Further, after the head-up display HUD device establishes the first network connection with the network appointment server, the HUD device may further receive content to be displayed (which may be advertisement content to be pushed or other content, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention) issued by the network server, and display the content to be displayed on the HUD device.
In conclusion, according to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the HUD device can better present the navigation display effect as the transparent display device independent of the mobile phone, and does not influence the driver to observe the actual road condition information; meanwhile, the HUD equipment can support the driving track recording and yaw reminding of the vehicle; the HUD equipment can provide cameras for monitoring the conditions inside and outside the vehicle and a recording function, and provides a guarantee strategy for the driving safety and driver/passenger safety of the online appointment vehicle; the functions of Speech recognition/Text To Speech (TTS for short) and the like on the HUD device can enable a driver To interact with the online car appointment background more conveniently.
Optionally, before receiving the order status information matched with the vehicle and sent by the preset server, the method may further include: and establishing long connection with a preset server, and sending order state request information to the preset server through a heartbeat packet, wherein the order state request information is used for requesting the preset server to issue order state information matched with the vehicle.
Here, due to the limitation of the communication method, the IP address of the display device is often not fixed, so that the communication with the server needs to be initiated by the display device actively, otherwise the server cannot determine the destination address of the information transmission. In this case, it is preferable that the display device and the server establish a long connection so that the two can communicate with each other. Meanwhile, when long connection is used, communication signaling can be saved by transmitting order state request information and the like through heartbeat packets during heartbeat detection. It is of course understood that short connections may be used instead, the connection being established when data interaction is required. Of course, if the IP address of the display device is fixed, any connection method may be used.
Optionally, sending the advertisement push request information to the preset server according to the order state information includes: when the order state information indicates that the current order state of the vehicle is the non-passenger-carrying state, determining that the type of the advertisement request is a first request type, wherein the first request type is used for requesting a preset server to put an advertisement matched with the driver attribute information into the vehicle; and when the order state information indicates that the current order state of the vehicle is a passenger carrying state, determining that the advertisement type is a second request type, wherein the second request type is used for requesting a preset server to deliver the advertisement matched with the passenger attribute information to the vehicle.
Here, when the order status is the non-passenger status, since there is no passenger on the vehicle, the advertisement can be pushed to the driver, thereby improving the accuracy of advertisement pushing. When the order state is the passenger carrying state, the passenger is arranged on the vehicle, and the driver needs to drive with peace of mind at the moment, so that the advertisement can be pushed to the passenger.
Optionally, after the step of playing the target advertisement information, the method further includes: receiving a control instruction for controlling the display device to stop playing the target advertisement information; and stopping playing the target advertisement information according to the control instruction.
Here, when the driver or the passenger does not want to receive the advertisement, or the driver needs to drive with peace of mind or is not willing to be disturbed by the advertisement, both the driver and the passenger can send out a control instruction to stop playing the advertisement. It is understood that the control command may be a first control command issued by voice or a second control command issued by a control button. The first control instruction of the voice here may be "stop playing advertisement", "stop advertisement", "close advertisement", or the like.
It can be understood that, because the display device has a plurality of working states, when the driver uses the display device to perform activities such as viewing information, playing video, etc., i.e., when the display device is in the first working state which is not suitable for playing advertisement, it is not suitable for playing advertisement on the display device. Therefore, in an optional embodiment of the present invention, before the step of sending the advertisement push request information to the preset server according to the order status information, the method further includes: acquiring a real-time working state of a display device; and under the condition that the real-time working state meets the advertisement playing condition, executing the step of sending advertisement pushing request information to a preset server according to the order state information. It is understood that the real-time operation state of the display device may include: the first working state which accords with the advertisement playing condition and the second working state which does not accord with the advertisement playing condition.
The real-time working state of the display device is acquired, whether the video playing condition is met or not is judged according to the real-time working state, and the advertisement pushing request information is sent to the server under the condition that the video playing condition is met, so that the situation that the video cannot be played after the advertisement is requested under the condition that the video playing condition is not met is avoided, and the communication cost is reduced.
It is understood that, before the step of playing the target advertisement information, the method may further include: acquiring a real-time working state of a display device; and executing the step of playing the target advertisement information under the condition that the real-time working state meets the advertisement playing condition.
The advertisement playing condition may be that the operation state of the display device indicates a standby state or a navigation state, where the standby state is an idle state in which the display device is not used. It is understood that the standby state and the navigation state both belong to the first operating state meeting the advertisement playing condition. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the specific state of the first operating state.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, optionally, the step of playing the targeted advertisement information includes: according to the real-time working state of the display device, a first display area used for displaying a working interface and a second display area used for displaying advertisement information on the display device in the current real-time working state are determined; and playing the target advertisement information in the second display area.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the display area of the display device may be divided according to the real-time operating status of the display device to obtain a second display area that can be used for advertisement playing in the current status, and the advertisement is played in the second display area, so that advertisement playing is achieved without affecting normal use of the display device by the user. It is understood that the function button 701 in fig. 7 and the function button 801 in fig. 8 may be a plurality of functional buttons, which may be virtual buttons formed by touch controls, and may include at least one of the following: a set button, a call placement button, a music play button, a navigation button, etc.
The following describes an embodiment of the present invention by taking the display device as a head-up display HUD device 302 and the server as a network car-booking cloud server 301 as an example, with reference to fig. 3.
S1, the HUD device 302 establishes long connection with the network car-booking cloud server 301, and sends order state request information to the network car-booking cloud server 301 through a heartbeat packet.
S2, the network car-booking cloud server 301 sends order status information matched with the target vehicle to the HUD device 302.
The order state request information may carry the unique code of the HUD device 302, the unique code corresponds to the unique code of the target vehicle one to one, and the network appointment cloud server 301 may determine the target vehicle according to the order state request information. Of course, the order status request information may also carry identification information of the target vehicle, so that the network car-booking cloud server 301 can determine the target vehicle conveniently.
And S3, the HUD device 302 sends advertisement pushing request information to the network car-booking cloud server 301 according to the order state information.
S4, the HUD device 302 receives the target advertisement information sent by the network car-booking cloud server 301 in response to the advertisement pushing request information, and plays the target advertisement information.
S5, the HUD device 302 receives a control instruction for controlling the HUD device 302 to stop playing the target advertisement information, and stops playing the target advertisement information. The control command can be sent by the user through a control button or a voice control command.

