Abstract

本发明公开了一种行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺,其包括以下步骤:1)模具加热:先将上、下模各温区加热到95℃~105℃;2)原材料铺放;3)压制成型:采用液压成型机,将上述材料经过A/B料喷涂后在热模具内压制成型;4)翻折边热翻折:取出产品,通过热翻折设备将双翻折边的每条翻折线朝要求翻折方向翻折90°,并保持4S~6S,此动作需在产品成型起模后25S内完成;5)面毯包边:将成型后基材与面毯一起放入包边机中,完成包边;6)附件组立:将备胎盖板把手装入已冲切出的形状中,锁上螺丝。上述大大提高了备胎盖板的翻折性能,满足了整车轻量化设计的要求;翻折边材料采用的加强布条与玻纤,与备胎盖板其他部分原材料一致,工艺性好,翻折性能好。

Description

一种行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺
技术领域
本发明属于汽车内饰件生产工艺,尤其涉及一种行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺。
背景技术
汽车备胎盖板一般安装于汽车后备箱的底部,起到承托物品的作用。在越来越追求高性能、环保型、节能型、轻量化、个性化的时代,汽车的内饰与汽车的外形一样,成为人们选购汽车的一个重要因素。因此对汽车内饰件的要求也越来越高。在现有技术中,备胎盖板的轻量化、美观性、低成本等性能指标成为瓶颈,制约着备胎盖板的发展。现有备胎盖板通常是采用蜂窝纸加玻纤,以V字型热成型,以实现翻折效果。该种成型工艺主要存在着以下问题:1、翻折边易开裂;2、翻折效果不佳;3、翻折耐久性不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺,以解决现有技术行李箱盖板加工过程中存在的上述问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺,其包括以下步骤:
1)模具加热:先将模具各温区设定到相应温度使得上、下模各温区加热到95℃~105℃;
2)原材料铺放:基材选用蜂窝纸、玻纤、加强布条和底布层叠铺放而成;铺放时将玻纤铺在蜂窝纸的上、下层,加强布条铺放在下层玻纤的翻折处,底布铺放在最上层;
3)压制成型:采用液压成型机,将上述材料经过A/B料喷涂后在热模具内压制成型;压制成型时,模具需进行排气,上模悬停高度为距离产品7mm~13mm,悬停时间0.5S,然后上下模合模保压,保压压力为18MPa~20MPa,成型保压时间为60s~70s;
4)翻折边热翻折:取出产品,通过热翻折设备将双翻折边的每条翻折线朝要求翻折方向翻折90°,并保持4S~6S,此动作需在产品成型起模后25S内完成;
5)面毯包边:将成型后基材与面毯一起放入包边机中,完成包边;
6)附件组立:将备胎盖板把手装入已冲切出的形状中,锁上螺丝;
7)检验:经检验后,装箱入库。
特别地,所述步骤2)中蜂窝纸的纸张克重130g/m2~150g/m2,孔径9mm~11mm,蜂窝纸厚度为23mm~25mm。
特别地,所述步骤2)中玻纤的克重为270g/m2~330g/m2
特别地,所述步骤2)中底布的克重为76g/m2~94g/m2,底布厚度为0.4mm~0.6mm。
特别地,所述步骤4)中翻折边处最小厚度处为0.5mm,两条翻折线距离为11.9mm,翻折线中间基材厚度为1.5mm。
本发明的有益效果为,与现有技术相比所述行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺大大提高了备胎盖板的翻折性能,满足了整车轻量化设计的要求;翻折边材料采用的加强布条与玻纤,与备胎盖板其他部分原材料一致,工艺性好,翻折性能好。

