本发明公开了一种超细锦纶超消光面料的织造方法,其包括以下步骤整经、浆丝、并轴、织造,其特征在于:将步骤整经、浆丝、并轴、织造中张力下降5~10%;步骤浆丝中,在浆液中加入二氧化钛,浴比为1.5~2%,浆槽的温度为55~60℃,压浆辊压力为1.2~1.3kg/cm2;表面上浆率为5~6%,总上浆率为8~9%。通过上述方法织出的超细锦纶超消光面料外观独特,真正实现了超消光面料的新颖外观,对于各类特殊光泽的原料的织造方法有很好的参考价值,值得推广推荐。

一种超细锦纶超消光面料的织造方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织设备领域,特别涉及一种一种超细锦纶超消光面料的织造方法。
背景技术
化纤面料外观的光泽有全消光、半消光、有光、亮光、交织光等几种,其中的全消光布是指布料的外观光泽暗淡、柔和,看起来不反光、不刺眼,纹路清晰,是中高档面料和首选方案。
目前,面料消光主要是使用消光化纤长丝,经织造加工而成的,也有使用普通长丝经过后整理加入消光剂形成的。前者是在纺丝过程中通过二氧化钛的摩擦、氧化作用,在纤维表面形成密密的坑点,进而射光线形成消光效果的;而经过后整理进行消光的应用较少,因为消光效果不稳定、消光性能寿命短、生产不环保等,故只是用于辅助整理。
对于锦纶超细旦消光丝织造而成的织物,由于原料很细,织造加工难度大,为了提高生产效率和产品质量,都采取了一定的加工工艺,如加捻、加湿、特殊浆丝等,有的工艺项目也伤害了丝线的光泽,使丝线的纤维的表面密密的坑点,加工后有少部分被压平、填平、磨平,消弱了消光程度。所以,市场上所见的消光面料的光泽都比所用原料的光泽较亮一些。消光效果不是最佳。。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既可减轻织造加工工艺对所述光泽减弱的影响,又可提升产品的消光效果的超细锦纶超消光面料的织造方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种超细锦纶超消光面料的织造方法,其包括以下步骤整经、浆丝、并轴、织造,其特征在于:将步骤整经、浆丝、并轴、织造中张力下降5~10%;步骤浆丝中,在浆液中加入二氧化钛,浴比为1.5~2%,浆槽的温度为55~60℃,压浆辊压力为1.2~1.3kg/cm2;表面上浆率为5~6%,总上浆率为8~9%。
优化的,步骤整经中,单丝张力为3~4N。
优化的,步骤浆丝中,单丝张力为4~5N。
优化的,步骤并轴中,单丝张力为6~7N。
优化的,步骤织造中,单丝张力为9~10N,松经3格。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过上述方法织出的超细锦纶超消光面料外观独特,真正实现了超消光面料的新颖外观,对于各类特殊光泽的原料的织造方法有很好的参考价值,值得推广推荐。
具体实施方式
超细锦纶超消光面料的织造方法,其包括以下步骤整经、浆丝、并轴、织造,将步骤整经、浆丝、并轴、织造中张力下降5~10%;步骤浆丝中,在浆液中加入二氧化钛,浴比为1.5~2%,浆槽的温度为55~60℃,压浆辊压力为1.2~1.3kg/cm2;表面上浆率为5~6%,总上浆率为8~9%。
下面以400T消光尼丝纺为例对本发明作以下详细描述:
实施例一
产品的基本规格:经线与纬线都是锦纶20D/24F消光长丝,上机22#筘4入,宽176厘米,纬密42梭。成品密度103*47根/厘米,成品重量26克/平米。
a) 小张力生产:在整经、浆丝、并轴、织造四个工序的生产中,设计最低张力,比原张力分别大约下降张力的5~10%,步骤整经中,单丝张力为3~4N,步骤浆丝中,单丝张力为4~5N,步骤并轴中,单丝张力为6~7N,步骤织造中,单丝张力为9~10N,松经3格,从而减小各工序加工时机件对丝线的摩擦而造成的减弱消光情况。
b)浆丝时,在浆液中加入二氧化钛消光剂,浴比为1.5~2.0%,同时浆槽温度由升高5℃,以实现二氧化钛对丝线的消光效果。
c)在上浆时,降低压浆辊压力,使浆料上浆分配向丝线的表层倾斜,提高丝线的表层上浆率,即浆膜的质量,以增强丝线的耐磨性能,减少后道工序中的摩擦影响丝线的消光性能。
d)在织造工序中,增大松经幅度,使经丝在开口时充分缓冲,进而减小丝线的摩擦,稳定丝线的自身的消光性能。
超细旦消光面料的光泽比所用消光原料的光泽稍亮、消光效果减弱的主要原因,是织造加工生产工艺的影响。因此,现采取以下措施,既可减轻织造加工工艺对所述光泽减弱的影响,又可提升产品的消光效果,进而形成超消光面料。

1.一种超细锦纶超消光面料的织造方法,其包括以下步骤整经、浆丝、并轴、织造,其特征在于:将步骤整经、浆丝、并轴、织造中张力下降5~10%;步骤浆丝中,在浆液中加入二氧化钛,浴比为1.5~2%,浆槽的温度为55~60℃,压浆辊压力为1.2~1.3kg/cm2;表面上浆率为5~6%,总上浆率为8~9%。
