Problems to be solved by the invention
In convenience stores, drive through restaurants, gas stations, and the like in china, electronic settlement services installed in portable terminals and the like are routinely used to make an equivalent payment for purchase of goods or provision of services. In the case of using electronic settlement, electronic sharing coupons that can be offered by discount service or the like at the time of the next commodity purchase are given to a large number of shops. When the user obtains the electronic sharing coupon, the user displays a contact address list of a chat application or the like, and transmits the electronic sharing coupon to friends and groups in the contact address list. The user himself or herself and the friend or the like who received the electronic share coupon can use the coupon later.
Since it is troublesome to send an electronic share coupon to a friend or the like who does not want the coupon, the user himself/herself must search for a contact address to send the electronic share coupon from among a contact address list of the chat application. In the contact address list, information identifying who wants the coupon is not provided, so the operation of finding the contact address takes time. Furthermore, users who do not have coupons want to delegate sending coupons to users who have electronic sharing coupons, but cannot find users who want coupons from the contact address list of the chat application.
Further, when parking fees are electronically settled at a location such as an unmanned parking lot, there are cases where the balance of electronic money is insufficient or there is no settlement means (means, application) for holding the parking lot. In such a case, the user himself/herself wants to temporarily pay the electronic settlement amount by the acquaintance, but it is complicated to find a contact address capable of transmitting such a request for payment from the contact address list of the chat application, and thus a lot of operation time is required.

As shown in the figure, the information system 10 of the present embodiment includes, for example, an electronic device 20 exemplified by a personal computer 20A, a smartphone 20B, an in-vehicle device 20C, and the like, and a server 40 wirelessly connected to the electronic device 20 via a network 30. One server is illustrated in the figure, but a plurality of servers can be connected to the network 30.
The network 30 includes various connections such as an intranet, the internet, a Local Area Network (LAN), and a public wireless network such as 4G/5G, and short-range wireless communication, and can perform wireless communication between the electronic device 20 and the server 40. The electronic device 20 can mount various application software, and such applications can access the server 40 via the network 30, and acquire various information from the server 40. In addition, the electronic device 20 can communicate directly with other electronic devices in a point-to-point manner or with other electronic devices via the network 30. For example, a certain electronic device can share information by forwarding or transmitting information received from the server 40 to other electronic devices.
As described above, the electronic device 20 may be a personal computer 20A, a smartphone 20B, an in-vehicle device 20C, or the like, or a combination thereof. Fig. 2 shows an example of the structure of the in-vehicle apparatus as an example of the electronic apparatus 20.
As shown in fig. 2, the in-vehicle apparatus 100 of the present embodiment includes an input unit 110, an AVN (audio/video/navigation) unit 120, a communication unit 130, a display unit 140, an audio output unit 150, a storage unit 160, and a control unit 170. However, this configuration is an example, and the in-vehicle apparatus 100 is not limited to the above configuration.
The input unit 110 includes an input key device, a voice input recognition device, a touch panel, and the like, and receives an instruction from a user via these devices and supplies the instruction to the control unit 170. The AVN unit has a navigation function of guiding the vehicle surroundings by using a GPS signal or the like transmitted from a GPS satellite, and a function of reproducing an audio signal or a video signal.
As shown in fig. 1, the communication unit 130 can perform wireless communication with the server 40 and other electronic devices. The communication unit 130 may be a communication module integrally provided with a public wireless network such as 4G/5G, a GPS receiving function, a short-range communication function, and the like, for example, a TCU (remote information processing control unit). Such a communication module may be built in the in-vehicle apparatus 100 or may be built outside the in-vehicle apparatus 100.
In the example shown in fig. 2, the smart phone 130 is connected to the in-vehicle apparatus 100 as a communication unit. The connection method may be either wireless or wired. When the smart phone 130 is connected to the in-vehicle device 100, the in-vehicle device 100 operates in a specific mode in cooperation with the smart phone 130. In the specific mode, the smartphone 130 functions as a communication module of the in-vehicle apparatus 100, and the in-vehicle apparatus 100 functions as an input/output device of the smartphone 130. For example, when the smartphone 130 is connected to the in-vehicle apparatus 100, an icon associated with the application software installed in the smartphone 130 is displayed on the display unit 140 of the in-vehicle apparatus 100. The user can touch and input the icon displayed on the display unit 140 to start the application of the smartphone 130, and the video signal and the audio signal related to the started application are transferred from the smartphone 130 to the in-vehicle device 100, and these images and sounds are output to the display unit 140 and the sound output unit 150.
