技术领域
本发明涉及面料洗褪工艺,具体涉及一种全天丝洗褪工艺。
背景技术
随着时代的发展进步,有关生态、环保、无公害等绿色概念将越来越深入人心。绿色食品已经受到消费者的青昧,随之具有绿色概念的面料服饰,必将受到高度关注,开发前景非常广阔,同行业的开发竞争将呈现多方位、多层次。
天丝纤维,是以树木的木质浆粕经过溶剂纺丝法而制成的纤维素纤维,它具有生物降解的功能。天丝纤维又是集合成纤维和天然纤维于一体的新一代纤维,它有棉纤维的“舒适性”、涤纶纤维的“强度”、毛纤维的悬垂性和真丝纤维的滑爽、透气,百分之百纯天然材料,加上环保的制造流程,让生活方式以保护自然环境为本,完全迎合现代消费者的需求,而且绿色环保,堪称为21世纪的绿色纤维。
传统的洗褪工艺大都是先染色后涂层,这样看起来不自然,如何采用洗褪工艺做成仿古效果是现在企业亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制备工艺简单、洗褪效果佳、仿古效果佳的全天丝洗褪工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种全天丝洗褪工艺,经过冷堆、烧毛、短蒸、半丝光、染色和后整理步骤,完成全天丝洗褪工艺;具体步骤如下:
(1)冷堆:冷堆液的制备:依次加入300L的水、浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、3Kg的稳定剂、4Kg的水玻璃、15Kg的精炼剂、25Kg的30%双氧水和3Kg的渗透剂,制备得到600L的冷堆液,每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀;然后将面料进行冷堆处理;
(2)烧毛:将冷堆后的面料进行烧毛处理,烧两正面、两反面;
(3)短蒸:
I.蒸洗液的制备:依次加入300L的水、80L的浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、4Kg的稳定剂、15Kg的精炼剂和25Kg的30%双氧水制备得到600L的蒸洗液,每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀,双槽浸料,进行短蒸;
(4)半丝光:制备130-150g/L的浓碱,采用双浸双轧,进行半丝光处理;
(5)染色:将半丝光处理后的面料放入染色剂中进行染色处理;
(6)后整理:将染色后的面料放入后整理剂中,进行浸轧处理,浸轧采用一浸一轧处理,车速为50-70m/min,完成全天丝洗褪工艺。
可行的,所述步骤(1)中的冷堆时间为20-24小时。
可行的,所述步骤(3)中的短蒸时间为1-1.5min,短蒸温度为100-102℃。
可行的,所述步骤(5)中的染色剂由还原染料和涂料组成,所述还原染料和涂料的混合比为3:7。
可行的,所述步骤(6)中的整理剂由柔软剂和硅油组成,所述柔软剂的添加量为70-80g/L,所述硅油的添加量为10-20g/L。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的染色工艺中的染色剂选用还原染料和涂料复合而成的,并且选用特定的比例实现仿古功效,同时,添加了后整理工艺,保证了天丝面料的光泽度,从而使面料兼具仿古功效,又兼具良好的光泽度。

实施例1
一种全天丝洗褪工艺,经过冷堆、烧毛、短蒸、半丝光、染色和后整理步骤,完成全天丝洗褪工艺;具体步骤如下:
(1)冷堆:冷堆液的制备:依次加入300L的水、浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、3Kg的稳定剂、4Kg的水玻璃、15Kg的精炼剂、25Kg的30%双氧水和3Kg的渗透剂,制备得到600L的冷堆液,每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀;然后将面料进行冷堆处理,冷堆时间为20小时;
(2)烧毛:将冷堆后的面料进行烧毛处理,烧两正面、两反面;
(3)短蒸:
I.蒸洗液的制备:依次加入300L的水、80L的浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、4Kg的稳定剂、15Kg的精炼剂和25Kg的30%双氧水制备得到600L的蒸洗液,每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀,双槽浸料,进行短蒸,短蒸时间为1min,短蒸温度为100℃。
(4)半丝光:制备130g/L的浓碱,采用双浸双轧,进行半丝光处理;
(5)染色:将半丝光处理后的面料放入染色剂中进行染色处理,染色剂由还原染料和涂料组成,还原染料和涂料的混合比为7:3。
(6)后整理:将染色后的面料放入后整理剂中,进行浸轧处理,浸轧采用一浸一轧处理,车速为50m/min,完成全天丝洗褪工艺,整理剂由柔软剂和硅油组成,柔软剂的添加量为70g/L,硅油的添加量为5g/L。
实施例2
一种全天丝洗褪工艺,经过冷堆、烧毛、短蒸、半丝光、染色和后整理步骤,完成全天丝洗褪工艺;具体步骤如下:

I.蒸洗液的制备:依次加入300L的水、80L的浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、4Kg的稳定剂、15Kg的精炼剂和25Kg的30%双氧水制备得到600L的蒸洗液,每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀,双槽浸料,进行短蒸,短蒸时间为1.5min,短蒸温度为102℃。
(4)半丝光:制备150g/L的浓碱,采用双浸双轧,进行半丝光处理;
(5)染色:将半丝光处理后的面料放入染色剂中进行染色处理,染色剂由还原染料和涂料组成,还原染料和涂料的混合比为7:3。
(6)后整理:将染色后的面料放入后整理剂中,进行浸轧处理,浸轧采用一浸一轧处理,车速为70m/min,完成全天丝洗褪工艺,整理剂由柔软剂和硅油组成,柔软剂的添加量为100g/L,硅油的添加量为20g/L。
实施例3
一种全天丝洗褪工艺,经过冷堆、烧毛、短蒸、半丝光、染色和后整理步骤,完成全天丝洗褪工艺;具体步骤如下:
(1)冷堆:冷堆液的制备:依次加入300L的水、浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、3Kg的稳定剂、4Kg的水玻璃、15Kg的精炼剂、25Kg的30%双氧水和3Kg的渗透剂,制备得到600L的冷堆液,每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀;然后将面料进行冷堆处理,冷堆时间为22小时。
(2)烧毛:将冷堆后的面料进行烧毛处理,烧两正面、两反面;
(3)短蒸:
I.蒸洗液的制备:依次加入300L的水、80L的浓碱、3Kg的螯合剂、4Kg的稳定剂、15Kg的精炼剂和25Kg的30%双氧水制备得到600L的蒸洗液,每加一个成份后均需要进行搅拌均匀,双槽浸料,进行短蒸,短蒸时间为1.4min,短蒸温度为102℃。
(4)半丝光:制备140g/L的浓碱,采用双浸双轧,进行半丝光处理;
(5)染色:将半丝光处理后的面料放入染色剂中进行染色处理,染色剂由还原染料和涂料组成,还原染料和涂料的混合比为7:3。
(6)后整理:将染色后的面料放入后整理剂中,进行浸轧处理,浸轧采用一浸一轧处理,车速为60m/min,完成全天丝洗褪工艺,整理剂由柔软剂和硅油组成,柔软剂的添加量为75g/L,硅油的添加量为15g/L。
本发明中的染色工艺中的染色剂选用还原染料和涂料复合而成的,并且选用特定的比例实现仿古功效,同时,添加了后整理工艺,保证了天丝面料的光泽度,从而使面料兼具仿古功效,又兼具良好的光泽度。

(2)烧毛:将冷堆后的面料进行烧毛处理,烧两正面、两反面;
(3)短蒸:
