Abstract
本发明一种新型滚切刀,其特征在于:所述新型滚切刀由框架、主滚机构、辅滚机构和调整机构组成,所述主滚机构位于所述辅滚机构上方并为固定式,所述框架上设有辅滚机构升降导块,所述辅滚机构包括辅滚轴、切刀底辊、保护环底辊、辅滚轴承和辅滚轴承座,所述调整机构位于所述辅滚轴承座下方并支撑着所述辅滚机构,所述调整机构包括蜗杆、蜗轮、传动轴、定位螺板、中心定位轴、压力弹簧和平面轴承,所述压力弹簧顶端与所述辅轴承座底端固定连接,所述蜗杆带动蜗轮转动。本发明的有益效果是:高精准、便捷和高效率,通过蜗轮蜗杆调节辅滚机构,有效便捷去调节主滚机构与辅滚机构的限位差,同时避免主滚机构因长时间调整转动而造成位置松动,提高了加工精度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚切刀,更具体来说,它涉及一种纸尿片的滚切刀。
背景技术
在机切加工领域,滚切机的使用非常普遍。随着社会生产和生活不断地发展,制造业对加工效率、产品质量的要求也越来越高。滚切机是一种在主滚轴上设置刀刃,通过主滚轴与辅滚轴相互作用将产品切成目标形状,而通过调整主滚轴和辅滚轴之间的相对间隙可以控制所切产品的厚度。所以随着滚切机的广泛适应,滚切机的使用效率、便捷程度和精度就变更越加的重要。
现在传统的滚切机是固定辅滚机构,主滚机构可调的模式,通过调整主滚机构的位置来设定主滚机构与辅滚机构的相对间隙,但因为主滚机构是可调的,所以安装在主滚轴上的轴承座与框架之间是有间隙的,由于滚切机长时间调整转动会产生振动,长时间的振动会造成主滚轴上的轴承座与框架之间的间隙不断增加,这样不仅造成精度下降,且影响生产效率。不能满足制造业现场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型滚切机,以解决现有技术中的问题。
实施的技术方案如下:
一种新型滚切刀,所述新型滚切刀由框架、主滚机构、辅滚机构和调整机构组成,所述主滚机构、所述辅滚机构和所述调整机构置于所述框架内,所述主滚机构位于所述辅滚机构上方并为固定式,所述框架上设有辅滚机构升降导块;
所述辅滚机构包括辅滚轴、切刀底辊、保护环底辊、辅滚轴承和辅滚轴承座,所述切刀底辊固定设置在所述辅滚轴的中间部位,所述辅滚轴承嵌于所述辅滚轴承座中,所述辅滚轴承套设在所述辅滚轴两端,其位于所述切刀底辊的外侧,所述保护环底辊套设在所述辅滚轴两端,其位于所述辅滚轴承外侧,所述框架两侧设有垂直方向的辅滚机构升降导块,所述辅滚机构升降导块对应设置在所述辅滚轴承座两侧;
所述调整机构位于所述辅滚轴承座下方并支撑着所述辅滚机构,所述调整机构包括蜗杆、蜗轮、传动轴、定位螺板、中心定位轴、压力弹簧和平面轴承,所述压力弹簧顶端与所述辅滚轴承座底端固定连接,所述中心定位轴穿过所述定位螺板和所述压力弹簧并与所述辅滚轴承座底端螺纹连接,所述压力弹簧和所述中心定位轴设有两组分别对称位于所述定位螺板的前后两端,所述传动轴与所述蜗轮同轴固定设置,所述传动轴的顶端穿过所述定位螺板中心并以螺纹配合,所述传动轴底端固定压在所述平面轴承上,所述平面轴承嵌于所述框架的底部,所述蜗杆带动蜗轮转动。
进一步的,所述主滚机构包括主滚轴、保护环主辊、主滚轴承和主滚轴承座,所述保护环主辊设有两个,分别与所述主滚轴两端固定配合,所述保护环主辊带动所述保护环底辊转动,所述主滚轴承嵌于所述主滚轴承座中,其分别设有两组套在所述主滚轴的两端,所述主滚轴承座嵌于所述框架的左右面板上,所述主滚轴中间部位还设有刃口。
进一步的,所述主滚机构还包括主滚轴承支架,所述主滚轴承支架设有4个,对称固定在所述主滚轴承座前后两侧。
进一步的,所述框架呈长方体型。
进一步的,所述刃口经过特殊工艺处理。
进一步的,所述主滚轴一端延伸至所述框架外与电机连接。

以下结合附图对本发明进行进一步说明:
请参阅图1、2、3、4所示,本发明实施例中,一种新型滚切刀,所述新型滚切刀由框架1、主滚机构2、辅滚机构3和调整机构4组成,所述主滚机构2、所述辅滚机构3和所述调整机构4置于所述框架1内,所述主滚机构2位于所述辅滚机构3上方并为固定式,所述框架1上设有辅滚机构升降导块11;
所述辅滚机构3包括辅滚轴31、切刀底辊32、保护环底辊33、辅滚轴承34和辅滚轴承座35,所述切刀底辊32固定设置在所述辅滚轴31的中间部位,所述辅滚轴承34嵌于所述辅滚轴承座35中,所述辅滚轴承34套设在所述辅滚轴31两端,其位于所述切刀底辊32的外侧,所述保护环底辊33可拆卸方式套设在所述辅滚轴31两端,其位于所述辅滚轴承34外侧,所述框架1两侧设有垂直方向的辅滚机构升降导块11,所述辅滚机构升降导块11对应设置在所述辅滚轴承座35两侧;