The display unit 140 receives the video signal generated by the AVN unit 120, the video signal when the application mounted on the in-vehicle device 100 is executed, and the video signal transferred from the smartphone 130, and displays the images thereof. As will be described later, when a social networking application such as a chat application is executed, the display unit 140 displays a list of contact addresses associated with the social networking application. The audio output unit 150 receives the audio signal generated by the AVN unit 120, the audio signal when the application mounted on the in-vehicle device 100 is executed, and the audio signal transferred from the smartphone 130, and outputs the audio signals.
The storage unit 150 stores data (e.g., road map data, music data, video data) used in the AVN unit 120, or various application software, programs, and the like executable in the in-vehicle apparatus 100. In addition, when a social network application such as chat is installed, the storage unit 150 stores information of a contact address associated with the application. If the smart phone 130 is equipped with the social networking application, the information of the contact address is stored in the smart phone 130, and in a specific mode in which the smart phone 130 is connected to the in-vehicle apparatus 100, the in-vehicle apparatus 100 displays the information of the contact address transferred from the smart phone 130 on the display unit 140.
Fig. 3 shows an example of information of a contact address. The information of the contact address includes, for example, a name, a telephone number, a mailbox address, an attribute, identification information, history information, association information, and the like. The attribute is a relationship with the user himself, for example, a friend, a relative (parent, brother, etc.), a colleague of a work relationship, or the like. The identification information identifies information related to electronic settlement, for example, the type of electronic settlement used in the store, such as electronic settlement in store X, electronic settlement in the drive-free restaurant Y, and electronic settlement in the gas station Z. The history information is information indicating whether or not the user himself/herself has shared (transmitted) information related to electronic settlement in the past. For example, when the user himself/herself has shared (transmitted) an electronic share coupon acquired when electronic settlement X is performed to friend B, the history information is stored for friend B. The related information is information indicating a relationship with information related to electronic settlement, and includes, for example, information indicating whether sharing (transmission) of information related to electronic settlement is desired, information indicating whether electronic settlement is frequently performed in stores, facilities, and the like, and information indicating what kind of electronic settlement is held. Fig. 3 shows that the friend a desires to transmit the electronic share coupon acquired when the electronic settlement Y is made, and illustrates that the friend C frequently goes to the gas station where the electronic settlement Z is made. In addition, it is exemplified that friend a can use electronic settlement Y, Z, friend B can use electronic settlement X, Y, W, friend C can use electronic settlement X, Z, and relatives D can use electronic settlement X.
Such information of the cooperation destination is used in a case where the user himself/herself performs electronic settlement and shares information related to the electronic settlement with other users. In particular, when displaying a list of contact addresses of a social networking application, a particular contact address is preferentially displayed based on the information of the contact address.
The identification information and the history information are updated by the control unit 170 each time electronic settlement is performed and information related to the electronic settlement is shared. Further, the attribute, the association information can be input or updated by the user himself. For example, the user himself/herself determines whether or not the user wants to provide an electronic shared coupon at a certain store, or whether or not the user frequently goes to a certain restaurant, by a chat application or the like, and registers the user in the associated information.
The control unit 170 controls the operation of each unit of the in-vehicle apparatus 100. In one embodiment, the control unit 170 includes a microprocessor or a microcontroller including a ROM/RAM or the like, and the control unit 170 executes a program stored in the ROM/RAM to control the operations of the respective units of the in-vehicle apparatus 100.
Next, the display of the contact address at the time of electronic settlement in the in-vehicle apparatus 100 of the present embodiment will be described. The application for electronic settlement can be mounted on either the in-vehicle apparatus 100 or the smartphone 130, but is assumed to be mounted on the smartphone 130. The electronic settlement method is arbitrary, but the authentication and settlement of the person are performed by, for example, displaying a QR code on a screen of a smartphone, reading the QR code by a store, or presenting a printed QR code to the store, and reading the QR code. For example, the smart phone 130 is charged with electronic money in advance, from which a fee is paid, or a credit card, a bank account is registered, from which a fee is paid.
In addition, although a social network application such as chat can be mounted on either the in-vehicle apparatus 100 or the smartphone 130, it is assumed here that the application is mounted on the in-vehicle apparatus 100. When the smart phone 130 is connected to the in-vehicle apparatus 100, the in-vehicle apparatus 100 cooperates with the smart phone 130 to operate in a specific mode, and functions as an input/output device of the smart phone 130, and when electronic settlement is performed in the smart phone 130, the social network application can be started in response to the operation.
