Abstract
一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷,它涉及一种隔热包敷,具体涉及一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷。本发明为了解决现有船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷隔热效果差、包敷钢板易锈蚀、隔热棉易吸附残油造成起火隐患和维修更换施工难度大周期长的问题。本发明包括隔热层和可拆卸式外防护板,可拆卸式外防护板安装在所述隔热层的外侧;所述隔热层包括多个隔热单元、多个拉紧束带和多个搭接魔术贴,多个隔热单元拼接成燃气轮机排气蜗壳仿形结构,相邻两个隔热单元之间通过拉紧束带可拆卸连接,相邻两个隔热单元的交界处采用搭接魔术贴覆盖。本发明属于船舶设备领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔热包敷,具体涉及一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷,属于船舶设备领域。
背景技术
现有船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷隔热效果差、包敷钢板易锈蚀、隔热棉易吸附残油造成起火隐患和维修更换施工难度大周期长等问题。例如船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷在实船使用运行较短时间内出现包敷钢板腐蚀、钢板联接铆钉松脱和隔热棉吸附残油遇热燃烧起火等问题,造成明显火灾事故或隐患。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷隔热效果差、包敷钢板易锈蚀、隔热棉易吸附残油造成起火隐患和维修更换施工难度大周期长的问题,进而提出一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷。
本发明为解决上述问题采取的技术方案是:本发明包括隔热层和可拆卸式外防护板,可拆卸式外防护板安装在所述隔热层的外侧;所述隔热层包括多个隔热单元、多个拉紧束带和多个搭接魔术贴,多个隔热单元拼接成燃气轮机排气蜗壳仿形结构,相邻两个隔热单元之间通过拉紧束带可拆卸连接,相邻两个隔热单元的交界处采用搭接魔术贴覆盖。
进一步的,每个隔热单元由内隔热层和外隔热层组成,内隔热层、外隔热层由内至外依次叠加设置。
进一步的,每个隔热单元包括多个固定钉和高阻燃硅胶包裹布,固定钉插装在隔热单元上,高阻燃硅胶包裹布包裹在隔热单元的外表面上。
进一步的,每个隔热单元还包括耐高温钢丝加强包裹布,耐高温钢丝加强包裹布安装在内隔热层的内侧。
进一步的,可拆卸式外防护板由上外防护板和下外防护板拼接组成。
进一步的,上外防护板与下外防护板之间通过多个快速搭扣固定连接。
进一步的,上外防护板是不锈钢薄板制作的上外防护板,下外防护板是不锈钢薄板制作的下外防护板。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明属于预制成形可分块拆卸维护更换隔热防护,根据燃气轮机排气蜗壳表面形状结构预制成多块仿型隔热单元,与排气蜗壳贴合度高隔热效果好;隔热层及防护板为独立结构,使用寿命更长;本发明可有效解决原包敷结构存在的浸油浸水问题,可有效提高船用燃气轮机本在海洋高盐、高温、高湿环境条件下的长期运行安全性。

具体实施方式一:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷包括隔热层和可拆卸式外防护板4,可拆卸式外防护板4安装在所述隔热层的外侧;所述隔热层包括多个隔热单元1、多个拉紧束带2和多个搭接魔术贴7,多个隔热单元1拼接成燃气轮机排气蜗壳仿形结构,相邻两个隔热单元1之间通过拉紧束带2可拆卸连接,相邻两个隔热单元1的交界处采用搭接魔术贴7覆盖。
安装时可拆卸式外防护板4从下到上的顺序依次安装,拼接接缝处采用下压式搭接边形式,形成“雨伞”效果可起到防水、堵封接缝的作用。
具体实施方式二:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷的每个隔热单元1由内隔热层8和外隔热层10组成,内隔热层8、外隔热层10由内至外依次叠加设置。
固定钉是为了固定隔热单元自身的,防止隔热单元变形、松垮。
其它组成及连接关系与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式三:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷的每个隔热单元1包括多个固定钉5和高阻燃硅胶包裹布6,固定钉5插装在隔热单元1上,高阻燃硅胶包裹布6包裹在隔热单元1的外表面上。其它组成及连接关系与具体实施方式二相同。
具体实施方式四:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷的每个隔热单元1还包括耐高温钢丝加强包裹布9,耐高温钢丝加强包裹布9安装在内隔热层8的内侧。
内隔热层8是硅酸铝针刺毡隔热材料,内包覆层采用耐高温钢丝加强布,可以长期在高温下使用,不会因为长期高温烘烤而脆化、分化;外包覆层采用高阻燃硅胶布,具有防水、防油、防护的功效,不会因为蒸汽、水、油浸泡而影响使用寿命;隔热填充料采用高性能气凝胶材料,可在达到隔热要求的前提下大大减薄隔热层厚度。
其它组成及连接关系与具体实施方式二相同。
具体实施方式五:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷的可拆卸式外防护板4由上外防护板11和下外防护板12拼接组成。其它组成及连接关系与具体实施方式二相同。
具体实施方式六:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷的上外防护板11与下外防护板12之间通过多个快速搭扣3固定连接。
上外防护板11和下外防护板12接缝处采用下压边结构形成“雨伞”效果,用快速搭扣3拉紧固定。
其它组成及连接关系与具体实施方式五相同。
具体实施方式七:结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,本实施方式所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷的上外防护板11是不锈钢薄板制作的上外防护板11,下外防护板12是不锈钢薄板制作的下外防护板12。其它组成及连接关系与具体实施方式五相同。
工作原理
个别的隔热单元或是外防护板可以根据使用状态进行局部更换,不至于整套更换;同时,外防护板的作用是,在船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳的正上方没有遮挡,下落的雨水会落在排气蜗壳隔热包敷上,影响隔热效果,因此设计成“雨伞”效果;再有,隔热单元采用的包裹布材料也具有一定的防水效果。

1.一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷,其特征在于:所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷包括隔热层和可拆卸式外防护板(4),可拆卸式外防护板(4)安装在所述隔热层的外侧;所述隔热层包括多个隔热单元(1)、多个拉紧束带(2)和多个搭接魔术贴(7),多个隔热单元(1)拼接成燃气轮机排气蜗壳仿形结构,相邻两个隔热单元(1)之间通过拉紧束带(2)可拆卸连接,相邻两个隔热单元(1)的交界处采用搭接魔术贴(7)覆盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷,其特征在于:每个隔热单元(1)由内隔热层(8)和外隔热层(10)组成,内隔热层(8)、外隔热层(10)由内至外依次叠加设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷,其特征在于:每个隔热单元(1)包括多个固定钉(5)和高阻燃硅胶包裹布(6),固定钉(5)插装在隔热单元(1)上,高阻燃硅胶包裹布(6)包裹在隔热单元(1)的外表面上。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷,其特征在于:每个隔热单元(1)还包括耐高温钢丝加强包裹布(9),耐高温钢丝加强包裹布(9)安装在内隔热层(8)的内侧。
5.根据权利要求2所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷,其特征在于:可拆卸式外防护板(4)由上外防护板(11)和下外防护板(12)拼接组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷,其特征在于:上外防护板(11)与下外防护板(12)之间通过多个快速搭扣(3)固定连接。
7.根据权利要求5所述一种船用燃气轮机排气蜗壳隔热包敷,其特征在于:上外防护板(11)是不锈钢薄板制作的上外防护板(11),下外防护板(12)是不锈钢薄板制作的下外防护板(12)。
