本发明提供了一种防撞击运动护具,其特征在于,包括护具外壳,护具外壳中设有防撞袋,防撞袋中设有剪切增稠液,所述的剪切增稠液的制备方法包括:将规格为12500‑20000目的纳米电气石粉、纳米二氧化硅、纳米蒙脱土粉以及纳米云母粉中的至少一种与纳米纤维素胶体和浓度为10%‑30%的盐酸混合,形成电气石胶体;将硅烷偶联剂与羟基硅油和聚氨酯有机锡催化剂混合,形成硅基分散液;将电气石胶体、硅基分散液和增塑剂混合,形成剪切增稠液。与现有织物护具相比,本发明具有更好的防撞击效果;此外,本发明的运动护具还具有保健功能,适合运动群体长期穿着。

一种防撞击运动护具及其制备和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防撞击运动护具及其制备方法,属于新材料技术领域。
背景技术
人体在运动过程中难免会受到各种损伤,尤其是橄榄球、足球等激烈对抗性的运动,运动者之间常常发生高速撞击,因而需要配备具有优异防撞击功能的运动护具,现有护具大多采用EVA、XPE、合成橡胶等发泡材料制成,虽然能够在一定程度上缓解对人体的伤害,但也存在硬质、抗冲击强度差、适体性差等问题。剪切增稠液是一种静态时呈现柔韧性、受到冲击时呈现坚固性的新型材料,现已应用于液体防弹衣的制作。现有的剪切增稠液主要以聚乙二醇为分散介质、以二氧化硅颗粒、聚氯乙烯颗粒等为分散相,功能单一。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种具有红外发射功能的防撞击运动护具及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种防撞击运动护具,其特征在于,包括护具外壳,护具外壳中设有防撞袋,防撞袋中设有剪切增稠液,所述的剪切增稠液的制备方法包括:将规格为12500-20000目的纳米电气石粉、纳米二氧化硅、纳米蒙脱土粉以及纳米云母粉中的至少一种与纳米纤维素胶体和浓度为10%-30%的盐酸混合,形成电气石胶体;将硅烷偶联剂与羟基硅油和聚氨酯有机锡催化剂混合,形成硅基分散液;将电气石胶体、硅基分散液和增塑剂混合,形成剪切增稠液。
优选地,所述的护具外壳包括表层和里层,表层和里层均采用织物制成,表层织物采用涤纶布、锦纶布和涤棉混纺布中的至少一种制成,为机织物或针织物,克重为150g/m2~300g/m2;里层织物采用纯棉布和涤棉混纺布中的至少一种,为机织物或针织物,克重为100g/m2~200g/m2;表层织物和里层织物缝合在一起形成护具外壳,护具外壳留有开口,以放入防撞袋,护具外壳内部的四角位置分别固定有绳带,以固定防撞袋。
优选地,所述的防撞袋为聚氨酯涂层机织物,采用锦纶或涤纶长丝织造而成,长丝总纤度为100D~300D;织物经纬密为200根/10cm~600根/10cm;防撞袋的厚度为1cm~3cm,在四角位置分别固定有绳带,用于与护具外壳内部固定连接。
优选地,所述的纳米纤维素胶体中,纳米纤维素的长度为80~150nm,直径为3~8nm;纳米纤维素的质量比为1.8wt%-2.2wt%。
优选地,所述的电气石胶体的制备方法包括:将质量比为40wt%-45wt%的规格为12500-20000目的纳米电气石粉,质量比为47wt%-55wt%的纳米纤维素胶体,质量比为5wt%-8wt%的浓度为10%-30%的盐酸混合后,在室温下采用高速分散机,以12000~16000rpm转速分散20~30min,形成电气石胶体。
优选地,所述的硅基分散液的制备方法包括:将质量比为10wt%-20wt%的硅烷偶联剂,质量比为75wt%-88wt%的羟基硅油,质量比为2wt%-5wt%的聚氨酯有机锡催化剂混合后,在室温-60℃下采用高速分散机,以12000~16000rpm转速分散10~20min,形成硅基分散液。