所述调整机构4位于所述辅滚轴承座35下方并支撑着所述辅滚机构3,所述调整机构4包括蜗杆41、蜗轮42、传动轴43、定位螺板44、中心定位轴45、压力弹簧46和平面轴承47,所述压力弹簧46顶端与所述辅滚轴承座35底端固定连接,所述中心定位轴45穿过所述定位螺板44和所述压力弹簧46并与所述辅滚轴承座35底端螺纹连接,所述压力弹簧46和所述中心定位轴45设有两组分别对称位于所述定位螺板44的前后两端,所述传动轴43与所述蜗轮42同轴固定设置,所述传动轴43的顶端穿过所述定位螺板44中心并以螺纹配合,所述传动轴43底端固定压在所述平面轴承47上,所述平面轴承47嵌于所述框架1的底部,所述蜗杆41带动蜗轮42转动。通过蜗轮蜗杆传动来调节辅滚机构的位置,可以精准便捷的去调节辅滚机构与主滚机构的间隙,从而可以控制滚切纸尿裤的厚薄,同时辅滚机构设置在框架内,减少了辅滚轴的质量大小,减轻了整机的重量,而且将辅滚机构设为可调,主滚机构设为固定,可以避免主滚机构因长时间调整转动而造成位置松动,提高了加工精度。
所述主滚机构2包括主滚轴21、保护环主辊22、主滚轴承23和主滚轴承座24,所述保护环主辊22设有两个,分别与所述主滚轴21两端固定配合,所述保护环主辊22带动所述保护环底辊33转动,所述主滚轴承23嵌于所述主滚轴承座24中,其分别设有两组套在所述主滚轴21的两端,所述主滚轴承座24嵌于所述框架1的左右面板上,所述主滚轴21中间部位还设有刃口211。通过设定刃口的形状可以调整滚切出来的纸尿裤的整体形状。
所述主滚机构2还包括主滚轴承支架25,所述主滚轴承支架25设有4个,对称固定在所述主滚轴承座24前后两侧。通过主轴承支架可以控制主轴与辅轴的相对中心位置。
所述框架1呈长方体型。
所述刃口211经过特殊工艺处理。通过特殊处理的刀刃,增加滚切刀的耐用性,滚切切口更加整齐。
所述主滚轴21一端延伸至所述框架外与电机连接。
本发明一种滚切刀是通过电机将动力传给主滚轴,主滚轴在转动的过程中利用保护环主辊带动保护环辅辊,从而带动辅滚轴的转动,将待切的纸尿裤通过主滚轴上的刃口与辅滚轴上的切刀底辊的位置间隙,利用主滚轴上带有的刃口滚切出指定形状的纸尿裤,同时可以通过调节蜗杆带动蜗轮以及传动轴,促使定位螺板对压力弹簧施加向上的压力,通过压力弹簧的上压力来微调辅滚机构,使辅滚机构在辅滚机构升降导块上移动,达到控制主滚机构与辅滚机构的相对间隙,使滚切刀加工出理想的产品。

1.一种新型滚切刀,其特征在于:所述新型滚切刀由框架、主滚机构、辅滚机构和调整机构组成,所述主滚机构、所述辅滚机构和所述调整机构置于所述框架内,所述主滚机构位于所述辅滚机构上方并为固定式,所述框架上设有辅滚机构升降导块;
所述辅滚机构包括辅滚轴、切刀底辊、保护环底辊、辅滚轴承和辅滚轴承座,所述切刀底辊固定设置在所述辅滚轴的中间部位,所述辅滚轴承嵌于所述辅滚轴承座中,所述辅滚轴承套设在所述辅滚轴两端,其位于所述切刀底辊的外侧,所述保护环底辊套设在所述辅滚轴两端,其位于所述辅滚轴承外侧,所述框架两侧设有垂直方向的辅滚机构升降导块,所述辅滚机构升降导块对应设置在所述辅滚轴承座两侧;
所述调整机构位于所述辅滚轴承座下方并支撑着所述辅滚机构,所述调整机构包括蜗杆、蜗轮、传动轴、定位螺板、中心定位轴、压力弹簧和平面轴承,所述压力弹簧顶端与所述辅滚轴承座底端固定连接,所述中心定位轴穿过所述定位螺板和所述压力弹簧并与所述辅滚轴承座底端螺纹连接,所述压力弹簧和所述中心定位轴设有两组分别对称位于所述定位螺板的前后两端,所述传动轴与所述蜗轮同轴固定设置,所述传动轴的顶端穿过所述定位螺板中心并以螺纹配合,所述传动轴底端固定压在所述平面轴承上,所述平面轴承嵌于所述框架的底部,所述蜗杆带动蜗轮转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型滚切刀,其特征在于:所述主滚机构包括主滚轴、保护环主辊、主滚轴承和主滚轴承座,所述保护环主辊设有两个,分别与所述主滚轴两端固定配合,所述保护环主辊带动所述保护环底辊转动,所述主滚轴承嵌于所述主滚轴承座中,其分别设有两组套在所述主滚轴的两端,所述主滚轴承座嵌于所述框架的左右面板上,所述主滚轴中间部位还设有刃口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型滚切刀,其特征在于:所述主滚机构还包括主滚轴承支架,所述主滚轴承支架设有4个,对称固定在所述主滚轴承座前后两侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型滚切刀,其特征在于:所述框架呈长方体型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型滚切刀,其特征在于:所述刃口经过特殊工艺处理。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型滚切刀,其特征在于:所述主滚轴一端延伸至所述框架外与电机连接。
