Abstract

本发明公开了一种球笼式万向联轴器,包括外环、中间轴和半联轴器,球笼的内壁上内嵌有若干注油软管,注油软管的外侧连接有挤压油塞囊,两个半联轴器之间通过主动轴相连接,且主动轴和中间轴相连接,挤压油塞囊和主动轴之间通过伸缩弹簧柱相连接。本发明中在挤压油塞囊受到挤压变形后,能够将油液通过注油软管导入至球笼内壁上,使得球笼内壁更加润滑,方便钢球能够在球笼内部进行高速滚动,避免了碰撞摩擦对球笼内壁造成的损伤,且同时由于伸缩弹簧柱的作用减轻了震动作用力,注油软管通过内环内嵌在球笼的内壁上,不会随意弯曲缠绕,方便人的长久使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种联轴器,特别涉及一种球笼式万向联轴器。
背景技术
联轴器是指联接两轴或轴与回转件,在传递运动和动力过程中一同回转,在正常情况下不脱开的一种装置,有时也作为一种安全装置用来防止被联接机件承受过大的载荷,起到过载保护的作用,球笼式万向联轴器通过球笼外环和星形内环分别与主、从动轴相联,传力钢球的中心都位于通过联轴器中心的平面内,并装在由球形外环和星形内环外球面凹槽组成的滚道中,传力点能始终位于夹角的平分线上,因此,球笼式万向联轴器主、从动轴间的传速得以保持同步,而钢球在球笼内长期进行碰撞滚动,容易对球笼内壁造成磨损导致钢球后续不能够进行正常运动,且会使得联轴器发生较大的震动。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种球笼式万向联轴器,联轴器传动过程中主动轴产生的震动过大后能够通过伸缩弹簧柱向挤压油塞囊处进行挤压,挤压油塞囊受到挤压变形后,能够将油液通过注油软管导入至球笼内壁上,使得球笼内壁更加润滑,方便钢球能够在球笼内部进行高速滚动,避免了碰撞摩擦对球笼内壁造成的损伤,且同时由于伸缩弹簧柱的作用减轻了震动作用力,注油软管通过内环内嵌在球笼的内壁上,不会随意弯曲缠绕,方便人的长久使用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种球笼式万向联轴器,包括外环、中间轴和半联轴器,所述半联轴器分别安装于中间轴的两端部,所述外环安装于中间轴其中一端的半联轴器内,所述外环的内部安装有内环,所述内环的内部设置有球笼,所述球笼内放置有钢球,所述球笼的内壁上内嵌有若干注油软管,所述注油软管的外侧连接有挤压油塞囊,两个所述半联轴器之间通过主动轴相连接,且主动轴和中间轴相连接,所述挤压油塞囊和主动轴之间通过伸缩弹簧柱相连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述挤压油塞囊由硅橡胶材料制作而成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述半联轴器朝向主动轴的外侧安装有螺栓固定件。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述挤压油塞囊通过螺栓固定件和半联轴器相固定。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述挤压油塞囊的外侧设置有油塞。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:

实施例1
如图1所示,本发明提供一种球笼式万向联轴器,包括外环1、中间轴5 和半联轴器6,半联轴器6分别安装于中间轴5的两端部,外环1安装于中间轴5其中一端的半联轴器6内,外环1的内部安装有内环2,内环2的内部设置有球笼4,球笼4内放置有钢球3,球笼4的内壁上内嵌有若干注油软管7,注油软管7的外侧连接有挤压油塞囊8,两个半联轴器6之间通过主动轴9相连接,且主动轴9和中间轴5相连接,挤压油塞囊8和主动轴9之间通过伸缩弹簧柱10相连接。
进一步的,挤压油塞囊8由硅橡胶材料制作而成,硅橡胶具有良好有密封效果,同时具有塑性形变性能,能够受到压力后变形。
半联轴器6朝向主动轴9的外侧安装有螺栓固定件11,起到加强联轴器结构稳定性的作用。
挤压油塞囊8通过螺栓固定件11和半联轴器6相固定,防止挤压油塞囊 8受到外界碰撞受损。
挤压油塞囊8的外侧设置有油塞,方便通过油塞灌入润滑油液。
具体的,联轴器的内部中间轴和主动轴9相连接,当联轴器在工作后,球笼4内部的钢球3在滚动后对球笼4内壁进行碰撞,并且同时联轴器传动过程中主动轴9产生的震动过大后能够通过伸缩弹簧柱10向挤压油塞囊8处进行挤压,挤压油塞囊8受到挤压变形后,能够将油液通过注油软管7导入至球笼4内壁上,使得球笼4内壁更加润滑,方便钢球3能够在球笼4内部进行高速滚动,避免了碰撞摩擦对球笼4内壁造成的损伤,且同时由于伸缩弹簧柱10的作用减轻了震动作用力,注油软管7通过内环2内嵌在球笼4的内壁上,不会随意弯曲缠绕。
本发明中联轴器传动过程中主动轴9产生的震动过大后能够通过伸缩弹簧柱10向挤压油塞囊8处进行挤压,挤压油塞囊8受到挤压变形后,能够将油液通过注油软管7导入至球笼4内壁上,使得球笼4内壁更加润滑,方便钢球3能够在球笼4内部进行高速滚动,避免了碰撞摩擦对球笼4内壁造成的损伤,且同时由于伸缩弹簧柱10的作用减轻了震动作用力,注油软管7通过内环2内嵌在球笼4的内壁上,不会随意弯曲缠绕,方便人的长久使用。

1.一种球笼式万向联轴器,包括外环(1)、中间轴(5)和半联轴器(6),其特征在于,所述半联轴器(6)分别安装于中间轴(5)的两端部,所述外环(1)安装于中间轴(5)其中一端的半联轴器(6)内,所述外环(1)的内部安装有内环(2),所述内环(2)的内部设置有球笼(4),所述球笼(4)内放置有钢球(3),所述球笼(4)的内壁上内嵌有若干注油软管(7),所述注油软管(7)的外侧连接有挤压油塞囊(8),两个所述半联轴器(6)之间通过主动轴(9)相连接,且主动轴(9)和中间轴(5)相连接,所述挤压油塞囊和主动轴(9)之间通过伸缩弹簧柱(10)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种球笼式万向联轴器,其特征在于,所述挤压油塞囊(8)由硅橡胶材料制作而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种球笼式万向联轴器,其特征在于,所述半联轴器(6)朝向主动轴(9)的外侧安装有螺栓固定件(11)。