优选地,所述的剪切增稠液中电气石胶体的质量比为28wt%-40wt%,硅基分散液的质量比为55wt%-70wt%,增塑剂的质量比为2wt%-5wt%,电气石胶体、硅基分散液和增塑剂混合后在室温-60℃下采用高速分散机,以12000~16000rpm转速分散20~30min,形成剪切增稠液。
本发明还提供了上述的防撞击运动护具的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:首先缝制护具外壳和防撞袋;将剪切增稠液放入防撞袋中并缝合;然后把包含剪切增稠液的防撞袋放入护具外壳并缝合,形成防撞击运动护具。
本发明还提供了上述的防撞击运动护具的应用方法,其特征在于,包括:将防撞击运动护具以弹性带固定在人体的膝部、肘部、肩部或其它防护部位作为护膝、护肘、护肩或其它部位的防护物使用,或者直接缝合在服装的相应部位。
本发明将具有保健功能的剪切增稠液置于运动护具中,解决现有护具厚重、硬质、防护效果差的问题,开发了一种柔软、适体、抗冲击强度高、兼有保健功能的运动护具。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明以具有保健功能的纳米电气石粉代替纳米二氧化硅,开发了具有保健功能的剪切增稠液,并以其为防撞材料开发了运动护具,护具外壳为织物,防撞袋的外形仿照人体膝部、肘部或其它需防护部位,与现有硬质护具相比,具有柔软、适体性好等优点;
2、本发明将剪切增稠液用于防撞击运动护具,具有柔软、适体、抗冲击强度高等优点。此外,本发明将具有产生负离子和远红外功能的电气石粉为分散相,开发一种具有保健功能的剪切增稠液,并用于制备液体防撞击运动护具。
3、与现有织物护具相比,本发明具有更好的防撞击效果;此外,本发明的运动护具还具有保健功能,适合运动群体长期穿着。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
以下实施例所使用的涤棉混纺布为绍兴吴琼纺织品有限公司生产,机织物,克重为150g/m2,经纬纱均为50涤/50棉混纺纱;
聚氨酯涂层机织物为苏州市睿臻纺织有限公司生产,采用锦纶66长丝织造而成,长丝总纤度为200D,织物经纬密均为350根/10cm,克重为155g/m2
纳米电气石粉为灵寿县沃澳矿产品加工厂生产,型号为325,规格为15000目;
秸秆来源于上海松江区农场;
盐酸、聚氨酯有机锡催化剂、硅烷偶联剂等化学试剂均可以在阿拉丁试剂(上海)有限公司购买;
羟基硅油在深圳市吉鹏硅氟材料有限公司购买,型号为JP-35;
增塑剂在杭州硅畅科技有限公司购买,型号为GCZ-7001;
搅拌器为上海司乐仪器有限公司生产,81-2型;pH计为上海精科雷磁仪器厂生产,PHS-3C型;高速分散机为德国IKA公司生产,T25Ultra-turrax型;离心机为上海安亭科学仪器厂生产,TDL-5-A型。
以下实施例中的落球冲击强度依据《EN/BS EN 1621-1-2012》测试,红外发射率依据《GB/T 30127-2013纺织品远红外性能的检测和评价》测试。
实施例1:制备纤维素纳米晶须
采用水稻秸秆为原料,将水稻秸秆浸入碱性溶剂体系中进行处理,碱性溶剂体系为含有NaOH和Na2SO3的水溶液,通过将NaOH和Na2SO3溶解在水中制得,配比为NaOH浓度为20g/L、Na2SO3浓度为15g/L;处理时间为2h、温度为110℃,浴比为1:10。处理完毕取出洗净,在60℃真空烘箱中烘干到恒重;采用粉碎机粉碎经提纯处理后的水稻秸秆纤维,过50目筛,得到水稻秸秆纤维粉末;
将水稻秸秆纤维粉末置于TEMPO氧化体系中,所述的TEMPO氧化体系通过将TEMPO、NaClO、NaBr溶解在水中制得,配比为0.02g/L TEMPO,150g/L NaClO、0.15g/L NaBr,浴比为1:30,用1%NaOH调节混合溶液pH值为10.5;将所得混合物置于搅拌器中,在4℃条件下以600rpm转速搅拌5h,得到秸秆纤维粉末悬浮液;
