本发明公开了一种具有保健功效的可食用纸张,其由人可食用材料制成,该纸张的横向抗张指数为0.5‑5.0N.m/g,纵向湿抗张强度为5.0‑50N/15mm。本发明还公开了上述可食用纸张的制备方法和用途。本发明制造的具有保健功效的可食用纸张,选中纤维含量达标、功效合格、而且配比恰当的主料和填充料组合,制造出的纸张能达到ISO和国家标准规定的纸张坚韧度、抗拉力指数或强度等各方面参数,改善了以往可食用纸张脆性大的缺点,可以作为常规包装纸使用。本发明使用的所有原料均为食材,造纸流程生态环保,故造出纸张可食用。主料成分包含中药成分,具有一定的保健功效,可以对所包装食物的营养进行一定的补充或调和作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纸张制造领域,特别涉及一种具有保健功效的可食用纸张及其制备方法和用途。
背景技术
生态、环保、安全是近年来造纸行业的重要发展方向。比如月饼,无论外包装多么华丽、高档,其内包装目前普遍使用纸张,人们在食用月饼之前都要撕开纸包装,而且时常看到有油渗入纸张中,有时纸张也黏连在月饼上,消费者十分关切直接接触月饼的纸张的环保和安全;又比如在蒸制和烤制面食如包子、发糕、面包、蛋糕时,为了避免食物与屉笼、模具等相互粘连,或者为了美观,常常会在食物与屉笼或模具之间放置一层隔离纸,隔离纸与食物经常相互黏连,而且这些纸最终都要丢弃,不仅造成了浪费,如果不注意,还经常会被误食吃进肚子里,尤其是婴幼儿更容易误食,不利于人体健康。加之有些食物的包装不易撕开,给食用带来不便。更为让人忧虑的是,现在很多食品包装纸成分有毒,会对人体造成危害。
为了解决食物与外界接触媒介的卫生、安全和环保,目前已有可食用包装纸的研究,但是其大部分可食用包装纸的主要材料为淀粉类物质,有的加入可食用粘合剂帮助纸张成膜,抗张强度不高,纸张脆性大,并且一般没有特定的保健功能。
为了解决上述问题,提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明第一方面提供一种具有保健功效的可食用纸张,其由人可食用材料制成,该纸张的横向抗张指数为0.5-5.0N.m/g,纵向湿抗张强度为5.0-50N/15mm。
优选地,所述人可食用材料包括主料、填充料、食品添加剂,主料含量为55-95wt%,填充料含量3-40wt%,食品添加剂含量为0.1-10wt%,wt%均以主料、填充料和食品添加剂三者的干重之和为基准。
其中,所述主料为含纤维的植物,选自葛根、桄榔、山楂、吸毒草、甘草、香草、肉桂、三七、天麻、人参、西洋参、绞股蓝、甘蔗或茶叶;所述填充料为含淀粉的植物,选自大米、糯米、马铃薯、红薯、木薯、魔芋、山药、玉米、小麦、荞麦或高粱;所述食品添加剂选自异维C钠、山梨酸钾、木糖醇、阿斯巴甜、纽甜、食盐、苏打、小苏打、食醋或柠檬酸。
优选地,所述可食用纸张中不包含木浆纤维、竹浆纤维、秸秆纤维。
本发明第二方面提供一种具有保健功效的可食用纸张的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、物料预处理:将主料粗碎为4-20目,按主料质量比1-10%添加苏打或食醋,加入水,加热煮沸5-15分钟;将填充料粉粹成200-500目微粉;
B、制浆:将煮沸过的主料打浆得到抄造浆料;
C、抄造:往浆料中加入准备好的填充料和食品添加剂,搅拌均匀,投入抄造机中,制成湿纸;
D、干燥:将步骤C得到的湿纸进行干燥,得到可食用纸张。
优选地,所述原料包括主料、填充料、食品添加剂,主料含量为55-95wt%,填充料含量3-40wt%,食品添加剂含量为0.1-10wt%,wt%计算以主料、填充料和食品添加剂三者的干重之和为基准。
其中,所述主料为含纤维的植物,选自葛根、桄榔、山楂、吸毒草、甘草、香草、肉桂、三七、天麻、人参、西洋参、绞股蓝、甘蔗或茶叶;所述填充料为含淀粉的植物,选自大米、糯米、马铃薯、红薯、木薯、魔芋、山药、玉米、小麦、荞麦或高粱;所述食品添加剂选自异维C钠、山梨酸钾、木糖醇、阿斯巴甜、纽甜、食盐、苏打、小苏打、食醋或柠檬酸。
其中,所述步骤A添加的苏打或食醋的质量计算在食品添加剂中。
