本发明公开了一种高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸及其生产方法,涉及贴面纸及其生产方法。所述三聚氰胺贴面纸的生产方法为:将素色纸通过浸渍胶液进行浸胶,浸胶后的素色纸经过烘干,然后裁切成片状包装;所述浸渍胶液包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂35~45份、改性脲醛树脂45~55份、乙基含氢硅油7~14份和超细硬脂酸钙7~14份;所述改性脲醛树脂由杂环化合物对改性脲醛树脂进行改性制得。

技术领域
本发明涉及贴面纸及其生产方法,尤其是一种高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸及其生产方法。
背景技术
贴面纸具有良好的装饰性,因此在人造板装饰材中被广泛使用,它的实用性、装饰性等很好,深受用户的认可,很多人都会优先选择使用三聚氰胺贴面纸。但在使用过程中其抗污性能不容忽视。因此,如何在保持贴面纸装饰效果的同时增强其抗污性能成为研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸及其生产方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案是:一种高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸的生产方法,将素色纸通过浸渍胶液进行浸胶,浸胶后的素色纸经过烘干,然后裁切成片状包装;所述浸渍胶液包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂35~45份、改性脲醛树脂45~55份、乙基含氢硅油7~14份和超细硬脂酸钙7~14份;
所述改性脲醛树脂由杂环化合物对改性脲醛树脂进行改性制得。
所述浸渍胶液包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂37~42份、改性脲醛树脂48~53份、乙基含氢硅油9~12份和超细硬脂酸钙8~13份。
所述浸渍胶液包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂39~40份、改性脲醛树脂50~52份、乙基含氢硅油10~11份和超细硬脂酸钙10~12份。
所述改性三聚氰胺树脂是由硫脲、苯酚类、聚乙烯醇或含酚杂环对三聚氰胺进行改性后制得。
所述烘干温度为141~154℃;所述素色纸的克重为67~77克/平方米;所述浸渍胶液的固含量为42~47%。
一种高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸,通过如上所述的生产方法制备而得。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
本发明通过由改性改性脲醛树脂、改性三聚氰胺树脂和乙基含氢硅油、超细硬脂酸钙组成的浸渍胶液浸胶,使得贴面纸表面具有较好的抗污性能,当有饮料、油污、咖啡等污渍粘到贴面纸上时,污渍无法向内渗透,仅浮于贴面纸表面,只需轻轻擦拭即可,有效提高了贴面纸的防污性能,延长了贴面纸的使用寿命;且颜色浅,应用于装饰板时可露出原木纹,饰面效果好。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明,以下实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受下述实施例的限制。
实施例1-3的高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸的生产方法中,改性脲醛树脂由杂环化合物对改性脲醛树脂进行改性制得;改性三聚氰胺树脂是由硫脲、苯酚类、聚乙烯醇或含酚杂环对三聚氰胺进行改性后制得。
实施例1
一种高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸,通过以下步骤制备而得:将克重为67克/平方米的素色纸通过固含量为47%的浸渍胶液进行浸胶,浸胶后的素色纸在141℃下烘干,然后裁切成片状包装。
其中,浸渍胶液包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂35份、改性脲醛树脂55份、乙基含氢硅油7份和超细硬脂酸钙14份。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的是,浸渍胶液包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂45份、改性脲醛树脂45份、乙基含氢硅油14份和超细硬脂酸钙7份。
实施例3
一种高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸,通过以下步骤制备而得:将克重为77克/平方米的素色纸通过固含量为42%的浸渍胶液进行浸胶,浸胶后的素色纸在154℃下烘干,然后裁切成片状包装。
其中,浸渍胶液包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂37份、改性脲醛树脂53份、乙基含氢硅油9份和超细硬脂酸钙13份。
实施例4
与实施例3不同的是,浸渍胶液包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂42份、改性脲醛树脂48份、乙基含氢硅油12份和超细硬脂酸钙8份。
实施例5
一种高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸,通过以下步骤制备而得:将克重为73克/平方米的素色纸通过固含量为45%的浸渍胶液进行浸胶,浸胶后的素色纸在147℃下烘干,然后裁切成片状包装。
其中,浸渍胶液包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂39份、改性脲醛树脂52份、乙基含氢硅油10份和超细硬脂酸钙12份。
实施例6
与实施例5不同的是,浸渍胶液包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂40份、改性脲醛树脂50份、乙基含氢硅油11份和超细硬脂酸钙10份。
实施例7
与实施例5不同的是,浸渍胶液包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂39.5份、改性脲醛树脂51.2份、乙基含氢硅油10.3份和超细硬脂酸钙11份。
本发明通过由改性改性脲醛树脂、改性三聚氰胺树脂和乙基含氢硅油、超细硬脂酸钙组成的浸渍胶液浸胶,使得贴面纸表面具有较好的抗污性能,当有饮料、油污、咖啡等污渍粘到贴面纸上时,污渍无法向内渗透,仅浮于贴面纸表面,只需轻轻擦拭即可,有效提高了贴面纸的防污性能,延长了贴面纸的使用寿命;且颜色浅,应用于装饰板时可露出原木纹,饰面效果好。

1.一种高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸的生产方法,其特征在于,将素色纸通过浸渍胶液进行浸胶,烘干,裁切成片状包装;所述浸渍胶液包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂35~45份、改性脲醛树脂45~55份、乙基含氢硅油7~14份和超细硬脂酸钙7~14份;
所述改性脲醛树脂由杂环化合物对改性脲醛树脂进行改性制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂37~42份、改性脲醛树脂48~53份、乙基含氢硅油9~12份和超细硬脂酸钙8~13份。
3.根据权利要求1所述高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下质量份组分:三聚氰胺树脂39~40份、改性脲醛树脂50~52份、乙基含氢硅油10~11份和超细硬脂酸钙10~12份。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一所述高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述改性三聚氰胺树脂是由硫脲、苯酚类、聚乙烯醇或含酚杂环对三聚氰胺进行改性后制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述烘干温度为141~154℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述素色纸的克重为67~77克/平方米。
7.根据权利要求1所述高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸的生产方法,其特征在于,所述浸渍胶液的固含量为42~47%。
8.一种高抗污三聚氰胺贴面纸,其特征在于,通过如权利要求1~7任一所述的生产方法制备而得。