将秸秆纤维粉末悬浮液置于高速离心机中,以6000rpm转速离心6min,去除上层清液并加蒸馏水,重复上述的离心、去除上层清液和加蒸馏水的步骤5次,直至悬浮液pH值至中性,得到秸秆纤维沉淀物;
将秸秆纤维沉淀物在4℃温度下采用高速分散机,以15000rpm转速分散5min,得到纳米纤维素胶体,纳米纤维素的质量比为2%。采用透射电镜测试制备的纳米纤维素长度为80~150nm、直径为3~8nm。
实施例2制备剪切增稠液
将质量比为40wt%纳米电气石粉与质量比为5wt%的盐酸(浓度为30%)、质量比为55%的实施例1制得的纳米纤维素胶体混合后,放入高速分散机,在室温(25℃)下以12000rpm转速分散30min,形成电气石胶体;
将质量比为10wt%的硅烷偶联剂(型号为KH-560)与质量比为88wt%的羟基硅油、质量比为2wt%的聚氨酯有机锡催化剂(CAS号为301-10-0)混合后,放入高速分散机,在40℃下以12000rpm转速分散20min,形成硅基分散液;
将质量比为28wt%的电气石胶体与质量比为70wt%的硅基分散液、质量比为2wt%的增塑剂混合后,放入高速分散机,在40℃下以12000rpm转速分散30min,形成剪切增稠液。
实施例3
如图1所示,一种防撞击运动护具(护膝),包括护具外壳1,护具外壳1中设有防撞袋2,防撞袋2中设有剪切增稠液3。
所述的护具外壳1包括表层以及设于表层内侧的里层,表层和里层均采用涤棉混纺布制成;表层织物和里层织物缝合在一起形成护具外壳1,护具外壳上边留有开口4,以放入防撞袋2,护具外壳1内部的四角位置分别固定有绳带5,以固定防撞袋2。
所述的防撞袋2为聚氨酯涂层机织物;防撞袋2的厚度为2cm,在四角位置分别固定有绳带5,用于与护具外壳1内部固定连接。
上述的防撞击运动护具(护膝)的制备方法为:
第一步:制备运动护膝外壳:将涤棉混纺布裁成40cm×25cm的两块,分别作为运动护膝外壳的表层和里层,将表层和里层的左右两边和下边缝合,在内部四角的位置分别缝入宽0.5cm、长10cm的绳带,绳带采用涤棉混纺布;
第二步:制备防撞袋:将聚氨酯涂层机织物缝制成25cm×18cm×2cm的袋状物,放入900ml的实施例2制备的剪切增稠液,然后缝合;防撞袋内侧的四角分别缝入宽0.5cm、长10cm的绳带,绳带采用涤棉混纺布;
第三步:成型:将包含剪切增稠液的防撞袋经所述的开口放入运动护膝外壳中,将运动护膝外壳内部四角的绳带分别与防撞袋四角的绳带系牢,将运动护膝外壳的上边开口缝合,完成防撞击运动护膝的制备,将其用弹性带固定在膝盖部,或者直接缝合在裤腿膝盖部作为护膝使用。
防撞击运动护膝的落球冲击强度为13kN,红外发射率为89%。
实施例4
如图1所示,一种防撞击运动护具(护肘),包括护具外壳1,护具外壳1中设有防撞袋2,防撞袋2中设有剪切增稠液3。
所述的护具外壳1包括表层以及设于表层内侧的里层,表层和里层均采用涤棉混纺布制成;表层织物和里层织物缝合在一起形成护具外壳1,护具外壳上边留有开口4,以放入防撞袋2,护具外壳1内部的四角位置分别固定有绳带5,以固定防撞袋2。
所述的防撞袋2为聚氨酯涂层机织物;防撞袋2的厚度为1.5cm,在四角位置分别固定有绳带5,用于与护具外壳1内部固定连接。
上述的防撞击运动护具(护肘)的制备方法为:
第一步:制备运动护肘外壳:将涤棉混纺布裁成25cm×15cm的两块,分别作为运动护肘外壳的表层和里层,将表层和里层的左右两边和下边缝合,在内部四角的位置分别缝入宽0.5cm、长10cm的绳带,绳带也采用涤棉混纺布;
第二步:制备防撞袋:将聚氨酯涂层机织物缝制成15cm×10cm×1.5cm的袋状物,放入225ml实施例2制备的剪切增稠液,然后缝合;防撞袋内侧的四角分别缝入宽0.5cm、长10cm的绳带,绳带采用聚氨酯涂层机织物;
