Abstract
本发明提出了一种肉类切条装置,包括传送带和沿传送方向依次设置的松肉部和切肉部,所述松肉部包括位于传送带下方的支撑垫板和至少两个位于传送带上方的松弛锤,所述松弛锤的顶部设有L型把手,所述L型把手的竖向杆的底端连接松弛锤,且竖向杆能活动地插入限位套中,所述限位套通过连接杆与支撑垫板连接并固定在传送带的上方,所述L型把手横向杆的下方设有用于推动横向杆的推动凸轮,传送带的驱动轮通过传动链条同时带动所有的推动凸轮转动。能够在切条前放松肉块,便于后续腌制入味,且食用的口感也会更加松软,且肉条长度相对一致,美观。

技术领域
本发明涉及肉类处理装置技术领域,具体涉及一种肉类切条装置。
背景技术
肉干作为一种零食产品,深受男女老少的喜爱。其中,肉干的形态包括肉脯、条状、颗粒状、块状等。肉干食品加工和生产的过程中,往往需要对块状肉类进行切条操作,由于块状肉的质地较软、纤维韧性又很强,很难一切成条。
传统的加工方式是采用人工切条,这样切条工作就往往占用了大量人力成本,导致产品成本较高,且形状大小不均,长短不一,后期包装时不美观。
目前,市场上虽有切肉条机,但在切条前都需要对肉进行冷冻,冻硬后才能通过切条机切制成肉条,且还普遍具有以下缺点:1、需要冷冻功能,致使机器庞大,结构复杂,价格昂贵;2、没有放松肉块的肉质纤维;3、肉类在进行冷冻或进一步的保鲜处理后,容易破坏鲜肉的组织,导致切出来的肉条不仅品相差,而且比未经处理的鲜肉口感差很多;4、切出的肉条长短不一,后期包装成盒不美观。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,特别创新地提出了一种肉类切条装置,能够按摩肉块后进行切条,且长度相对一致。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供了一种肉类切条装置,包括传送带和沿传送方向依次设置的松肉部和切肉部,所述松肉部包括位于传送带下方的支撑垫板和至少两个位于传送带上方的松弛锤,所述松弛锤的顶部设有L型把手,所述L型把手的竖向杆的底端连接松弛锤,且竖向杆能活动地插入限位套中,所述限位套通过连接杆与支撑垫板连接并固定在传送带的上方,所述L型把手横向杆的下方设有用于推动横向杆的推动凸轮,传送带的驱动轮通过传动链条同时带动所有的推动凸轮转动,推动凸轮每转动一圈推动L型把手带动松弛锤向上抬起一次,从而实现各松弛锤的交替捶打;
所述切肉部包括与传送带末端相连的溜槽,所述溜槽末端连向切肉操作台,所述切肉操作台上沿传送方向依次设有推动气缸、挡板和切肉电机,所述溜槽与推动气缸之间还设有分割滑门,所述分割滑门的底端带有分割刀刃,所述溜槽的末端相对设有分别用于固定分割滑门左侧和右侧的左滑槽和右滑槽,所述左滑槽和右滑槽的顶部通过固定连接杆固定连接,所述固定连接杆上连接有用于推动分割滑门的分割气缸,且所述分割气缸位于溜槽的上方;
所述推动气缸位于切肉操作台左侧,所述切肉操作台的右侧设有刀片框架,所述刀片框架的前端与溜槽末端相抵,后端与挡板相抵,所述刀片框架内从上至下依次等间距设置有若干个刀片,所述切肉电机输出轴连接切条刀,所述切条刀能转动地贴合安装在刀片框架右侧面,所述刀片框架的右侧设有接料槽。