An example of a list display of electronic settlement and contact addresses of chat applications associated therewith is shown in fig. 4. In a state where the smartphone 130 is connected to the in-vehicle apparatus 100, the user himself/herself touches an icon displayed on the display unit 140, and starts an application for electronic settlement of the smartphone 130. For example, a restaurant is purchased in a drive-off-board manner, and payment is electronically settled. When the electronic settlement is completed, as shown in fig. 4 (a), a screen on which an electronic sharing coupon (for example, a coupon in which the drink cost is reduced by 50%) is acquired is displayed on the display unit 140. When the coupon is transmitted to the acquaintance, both the user himself/herself and the acquaintance who received the coupon can purchase the beverage at half price by using the coupon.
In the screen of fig. 4 (a), if "share with acquaintance" is selected by the user himself, the associated social networking application is started, or the social networking application selected by the user himself is started. Alternatively, in the event that a social networking application has been launched, its application is selected.
If the user selects "share with acquaintance", as shown in fig. 4 (B), input buttons of "share" and "not share" are displayed on the screen of the WeChat application, and if the user selects "share", a list of contact addresses A to J of the WeChat application is displayed as shown in fig. 4 (C).
As another example of the electronic settlement, as shown in fig. 4D, when the electronic money is insufficient (that is, when the cost is higher than the electronic money), a screen indicating that the balance is insufficient and the payment is impossible is displayed. If the user himself selects "other payment method", the user himself selects the WeChat payment in the screen of the WeChat application as shown in fig. 4 (E), and selects the other person to pay (in the example of the figure, "acquaintance payment of WeChat") and the list of contact addresses A to J of the WeChat application is displayed as shown in fig. 4 (C).
As still another example of electronic settlement, when the user himself/herself does not hold an application of electronic settlement available in the store in the smartphone, a screen that cannot be subjected to electronic settlement is displayed, and the user himself/herself selects a WeChat payment and selects another person to pay, and a list of contact addresses a to J of WeChat as shown in fig. 4 (C) is displayed, similarly to the case of fig. 4 (E).
The user himself/herself selects a desired acquaintance (contact address) from the list display of contact addresses shown in fig. 4C, and transmits information related to electronic settlement to the selected acquaintance to share the information. In the present embodiment, when the contact addresses associated with the social network application are displayed in a list in accordance with the electronic settlement, the control unit 170 refers to the attribute, the identification information, the history information, and the associated information included in the contact address information shown in fig. 3, and controls the list display so that a specific contact address associated with the information on the electronic settlement can be easily retrieved.
Fig. 5 shows an operation flow of display control by the control unit 170 according to the present embodiment. When the user himself/herself performs electronic settlement via the smartphone 130, the control unit 170 acquires information on the electronic settlement via the smartphone 130 (S100). As described with reference to fig. 4, the information related to the electronic settlement is electronic shared preference information acquired in the electronic settlement, and the payment is requested to be paid by another person due to the insufficient balance. The information related to the electronic settlement may include information identifying a store or the like in which the electronic settlement is performed, and information identifying the content and the type of the electronic settlement.
When the control unit 170 acquires the information related to the electronic settlement, it then checks the contact address list of the social network application for a predetermined time (S110). Specifically, the control unit 170 checks the attribute, identification information, history information, and related information of the contact address information shown in fig. 3, and determines whether or not the contact address to be preferentially displayed is included.
In one example, first, the control unit 170 recognizes electronic settlement based on information related to the electronic settlement. For example, electronic settlement is performed in which store, or what the electronic settlement is, is identified. At this time, the control unit 170 may identify a facility where the vehicle is stopped by using the navigation function of the AVN unit 120, and identify the electronic settlement with reference to the information of the facility. Next, the control unit 170 refers to the information of the contact address shown in fig. 3, and searches for the presence or absence of a coupon related to the same electronic settlement in the past and a acquaintance who has sent (shared) a request for payment. For example, when a coupon related to electronic settlement X is acquired, the control unit 170 refers to the information of the contact address, and searches for a acquaintance (friend) B who has transmitted (shared) a coupon related to electronic settlement X in the past. In this case, the acquaintance B is preferentially displayed in the list display.
In another example, the control unit 170 searches for the presence or absence of acquaintances desiring to share coupons related to the same electronic settlement. For example, when the electronic settlement is Y, the control unit 170 searches for an acquaintance (friend) a who wants a coupon. In this case, the acquaintance a is preferentially displayed in the list display.
