Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车用行李箱后地毯挡板及其制作方法,该挡板为二层结构,分别为表面地毯与PU纸蜂窝板复合材料,其边缘形状与汽车行李箱左右侧饰护板底部区域及尾门锁横梁的形状相匹配。分别通过模压成型,中间采用喷胶,工装压制粘合而成。与现有技术相比,本发明具有兼具了地毯件的外观性与PU纸蜂窝板复合材料的高强度性、轻量化性,使零件不易变形等优点。

Description

一种汽车用行李箱后地毯挡板及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车零部件,尤其是涉及一种汽车用行李箱后地毯挡板的制作方法。
背景技术
目前汽车行业行李箱后地毯挡板,大多采用单片地毯压制的结构或者注塑挤出结构。单片地毯压制的结构较软,硬度及强度较低,如果需要达到一定的强度要求的话,则需要增加零件的厚度等,造成零件重量偏重,使得汽车的负荷增加,从而不利于汽车启动、行驶,另外还会造成油耗增加,不利于环保;注塑挤出结构,在高温环境下,会散发塑料的味道。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种结构稳定,内部采用原纸,环保无味,整体材料密度更低的汽车用行李箱后地毯挡板的制作方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种汽车用行李箱后地毯挡板,其特征在于,该挡板为二层结构,分别为表面地毯与PU纸蜂窝板复合材料,其边缘形状与汽车行李箱左右侧饰护板底部区域及尾门锁横梁的形状相匹配。
上述汽车用行李箱后地毯挡板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、半制品地毯制造
将地毯毡坯放入烘箱中均匀加热,温度150~180℃,时间150~200S,然后放入模具保压成型,控制压力为10~20MPa,合模总时间为50~150s,开模取件,去除边料,得到半制品地毯件;
(2)半制品PU纸蜂窝板制造
将表层玻纤、蜂窝纸芯、底层玻纤层叠装订,并在其上下表面喷淋PU,PU喷涂量为:400~600g/m2,然后置于成型模具中,闭合模具,控制压力为15~25MPa,合模时间为100~150s,开模将组件取出,去除边料,得到PU蜂窝纸板;
(3)零件成型制造
在步骤(2)所得PU蜂窝纸板表面喷胶,将喷胶后的PU蜂窝纸板固定在粘合工装下模,启动加热系统激活胶水,时间10~20S;将步骤(1)所得半制品地毯固定在粘合工装上模,闭合粘合工装,粘合工装使用气缸压制,压制时间为:200~250Ss,压力为:0.5~1.5MPa,得到产品。
步骤(1)为了防止地毯出现色差问题,模具外接水循环系统,使地毯进入模具后迅速降温,水循环系统设置温度10℃。
步骤(2)所述的成型模具配有模温系统,控制成型上模及成型下模的温度为120~130℃。
步骤(3)所述的PU蜂窝纸板表面喷胶的喷胶量为:80~100g/m2、总喷胶时间为:30s。
所述的喷胶采用的胶水为市售的牌号为600.10的胶王进口热熔胶水。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明汽车用行李箱后地毯挡板,其边缘形状与汽车行李箱左右侧饰护板底部区域及尾门锁横梁的形状相匹配,主材料为二层结构,分别为表面地毯与PU纸蜂窝板复合材料,分别通过模压成型,中间采用喷胶,工装压制粘合而成。兼具了地毯件的外观性与PU纸蜂窝板复合材料的高强度性、轻量化性,使零件不易变形。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种汽车用行李箱后地毯挡板的制作方法,包括半制品地毯制造、半制品PU纸蜂窝板制造及零件成型制造,具体步骤如下:
a、半制品地毯制造
(1)地毯毡坯放入烘箱中均匀加热,温度165℃,时间180S;
(2)将加热后的地毯放入模具保压成型。控制压力为15MPa,合模总时间为100s;
(3)为了防止地毯出现色差问题,模具外接水循环系统,使地毯进入模具后迅速降温,水循环系统设置温度10℃;
(4)开模取件,去除边料,得到半制品地毯件。
b、半制品PU纸蜂窝板制造
(1)利用模温系统,控制成型模具的成型上模及成型下模的温度为125℃;
(2)使用订书机将表层玻纤、蜂窝纸芯、底层玻纤装订起来;