Referring to fig. 4, according to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided an advertisement push method, applied to a server, the method including:
step S402, sending order state information matched with the target vehicle to a display device on the target vehicle, wherein the order state information is used for indicating the passenger carrying state of the vehicle, and the passenger carrying state comprises the following steps: an unloaded state and a loaded state;
step S404, receiving advertisement pushing request information sent by the display device according to the order state information, wherein the advertisement pushing request information carries an advertisement request type matched with the passenger carrying state of the target vehicle;
and step S406, matching target advertisement information according to the advertisement pushing request information, and sending the target advertisement information to the display device, wherein the target advertisement information is the advertisement information matched with the type of the advertisement request.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server receives the advertisement push request information sent by the display device on the vehicle, matches the target advertisement information according to the advertisement push request information, sends the matched target advertisement information to the display device, and plays the advertisement in the forms of pictures, texts, audio images and the like through the display device on the vehicle, so that the aim of effectively pushing the advertisement to a driver or a passenger is fulfilled, the technical effect of improving the advertisement push efficiency is realized, and the technical problem of low advertisement push efficiency is solved.
It is to be understood that the pushing method of the advertisement of this embodiment is applied to the server corresponding to the above-described display device, and both may be referred to each other.
Optionally, before the step of sending the order status information matched with the target vehicle to a display device on the target vehicle, the method further includes: and receiving order state request information sent by the display device through a heartbeat packet, wherein the order state request information is used for requesting to issue the order state information matched with the vehicle.
Here, due to the limitation of the communication mode, the IP address of the display device is often not fixed, so that the communication with the server needs to be initiated by the display device actively, otherwise the server cannot determine the destination address of the information transmission. In this case, it is preferable that the display device and the server establish a long connection so that the two can communicate with each other. Meanwhile, when long connection is used, communication signaling can be saved by transmitting order state request information and the like through heartbeat packets during heartbeat detection. It is of course understood that a short connection may be used instead, the connection being established when data interaction is required. Of course, if the IP address of the display device is fixed, any connection method may be used.

