Abstract

本发明公开的-10#调合型生物柴油是由以下质量百分比的物质组成:矿物柴油45~60、植物油20~30、甲醇10~15、环烷酸1.0~3.0、OP乳化剂1.0~3.0、十二烷基磺酸钠0.8~2.0、三乙醇胺0.5~2.0、生物酶0.01~0.03。制备方法是将植物油与甲醇、OP乳化剂、十二烷基磺酸钠、三乙醇胺按上述质量百分比混合均匀,加入环烷酸、生物复合酶充分搅拌混合,将该混合液在搅拌情况下缓慢地倒入矿物柴油中,即可制得-10#调合型生物柴油。本发明工艺先进、环保、产品性能稳定,在-10℃温度下存放半年以上不析油脂、不析甲醇,透明稳定,指标达到GB/T20828-2007标准中-10#生物柴油标准。经过工业锅炉和柴油发动机台架试验证明:柴油储存稳定,燃烧稳定,热值高,油路和喷嘴雾化正常,发动机运行稳定。

一种调合型生物柴油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于生物柴油技术领域,主要涉及的是一种-10#调合型生物柴油及其制备方法。 
背景技术
随着能源供应形势的日益紧张,对生物柴油的研究日趋深入,已相继报道了五种相关的制备生物柴油的方法,即稀释、微乳化、热解、酯交换及生物技术方法。目前主要采用的是化学酯交换法,但是化学酯交换法合成生物柴油存在以下缺点:工艺复杂,醇必须过量,后续工艺必须有相应的醇回收装置,能耗高、成本高、色泽深,其中不饱和脂肪酸在高温下容易变质。为解决上述问题,人们开始研究用生物酶法合成生物柴油,即用动物油脂和低碳醇通过酶制剂的催化进行转酯化反应,制备相应的脂肪酸甲酯或乙酯。该方法促进了工艺技术的改进和产品质量的提高,国家因此对汽车尾气中有害物质排放量要求逐步降低,对汽车燃料中硫含量、十六烷值等燃油指标提出了更高的标准,酶法合成生物柴油技术随着这些标准的提高同步改进,产品性能均有所提高,与-5#、0#、10#生物柴油相比,-10#生物柴油在低温性能方面表现更加良好。 
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的欠缺,提供一种-10#调合型生物柴油,使其在-10℃温度下存放半年以上不析油脂、不析甲醇,透明稳定,指标达到GB/T20828-2007标准中-10#生物柴油标准。改善了生物柴油的性能,拓宽了应用范围。 
该发明的另一目的在于提供一种-10#调合型生物柴油的制备方法。使生产方法简单、工业化程度高,生产成本降低。 
-10#调合型生物柴油的质量百分比组成是: 
植物油                        20~30 
矿物柴油                      45~60 
十二烷基磺酸钠                0.8~2.0 
OP乳化剂                      1.0~3.0 
三乙醇胺                      0.5~2.0 
甲醇                          10~15 
环烷酸                        1.0~3.0 
生物复合酶                    0.01~0.03 
制备-10#调合型生物柴油的方法是:将植物油与甲醇、十二烷基磺酸钠、OP乳化剂、三乙醇胺按上述质量百分比混合均匀,将该混合液在搅拌情况下缓慢地倒入矿物柴油中,同时按质量百分比要求加入环烷酸、生物复合酶充分搅拌混合即可。 
上述组分中,植物油、矿物柴油、十二烷基磺酸钠、OP乳化剂、三乙醇胺、甲醇、环烷酸、生物复合酶均为符合国家标准的市售产品。 
本发明采用植物油为原料,加入生物复合酶催化剂,改善植物油性能,再加入矿物柴油,混拌制得调合型生物柴油,产品稳定。经过试验:在-10℃温度下存放半年以上不析油脂、不析甲醇,透明稳定,指标达到GB/T20828-2007标准中-10#生物柴油标准。经过工业锅炉和柴油发动机台架试验证明:柴油储存稳定,燃烧稳定,热值高,油路和喷嘴雾化正常,发动机运行稳定。

具体实施方式
根据下面具体实施例作对本发明作进一步描述: 
实施例1 
矿物柴油45%、植物油30%、甲醇18%、十二烷基磺酸钠2.0%、OP乳化剂1.5%、三乙醇胺2.0%、环烷酸1.49%、生物复合酶0.01%配制,其百分比为质量百分比。 
制备方法是:如图所示,将植物油与甲醇、十二烷基磺酸钠、OP乳化剂、三乙醇胺按上述质量百分比混合均匀;将该混合液在搅拌情况下缓慢地倒入矿物柴油中,同时按质量百分比要求加入环烷酸、生物复合酶,充分搅拌混合,即可制得可存放半年以上不分层的-10#调合型生物柴油。 
实施例2 
矿物柴油60%、植物油25%、甲醇10%、十二烷基磺酸钠1.0%、OP乳化剂1.5%、三乙醇胺1.0%、环烷酸1.48%、生物复合酶0.02%配制,其百分比为质量百分比。 
实施例3 
矿物柴油60%、植物油20%、甲醇14%、十二烷基磺酸钠1.0%、OP乳化剂1.5%、三乙醇胺2.0%、环烷酸1.48%、生物复合酶0.02%配制,其百分比为质量百分比。 
实施例4 
矿物柴油50%、植物油25%、甲醇18%、十二烷基磺酸钠1.0%、OP乳化剂1.5%、三乙醇胺2.0%、环烷酸2.47%、生物复合酶0.03%配制,其百分比为质量 百分比。 
实施例5 
矿物柴油55%、植物油25%、甲醇15%、十二烷基磺酸钠1.0%、0P乳化剂0.5%、三乙醇胺2.0%、环烷酸1.47%、生物复合酶0.03%配制,其百分比为质量百分比。 
上述实施例2-5的制备方法同实施例1。 

Claims (2)

1.一种-10#调合型生物柴油,其特征在于:其由以下质量百分比的组成组成:矿物柴油50~60%、植物油25~30%、十二烷基磺酸钠0.5~2.0%、OP乳化剂0.5~3.0%、三乙醇胺0.5~2.0%、甲醇10~15%、环烷酸0.5~3.0%、生物复合酶0.01~0.03%。
2.如权利要求1所述-10#调合型生物柴油的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:将植物油与甲醇、OP乳化剂、十二烷基磺酸钠、三乙醇胺按上述质量百分比混合均匀,加入环烷酸、生物复合酶充分搅拌混合,将该混合液在搅拌情况下缓慢地倒入矿物柴油中,即可制得-10#调合型生物柴油。
