The multi-layer lifting type cable shelf according to claim 1, wherein the travelling crane comprises two beams (16) which are arranged in parallel, a connecting rod (17) is arranged between the two beams, a sliding rail is arranged below the beams, the bracket lifting and translating mechanism comprises a lifting motor and a translating motor, and the translating motor is connected with a roller arranged on the sliding rail; the bottom of the travelling crane is provided with a travelling motor (18), and the travelling motor is connected with a travelling wheel.
