里,然后凸轮(5)被固定安装在齿轮的正面(2)上。在
齿轮的正面(2)有型腔(6)的呈凸棱状的压边(10,11,
13)。
Description
本发明是关于装有一个凸轮的,尤其是作为刮水器控制装置的齿轮制造方法。该方法包括如下步骤:首先在正面设置一个与凸轮配合的型腔,再把凸轮放在型腔里,然后把凸轮固定联接在齿轮的正面。
大家知道,在法国FR2142627号专利中,一个齿轮上有个凸轮,但该凸轮是通过对圆盘切割旁边得到的安装脚被固定在齿轮上。那些安装脚穿过正面的表层进入槽里,一直达到背面的表层。这种制造方法需要多道机械加工和安装工序,使制造费用提高。
本发明的目的在于补救上述不足,并提出一种降低费用的制造方法。
为此,本发明特别涉及到一种齿轮的制造方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
-在齿轮正面,把型腔边预先制成凸起的压边。
-当凸轮放入型腔时,给凸起的压边上施加一个指向凸轮的径向力,使凸起的压边变形,直到压边压住凸轮为止;
压边是铸模成型的。
根据一种适当的改型,齿轮的正面是热塑材料制成的。借助一种热模具沿着径向,在压边上旋加压力,使得压边变形。
热模具最好有沟槽,沟槽的宽度与压边的宽度相适应,而沟槽的外边向凸轮的方向倾斜。
本发明同样也涉及到用上述方法安装的齿轮。这种齿轮是:在它的正面上有一个型腔的凸起的压边,这个压边至少能压住放在型腔里的凸轮的一部分周边。
凸轮相对齿轮表面的距离最好在0.20毫米与-0.05毫米之间。
正面上有一个凸起的轮毂和一个带孔的凸轮,凸轮上的孔表示在剖面图上。
根据一个特别感兴趣的改型,轮毂有一个凸起的定位凸台,凸轮为切削而成的不规则的扇面。
本发明还涉及到,根据本发明进行安装所使用的工具。该工具是一个热模具,它至少有一个截面为梯形沟槽;
-这个梯形沟槽大底边的尺寸大于压边的宽度,
-这个梯形沟槽小底边的尺寸小于压边的宽度,
-这个梯形沟槽的高度小于或等于压边的高度。
参照附图阅读下面的文字,会更好地理解本发明。这些图是:
-图1是齿轮的正视图;
-图2是压边变形之前的沿O-A线的剖面图;
-图3是压边变形后的沿O-B线的剖面图。
图1是根据已实现的发明绘制的注塑齿轮的正视图。此图表示出:一个相对平面2凸起的轮毂3,这个轮毂3周围有一个高出正面2的凸台4。
凸轮5被固定在齿轮的正面上。凸轮的形状由一个个扇面构成,各扇面的角度由与凸轮相接触的刮水器装置(没示出)需要提供的信息来决定。
凸轮是通过切削一块金属板制成的。中心孔是为了能使轮毂3和凸台4通过。中心孔的不对称保证了凸轮在齿轮正面的角定位,凸台4保证不发生错位。
正面上有一个与凸轮5配合的型腔6。这个型腔在图2和图3的剖面图中被表示出来。这个型腔有一定的高度,以便凸轮安装时与平面2的表面在同一水平面。也说是说,平面2的表面7和凸轮5延伸的平面8、9所在的平面基本上共面。这两个平面的距离在-0.05毫米到0.20毫米之间。
正面有相对凸出的压边10、11围绕着凸轮。根据剖面图2所示,有个齿轮轴和压边10和11,在没安装凸轮之前,压边的截面为长方形。离凸轮最近的压边侧面12与正面的上表面8垂直,以便安装凸轮。
凸轮5装入型腔6时,用热模具20使压边10、11变形。这种热模具20有一个沟槽14,这个沟槽是用来使压边10、11按沟槽形状压成形。
图2就示出了这样一个热模具20的剖面图。
沟槽是由最前面的斜侧外边15和与之相对的另一个斜边18限定的,两个侧边与上底边16相交形成了一个梯形。沟槽14的梯形截面的面积等于压边10的相应截面的面积。
-这个梯形沟槽大底边的尺寸大于压边10的宽度。
-梯形沟槽小底边的尺寸小于压边10的宽度。
-梯形沟槽的高度小于或等于压边10的高度。
在受到模具20加压后,压边10和11的截面在凸轮5上方形成一个梯形。它的突出部分21把凸轮5锁定在型腔的底部。
图1的例子中,在轮毂3周围有凸起的压边13,矗立在平面2平面8、9的上面。安装凸轮5之前,凸起的边17和平面2的上表面8垂直。
当凸轮5安装到型腔6里时,在图3中可以清楚地看到,凸起的压边13被压变形,就像通过嵌装来压住凸轮的内圆边19。
凸轮5的外边由压边10和11固定住,内边19由轮毂周围的压边13固定住。
本发明不限定于上面所描述的范围,专业人员当然可以做出各种各样的改型,但是不会超出本发明的范围;尤其是在数量,形状和压边的位置可以得到多种变化。
Claims (9)
1、一种齿轮的制造方法,该齿轮装有一个凸轮(5),并特别作为刮水器控制装置的齿轮,该方法包括以下步骤:首先在正面设置一个与凸轮(5)相配合的型腔(6),再把凸轮(5)放入型腔(6),然后把凸轮(5)固定联接在齿轮的正面(2)上;其特征在于:首先在齿轮正面上把型腔(6)的边(10,11,13)做成凸起的压边(10,11,13);凸轮(5)被放入型腔(6)时,给凸起的压边(10,11)施加一个指向凸轮(5)的径向力,使凸起的压边(10,11,13)变形,直到凸起的压边压住凸轮(5)的边为止。
2、根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:齿轮的平面(2)是热塑材料制成的;借助一种热模具(20)在压边(10,11)上施加压力,使压边(10,11,13)变形。
3、根据权利要求2的方法,其特征在于:热模具(20)有一个沟槽(14),这个沟槽(14)的宽与压边(10,11)的宽相适应,而沟槽(14)的斜边向凸轮(5)的方向倾斜。
4、一种由权利要求1所述方法制造的装有一个凸轮(5)的,尤其是作为刮水器控制装置的齿轮,该方法包括如下步骤:首先在正面(2)设置一个与凸轮(5)配合的型腔(6),再把凸轮(5)放入型腔(6),然后把凸轮(5)固定联接在齿轮的正面(2)上;其特征在于:在齿轮的正面(2)上,有型腔(6)凸起的压边(10,11,13),这些压边(10,11,13)至少能压住放在型腔(6)里的凸轮(5)的部分周边。
5、根据权利要求4的齿轮,其特征在于:压边(10,11)和凸轮(5)的外边靠紧。
6、根据权利要求4或5中任一项的齿轮,其特征在于:压边(13)和凸轮(5)的内圆边靠紧。
7、根据权利要求4的齿轮其特征在于:凸轮(5)相对于齿轮表面的距离在0.20毫米到-0.05毫米之间。
8、根据权利要求4,5或6中任一项的齿轮,其特征在于:齿轮的正面(2)有个凸起的轮毂(3),凸轮(5)为切削成的不规则的扇面,在里面有个内圆边(19)。
9、根据权利要求8的齿轮,其特征在于:轮毂有一个凸起的定位凸台(4),凸轮(5)与凸台(4)配合切削。