In the embodiment of the invention, the advertisement is played through the pushing device by adopting a mode of sending the advertisement pushing request information to the server through the pushing device and playing the target advertisement information sent by the server responding to the advertisement pushing request information, so that the advertisement can be directly pushed to a driver and passengers, the aim of effectively pushing the advertisement to the driver or the passengers is fulfilled, and the advertisement pushing efficiency is improved. Because the pushing device can be arranged on the center console of the automobile, the driver and the passengers are easily influenced by the forms of pictures, texts or audio-video, so that the passengers and the driver can passively receive the advertisement content more easily, and the conversion rate of the advertisement is improved.

the HUD display device receives order state information which is sent by a preset server and matched with the vehicle and serves as a network appointment cloud server, wherein the order state information is used for indicating the passenger carrying state of the vehicle, and the passenger carrying state comprises: the order state information at least comprises one of the following states: the method comprises a first state that a passenger carrying order is not available at present and a second state that the order is accepted at present but the passenger is not on the bus;
the HUD display device sends advertisement pushing request information to the network car appointment cloud server according to the order state information, wherein the advertisement pushing request information carries an advertisement request type matched with the passenger carrying state of the vehicle;
the HUD display device receives target advertisement information sent by the network car booking cloud server responding to the advertisement pushing request information, and plays the target advertisement information to a driver when the driver is in an unloaded state, wherein the target advertisement information is advertisement information matched with the type of the advertisement request;
wherein the method further comprises:
the HUD display device and the network car booking cloud server establish first network connection, wherein the HUD display device equipment is bound with the vehicle; the HUD display device receives information pushed by the network car-booking cloud server through the first network connection, wherein the network car-booking cloud server also pushes the information to the mobile terminal through a third network connection established by the network car-booking cloud server and the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal is bound with the vehicle; the HUD display device establishes a second network connection with the mobile terminal; and the HUD display device communicates with the mobile terminal through the established second network connection.
2. The method of claim 1, before receiving the order status information matched with the vehicle sent by the preset server, further comprising:

3. The method of claim 1, wherein sending advertisement push request information to the preset server according to the order status information comprises:
when the order state information indicates that the current order state of the vehicle is the non-passenger-carrying state, determining that the advertisement request type is a first request type, wherein the first request type is used for requesting the preset server to deliver the advertisement matched with the driver attribute information to the vehicle;
the order status information further comprises at least one of: a third state of currently receiving the passenger and transporting the passenger, and a fourth state of delivering the passenger to the destination; and when the order state information shows that the current order state of the vehicle is the passenger carrying state, determining that the advertisement type is a second request type, wherein the second request type is used for requesting the preset server to deliver the advertisement matched with the passenger attribute information to the vehicle.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of sending the advertisement push request information to the preset server according to the order status information, the method further comprises:
acquiring a real-time working state of the HUD display device;
and under the condition that the real-time working state meets the advertisement playing condition, executing the step of sending advertisement pushing request information to the preset server according to the order state information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of playing the targeted advertising information, the method further comprises:
receiving a control instruction for controlling the HUD display device to stop playing the target advertisement information;
and stopping playing the target advertisement information according to the control instruction.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of playing the targeted advertising information comprises:
according to the real-time working state of the HUD display device, determining a first display area used for displaying a working interface and a second display area used for displaying advertisement information on the HUD display device in the current real-time working state;
and playing the target advertisement information in the second display area.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the HUD display device collects multimedia information in a specified range inside or outside the vehicle and reports the multimedia information to the network car booking cloud server; the HUD display device receives the second indication information sent by the multimedia information in response to the network car-booking cloud server, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating whether the content displayed by the multimedia information needs to be responded or not, and when the multimedia information indicates that danger occurs, the HUD display device executes an alarm operation.
8. A pushing method of an advertisement is applied to a network car booking cloud server, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending order status information matched with a target vehicle to a display device on the target vehicle as a HUD display device for displaying information at least to a driver, wherein the order status information is used for indicating a passenger carrying state of the vehicle, and the passenger carrying state comprises: the order state information at least comprises one of the following states: the system comprises a first state that no passenger carrying order is available currently, a second state that the order is accepted currently but the passenger is not on the bus, a third state that the passenger is received currently and is transported, and a fourth state that the passenger is transported to the destination;
receiving advertisement pushing request information sent by the HUD display device according to the order state information, wherein the advertisement pushing request information carries an advertisement request type matched with the passenger carrying state of the target vehicle;
and matching target advertisement information according to the advertisement pushing request information, and sending the target advertisement information to the HUD display device, wherein the target advertisement information is the advertisement information matched with the type of the advertisement request.