本发明第三方面提供一种第一方面所述的可食用纸张用于饼干类包装纸的用途,所述主料为葛根、山楂和绞股蓝,所述用途为食用后,用于清热降火、降血糖、促消化。
本发明第四方面提供一种第一方所述的可食用纸张用于咖啡或茶叶类包装纸的用途,其特征在于,所述主料为肉桂、天麻和甘草,所述用途为食用后,用于安神、镇静、促进睡眠。
本发明第五方面提供一种第一方面所述的可食用纸张用于卷烟包装纸的用途,其特征在于,所述主料为吸毒草、香草和甘草,所述用途为在卷烟抽吸过程中,用于吸收卷烟释放的有毒气体。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明制造的具有保健功效的可食用纸张,选中纤维含量达标、功效合格、而且配比恰当的主料和填充料组合,制造出的纸张能达到ISO和国家标准规定的纸张坚韧度、抗拉力指数或强度等各方面参数,改善了以往可食用纸张脆性大的缺点,可以作为常规包装纸使用。
2、本发明使用的所有原料均为食材,造纸流程生态环保,故造出纸张可食用。主料成分包含中药成分,具有一定的保健功效,可以对所包装食物的营养进行一定的补充或调和作用。例如:月饼饼干类食品含有高热量,容易上火,且不易消化,通过本发明,使用葛根、山楂、绞股蓝制造的月饼包装纸,让消费者在食用月饼之后顺便食用包装纸,可以降火、降糖、促消化;咖啡是提神醒脑类饮品,本发明采用天麻、肉桂为主料制造的纸包装,消费者在饮用咖啡之后,顺便吃完包装咖啡的纸包装,则可以安神、镇静,不影响随后的睡眠;烟草中含有大量尼古丁和亚硝胺(TSNA),而如果采用本发明以吸毒草(皱叶薄荷)和香草为主料制造的卷烟用纸,则包装纸可以不断吸收烟丝燃烧所产生的尼古丁和TSNA,大大降低卷烟对吸烟者健康的损害。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式进一步说明本发明的内容。
实施例1
一种具有保健功效的可食用纸张:其包括主料、填充料、食品添加剂,各自具体成分和质量百分比为:主料为葛根35%、山楂20%、绞股蓝25%,填充料为魔芋粉10%,食品添加剂为异维C钠0.1%、阿斯巴甜1.9%,苏打8%,均以主料、填充料和食品添加剂的干重之和为基准。
制备方法如下:(1)物料准备:根据上述各原料质量百分比准备主料80份,填充料10份,异维C钠0.1份、阿斯巴甜1.9份;
(2)物料预处理:将主料清理、清洗干净,粗碎为4目,按主料质量比10%添加苏打8份,加入两倍主料质量的无离子水,拌匀,加热煮沸5分钟;将填充料粉粹成500目微粉;
(3)制浆:将煮过的主料打浆得到抄造浆料;
(4)抄造:往浆料中加入准备好的填充料和食品添加剂,搅拌均匀,投入抄造机中,制成湿纸;
(5)干燥:将抄造成形的湿纸转移至干燥设备进行干燥,得到月饼或饼干类食品专用的、具有清热降火、降血糖、促消化等保健功效的可食用内包装纸。
经测量,该纸张的横向抗张指数为2.0N.m/g,纵向湿抗张强度为13.5N/15mm。
实施例2
一种具有保健功效的可食用纸张:其包括主料、填充料、食品添加剂,各自具体成分和质量百分比为:主料为肉桂30%、天麻15%、甘草10%,填充料为红薯粉15%、山药12%、荞麦粉10%、糯米粉3%,食品添加剂为苏打5%,均以主料、填充料和食品添加剂的干重之和为基准。
制备方法如下:
(1)物料准备:根据上述各原料质量百分比准备主料55份,填充料40份,苏打2.25份;
(2)物料预处理:将主料清理、清洗干净,20目粗碎,按主料质量比5%添加苏打2.75份,加入两倍主料质量的无离子水,拌匀,加热煮沸15分钟;将填充料200目粉粹成微粉;
(3)制浆:将煮过的主料打浆得到抄造浆料;
(4)抄造:往浆料中加入准备好的填充料和食品添加剂,搅拌均匀,投入抄造机中,制成湿纸;
(5)干燥:将抄造成形的湿纸转移至干燥设备进行干燥,得到咖啡、茶叶等提神醒脑类饮品专用的、具有安神、镇静、促进睡眠的可食用包装纸。
经测量,该纸张的横向抗张指数为1.5N.m/g,纵向湿抗张强度为7.0N/15mm
实施例3
一种具有保健功效的可食用纸张:其包括主料、填充料、食品添加剂,各自具体成分和质量百分比为:主料为吸毒草50%、香草15%、甘草10%,填充料为马铃薯粉8%、大米粉7%,食品添加剂为柠檬酸2%、食醋8%,均以主料、填充料和食品添加剂的干重之和为基准。
