Abstract
一种新的童车刹车装置,包括一用作踏脚板的刹
车杆(2),当它驱动开关(5)时,在机械刹车产生之前
先断开电路。机械刹车是靠传力钢索(7)来驱动的,
传力钢索的一端与刹车杆相连接,另一端接到围绕在
圆盘(13)周围的开口环(17)的突头(18)(19)上。该
装置用于由儿童开动的童车上,其上装有蓄电泡供电
的电动机。
Description
本发明涉及一种新的童车刹车装置。
更详细地说,本发明设计了一种童车专用刹车装置,这种童车由儿童本人开动,以蓄电池供电的电动机为动力。
一般说来,该装置包括一刹车踏脚板,使电路断开,电动机短接,接着机械刹车动作。
电路的切断是由刹车平杆驱动的一个开关完成的。机械刹车件包括一固定表面,设置在能在装于车轮上的一圆盘上,在这种构件中靠两者之间的摩擦力使车轮停止转动,吸收的能量转化成热量。
该装置由三个组件构成:
Ⅰ.方盒,包括驱动装置和电气刹车件
Ⅱ.传力件
Ⅲ接力件和机械刹车件
组件Ⅰ包括一刹车踏脚板、一切断电路的开关和一个当机械刹车动作时作为传力件的铰固件。当踩动踏脚板时,在机械刹车动作产生之前,开关先将电路切断,电动机被短接。
组件Ⅱ包括一个两端有连接头的护套,内套一辫状钢索,其一端为金属连接头,另一端为柱头螺柱,借助螺母和锁紧螺母钢索能一下子被拉紧。
组件Ⅲ包括一固定安装在车轮上的圆盘,它的周边设有凹槽,用来嵌套橡皮圈,围绕着该圆盘的是一个与传力件相连接的开口环,它在压紧圆盘时就将圆盘刹住。
为了易于理解,本说明附有一张附图,用来表示作为例子的一个实施例。

图1是该装置的总图;
图2表示沿Ⅱ-Ⅱ线切开的方盒的剖视图;该方盒包括驱动装置和电气刹车件。
图3是沿Ⅲ-Ⅲ线切开的机械刹车件的剖视图。
参照诸图,可见到该刹车装置的一种实例。方盒1包括以驱动装置和电气刹车件,其中有金属的刹车杆2,其上端连接有塑料护件的踏脚板3,该刹车杆有一贯穿方盒的枢轴4,故能作枢轴转动。方盒内有一开关5,踩动刹车杆、踏脚板2、3时,该开关切断电路,短接电动机,因此在机械刹车发生前,电气刹车已动作。该刹车杆上装有专用销,用来与传力件相连接。该传力件包括辫状钢索7和护套6,弹簧8可使刹车杆和踏脚板2、3复位。
传力件6、7,特别是钢索7的一端设有连接头9,另一端装有柱头螺栓10,借助于螺母和锁紧螺母11和12使钢索一受力就被拉紧。
机械刹车件包括圆盘13,用螺丝穿过孔14将其紧紧地安装在车轮上,在其周边上设有凹槽15,嵌套上橡皮圈16。围绕圆盘13,装有一开口环17,其上有两个外向突头18和19,上有穿孔是用来连接传力和开口环复位弹簧20的。该开口环上还有一固紧销,通过装在车架上的一根轴将该开口固定在车架上(图中没画出)。
当环17压紧圆盘13时,一下子将它刹住。
Claims (1)
1、一种新的童车刹车装置,用于由儿童开动、装有一由蓄电池供电的电动机的童车上,其特征在于,包括三个组件,分别为:装有驱动装置和电路切断器的方盒(1)、传力件以及接力件和机械刹车件。第1组件包括装有枢轴(4)的刹车杆(2)和踏脚板(3)以及开关(5),它们联合动作,在机械刹车产生之前,先切断电路,短接电动机;传力件包括辫状钢索(7),外包护套(6),钢索的一端为金属连接头(9),与刹车杆上的销子连结,另一端装有拉紧装置的柱头螺栓(10),该拉紧装置与机械刹车的接力件相连接;机械刹车件包括一紧固在车轮上的圆盘(13),其周边设有凹槽,嵌装弹性材料圈(16),该圆盘被一由销子(21)固定在车架上的开口环(17)所围绕,开口环上有突头(18、19),它与传力件的相应端以及上述开口环的复位弹簧相连接,当开口环压紧在圆盘上时,便一下子将圆盘刹住。