the first sending module is used for sending advertisement pushing request information to the preset server according to the order state information, wherein the advertisement pushing request information carries an advertisement request type matched with the passenger carrying state of the vehicle;
and the second receiving module is used for receiving the target advertisement information sent by the preset server in response to the advertisement pushing request information and playing the target advertisement information, wherein the target advertisement information is the advertisement information matched with the advertisement request type.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the second sending module is used for establishing long connection with the preset server and sending order state request information to the preset server through a heartbeat packet, wherein the order state request information is used for requesting the preset server to issue the order state information matched with the vehicle;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the real-time working state of the display equipment;
the first sending module is specifically configured to execute the step of sending advertisement push request information to the preset server according to the order state information when the real-time working state meets an advertisement playing condition;
a third receiving module, configured to receive a control instruction for controlling the display device to stop playing the target advertisement information;
and the control module is used for stopping playing the target advertisement information according to the control instruction.

the first transmitting module comprises:
the first determining module is used for determining that the advertisement request type is a first request type when the order state information indicates that the current order state of the vehicle is the unpopulated state, wherein the first request type is used for requesting the preset server to deliver the advertisement matched with the driver attribute information to the vehicle;
the second determining module is used for determining that the advertisement type is a second request type when the order state information indicates that the current order state of the vehicle is the passenger carrying state, wherein the second request type is used for requesting the preset server to deliver the advertisement matched with the passenger attribute information to the vehicle;
the second receiving module includes:
the third determining unit is used for determining a first display area used for displaying a work interface and a second display area used for displaying advertisement information on the display equipment under the current real-time working state according to the real-time working state of the display equipment;
and the playing unit is used for playing the target advertisement information in the second display area.
12. An advertisement pushing device, comprising:
the first sending module is used for sending order state information matched with a target vehicle to a display device on the target vehicle, wherein the order state information is used for indicating the passenger carrying state of the vehicle, and the passenger carrying state comprises: the order state information at least comprises one of the following states: a first state that the passenger carrying order is not available currently, a second state that the order is accepted currently but the passenger is not on board currently, a third state that the passenger is received currently and is transported, and a fourth state that the passenger is transported to the destination;
the first receiving module is used for receiving advertisement pushing request information sent by the display device according to the order state information, wherein the advertisement pushing request information carries an advertisement request type matched with the passenger carrying state of the target vehicle;
and the second sending module is used for matching target advertisement information according to the advertisement pushing request information and sending the target advertisement information to the display device, wherein the target advertisement information is the advertisement information matched with the type of the advertisement request.

A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, a device on which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the advertisement push method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, or execute the advertisement push method according to claim 8.
14. A HUD display device for executing a program, wherein the program executes to execute the advertisement push method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