(3)使用机械手夹取装订起来的材料的边缘位置,并在上下表面喷淋PU,PU喷涂量为:400~600g/m2
(4)利用机械手将喷淋PU后的材料放入成型模具中;
(5)机械手退出,闭合模具,控制压力为19MPa,合模时间为120s;
(6)开模将组件取出,去除边料,得到PU蜂窝纸板;
C、零件成型制造
(1)使用机械手在蜂窝表面喷胶(本实施例采用市售的牌号为600.10的胶王进口热熔胶水),喷胶量为:80~100g/m2、总喷胶时间为:30s;
(2)将喷胶后的PU蜂窝纸板固定在粘合工装下模,启动加热系统激活胶水,时间15S;
(3)将半制品地毯固定在粘合工装上模,闭合粘合工装,粘合工装使用气缸压制,压制时间为:220Ss,压力约为:1MPa
(4)取出粘合好的零件,所得挡板边缘形状与汽车行李箱左右侧饰护板底部区域及尾门锁横梁的形状相匹配,主材料为二层结构,分别为表面地毯与PU纸蜂窝板复合材料。
实施例2
一种汽车用行李箱后地毯挡板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、半制品地毯制造
将地毯毡坯放入烘箱中均匀加热,温度150℃,时间200S,然后放入模具保压成型,控制压力为10MPa,合模总时间为150s,开模取件,去除边料,得到半制品地毯件;为了防止地毯出现色差问题,模具外接水循环系统,使地毯进入模具后迅速降温,水循环系统设置温度10℃。
(2)半制品PU纸蜂窝板制造
将表层玻纤、蜂窝纸芯、底层玻纤层叠装订,并在其上下表面喷淋PU,PU喷涂量为:400g/m2,然后置于成型模具中,闭合模具,控制压力为15MPa,合模时间为150s,开模将组件取出,去除边料,得到PU蜂窝纸板;所述的成型模具配有模温系统,控制成型上模及成型下模的温度为120℃。
(3)零件成型制造
在步骤(2)所得PU蜂窝纸板表面喷胶,喷胶量为:80g/m2、总喷胶时间为:30s,采用的胶水为市售的牌号为600.10的胶王进口热熔胶水,将喷胶后的PU蜂窝纸板固定在粘合工装下模,启动加热系统激活胶水,时间20S;将步骤(1)所得半制品地毯固定在粘合工装上模,闭合粘合工装,粘合工装使用气缸压制,压制时间为:200Ss,压力为:1.5MPa,得到产品。
实施例3
一种汽车用行李箱后地毯挡板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、半制品地毯制造
将地毯毡坯放入烘箱中均匀加热,温度180℃,时间150S,然后放入模具保压成型,控制压力为20MPa,合模总时间为50s,开模取件,去除边料,得到半制品地毯件;为了防止地毯出现色差问题,模具外接水循环系统,使地毯进入模具后迅速降温,水循环系统设置温度10℃。
(2)半制品PU纸蜂窝板制造
将表层玻纤、蜂窝纸芯、底层玻纤层叠装订,并在其上下表面喷淋PU,PU喷涂量为:600g/m2,然后置于成型模具中,闭合模具,控制压力为25MPa,合模时间为100s,开模将组件取出,去除边料,得到PU蜂窝纸板;所述的成型模具配有模温系统,控制成型上模及成型下模的温度为130℃。
(3)零件成型制造
在步骤(2)所得PU蜂窝纸板表面喷胶,喷胶量为:100g/m2、总喷胶时间为:30s,采用的胶水为市售的牌号为600.10的胶王进口热熔胶水,将喷胶后的PU蜂窝纸板固定在粘合工装下模,启动加热系统激活胶水,时间10S;将步骤(1)所得半制品地毯固定在粘合工装上模,闭合粘合工装,粘合工装使用气缸压制,压制时间为:250Ss,压力为:0.5MPa,得到产品。

1.一种汽车用行李箱后地毯挡板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、半制品地毯制造
将地毯毡坯放入烘箱中均匀加热,温度150~180℃,时间150~200S,然后放入模具保压成型,控制压力为10~20MPa,合模总时间为50~150s,开模取件,去除边料,得到半制品地毯件;为了防止地毯出现色差问题,模具外接水循环系统,使地毯进入模具后迅速降温,水循环系统设置温度10℃;
(2)半制品PU纸蜂窝板制造
将表层玻纤、蜂窝纸芯、底层玻纤层叠装订,并在其上下表面喷淋PU,PU喷涂量为:400~600g/m2,然后置于成型模具中,闭合模具,控制压力为15~25MPa,合模时间为100~150s,开模将组件取出,去除边料,得到PU蜂窝纸板;所述的成型模具配有模温系统,控制成型上模及成型下模的温度为120~130℃;
(3)零件成型制造