实施例一
一种行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺,其包括以下步骤:
1)模具加热:先将模具各温区设定到相应温度使得上、下模各温区加热到95℃;
2)原材料铺放:基材选用蜂窝纸、玻纤、加强布条和底布层叠铺放而成;铺放时将玻纤铺在蜂窝纸的上、下层,加强布条铺放在下层玻纤的翻折处,底布铺放在最上层;蜂窝纸的纸张克重130g/m2,孔径9mm,蜂窝纸厚度为23mm,玻纤的克重为270g/m2,底布的克重为76g/m2,底布厚度为0.4mm;
3)压制成型:采用200吨液压成型机,将上述材料经过A/B料喷涂后在热模具内压制成型;压制成型时,模具需进行排气,上模悬停高度为距离产品7mm,悬停时间0.5S,然后上下模合模保压,保压压力为18MPa,成型保压时间为60s;
4)翻折边热翻折:取出产品,通过热翻折设备将双翻折边的每条翻折线朝要求翻折方向翻折90°,并保持4S,此动作需在产品成型起模后25S内完成;翻折边A处的最小厚度D3=0.5mm,两条翻折线距离为D1=11.9mm,翻折线中间基材厚度为D2=1.5mm
5)面毯包边:将成型后基材与面毯一起放入包边机中,完成包边;
6)附件组立:将备胎盖板把手装入已冲切出的形状中,锁上螺丝;
7)检验:经检验后,装箱入库。
实施例二
一种行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺,其包括以下步骤:
1)模具加热:先将模具各温区设定到相应温度使得上、下模各温区加热到100℃;
2)原材料铺放:基材选用蜂窝纸、玻纤、加强布条和底布层叠铺放而成;铺放时将玻纤铺在蜂窝纸的上、下层,加强布条铺放在下层玻纤的翻折处,底布铺放在最上层;蜂窝纸的纸张克重140g/m2,孔径10mm,蜂窝纸厚度为24mm,玻纤的克重为300g/m2,底布的克重为85g/m2,底布厚度为0.5mm;
3)压制成型:采用200吨液压成型机,将上述材料经过A/B料喷涂后在热模具内压制成型;压制成型时,模具需进行排气,上模悬停高度为距离产品10mm,悬停时间0.5S,然后上下模合模保压,保压压力为19MPa,成型保压时间为65s;
4)翻折边热翻折:取出产品,通过热翻折设备将双翻折边的每条翻折线朝要求翻折方向翻折90°,并保持5S,此动作需在产品成型起模后25S内完成;翻折边A处的最小厚度D3=0.5mm,两条翻折线距离为D1=11.9mm,翻折线中间基材厚度为D2=1.5mm
5)面毯包边:将成型后基材与面毯一起放入包边机中,完成包边;
6)附件组立:将备胎盖板把手装入已冲切出的形状中,锁上螺丝;
7)检验:经检验后,装箱入库。
实施例三
一种行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺,其包括以下步骤:
1)模具加热:先将模具各温区设定到相应温度使得上、下模各温区加热到105℃;
2)原材料铺放:基材选用蜂窝纸、玻纤、加强布条和底布层叠铺放而成;铺放时将玻纤铺在蜂窝纸的上、下层,加强布条铺放在下层玻纤的翻折处,底布铺放在最上层;蜂窝纸的纸张克重150g/m2,孔径11mm,蜂窝纸厚度为25mm,玻纤的克重为330g/m2,底布的克重为94g/m2,底布厚度为0.6mm;
3)压制成型:采用200吨液压成型机,将上述材料经过A/B料喷涂后在热模具内压制成型;压制成型时,模具需进行排气,上模悬停高度为距离产品13mm,悬停时间0.5S,然后上下模合模保压,保压压力为20MPa,成型保压时间为70s;
4)翻折边热翻折:取出产品,通过热翻折设备将双翻折边的每条翻折线朝要求翻折方向翻折90°,并保持6S,此动作需在产品成型起模后25S内完成;翻折边A处的最小厚度D3=0.5mm,两条翻折线距离为D1=11.9mm,翻折线中间基材厚度为D2=1.5mm
5)面毯包边:将成型后基材与面毯一起放入包边机中,完成包边;
6)附件组立:将备胎盖板把手装入已冲切出的形状中,锁上螺丝;
7)检验:经检验后,装箱入库。

1.一种行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
1)模具加热:先将模具各温区设定到相应温度使得上、下模各温区加热到95℃~105℃;
2)原材料铺放:基材选用蜂窝纸、玻纤、加强布条和底布层叠铺放而成;铺放时将玻纤铺在蜂窝纸的上、下层,加强布条铺放在下层玻纤的翻折处,底布铺放在最上层;
3)压制成型:采用液压成型机,将上述材料经过A/B料喷涂后在热模具内压制成型;压制成型时,模具需进行排气,上模悬停高度为距离产品7mm~13mm,悬停时间0.5S,然后上下模合模保压,保压压力为18MPa~20MPa,成型保压时间为60s~70s;
4)翻折边热翻折:取出产品,通过热翻折设备将双翻折边的每条翻折线朝要求翻折方向翻折90°,并保持4S~6S,此动作需在产品成型起模后25S内完成;
5)面毯包边:将成型后基材与面毯一起放入包边机中,完成包边;
6)附件组立:将备胎盖板把手装入已冲切出的形状中,锁上螺丝;
7)检验:经检验后,装箱入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中蜂窝纸的纸张克重130g/m2~150g/m2,孔径9mm~11mm,蜂窝纸厚度为23mm~25mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中玻纤的克重为270g/m2~330g/m2
4.根据权利要求1所述的行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中底布的克重为76g/m2~94g/m2,底布厚度为0.4mm~0.6mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的行李箱盖板双翻折线成型工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中翻折边处最小厚度处为0.5mm,两条翻折线距离为11.9mm,翻折线中间基材厚度为1.5mm。
