背景技术
生物柴油又称为生质柴油,是用未加工过的或者使用过的植物油以及动物脂肪通过不同的化学反应制备出来的一种被认为是环保的生质燃料。这种生物燃料可以像柴油一样使用。但环保性能比柴油好很多,硫含量低,二氧化硫和硫化物的排放低、生物柴油的生物降解性高达98%,降解速率是普通柴油的2倍,可大大减轻意外泄漏时对环境的污染。但是,目前生产生物柴油的配方和工艺较复杂,且环保性能差。

本发明的目的在于提供一种绿色环保的生物柴油及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备方法简单,制得得生物柴油环保性能好,具有优异的润滑性能号环保性能;其中,添加的纳米二氧化钛、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐能够起到防腐的作用,添加的抗氧化剂具有优异的抗氧化性能,有效的防止柴油氧化;此外,本发明采用的制备方法制作成本低,能够确保各组分材料充分混合,提高了柴油的活性。

B、将纳米二氧化钛、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐、抗氧化剂、环已胺、环烷酸、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、过氧化锌混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热温度为55℃,加热时间为15min,之后缓慢冷却至室温,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物A加入混合物B中,之后加入混炼机中混炼,混炼温度为80℃,时间为30min,即得到生物柴油。
实施例四:
生物柴油组分按重量份数包括大豆油35份、椰子油45份、硅酸钠18份、甲醇13份、单硬脂酸甘油酯10份、皂用脂肪酸12份、纳米二氧化钛3份、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐14份、抗氧化剂4份、环已胺9份、环烷酸9份、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯10份、过氧化锌7份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将大豆油、椰子油、硅酸钠、甲醇、单硬脂酸甘油酯、皂用脂肪酸混合后加入搅拌罐中低速搅拌,搅拌速率为350转/分,搅拌时间为20min,得到混合物A;
B、将纳米二氧化钛、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐、抗氧化剂、环已胺、环烷酸、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、过氧化锌混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热温度为65℃,加热时间为25min,之后缓慢冷却至室温,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物A加入混合物B中,之后加入混炼机中混炼,混炼温度为80℃,时间为30min,即得到生物柴油。
实施例五:
生物柴油组分按重量份数包括大豆油30份、椰子油35份、硅酸钠15份、甲醇10份、单硬脂酸甘油酯8份、皂用脂肪酸10份、纳米二氧化钛3份、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐11份、抗氧化剂3份、环已胺7份、环烷酸8份、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯10份、过氧化锌5份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将大豆油、椰子油、硅酸钠、甲醇、单硬脂酸甘油酯、皂用脂肪酸混合后加入搅拌罐中低速搅拌,搅拌速率为300转/分,搅拌时间为18min,得到混合物A;
B、将纳米二氧化钛、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐、抗氧化剂、环已胺、环烷酸、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、过氧化锌混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热温度为60℃,加热时间为20min,之后缓慢冷却至室温,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物A加入混合物B中,之后加入混炼机中混炼,混炼温度为80℃,时间为30min,即得到生物柴油。
本发明制备方法简单,制得得生物柴油环保性能好,具有优异的润滑性能号环保性能;其中,添加的纳米二氧化钛、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐能够起到防腐的作用,添加的抗氧化剂具有优异的抗氧化性能,有效的防止柴油氧化;此外,本发明采用的制备方法制作成本低,能够确保各组分材料充分混合,提高了柴油的活性。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (4)

1.一种绿色环保的生物柴油,其特征在于:生物柴油组分按重量份数包括大豆油20-40份、椰子油20-50份、硅酸钠10-20份、甲醇5-15份、单硬脂酸甘油酯4-12份、皂用脂肪酸5-15份、纳米二氧化钛1-4份、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐6-16份、抗氧化剂1-5份、环已胺4-10份、环烷酸5-10份、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯8-12份、过氧化锌2-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色环保的生物柴油,其特征在于:生物柴油组分优选的成分配比包括大豆油30份、椰子油35份、硅酸钠15份、甲醇10份、单硬脂酸甘油酯8份、皂用脂肪酸10份、纳米二氧化钛3份、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐11份、抗氧化剂3份、环已胺7份、环烷酸8份、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯10份、过氧化锌5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种绿色环保的生物柴油,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂由20%偏亚硫酸钠、20%三聚磷酸钠、30%柠檬酸、10%吡喃葡糖基、20%甲基麦角甾组成。
4.实现权利要求1或2所述的一种绿色环保的生物柴油的制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将大豆油、椰子油、硅酸钠、甲醇、单硬脂酸甘油酯、皂用脂肪酸混合后加入搅拌罐中低速搅拌,搅拌速率为200-400转/分,搅拌时间为12min-24min,得到混合物A;
B、将纳米二氧化钛、硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐、抗氧化剂、环已胺、环烷酸、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、过氧化锌混合后加入反应釜中加热反应,加热温度为50℃-70℃,加热时间为10min-30min,之后缓慢冷却至室温,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物A加入混合物B中,之后加入混炼机中混炼,混炼温度为80℃,时间为30min,即得到生物柴油。