In still another example, the control unit 170 may cause the acquaintance to preferentially display the information based on the attribute included in the information of the contact address. For example, when the content of the electronic settlement is a request for payment, the request to a friend or the like is troublesome, and therefore, a relative may be searched for based on the attribute. In this case, the relatives D are preferentially displayed in the list display. In addition, when the user himself/herself does not have an application of electronic settlement available in the store installed in the smartphone, the user himself/herself requests payment of electronic settlement, but in this case, the control unit 170 recognizes the type of electronic settlement based on information related to electronic settlement, and preferentially displays acquaintances holding the same electronic settlement with reference to the associated information of the contact address shown in fig. 3. For example, when the electronic settlement of the store is W and the user does not have an application for the electronic settlement W in the smartphone, the acquaintance (friend) B who holds the electronic settlement W is searched for based on the associated information of the contact address in fig. 3, and the acquaintance B is preferentially displayed in the list display.
When there is no contact address to be preferentially displayed, the control unit 170 displays a contact address list in a default state as usual. On the other hand, when the contact address to be preferentially displayed is included, the contact address associated with the electronic settlement is preferentially displayed in the contact address list (S120). As a display method, a acquaintance is displayed on a top page of a contact address list, or a display of the acquaintance is emphasized (for example, characters are enlarged, lines are thickened, or highlighting is performed), or a mark for distinguishing from other is given.
Next, a specific electronic settlement and a list display of contact addresses associated therewith will be described with reference to fig. 6. For example, when an unmanned electronic settlement parking lot is used, a parking lot fee is acquired and a screen is displayed as shown in fig. 6 (a). In the case of the WeChat application, when the insufficient balance of the electronic money is detected, a screen that cannot be paid due to the insufficient balance is displayed as shown in FIG. 6 (B). Then, when the contact address list of the WeChat is opened, as shown in fig. 6 (C), the contact address having a specific relationship with the user (relatives/green plum bamboo horses/friends with a paid history, etc.) is searched. In the list display of the contact addresses, as shown in fig. 6 (D), specific acquaintances α, β, and γ associated with the electronic settlement are preferentially displayed at the head part of the page.
In addition, as a modification, the order of the contact addresses to be preferentially displayed may be changed according to the amount of money to be paid. For example, when the amount of the deposit is equal to or more than a predetermined amount, the acquaintance having the attributes of the relatives and the brothers of the parents may be displayed first, and then, when the amount of the deposit is less than the predetermined amount, the acquaintance having the attributes of the friends having the history of the deposit may be displayed first, and then, the acquaintance having the attributes of the relatives and the brothers of the parents may be displayed first.
In addition, in the case of sharing the electronic sharing coupon, the order of the contact address may be changed according to the attribute, history, and related information. For example, acquaintances desiring to share coupons may also be prioritized, or acquaintances who have shared coupons in the past may be prioritized. The convention for such a number of bits is predefined.
Fig. 7 is a tabular illustration of other specific electronic settlement and contact addresses associated therewith. If the purchase fee of the commodity is determined in electronic money in the drive-through restaurant of the fast food K, the shared preferential link shown in fig. 7 (a) is acquired. Next, as shown in fig. 7 (B), when the contact address list of the WeChat application is opened, acquaintances who frequently go to fast food K or acquaintances who have a history of having shared information in the past are searched. The former is retrieved with reference to the associated information of the contact address information. As shown in fig. 7 (C), for example, acquaintances α1, β1, and γ1 are preferentially displayed at the head part of the page.
As a modification, the control unit 170 may preferentially display a history of acquaintances who have gone through facilities around the fast food K or acquaintances who frequently go through facilities around the fast food K by using the navigation function of the AVN unit 120.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, since a specific acquaintance (contact address) related to electronic settlement is preferentially displayed, the user himself/herself can easily search for electronic shared preference information related to electronic settlement or a contact address of a principal pad, and the effort for searching can be saved.
In the above embodiment, the example in which the smart phone 130 is connected to the in-vehicle apparatus 100, the smart phone 130 is provided with the electronic settlement function, and the in-vehicle apparatus 100 is provided with the social network application is shown, but the present invention is not limited to such an example. The present invention may be, for example, a control in which a smart phone monomer mounts an electronic settlement function and a social network application to perform list display associated with electronic settlement, or a control in which an in-vehicle device monomer mounts an electronic settlement function and a social network application to perform list display associated with electronic settlement.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments, and various modifications and alterations are possible within the scope of the gist of the invention described in the claims.