第三步:成型:将包含剪切增稠液的防撞袋经所述的开口放入运动护肘外壳中,将运动护肘外壳内部四角的绳带分别与防撞袋四角的绳带系牢,将运动护肘外壳的上边开口缝合,完成防撞击运动护肘的制备,将其用弹性带固定在肘部,或者直接缝合在服装肘部作为护肘使用。
防撞击运动护肘的落球冲击强度为15kN,红外发射率为89%。
上述实施例所采用工艺参数仅为本发明的较佳参数,并非用来限定本发明的实施范围。熟悉本领域的技术人员很容易对本发明的参数进行修改,并把在此说明的一般性原理应用在其它应用实例中。本领域的技术人员根据本发明的揭示,对本发明进行改进和修改都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种防撞击运动护具,其特征在于,包括护具外壳,护具外壳中设有防撞袋,防撞袋中设有剪切增稠液,所述的剪切增稠液的制备方法包括:将规格为12500-20000目的纳米电气石粉与纳米纤维素胶体和浓度为10%-30%的盐酸混合,形成电气石胶体;将硅烷偶联剂与羟基硅油和聚氨酯有机锡催化剂混合,形成硅基分散液;将电气石胶体、硅基分散液和增塑剂混合,形成剪切增稠液;
所述的电气石胶体的制备方法包括:将质量比为40wt%-45wt%的规格为12500-20000目的纳米电气石粉,质量比为47wt%-55wt%的纳米纤维素胶体,质量比为5wt%-8wt%的浓度为10%-30%的盐酸混合后,在室温下采用高速分散机,以12000~16000rpm转速分散20~30min,形成电气石胶体;
所述的硅基分散液的制备方法包括:将质量比为10wt%-20wt%的硅烷偶联剂,质量比为75wt%-88wt%的羟基硅油,质量比为2wt%-5wt%的聚氨酯有机锡催化剂混合后,在室温-60℃下采用高速分散机,以12000~16000rpm转速分散10~20min,形成硅基分散液;
所述的剪切增稠液中电气石胶体的质量比为28wt%-40wt%,硅基分散液的质量比为55wt%-70wt%,增塑剂的质量比为2wt%-5wt%,电气石胶体、硅基分散液和增塑剂混合后在室温-60℃下采用高速分散机,以12000~16000rpm转速分散20~30min,形成剪切增稠液。
2.如权利要求1所述的防撞击运动护具,其特征在于,所述的护具外壳包括表层和里层,表层和里层均采用织物制成,表层织物采用涤纶布、锦纶布和涤棉混纺布中的至少一种制成,为机织物或针织物,克重为150g/m2~300g/m2;里层织物采用纯棉布和涤棉混纺布中的至少一种,为机织物或针织物,克重为100g/m2~200g/m2;表层织物和里层织物缝合在一起形成护具外壳,护具外壳留有开口,以放入防撞袋,护具外壳内部的四角位置分别固定有绳带,以固定防撞袋。
3.如权利要求1所述的防撞击运动护具,其特征在于,所述的防撞袋为聚氨酯涂层机织物,采用锦纶或涤纶长丝织造而成,单丝纤度为1dtex~5dtex,单丝拉伸断裂强度为5~10cN/dtex,长丝总纤度为100dtex~500dtex;织物经纬密为200根/10cm~600根/10cm;防撞袋的厚度为1cm~3cm,在四角位置分别固定有绳带,用于与护具外壳内部固定连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的防撞击运动护具,其特征在于,所述的纳米纤维素胶体中,纳米纤维素的长度为80~150nm,直径为3~8nm;纳米纤维素的质量比为1.8wt%-2.2wt%。
5.权利要求1所述的防撞击运动护具的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:首先缝制护具外壳和防撞袋;将剪切增稠液放入防撞袋中并缝合;然后把包含剪切增稠液的防撞袋放入护具外壳并缝合,形成防撞击运动护具。
6.权利要求1所述的防撞击运动护具的应用方法,其特征在于,包括:将防撞击运动护具以弹性带固定在人体的膝部、肘部或肩部作为护膝、护肘或护肩使用,或者直接缝合在服装的相应部位。