传送带用于传送待切成条的肉块,松弛锤用于捶打肉块,放松肉块的肉质纤维和肌理。支撑垫板用于支撑肉块,让捶打肉块时有放置的垫板。传动链条用于通过驱动轮的转动带动推动凸轮转动,推动凸轮用于将L型把手向上顶起,从而带动松弛锤向上移动,待推动凸轮转动过后,松弛锤再在自身重力的作用下向下掉落,从而锤击肉块。限位套用于限定松弛锤在固定位置捶打肉块,以及下降的最低限位。溜槽用于将肉块送至切肉操作台上,分割滑门用于将掉落在切肉操作台上的部分肉块切下,便于推动气缸推动肉块。推动气缸用于将被分割滑门切割下的部分肉块推向刀片框架,刀片框架用于将肉块分割成若干个竖向重叠在一起的肉片,并在推动气缸的推动下从刀片框架推出,切肉电机用于带动切条刀转动,并在切条刀转动时把重叠在一起的肉片切成条状。
上述方案中:所述推动凸轮位于传送带的左侧,L型把手的横向杆向左侧延伸至推动凸轮的正上方,所述连接杆位于限位套的右侧。分别位于两侧能够合理运用空间,并且还减少干扰。
上述方案中:所述推动凸轮包括圆形部和凸起部,整体呈“6”字形,且凸起部的一侧面与圆形部相切,凸起部的另一侧面垂直于圆形部并与圆形部的轴线共面,且凸起部的两侧面通过圆弧过渡。凸起部的另一侧面垂直于圆形部能够让L型把手竖直降落,增加松弛锤捶打肉块的力,增强松肉效果。凸起部的两侧面通过圆弧过渡能够减少磨损。
上述方案中:所述松弛锤从前向后依次间隔设置。进一步增加松弛锤捶打肉块的时长。
上述方案中:所述L型把手的竖向杆的横截面为四边形,所述限位套的横截面也为四边形。避免推动凸轮在顶起L型把手时发生转动。
上述方案中:所述松弛锤为橡皮锤。橡皮锤更具有弹性,能够在弹性形变的作用下反复捶打肉块,并且弹起时可让肉块在传送带的带动下继续前进。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:能够在切条前放松肉块,便于后续腌制入味,且食用的口感也会更加松软,避免在切条后再进行过多的搅拌或者按摩而造成肉条成型不美观;能够通过分割滑门将较大的肉块切割成统一的长短,能够切出长短一致的肉条,后期称重、包装时省时省力,且较为美观。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
如图1-图4所示,一种肉类切条装置,包括传送带1和沿传送方向依次设置的松肉部和切肉部。松肉部包括位于传送带1下方的支撑垫板2和两个位于传送带1上方的松弛锤51,且两个松弛锤51从前向后依次间隔设置。最好是,松弛锤51为橡皮锤,能够在弹性形变的作用下反复捶打肉块,并且弹起时可供肉块在传送带的带动下继续前进。最好是,支撑垫板2的宽度大于传送带1的宽度,增加支撑垫板2的作用范围。支撑垫板2通过支撑脚支撑在地面上方。
松弛锤51的顶部设有L型把手54,L型把手54的竖向杆的底端连接松弛锤51,且竖向杆能活动地插入限位套53中。限位套53通过连接杆55与支撑垫板2连接并固定在传送带1的上方,L型把手54横向杆的下方设有用于推动横向杆的推动凸轮52。传送带1的驱动轮3通过传动链条43和链轮同时带动所有的推动凸轮52转动,推动凸轮52每转动一圈推动L型把手54带动松弛锤51向上抬起一次,从而实现各松弛锤51的交替捶打。最好是,推动凸轮52包括圆形部和凸起部,整体呈“6”字形,且凸起部的一侧面与圆形部相切,凸起部的另一侧面垂直于圆形部并与圆形部的轴线共面,且凸起部的两侧面通过圆弧过渡。凸起部的另一侧面垂直于圆形部能够让L型把手54竖直降落,增加松弛锤51捶打肉块的力,增强松肉效果。凸起部的两侧面通过圆弧过渡能够减少磨损。
切肉部包括与传送带1末端相连的溜槽6,溜槽6末端连向切肉操作台71,切肉操作台71通过支撑脚支撑在地面上方。切肉操作台71上沿传送方向依次设有推动气缸72、挡板74和切肉电机75,溜槽6与推动气缸72之间还设有分割滑门61,分割滑门61的底端带有分割刀刃。溜槽6的末端相对设有分别用于固定分割滑门61左侧和右侧的左滑槽62和右滑槽63,左滑槽62和右滑槽63的顶部通过固定连接杆64固定连接。固定连接杆64上连接有用于推动分割滑门61的分割气缸65,且分割气缸65位于溜槽6的上方。
