动连接有挤压轴,所述挤压腔右侧设有对接装置,所述对接装置右侧设有滑动腔,所述滑动腔内滑动连接有模具,所述对接装置下方设有中腔,所述中腔内固定连接有右电机,所述中腔前方设有前腔,本发明设置了可以左右移动的模具,控制了原料的进出,并且可以自动切断零部件连接处,有效的去除了零部件毛边,通过机械联动将整个过程连续起来,进一步的提高了生产效率,在挤压轴右端设置了支撑架,增加了挤压转动时的稳定性。

本发明涉及玩具制造设备领域,具体为一种无毛边玩具零件快速注塑机。
背景技术
注塑是一种工业产品生产造型的方法,产品通常使用橡胶注塑和塑料注塑,注塑还可分注塑成型模压法和压铸法,成型注塑:所得的形状往往就是最后成品,在安装或作为最终成品使用之前不再需要其他的加工,许多细部,诸如凸起部、肋、螺纹,都可以在注射模塑一步操作中成型出来,在玩具生产中,往往用注塑的方法得到一些玩具零部件,在现有的注塑设备中,结构过于复杂,生产效率不高,因此有意设计一种无毛边玩具零件快速注塑机。
发明内容
技术问题:
在现有的注塑设备中,结构过于复杂,生产效率不高。
为解决上述问题,本例设计了一种无毛边玩具零件快速注塑机,包括机身,所述机身左侧内设有转动腔,所述转动腔内固定连接有左电机,所述转动腔右方设有挤压腔,所述挤压腔内转动连接有挤压轴,所述挤压腔右侧设有对接装置,所述对接装置右侧设有滑动腔,所述滑动腔内滑动连接有模具,所述对接装置下方设有中腔,所述中腔内固定连接有右电机,所述中腔前方设有前腔,通过所述左电机可以带动所述挤压轴转动挤压原料,原料通过挤压后到达对接装置,通过所述右电机可以控制所述模具移动,当所述模具向左与所述对接装置对接时,原料会进入模具,模具随后向右移动,冷却后得到重新的零部件,本装置通过机械连通连续的进行生产,有效的提高了生产效率,并且精简了机械结构,提高了传动效率。
进一步地,所述左电机动力连接有左输出轴,所述左输出轴固定连接所述挤压轴,所述挤压腔内固定连接有加热片,所述挤压腔上方设有入料口,所述挤压腔右方固定连接有环架,所述挤压轴右端与所述环架转动连接。
进一步地,所述挤压腔右侧连通有左通道,所述挤压腔外壁固定连接有左对接口,所述左通道内滑动连接有上阀片和下阀片,所述上阀片固定连接有上弹簧,所述下阀片固定连接有下弹簧,所述左对接口固定连接有上档杆和下档杆,所述上档杆和下档杆分别固定连接所述上弹簧和所述下弹簧,所述对接口右端固定连接有第一弹簧和第二弹簧,所述第一弹簧和第二弹簧固定连接有右对接口,所述右对接口内设有右通道,所述右对接口上固定连接有限位块。
进一步地,所述右电机动力有右输出轴,所述右输出轴固定连接有上扇形斜齿轮和下扇形斜齿轮,所述中腔前壁转动连接有前轴,所述前轴固定连接有后斜齿轮和前斜齿轮,所述前斜齿轮啮合有中斜齿轮,所述中斜齿轮固定连接有与所述前腔内壁转动连接的下横轴,所述下横轴固定连接有下链轮,所述下链轮传动连接有前链条,所述前链条传动连接有上链轮,所述上链轮固定连接有与所述前腔内壁转动连接的上横轴,所述上横轴固定连接有右齿轮。

本发明的一种无毛边玩具零件快速注塑机,包括机身10,所述机身10左侧内设有转动腔11,所述转动腔11内固定连接有左电机12,所述转动腔11右方设有挤压腔18,所述挤压腔18内转动连接有挤压轴15,所述挤压腔18右侧设有对接装置20,所述对接装置20右侧设有滑动腔30,所述滑动腔30内滑动连接有模具29,所述对接装置20下方设有中腔41,所述中腔41内固定连接有右电机21,所述中腔41前方设有前腔32,通过所述左电机12可以带动所述挤压轴15转动挤压原料,原料通过挤压后到达对接装置,通过所述右电机21可以控制所述模具29移动,当所述模具29向左与所述对接装置20对接时,原料会进入模具,模具随后向右移动,冷却后得到重新的零部件,本装置通过机械连通连续的进行生产,有效的提高了生产效率,并且精简了机械结构,提高了传动效率。

以下结合图1至图5对本文中的一种无毛边玩具零件快速注塑机的使用步骤进行详细说明:
1、在所述入料口16内放入原料,启动所述左电机12,带动所述左输出轴14转动,同时带动所述挤压轴15转动,同时所述加热片17对原料加热,在所述挤压轴15的挤压推动下原料到达所述左通道48内。
2、此时启动所述右电机21,带动所述右输出轴23转动,同时带动所述上扇形斜齿轮22和所述下扇形斜齿轮24转动,当所述下扇形斜齿轮24与所述后斜齿轮40啮合时,带动所述前轴39转动,经过中间传动带动所述前齿条70向后移动,所述前模具72与所述后模具56接触压紧,所述后导管75与所述前导管74连通,此时所述下扇形斜齿轮24与所述后斜齿轮40不再啮合。
3、此时所述上扇形斜齿轮22与所述右斜齿轮25啮合,带动所述螺纹杆26转动,经过中间传动带动所述模具29向左移动,此时所述右对接口51右端插入所述进模通道62,推动所述上斜块57和所述下斜块63分别向上和向下移动,同时所述上切刀61和所述下切刀67分别向上和向下移动,当所述限位块55与所述进模通道62左端壁接触后,所述右对接口51左端与所述上阀片46和所述下阀片47接触,推动所述上阀片46和所述下阀片47分别向上和向下移动,此时原料通过所述左通道48到达所述进模通道62后进入模具,随后反转所述右电机21,经过中间传动后带动所述模具29向右移动,所述上切刀61和所述下切刀67在弹簧力作用下切断零部件,随后所述上扇形斜齿轮22不再啮合所述右斜齿轮25。
4、所述下扇形斜齿轮24与所述后斜齿轮40再次啮合,带动所述前轴39反转,经过中间传动带动所述前模具72向前移动,模具内的原料在模具内冷凝成型为零部件,当所述前模具72与所述后模具56分离后掉落。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设置了可以左右移动的模具,控制了原料的进出,并且可以自动切断零部件连接处,有效的去除了零部件毛边,通过机械联动将整个过程连续起来,进一步的提高了生产效率,在挤压轴右端设置了支撑架,增加了挤压转动时的稳定性。

所述机身左侧内设有转动腔,所述转动腔内固定连接有左电机,所述转动腔右方设有挤压腔,所述挤压腔内转动连接有挤压轴,所述挤压腔右侧设有对接装置,所述对接装置右侧设有滑动腔,所述滑动腔内滑动连接有模具,所述对接装置下方设有中腔,所述中腔内固定连接有右电机,所述中腔前方设有前腔;
通过所述左电机可以带动所述挤压轴转动挤压原料,原料通过挤压后到达对接装置,通过所述右电机可以控制所述模具移动,当所述模具向左与所述对接装置对接时,原料会进入模具,模具随后向右移动,冷却后得到重新的零部件;
本装置通过机械连通连续的进行生产,有效的提高了生产效率,并且精简了机械结构,提高了传动效率。