制备方法如下:
(1)物料准备:根据上述各原料质量百分比准备主料75份,填充料15份,柠檬酸2份、食醋2份;
(2)物料预处理:将主料清理、清洗干净,粗碎为10目,按主料质量比8%添加食醋6份,加入两倍主料质量的无离子水,拌匀,加热煮沸10分钟;将填充料粉粹成300目微粉;
(3)制浆:将煮过的主料打浆得到抄造浆料;
(4)抄造:往浆料中加入准备好的填充料和食品添加剂,搅拌均匀,投入抄造机中,制成湿纸;
(5)干燥:将抄造成形的湿纸转移至干燥设备进行干燥,得到具有降焦除害功效的可食用卷烟包装纸。
经测量,该纸张的横向抗张指数为4.5N.m/g,纵向湿抗张强度为16N/15mm。
对比例1
一种具有保健功效的可食用纸张:其包括主料、填充料、食品添加剂,各自具体成分和质量百分比为:主料为紫苏叶30%、芹菜15%、生姜10%,填充料为红薯粉15%、山药12%、荞麦粉10%、黑麦粉3%,食品添加剂为苏打5%,均以主料、填充料和食品添加剂的干重之和为基准。
制备方法如下:
(1)物料准备:根据上述各原料质量百分比准备主料55份,填充料40份,食品添加剂5份;
(2)物料预处理:将主料清理、清洗干净,粗碎为20目,按主料质量比5%添加苏打,加入两倍主料质量的无离子水,拌匀,加热煮沸15分钟;将填充料粉粹成200目微粉;
(3)制浆:将煮过的主料打浆得到抄造浆料;
(4)抄造:往浆料中加入准备好的填充料和食品添加剂,搅拌均匀,投入抄造机中,制成湿纸;
(5)干燥:将抄造成形的湿纸转移至干燥设备进行干燥,得到可食用包装纸。
经测量,该纸张的横向抗张指数为0.2N.m/g,纵向湿抗张强度为3N/15mm,该纸张抗张强度不够,无法满足包装纸需求。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

1.一种具有保健功效的可食用纸张,其特征在于,其由人可食用材料制成,该纸张的横向抗张指数为0.5-5.0N.m/g,纵向湿抗张强度为5.0-50N/15mm。
2.根据要求1所述的可食用纸张,其特征在于,所述人可食用材料包括主料、填充料、食品添加剂,主料含量为55-95wt%,填充料含量3-40wt%,食品添加剂含量为0.1-10wt%,wt%均以主料、填充料和食品添加剂三者的干重之和为基准。
其中,所述主料为含纤维的植物,选自葛根、桄榔、山楂、吸毒草、甘草、香草、肉桂、三七、天麻、人参、西洋参、绞股蓝、甘蔗或茶叶;所述填充料为含淀粉的植物,选自大米、糯米、马铃薯、红薯、木薯、魔芋、山药、玉米、小麦、荞麦或高粱;所述食品添加剂选自异维C钠、山梨酸钾、木糖醇、阿斯巴甜、纽甜、食盐、苏打、小苏打、食醋或柠檬酸。
3.根据要求1所述的可食用纸张,其特征在于,所述可食用纸张中不包含木浆纤维、竹浆纤维、秸秆纤维。
4.一种具有保健功效的可食用纸张的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、物料预处理:将主料粗碎为4-20目,按主料质量比1-10%添加苏打或食醋,加入水,加热煮沸5-15分钟;将填充料粉粹成200-500目微粉;
B、制浆:将煮沸过的主料打浆得到抄造浆料;
C、抄造:往浆料中加入准备好的填充料和食品添加剂,搅拌均匀,投入抄造机中,制成湿纸;
D、干燥:将步骤C得到的湿纸进行干燥,得到可食用纸张。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,所述步骤A添加的苏打或食醋的质量计算在食品添加剂中。
6.一种权利要求1所述的可食用纸张用于饼干类包装纸的用途,其特征在于,所述主料为葛根、山楂和绞股蓝,所述用途为食用后,用于清热降火、降血糖、促消化。
7.一种权利要求1所述的可食用纸张用于咖啡或茶叶类包装纸的用途,其特征在于,所述主料为肉桂、天麻和甘草,所述用途为食用后,用于安神、镇静、促进睡眠。
8.一种权利要求1所述的可食用纸张用于卷烟包装纸的用途,其特征在于,所述主料为吸毒草、香草和甘草,所述用途为在卷烟抽吸过程中,用于吸收卷烟释放的有毒气体。