推动气缸72位于切肉操作台71左侧,切肉操作台71的右侧设有刀片框架73。刀片框架73的前端与溜槽6末端相抵,后端与挡板74相抵。刀片框架73内从上至下依次等间距设置有若干个刀片731,切肉电机75输出轴连接切条刀751,切条刀751能转动地贴合安装在刀片框架73右侧面,刀片框架73的右侧设有接料槽8。
最好是,推动凸轮52位于传送带1的左侧,L型把手54的横向杆向左侧延伸至推动凸轮52的正上方,连接杆55位于限位套53的右侧。能够合理运用空间,还能减少干扰。
为避免推动凸轮52顶起L型把手54时发生转动,最好是,L型把手54的竖向杆的横截面为四边形,限位套53的横截面也为四边形。
当分割气缸61带动分割滑门61向下移动至关闭溜槽6后,推动气缸72向右伸出伸出端721;当推动气缸72完全收回伸出端721后,所述分割气缸61带动分割滑门61向上移动打开溜槽6,让溜槽6内的肉块掉落在切肉操作台71上。
使用时,先将肉块放置在传送带1上,通过传送带1传送至松肉部,通过传送带1的驱动轮3带动推动凸轮52向上顶起L型把手54,从而将松弛锤51向上抬起。当推动凸轮52的凸起部转动至倾斜角度时,L型把手54下方失去支撑物件的支撑,因此松弛锤51在重力作用下向下掉落,以此捶打传送带1上的肉块,对肉块的肉质肌理等进行放松,便于入味,增加食用口感。
肉块通过溜槽6掉落在切肉操作台71上,通过分割气缸65向下推动分割滑门61,从而将较大的肉块掉落在切肉操作台71上的部分切割下,便于推动气缸72推动。推动气缸72向右伸长推出端,将切肉操作台71上的肉块推向刀片框架73,通过刀片框架73上的刀片731将肉块分割成竖向重叠的肉片,并继续向右推出。切条电机带动切条刀751转动,并通过切条刀751的转动将从刀片框架73右侧推出的肉片切成肉条,肉条被切下后在重力作用下掉落在接料槽8内进行收集。

1.一种肉类切条装置,其特征在于:包括传送带(1)和沿传送方向依次设置的松肉部和切肉部,所述松肉部包括位于传送带(1)下方的支撑垫板(2)和至少两个位于传送带(1)上方的松弛锤(51),所述松弛锤(51)的顶部设有L型把手(54),所述L型把手(54)的竖向杆的底端连接松弛锤(51),且竖向杆能活动地插入限位套(53)中,所述限位套(53)通过连接杆(55)与支撑垫板(2)连接并固定在传送带(1)的上方,所述L型把手(54)横向杆的下方设有用于推动横向杆的推动凸轮(52),传送带(1)的驱动轮(3)通过传动链条(43)同时带动所有的推动凸轮(52)转动,推动凸轮(52)每转动一圈推动L型把手(54)带动松弛锤(51)向上抬起一次,从而实现各松弛锤(51)的交替捶打;
所述切肉部包括与传送带(1)末端相连的溜槽(6),所述溜槽(6)末端连向切肉操作台(71),所述切肉操作台(71)上沿传送方向依次设有推动气缸(72)、挡板(74)和切肉电机(75),所述溜槽(6)与推动气缸(72)之间还设有分割滑门(61),所述分割滑门(61)的底端带有分割刀刃,所述溜槽(6)的末端相对设有分别用于固定分割滑门(61)左侧和右侧的左滑槽(62)和右滑槽(63),所述左滑槽(62)和右滑槽(63)的顶部通过固定连接杆(64)固定连接,所述固定连接杆(64)上连接有用于推动分割滑门(61)的分割气缸(65),且所述分割气缸(65)位于溜槽(6)的上方;
